“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.

Maybe I'm just paranoid

Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie

Can't stop this screamin' voice

Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing the Fall of Man standing tall. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see David Striker diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chance Owens, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo.

This is the face

I hate the other side of me

Out of this cage

He breaks to take the life from me

Tell me, tell me, tell me

I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the Shinigami Foundation standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head

I'm closer to the edge

Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery

Insane

These voices in my brain

Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor Lariat on an opponent is next, before we see Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Light in the Darkness hitting Wisteria Waltz against an opponent. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows before we see James Evans powerbombing La Pequena Luz off the top rope.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Deanna Frost, Ryan LeCavalier, Waylon Creek, Xander Valentine, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena, and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We arrive in the City of Brotherly Love for Breakdown!”

The cameras continue to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the announce position where Adam Sharper and Lucas Knight sit.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. Adam Sharper here and this week, I’m joined by the SCW hall of famer, Lucas Knight. Lucas, thanks for joining me.”

Knight: “Pleasure to be here.”

Sharper: “And we have a big night tonight. The Shot of Adrenaline Tournament starts tonight. Two huge matches. One will be for the TV Title as well as Polly Pingotti and Chris Lawler have a rematch. But also, Deanna Frost will face Spencer Pryce.”

Knight: “Lyman put it best last week. Those could be two favourites going at it. Could set the tone.”

Sharper: “And a huge main event tonight – Xander Valentine will face off against the Monster Machine Enigma. Non-title match. But two big, violent individuals clashing for the first time ever, one on one!”

Knight: “Should be a heck of a match. And we know they’re not going to hold back. This could be a fight that we’re going to remember!”

“Victorious” by Skillet begins playing as the lights dim a bit. Slowly, Amelia Nevado makes her way onto the stage, putting herself front and center as she folds her hands in front of her, looking like a proper young lady as she looks somewhat solemnly down towards the ring. After a moment of this, Amelia slowly unfolds her hands and she proceeds to head down to the ring. The Apocalypse logo comes up on the screen before showing a still for Amelia Nevado vs. Cid Turner for the World Championship.

Sharper: “Last week, Amelia Nevado announced that she would be using her Trios Tournament contract to challenge for the World Title. Her and Cid had a respectful encounter before Selena Frost attacked Cid Turner.”

Knight: “Nevado and Turner could have a classic, but the question may be if Cid is one hundred percent. We know of his injuries and they’re not just something that goes away. And he’s got a hell of a lot of heart, but ultimately, Selena Frost looked to change things last week.”

We return to a live shot as Amelia Nevado is being handed a microphone by ring announcer Jason Phillips. She turns back to the middle of the ring and looks around as her music fades out. The crowd cheers her as a “LITD!” chant starts to echo throughout the Philly crowd. Amelia smiles a bit and nods before trying to calm them down so she can speak.

Amelia: “Thanks for that. Always an interesting time to come here to Philadelphia and to see what this crowd really thinks.”

The crowd roars.

Amelia: “Now, that in mind, I think I need to ask you all a question. Do you have a problem with me challenging for the World Title?”

The crowd roars. Amelia looks around and nods.

Amelia: “I figured, but nice to know…”

Amelia walks around the ring a bit.

Amelia: “Now this one is the kicker…do you have a problem with Cid Turner as the World Champion?”

The crowd yells out “No!” before a “Cid!” chant begins. Amelia shrugs and looks around, allowing the crowd to takeover for a few moments again.

Sharper: “I think that’s pretty definitive.”

Amelia looks around.

Amelia: “Now, full disclosure, I know of Cid’s injuries. But I also know what SCW does every week. They make sure we can come out here and compete to the highest level, not just for all of you to see the best competitors in action, but to make sure we don’t hurt ourselves in that ring. And I want this to be clear – it would be an absolute honour to face Cid Turner in whatever he has left in this Cinderella run and see if I can prove myself against him. It’s that-“

BELIEVE IT... OR NOT!

"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos. The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back, walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe with a smirk.

Sharper: “And Selena Frost coming out. She attacked Cid Turner. She wants to Cid Turner to be forced to face her, believing Cid is just going to collapse. Her arrogance taking another level.”

Knight:” Even discounting the main event. Dismissing it as indicative of anything. She’s just lost the plot. That loss took her over the edge!”

Selena Frost then heads down to the ring. The crowd boos her the entire way as she reaches the ring. Amelia looks at her and backs up to the ropes. Selena Frost walks up the steel steps and then walks along the apron and then into the ring. She then walks across the ring, pointing at Jason Phillips. She motions for a microphone and Phillips walks over and hands her one. Frost takes it and turns around. Amelia steps forward as Selena looks around and turns to Amelia. Her face calms a bit, turning into a warm smile. Her music fades out. The fans continue to boo as Selena looks around .Amelia looks around too.

Selena: “Amelia…You deserve better.”

The crowd boos before we start to hear them start to sing, increasingly in unison “Let it go! Let it Goooooooooo!” Selena brings the microphone down, unimpressed as the crowd continues to sing their chant.

Knight: “Have I told you I love Philadelphia?”

Sharper: “Philadelphia trying to get under the skin of Selena Frost.”

Amelia looks around as Selena continues to just look down, listening to the chant before then bringing the microphone up.

Selena: “Can we get new material? For a city that likes to be edgy, you seem to just rely on the same bit. Then again, you were a shithole in the 1990s and are still one now based on the people I see here!”

The crowd boos loudly. But even through the boos, the singing continues. Selena just shakes her head.

Selena: “I’m going to just keep talking because you know that I wouldn’t be out here if I didn’t have something important to say, Amelia.”

The singing continues. Selena just talks louder into the microphone.

Selena: “We have been through a lot. And you’ve been there for my family in the past. Deanna and I, even with some of our struggles, attended your wedding. And you know that I’ve always had what’s best for you in mind.”

The singing only continues.

Selena: “And for you to prove yourself…you need to face someone who isn’t holding on by their dear breath…someone who has been here week in and week out. And someone who encapsulates being a champion!”

Amelia: “Selena…”

The crowd roars and then stops their singing. Selena looks around, annoyed.

Amelia: “Cid Turner is the World Champion. He came to Rise to Greatness. And yes, he was a surprise at Taking Hold of the Flame, but ultimately, he earned his shot. He then won the match. And that includes beating you. And he is our World Champion.”

Selena: “The hell he is!”

The crowd boos loudly. The singing returns.

Selena: “He’s just another damn placeholder who didn’t earn anything. He was handed the match because CHBK was a coward! And then he couldn’t win by pin or submission. He won by climbing a ladder and-“

Amelia: “He won the challenge in front of him, Selena.”

The crowd roars.

Amelia: “He earned the title. He didn’t con his way in. He showed up for a match he could sign up for. The recognized authority acknowledged a legitimate end. Even if I want them to fight, two people went over-“

Selena: “Amelia! I need you to listen! I’m here as a friend!”

The crowd boos loudly. Selena sighs and shakes her head.

Selena: “I thought you had understood. Trust me, as someone who has been at the top of this sport for a decade. Perception is everything.”

Selena pauses briefly, letting that hang in the air. The crowd meanwhile resumes singing.

Selena: “When we faced off…House of Frost against Light in the Darkness. World Tag Team Championship. You said you were going to earn that shot and wanted our blessing because you understand what we represented. And you know what I represent Amelia. I represent ACTUAL greatness in this sport.”

Amelia closes her eyes briefly, clearly taking issue with that statement. Selena continues as the crowd boos.

Selena: “You’ve always wanted my blessing. My acknowledgment and trust me Amelia, you beating Cid doesn’t bring that. It just adds an asterisk. He’s a broken down man who should have been told to move along at Taking Hold of the Flame. He barely survived Rise to Greatness. And when you beat him, they’ll just ask the simple question…until she actually beats true GREATNESS…Amelia really isn’t the World Champion. So Amelia…understand what I’m trying to do. I’m trying to give you that opportunity to-“

Amelia: “Enough Selena! I’m not going to listen to this anymore! Cid Turner has proved himself. And Selena, you mentioned that he wasn’t a champion. Well believe a champion involves also carrying yourself as one, and Selena, you DAMN sure aren’t doing that.”

The crowd roars.

Amelia: “I don’t need your blessing Selena. I don’t need your acknowledgement. I only want that from people who I respect. And I respect what you’ve done. But listen to yourself Selena. This….this isn’t it. And so I’m going to go to Apocalypse. I’m going to face a TRUE champion. And I’m going to try to see if I can, for the first time ever, win the SCW World Championship. And Selena….if you have a problem, if you want a shot…then put your money where your mouth is…EARN IT!”

Amelia steps past Selena as Selena goes to stop her. Amelia pulls away. Selena turns to her, almost completely confused at her reaction. Amelia pushes away and then exits the ring. “Victorious” plays as Selena Frost watches Amelia leave up the rampway.

Sharper: “Amelia Nevado had enough of Selena’s vitriol. Nevado is happy to face Cid Turner and backing up Cid Turner.”

Knight: “Cid went through hell. He more than earned the World Championship. Selena…listen to the crowd! Listen to Amelia!”

Sharper: “And Selena…look at that. She doesn’t get why Amelia is reacting as she did. She was berating her!”

Knight: “And Selena claimed they were friends…”

Sharper: “They are….were?”

Amelia Nevado continues to walk to the back before the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

The screen suddenly cuts to the backstage area where we see Jaina Lancaster standing next to CHBK's office door.

Jaina: “Fans, I am currently standing outside of the office door of the COO of Supreme Championship Wrestling, Alex Desoubrais, known by many of you as CHBK, and I am hoping to get some clarity over whatever Gavin Taylor is claiming, claiming to have a contract for the US Title. David Striker won the Scramble and it seems a bit presumptuous for Gavin to assume anything…then again, maybe there was something else in the works, but…”

Suddenly the office door opens and Jaina takes a few steps back before looking at the person in confusion.

Jaina: “Wait, I know you….you’re…you’re Reno Dumont right? What are you doing here?”

Reno Dumont, the Mastermind of Champions and the father of SCW's own Chris Dumont, calmly closes the door behind him before leaning back against said door with a broad smile on his face.

Reno: “I am here on behalf of one of my newest clients…”

Jaina: “You mean your son, Chris Dumont, correct??”

Reno stops and looks at Jaina dismissively for a moment before Reno continues in the same cordial and friendly tone that he was using before.

Reno: “No, my client is David Striker. I mean he has been working for this promotion for almost an entire calendar year when he decided that it was not only time to renew but to also seek out someone who could watch out for his better interests and that's exactly what I am doing here today.”

Jaina: Alright then, Mister Dumont. I may as well ask you – did you talk about Gavin Taylor? Or his contract? What about David Striker and his thoughts? Is he alright?”

Reno: “I can say that Gavin Taylor's “official contract”, no matter how much he will declare or try to prove that it is authentic, is not worth the military paper that he shat upon to make it and that's the bottom line because the actual contract has already been signed and thanks to me, David Striker can execute his contract when he’s ready. The important thing is that his contract is secure. I made sure there was nothing to this stunt.”

Reno pauses a moment.

Reno: “I cannot say the same for Mister Taylor though, because if you think for one second that you can force a situation where you take his spot. It won’t happen. David won’t let it happen. And nor will I!”

Jaina: “What about David Striker's return? Do you have an ETA for that?

Reno: “The injuries that Gavin caused to David by tossing him from the top of the scaffolding and through a few tables has caused not only a concussion but also aggravated several smaller injuries as well that David was already working through. That is to say that he wasn't working injured but these are the common minor injuries that all wrestlers have when they work the kind of schedule that David does. However you can be rest assured that when David Striker does make his return here to SCW, he will do it in the style and the manner of the David Striker that first appeared here in Supreme Championship Wrestling and not this…poor caricature that lesser minded individuals like William Heaven Senior and Gavin Taylor wish to impose upon him because for too long now, too many people have tried to control the narrative of David Striker and now, now it’s time for him to take things back for himself.:

Jaina: “You keep mentioning Gavin and not La Pequena Luz, the US Champion. Clearly, he’s been bothered by Gavin.”

Reno lets out a very dark chuckle as he reaches up and slowly removes his sunglasses before fixing the camera with a very serious and hard look.

Reno: “Gavin Taylor, I want you to look at me and see how serious I am and I want you to listen, listen to the tone of my voice and hear how serious I am because I am only going to say this to you once and once only.”

He pauses briefly.

Reno: “At Rise to Greatness, you threw purposefully threw someone off of a very tall scaffold for no other reason than because you are a very small and petty person who did such an action because you were afraid of what was going to come next and that was another future Hall of Famer of this company taking up space that you feel belongs to you, and you alone. And when I talk about future Hall of Famers here in SCW, I mean not only guys like David Striker… but I also mean people like Amelia Nevado, La Pequena Luz, Colleen MacDonald, Kemal Yilmaz, Kimberly Williams, Konrad Raab, and so many others. People who come here in SCW and bust their collective asses week in and week out, knowing full well that small, jealous little pathetic creatures like yourself will do anything and I do mean *anything* to try and get the attention of fans at the expense of the newer and hotter talent.”

Reno stops a moment before looking forward into the camera again.

Reno: “So I want you to understand something, Gavin. And that something is that you can make any number of jokes that you wish about my client, but in the end you are the one that will have to pay the piper.:

Reno then turns to Jaina.

Reno: “Now, if you all will excuse me?”

Reno replaces his sunglasses onto his face before turning and walking off. The camera focuses on Reno Dumont as he walks away and the scene cuts away.

Deanna Frost vs. Spencer Pryce

Shot of Adrenaline Tournament

The chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs Deanna Frost, taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side, shouting to them in excitement. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. Returning to the middle, Deanna gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the 'leaves' circling her below her feet.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit and is part of the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament. First, from Manhattan, New York, she is Deanna Frost!"

Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the 'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches the ring. Sliding under the ring, the redhead jumps to her feet, making her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd. She does the same to the other sides of the ring!

On the last time, Deanna hops back into the ring as the lights return to normal.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost looking to get back on the saddle and one way that she could do that is to do something her wife did. It was a career-defining moment for her. Add an amazing US title run even before she went on medical leave.”

Knight: “And it’s an opportunity for her to also just build things back up. She’s going to have no easy matches here. Seven people await to face her. Including potentially an Adrenaline Title match.”

The light dim for a few moments, then the stage lights up in red as music begins:

{There's nothing more dangerous
Than a man with something to prove and nothing to lose
There nothing more dangerous
Than a man with nothing to lose}

A white spotlight hits the stage near the curtain as Spencer Pryce steps out, arms spread wide. Spencer then makes his way down the ramp, focused on the ring.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Beaumont, Texas, he is Spencer Pryce!”

{I will dominate
Seize the day
Ring the bell
Storm the gates

I will dominate, dominate
through the pain, through the pain}

Running up the steps, Spencer then grabs the top rope, using it as leverage to leap over the top rope to enter. Stepping to the center of the ring, Spencer spreads his arms wide again, and makes a big exaggerated turn along with the next lyrics:

{Mine to give, mine to take
I was made to dom - i - nate!}

Spencer then goes to his corner and uses the ropes for some stretches as the music fades out.

Sharper: “And speaking of career-defining, Spencer Pryce would love to translate the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament into what he becomes known for, not that he was stripped of the US Title.”

Knight: “He’s young, but he’s talented. That means he’s getting a much desired second chance. Hoped to expedite things with the Scaffold Scramble. Didn’t take place though.”

The bell sounds as Pryce and Frost look at one another. They then go for the lock-up, but Deanna ducks under and around and into a side headlock. She pulls back as Pryce reaches around and pulls her into the ropes. He fires her off. Deanna bounces off and Pryce shoulders her down. Pryce runs into the ropes. Deanna bounces off and hooks Pryce’s leg with her arm. He drops down. Deanna hops over into a side headlock. Pryce reaches around and starts to pull himself up. He then gets up with Deanna still holding on. He pulls her to the ropes and fires her off. Deanna bounces off and Pryce goes for a hip toss. Deanna spins through and attempts one of her own. Pryce blocks it and Deanna punches him in the stomach. He bends over and Deanna places her leg on the back of his head and back flips back, landing on her feet. Pryce goes for a clothesline. Deanna ducks and then dropkicks Pryce down. She goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Pryce kicks out.

Sharper: “Nice dropkick after the backflip evasion. Deanna showing her quickness and agility.”

Knight: “And maybe a bit of nerves for Pryce here. It’s a big match since coming back.”

Sharper: “He did have a hell of a showing against Syren a few weeks back though.”

Pryce gets up and Deanna forearms him in the jaw once and then again and goes to whip him into the ropes. Pryce spins through and sends Deanna in. Deanna bounces off and Pryce lowers his head. Deanna goes for a sunset flip, but Pryce instead spins out of it and into a knee drop. Deanna rolls over as the crowd ohs. Pryce looks at Deanna as she nods. Pryce then comes over and kicks her in the ribs. He drags her out and wrenches the arm. He jerks on the arm once and then again before Deanna winces. She rolls forward and then nips up, but Pryce then trips her legs out from under her and goes for the pin.

1!

Deanna kicks out. Both get up and Pryce hits a snapmare before a chop to the back. Deanna winces and rolls over. Pryce pulls her back up and hits another snapmare before pushing her down with a knee drop. He follows up with a pin.

2!

Deanna kicks out. She rolls over and gets up, moving to the corner. Pryce heads after her and forearms her in the jaw.

Sharper: “And Pryce on the offensive. Staying aggressive.”

Knight: “Smart to a degree. Just have to be careful not being too aggressive.”

Pryce then forearms her again and whips her across the ring. Pryce runs after and Deanna gets a boot up. Pryce staggers back and Deanna runs out and hits a jumping shoulder tackle. Pryce rolls over and gets up and Deanna hits another dropkick, taking him down. Pryce pops up and Deanna wrenches the arm and then pulls him into a knee. She then turns and hits a Russian leg sweeps into a floatover pin.

2!

Pryce kicks out. He turns and Deanna grabs him in a side headlock. They get up to their feet and Pryce pulls her back to the ropes and fires her forward. Deanna bounces off and ducks a clothesline attempt by Pryce. She pops up and Pryce turns as Deanna hits a jawbreaker. Pryce hits the ropes. Deanna runs after and clotheslines him over the top rope. Pryce rolls over on the floor. He starts to get up.

Sharper: “Pryce sent to the floor and as part of the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament, Adrenaline rules in play. No countouts to facilitate some high-flying and high-risk action. And Deanna going to take advantage.”

Knight: “Duck, kid! Duck!”

Pryce starts to get up on the floor and Deanna runs across the ring, bouncing off and then diving through the ropes with a diving forearm smash to the jaw of Pryce. The crowd roars. Deanna Frost rolls over and winces. Deanna turns and starts to pull himself up as Deanna grabs him and spins him around and forearms him in the jaw once and then again. She then goes to whip him into the barricade, but Pryce spins through and sends her into the barricade. Deanna winces in pain before we then see Pryce run over and hit the Sticker Shock while she’s against the barricade. The crowd ohs as she drops to the floor.

Sharper: “And Pryce using the barricade! Sticker Shock. That knee to the jaw.”

Knight: “Deanna just dropped!”

Pryce walks around the area and turns and grabs Deanna, pulling her up and then rolling her into the ring. Deanna slowly starts to get up and Pryce slides in and then runs up and hits a running facebuster. He rolls her over and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Deanna kicks out. She turns and starts to get up and Pryce grabs her and wrenches the arm before hitting a back kick to the ribs. He hits a knee to the chest. Deanna pops back up and he then hits a roundhouse kick. Deanna hits the mat. Pryce hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Deanna gets her shoulder up. She sits up and Pryce grabs the arm and starts to look for a short-arm scissors, but Deanna rolls over and manages to avoid the hold, but Pryce steps over and tries to re-establish control. Deanna gets to her knees and pushes up, grabbing Pryce’s head and hitting a jawjacker. Pryce staggers and turns around and Deanna kicks him in the ribs and hits the Spring Fling.

Sharper: “Deanna fighting back, countering the hold attempt by Pryce. A jawbreaker and then a DDT!”

Knight: “And that’s that fight. You can’t figure out how to deal with it until you’re in there and you’re just hoping to can control your opponent.”

Pryce rolls over and Deanna then pushes him back down and hits a knee drop to the face. She then goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Pryce kicks out. He then rolls over and starts to get up and Deanna kicks him in the ribs and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a running elbow strike. Pryce drops to the mat. The crowd ohs. She then jumps up, gets to the ropes, jumping off the middle rope and hitting a lionsault. She hooks the legs again.

1!

2!

Pryce gets his shoulder up. He rolls over as the crowd ohs. Deanna then slowly gets him up and elbows him in the back of the head and then hits a back elbow. Pryce falls back to the ropes as Deanna runs into the ropes. Pryce steps up as Deanna runs to grab him, but Pryce scoops her up and spins around with a huge sidewalk slam. The crowd ohs as Deanna rolls over and starts to get up and Pryce runs at her, ducks under her arm and quickly hooks her up for an Epicplex.

Knight: “That was just smooth. Duck under the arm, hook the arms and Deanna had no ability to even think of a counter. And now the pin.”

Sharper: “Full impact. Let the whiplash take hold and then the pin!”

Pryce rolls her over and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Deanna gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Pryce looks up and then looks around before dragging Deanna up. He then hits a forearm shot and then another and another. He fires her off into the corner. Pryce runs after and hits a running clothesline. He then spins around and walks over to the middle of the ring before running back for the Sticker Shock, but Deanna ducks out of the way. Pryce pops up and then jumps back, but right into Deanna who hits a snap bridging German suplex!

1!

2!

Pryce gets his shoulder up. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “And Pryce gets his shoulder up. The German suplex right on point. Deanna bridging, but Pryce gets that shoulder up.”

Knight: “Almost returning the favour of the Epicplex, but she elected the bridge. As textbook as you can get, but not with the result.”

Deanna then starts to get up and Pryce stirs and Deanna pushes him into the corner. She rears back and shoulders him in the ribs once and then again before then backing up and driving her knee into the ribs of Pryce. She lifts him up and places him on the top turnbuckle. She nails him with a hard right and then another before grabbing him and starting to climb up to the middle turnbuckle and then to the top rope. Pryce, however, nails her in the ribs. He strikes her again and shoves her back. Deanna hits the mat and rolls through. She gets up and Pryce dives off and hits a leg lariat. Deanna hits the mat. Pryce then goes for the pin.

2!

Deanna gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and gets up as Pryce then gets to his feet and smirks as Deanna gets up and he goes for the Receipt, but Deanna ducks. She then jumps up and hit a Burnout.

Sharper: “Pryce went for the KO, but missed but Deanna didn’t!”

Knight: “Just right on the butt of the jaw!”

Deanna drops down and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Deanna rolls over and looks around. She gets up, smiling, as she then has her arm raised.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Deanna Frost!”

Sharper: “And Frost wins the opening match of the Shot of Adrenaline tournament.”

Knight: “You see how hungry both were and at the end, just a matter of timing and that was it. Deanna Frost got the win. And you have to think she may be the favourite. But with Kimberly Williams, Dexter Grant.”

Sharper: “And while Pryce struggled – a strong remainder of the tournament could give him a semifinals appearance!”

Deanna Frost looks around and plays to the crowd. Spencer Pryce turns, holding his jaw as the official checks on him. Frost turns to the corner, climbing up to the middle rope and raises her arms as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Waylon Creek seated in the Fall of Man locker room. Ryan LeCavalier looks at him as William Heaven gets off the phone and lets out an annoyed sigh.

LeCavalier: “Don’t tell me I made the wrong choice…”

Heaven turns to her.

Heaven: “No, we made the right choice. Because now SCW, holding onto their hubris, is refusing to honour a rematch clause thanks to what we did to Mr. Knots. Now, I think that’s a worthwhile trade, but more importantly, we need to deal with another issue before we get that rematch anyways.”

Heaven turns to Creek. Creek looks up as Legion leans next to his master. Heaven turns to LeCavalier.

Heaven: “You handled yourself well. Waylon…you’ve been distracted in the worst of ways.”

Creek: “Trust me, I will handle it-“

Heaven: “Just like you intended to at Rise to Greatness. Your morality is showing now! And all thanks to Amy Chastaine and-“

The door opens as Heaven turns. James Evans steps into the room.

Creek: “Why are you here? I-“

Evans: “I’m here because he wanted me back and you clearly need me back.”

Evans walks forward as he shakes Heaven’s hand. Evans looks at Ryan and doesn’t otherwise say anything to her.

Creek: “I’ll handle Amy-“

Evans: “No you won’t. I’ll handle Amy.”

Heaven: “Evans is cleared, Waylon. And I know he won’t be looking to make a statement to anyone else. You need to clear your head. Because we are not going to let you squander the future.”

LeCavalier goes to speak, but stops herself, looking at Waylon, who just glances at her briefly.

Creek: “Fine.”

Creek looks at Legion and gets up. He then heads off as Evans turns to Heaven. LeCavalier watches the two of them as they talk and the scene cuts away.

Breakdown returns as we open up to see an account on Instagram “Woman Scorned.” WASLEY then pops up on the screen. The SCW Adrenaline Championship is clearly in the background. We then hear the sound of stylus of a record player being placed on a record before the chorus of “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter plays. Wasley then starts to move in stop-motion, dancing to the lyrics.

Now he's thinkin' 'bout me every night, oh
Is it that sweet? I guess so
Say you can't sleep, baby, I know
That's that me espresso

Wasley then winks at the screen before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Blue and white lights flash as a fast drumbeat fills the arena followed by the words:

{I will not be afraid! I will not be afraid!}

The crowd roars as Amy Chastaine appears at the top of the stage. Simon Lyman walks out with her. “Hell & Consequences” by Stone Sour continues. Amy Chastaine turns to Simon, saying something to him. He responds before she starts to head to the ring. Simon follows a few strides behind. Amy Chastaine reaches the ringside area and walks up the steel steps. She enters the ring. Simon follows as Amy goes across the ring, asking for a microphone.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine not scheduled to join us now, but I guess she saw what the Fall of Man were discussing.”

Knight: “She’s not want to just turn away from that. Clearly, James Evans is back and targeting her.”

Sharper: “Interesting especially given that Chris Dumont, I figured he’d be James’s first target. So clearly William Heaven asking a big favour of James Evans.”

Chastaine is handed a microphone. She turns around as Simon walks around the ring. Amy turns back.

Chastaine: “Cut the music.”

The crowd roars as Chastaine looks around. The music fades out.

Chastaine: “Well I hope a few people don’t mind if I use a little saying and that’s Waylon Creek effed around and found out!”

The crowd roars.

Chastaine: “I told him I would take everything away from him. His winning streak – Xander may have beat you, but you thought you were unstoppable. I helped stop you. You wanted to get revenge at Rise to Greatness and I made sure you went home defeated. And then I made sure your World Tag Team Championships are gone. In two months…you risked my career and I can say now, I have had my revenge. And Waylon, I had hoped you would look in the mirror and realize that you’ve done it all wrong.”

Chastaine shakes her head.

Chastaine: “But then again, it looks like you are getting forced a lesson by your handler. He too should know about effing around and finding out. I don’t have my sympathy for him. But he knows exactly what he’s doing by demanding James Evans now do his dirty work.”

Chastaine looks at the main camera.

Chastaine: “And trust me James…I know you not only too well. I wish I didn’t know you at all!”

Chastaine looks down briefly before looking back up.

Chastaine: “I know too many of your skeletons and I know William Heaven knows that. Just as I know you know. And James…I have never liked you. I never have cared for you. I think you’re someone who needed to go away and be gone for good! But if you’re now stepping up to resolve this for Waylon, I will simply say this. I will make what Chris Dumont did to you seem like a walk in the park. Because James, you deserve FAR worse!”

The crowd roars.

Chastaine: “And every day you stand with Fall of Man, or you come up with some stupid cult to promote some stupid new idea you have, you tell me you’ve not changed at all from the piece of shit you are!”

The crowd roars.

Chastaine: “It seems like I’m finding my calling in 2025 to be the overseer here in SCW. Well, James…if you’re coming for me, I’m not going to be hard to find. How about Apocalypse…you come to the ring. I’ll be waiting!”

Chastaine drops the microphone as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine not beating around the bush! James Evans is coming after her – she’s waiting to fight!”

Knight: “I hope she’s ready for it. We know James has been one of the most violent men in SCW history!”

Sharper: “She’s stepped up to Creek and knocked him down to humanity. She looks ready for James Evans!”

Chastaine’s music plays as she turns and walks over to Simon. Simon asks her something and she nods. She steps through the ropes and down to the floor as Simon exits the ring. The two walk to the back.

Breakdown opens up backstage to see Jessica Winters standing in the interview area.

Winters: “Fans, please welcome at this time…the new SCW World Tag Team Champions…Alex Belmont and Wil Pierce, the Shinigami Foundation!”

The crowd cheers as Alex Belmont and Wil Pierce walk into view, holding their World Tag Team Championship belts. The crowd cheers as Pierce smirks and Belmont nods.

Winters: “You got the last laugh on the Fall of Man and we have since heard your first defense won’t be a rematch. It will be a different rematch against a team who defeated you – the Glimmer Sisters.”

Belmont: “Before I talk about that joke, I hope the Fall of Man realizes that they have no one to blame but themselves. Make enemy after enemy, and finally, the fall comes and it wasn’t at the hands of the Fall of Man. It was just the Fall of the Fall of Man. Now we have the gold and SCW has a real team here able to step up and show the world what true chemistry is in that ring, when two people know exactly where they are, what they’re thinking, and we raise tag team wrestling to an art form and dominate!”

Pierce: “And that brings us to the Glimmer Sisters. Two acrobats that seem to want to make a joke of everything and only care about getting a bunch of guys who couldn’t even handle a phone sex line whoop and holler.”

Pierce pauses a moment.

Pierce: “Your one big advantage is you look the same. The problem is that we now know your tricks. Tonight, we’ll see if you have a few new ones against a team that should, if they didn’t just share one brain cell, figure out. But remember, we’re watching and now the way you want. We’re not leering. We’re learning. And we’re going to have an answer at Apocalypse.”

Belmont: “Second time, Fall of Man found out that they got lucky the first time. Round two for you, Gia and Gina…no matter when it happens on the show, people won’t be talking about you exposing yourself. They’ll be talking about how we exposed you in that ring!”

Belmont and Pierce fist bump one another and then walk off, holding the World Tag Team Championship belts to the camera before walking past.

The SCWtron lights up and the fans give a large pop as it shows Meghan Strader sitting at the head of the chapel table at a CFH Clubhouse with the Sgt At Arms Mackenzie on her right, and Vice President Tiffany Lee on her left. Meghan sneers for the crowd.

Meghan: “Syren, Syren, Syren… for someone who felt so high and mighty after beating yours truly… I appreciate you handing me another notch in the Dubya column. You won the battle. I will win the war. And to Clyde, don’t be too upset, next time we meet, I’ll give you a proper loss.

Mackenzie: “I would like to increase security for your matches, Prez. It’s obvious Syren’s insecurity is looking to cost you wins.”

Meghan grins, putting her right hand on top of the Sgt’s left smiling at her with an appreciative nod.

Meghan: “We’ll talk about that later. But you are right, Syren is definitely insecure. Syren, you boasted how you beat me and questioned if I could go to that place. Sweetheart, I know I can go to that place because I pushed you to that place. How haven’t you figured that part out yet?”

The Prez shakes her head and tilts it gently to ther right with a smirk.

Meghan: “I am a forty year old woman, who has been through it all in life. I had my oldest children, now members of my club, when I was fourteen and because my dad thought he was protecting me and his grandchildren, I didn’t realize I was carrying more than Victoria otherwise I wouldn’t have given her up. Thankfully she was brought back to me. Kidnapped after, all because of my new biological dad at the time. Managed to build what made this family more than just old oil money.”

Meghan sighs. The emerald green eyes of Mackenzie and the icy blues genetically shared by Meghan and Tiffany Lee stare into the souls of everyone watching.

Meghan: “I am not asking for sympathy. I never have and I never will. I tell you all this because Lucas painted such a lovely and vivid picture of who I am… or rather, a part of who I am. I am showing you both sides to let ya know I can flip it like a switch. I am a loving mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, wife and so on, but I am also everything Lucas Knight said I am. I am a Cowgirl Forever…”

Mackenzie and Tiffany Lee: “Forever Cowgirls!”

Meghan: “But I am also an… Order of Chaos. The place I pushed you to, Syren? It’s nothing compared to the level I can go to. I have a lot in my life, more than I probably deserve but I also have lost a fair share… and that has shaped me. Like I said in my letter to Clyde, I know what it takes now to push you to that level that has in turn shown me where I need to go to put you down.”

Tiffany Lee leans over, whispering in Meghan’s ear. The Order of Chaos Lieutenant and Cowgirls From Hell Co-Founder and President nods.

Meghan: “This goes to CHBK and any other management bothering to pay attention… Syren, like myself, has stated she wants gold before the year is out. So do I. She prefers it to be the World title. So do I. But if I need to go another path and win other titles first, I am more than capable. I have beaten the TV Champion twice, and defeated the previous Underground Champion (congratulations to Enigma on his title win). How long are you all going to deny me that opportunity? And don’t copout about my World title goals, I can still do that being the…  US Champion for example.”

The crowd pops at that potential match up. Meghan sneers one last time, laying out the familiar saying.

Meghan: “God forgives.”

Crowd: WE DON’T!

Meghan: “And we never forget. Shhhhh… do you hear that?”

The faintest sounds of hoofbeats can be heard over the PA as the video feed statics out.

Glory Braddock vs. Konrad Raab

Feuer Frei by Rammstein plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace and the blowtorch with him, acting erratic with an angry look on his face, rising the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in the air, wearing red and black skull face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of flame blood designed all over them. He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change and has NASCAR Xfinity Series and Kaulig Racing logo stitching on the right hand side of his chest on his gear. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands. Ginny Raab walks out behind him. Raab crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in front of him, looking at the ring with evil intentions.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first…From Cologne, Germany, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Burned in Blood, Konrad Raab!”

After the announcement, Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and the blowtorch and slowly walks to the ring with a massive amount of boos. Konrad runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes, while Ginny walks up the stairs and gets in the ring with Konrad. As he's in the ring, Konrad, without showing any sign of acknowledgement from the fans, lays the flanged German mace on the turnbuckle, then sits in the corner of the ring with the crowd booing him, having a nasty look in his eyes, flicking his fists as if he's already ready to fight, with Ginny taking Konrad's flanged German mace and his blowtorch away, waiting for the match to start as he takes his hoodie off from his head as Ginny leaves the ring and goes backstage.

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...)

Phillips: ”And his opponent… From London, England, she is The British Bombshell GLORY BRADDOCK!

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

“I come alive at the second of midnight
So I can fly when the world is asleep
You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite
Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity”

“People will come and go
Some stories never told
They bury me down below
But I'll never die
'Cause I'm immortal
Yes, immortal”

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly.

Sharper: “Welcome back folks. I am joined by SCW legend, Lucas Knight. This contest here will be a perfect clash of styles. The more technically proficient Glory Braddock will take on the manifestation of bizarre brutality that is Konrad Raab.”

Knight: “Right you are, Adam. Glory is a multi-time Champion not only in SCW, but all over the globe. Konrad has experienced his own success, even competing for the richest prize in our sport earlier this year. A win for either tonight could springboard the victor on the path to success.”

The ref calls for the bell and Glory charges at Raab. She leaps up. Raab catches her in a bearhug.

Knight: “What is Glory thinking with this attack?”

Raab begins to squeeze and shake Glory, but the Bombshell delivers a headbutt, followed by a second. Glory, with her hands on Raab’s shoulders, pushes herself up a smidge, before she begins to connect with elbows to the side of the head, staggering Raab. She hits a headbutt then another elbow, before Raab shoves her back.

Glory lands on her feet. Raab turns his back to her and Glory charges, driving her shoulder into Raab’s left knee. Raab drops down to one knee. Glory grabs his left arm, and in quick succession rolls Raab onto his back, locking in an armbar. Raab reaches for the ropes but they are still inches away.

Sharper: “Raab locked in the submission and trying to pry his fingers around the ropes, but he just can’t get there.”

Knight: “He could use the obvious size and strength advantage he has to get to the ropes, but with his age, there’s no denying how much of a toll it’d take. He needs to figure out a strategy and quick.”

Raab is shown reaching for the ropes once again, but to no avail. Raab then manages to scramble up to one knee. He reaches down and grabs the wrist of the arm Glory has locked in. Raab plants his feet and begins to lift Glory off the mat. Raab then quickly drops her with a powerbomb. Glory holds on, but it seems her grip has loosened. Raab lifts up again and drops another powerbomb. Glory breaks her grip, but Raab reaches down and pulls her up, before hooking her a third time and hitting a third powerbomb. Raab goes for the pin.

Sharper: “He found a strategy!”

Knight: “And it may have worked!”

The ref counts.

1!

2!

Glory kicks out!

Knight: “The British are still in the fight! But Raab would be smart to keep on Glory. To not let her get a second wind.”

Raab gets to his feet and pulls Glory up, only for Glory to connect with a European uppercut. Raab stumbles back before coming back with a haymaker. Glory staggers and Raab grabs her by the throat, lifting her up, only for Glory to reverse, sliding behind Raab, hooking him around the neck and driving him down with a reverse DDT. Glory goes for a count of her own.

1!

2!

Raab shoots the shoulder up!

Sharper: “Raab getting out at two.”

Raab starts to stir, but Glory hooks him around the neck from behind once again. Glory sinks the hold in and begins to pull back.

Knight: “The former World Champion has Raab in a dragon sleeper.”

Raab is shown trying to get to the ropes once but Glory has him in the center of the ring.

Knight: “Once again, Raab can use his size to pull himself to the ropes, but as mentioned earlier, that could take a huge toll on his body.”

Raab manages to roll over, locking his arms up. He then brings his right leg forward, and he manages to push himself up from the mat, with Glory holding onto the submission. Raab reaches behind him with both arms and charges into the corner. Glory is rammed against the turnbuckle. Keeping his arms around Glory, Raab steps forward before charging into the corner once again.

Glory slumps in the corner as Raab steps forward. He then turns and charges, but Glory gets a boot up. Raab staggers forward and Glory springs her feet up, using the ropes for balance and drives both boots into Raab’s face. Raab stumbles and spins while Glory gets onto the top rope. Glory leaps off, taking Raab down with a Blockbuster.

Sharper: “Glory hitting Raab with the Prankster’s Paradise, and the German is on Dream Street.”

Raab rolls over and stirs. Glory then grabs him and pulls him back and hits a Russian leg sweep. She turns and jumps to the middle rope. She dives back, but Raab rolls out of the way. Glory lands on her feet. She spins around and walks into Raab who hoists her up and hits the Burninator.

1!

2!

Glory kicks out and rolls back. Raab rolls back too. He then gets up and waits as Glory starts to get up. He hits a European uppercut and spins her around. He then starts to set up for the Burn-Blooded Killer, but Glory manages to fight and then jump up and hit the Glorification. She rolls over and covers him.

Sharper: “Glorification! Countering the Burn Blooded Killer1”

Knight: “That’s just good scouting. Good research and Glory got it!”

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Glory Braddock.”

Sharper: “The streak continues!”

Glory rolls off and gets up. She has her arm raised as the crowd cheers. Raab rolls over, holding his face in pain. Braddock then moves to the corner and celebrates.

Backstage, we see Clyde Sutter standing backstage. Melinda Braddock stands with him. Sutter smiles.

Sutter: “Fate is a fickle thing. Glory Braddock spends the last couple of months charting her own path. She’s victorious. And now she’s waiting…Amelia Nevado takes her shot.”

Sutter smiles.

Melinda: “My mother won’t rest.”

Sutter: “Of course not. What about another situation? Another partner…La Pequena Luz. US Champion. Gavin Taylor claims he is next in line. But we know David Striker earned a shot. But can he compete. His new manager says yes…but what if fate has other plans. What if both are wrong and fate may have a wicked option. Maybe Fate needs its chosen Assassin to step in? I would be pleased to do so. Then again, that might anger Meghan Strader. Fate may not take kindly to your words. As they didn’t when you faced Syren at Rise to Greatness…and fate seems to be smiling on Syren. I’d know.”

Sutter pauses again.

Sutter: “Fate is fickle…”

Sutter then stops and turns as Melinda steps past him and Sutter smiles. The camera pans out to show Ryan LeCavalier glaring at him as she walks past.

Sutter: “Is Fate smiling on the Fall of Man? Tell William, my services could always be useful! How would that be…Ryan. Teaming with your former rival. And then another former rival? How does ego handle it?”

Ryan turns, ignoring Sutter. Sutter then turns back to the camera, smirking. He then walks past the camera, Melinda following as the camera focuses on Ryan LeCavalier as she stops and glances back. She then turns and continues to walk off as Breakdown cuts to commercial.

We again open up with the “Woman Scorned” account on Instagram to see WASLEY again placed on a lawn. It’s sunny. Suddenly, an avalanche of water is thrown onto WASLEY. WASLEY remains upright, surviving the impact. Just then, we see the leads from a taser come over and start to shock WASLEY. WASLEY falls over before Kim runs over and grabs WASLEY and throws him up in the air and into a collection of barbed wire. WASLEY rolls out of it. Kim is then heard.

Kim: “WASLEY! You’re not supposed to do all of the trends in one video! We could get so many more likes!”

Kim then walks over and grabs WASLEY, pulling him off camera. The cameraphone, which we now assume is controlled by someone else, turns to focus on the Adrenaline Championship. The Breakdown logo then comes up on the screen.

We open backstage to see Dexter Grant watching a monitor and then slowly turning his right hand into a fist, showing his annoyance with Kim’s actions.

Grant: “Just pathetic. Openly now mocking things. Playing to this ill-informed, emotionally and intellectually stunted group…I….”

Grant turns as we see Wendell walking over.

Grant: “Have you had that conversation with Destiny you wanted? I know you’ve been waiting after…”

Wendell: “Well…I…I tried last week, but I saw her on the phone. She has an agent now. And I’ve not seen her tonight. Wondered if she was with Hollywood-“

Grant: “Those fools. She should have proper support in her corner. Keep trying. She’s someone who you care for, right?”

Wendell: “Well yes…”

Grant: “All the more reason we need you to reach her. And maybe she’ll listen. Perhaps she’ll want some intelligent conversation after everything with the Wonderland and the Dependables. Lord knows all should strive for better.”

Wendell: “Oh…well, of course. I’ll see what I can do.”

Wendell gulps.

Grant: “We shouldn’t both be annoyed by others ignorance at the same time. Try, Wendell.”

Wendell nods as Grant turns and walks off. Wendell nods and then stops a moment before walking over to his bag which is against the wall. He reaches into it. He then grabs a phone and looks at it before then starting to text something. The scene cuts away.

The lights around the arena begin to flicker in red, white, and blue as "Fortunate Son" by CCR starts to play over the arena. "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp, flanked by his All-Star Security of Jack and Karl Barker. As he stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Some folks are born made to wave the flag
Hoo, they're red, white and blue
And when the band plays "Hail to the chief"
Ooh, they point the cannon at you, Lord

It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no senator's son, son
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no furtunate one, no

Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger, shaking hands of the men, kissing the hands of the women, and even patting a few kids on the head. He smirks as he gets to the ring, pulling himself to the apron. He hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope. At this point, he’s handed a microphone by Jack Barker. Karl meanwhile holds the contract Gavin Taylor claims to have. Gavin looks around.

Gavin: “Philadelphia! Fabulous Philadelphia. The best Delphia in the world. The home of our great nation. The founding city…Philadelphia. You’re graced by the presence of Gavin Taylor who doesn’t need people to do their dirty work. Not like Laying David or Crooked Alex. They don’t need Rapacious Rene….no, that won’t work…”

Gavin turns to Jack and Karl.

Karl: “The hell does rapacious mean?”

Gaivn: “Well it…uh….Raging Rene. Look, the contract that I have, the greatest contract in the world for the greatest title, the US Title, the title of greatness….it’s as ironclad as it gets. Not like those other contracts. This is exactly as it says. Notorized by another founder. It’s a founders day in Philadelphia. Founders supporting founders as we make Make America Gavin Again!”

Gavin looks around as the Philadelphia crowd actually cheers this.

Gavin: “Raging Rene can say whatever. We know that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He doesn’t even support his son. He’s not a family man. Gavin, I’m a family man. The best family man. Greatest family. Greatest….wife…uh…representative of Brotherly Love. And a dog, greatest dog, everyone loves a dog. And soon to be the next US Champion. The greatest champion and nothing Laying Dave or Losing Luz can do about it. Thank you!”

The crowd roars as Gavin Taylor waves to the crowd.

Chris Lawler vs. Polly Pingotti

SCW Television Championship

Shot of Adrenaline Tournament

Phillips: “The following contest is a Shot of Adrenaline Tournament match, scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SCW Television Championship!”

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation. We cut to the ring where Gavin is awkwardly dancing on the apron, sticking his arms out and bending them awkwardly, somehow to the beat, before Jack and Karl ask him to come down. Gavin steps down off the apron.

From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits.

Phillips: “Introducing first, the challenger, currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee… Chris Lawler!”

As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination. He glances at Gavin and his security, who quickly go into protection mode. Gavin moves around Lawler as Lawler watches them.

Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. Tonight, he will leave everything in the ring, his spirit unbroken, his resolve unyielding, as he prepares to face whatever challenges come his way.

Sharper: “Chris Lawler was victorious on the Rise to Greatness pre-show over Dante Slayton, but not because of his own efforts. Dante got himself disqualified trying to choke Chris out on the ropes, and you know Chris is looking for a proper win tonight to put that behind him.”

Knight: “We saw some of that frustration last week when he marched out here and clocked Selena while she was badmouthing the World Champion, Cid Turner. He’s got a perfect solution tonight, though: a win not only earns him points for Shot of Adrenaline, but he could also begin his third reign as Television Champion.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back wearing a black skirt and matching black halter top with the SCW Television Title belt around her waist, wheeling out a small black wagon with her right hand. A camera by the stage catches a glimpse of still photos inside the wagon, clearly taken by an instant camera. A picture of her reaction after what went down at Rise to Greatness is the photo that garnishes the camera’s attention.

Polly stops and stands at the forefront of the stage. She looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring. The crowd has an aura of uncertainty as they all watch her go. She glares at Gavin as Gavin triumphantly marches past with the A.S.S. in tow.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Panguitch, Utah, she is the SCW Television Champion… Polly Pingotti!”

No smile comes to Polly's face as her unmistakable green eyes are just locked on the ring in front of her. As she arrives at the ring apron, she places her left hand into the left pocket of the black skirt she has on and pulls out a black diamond. She looks very entranced by it. As her music comes back around to the second chorus, she puts the diamond back into her pocket and seals the skirt's velcro pocket shut. Polly then goes to the steel ring steps, parks her small red wagon, and then walks up the steps and gets into the ring.  Once inside the ring she stands right in the middle, closes her eyes, and presents a flying motion. She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the ring to wait in. She removes the Television Title belt from around her waist and reluctantly hands it to referee Steve Hollinsworth, who raises it high as she and Lawler glare at one another from across the ring.

Sharper: “You saw it when our cameraman got a close-up of the photos Polly has in that wagon. She was fingertips away from winning the Scaffold Scramble at Rise to Greatness until David Striker caught her and grabbed the contract himself.”

Knight: “Polly’s been growing more and more unstable each time she feels she hits that proverbial glass ceiling and can’t break through, and I got a good look at it last week trying to stop her when she attacked Sal and Diamond and ruined their match.”

Sharper: “She’s still the Television Champion for the time being, though, and Shot of Adrenaline could be the perfect pivot for her to finally get to where she believes she deserves to be.”

Referee Steve Hollinsworth signals for the bell, and both Chris and Polly immediately charge one another! Lawler swings with a clothesline, but Polly ducks it before throwing wild rights and lefts, laying into Chris with reckless abandon. Lawler staggers back for a moment from the onslaught, but gets his bearings pretty quickly and grabs Polly before just shoving her back with enough force that it sends Polly to the mat. She rolls through, however, and quickly throws herself at Lawler again, leaping onto him as she keeps pummeling him, forcing him back into the corner. Lawler shoves her off again, and as Polly rolls through and rushes in again, this time Chris also charges and shoulder checks Polly with authority! Polly hits the mat and rolls out to the floor, staggering for a moment before pounding the apron in frustration.

Sharper: “We talked about how frustrated both wrestlers are after Rise to Greatness, and they’re wasting no time in taking those frustrations out on each other!”

Knight: “We’ve seen them both get really aggressive in the past when push comes to shove, and I’d say they both feel like they’ve been shoved quite a bit as of late and something’s got to give.”

Polly paces for a moment out on the floor as Lawler demands that she gets back in the ring. (1) Polly moves to start climbing back in, but demands that Chris back away and give her space. (2) Lawler starts to get impatient and slides out to the floor, but Polly quickly slides back into the ring. Chris slides back in after her and Polly immediately starts stomping away on him. Lawler tries to roll away from her, but Polly pursues and proceeds to apply a bodyscissors. As she tries to squeeze the air out of Lawler’s lungs, she swings her arms and blasts him with crossface strikes. Hollinsworth checks in with Lawler to see if he wants to submit, but he refuses. He starts to climb back to his feet as Polly tries to add a sleeper hold along with the bodyscissors, trying to keep him on the mat. Unfortunately for her, Lawler still manages to make it back to his feet before backing into the corner, crushing Polly to get her off his back, and as she staggers out, Chris blasts her with a clothesline!

Sharper: “Polly had Chris in deep trouble there for a moment, but he was able to weather the storm and regain control.”

Knight: “Polly is hellbent on both retaining her title and getting on the board early for Shot of Adrenaline, and after Rise to Greatness, she could really use the good fortune right now.”

Chris leans against the ropes for a moment, trying to catch his breath as Polly slowly pulls herself to her feet. She charges at him, but Lawler lifts her up before dropping her throat across the top rope with a hotshot! Polly staggers back, clutching at her throat, as Lawler runs off the ropes and catches her with a crossbody! He stays on top of her, hooking the leg.

2!

Polly kicks out! She crawls over to the ropes and uses them to help herself back to her feet, but Lawler grabs her by the waist and rips her away from the ropes before taking her over in a german suplex, sticking the bridge!

1!

2!

Polly kicks out again! Lawler looks up at Steve Hollinsworth in frustration as the referee reaffirms his two count.

Sharper: “Chris starting to get frustrated that he can’t put Polly away quickly.”

Knight: “Regaining the TV Title, points for Shot of Adrenaline… both would be huge in washing the taste of what happened on the Rise to Greatness pre-show out of his mouth.”

Lawler pulls Polly up and applies a front facelock, perhaps looking for a DDT. Polly, however, twists out before pulling him into a short-arm clothesline! Lawler, however, absorbs the blow and stays on his feet before swinging for a clothesline of his own, but Polly ducks it and doubles him over with a shot to the gut in the process. She runs off the ropes and grabs Lawler’s head twisting into a sitout facebuster! Polly goes for the cover, hooking the leg.

1!

2!

Lawler kicks out! Polly looks irate as she mounts Chris and starts hammering away at him with reckless abandon. Steve Hollinsworth tries to pull her off of Chris, but Polly just shoves him away as she gets back to her feet. Lawler slowly starts to rise, but Polly runs off the ropes and boots him in the face to prevent this. Screaming in frustration, Polly steps out onto the apron before climbing to the top rope, measuring Lawler before she leaps off with a diving splash, but Lawler rolls out of the way and Polly splats onto the mat hard!

Sharper: “Polly tried to go high risk there after the near-fall, but Lawler managed to get out of the way in the nick of time!”

Knight: “That’s the problem when both your adrenaline and your emotions are running high. You stop thinking rationally and you take risks that could backfire on you in a big way.”

Both Chris and Polly are slowly recovering as the fans cheer them both on, wanting to see them keep fighting. Lawler is the first to his feet and rocks Polly with a huge right hand, sending her staggering into the corner. He follows after her, but Polly responds with a right hand of her own! Lawler staggers back before he throws another right hand, but Polly answers in kind. Lawler tries to go for another right hand, but Polly ducks this one and grabs his wrist, spinning through and trying to irish whip him into the opposite corner, only for Lawler to reverse it and whip her in instead! Lawler rushes after her, looking to immediately catch her with the Blitz Kick once she hits, but Polly never crashes into the turnbuckles. Instead, she runs up them before somersaulting off the top, twisting into the Bird Set Free! Polly stands up and screams to a mixed reaction to the crowd before she motions that this is over, pulling Lawler’s head between her legs and looking for the Polly Pop, but Lawler repositions himself and lifts Polly into a military press before planting her into the mat with the Fury Suplex! He rolls into a cover, hooking the leg.

1!

2!

Polly gets a shoulder up!

Sharper: “Polly managing to catch Chris off guard for a moment, but a brilliant counter by Lawler to avoid the Polly Pop!”

Knight: “That very well could’ve been it for him, but where is his head at now after only getting two off the Fury Suplex?”

Lawler slowly rises to his feet, looking over at Steve Hollinsworth who confirms his two count. Chris growls in frustration as he runs a hand through his hair, trying to figure out what might keep Polly down. He heads over to the nearby corner and steps out onto the apron before slowly climbing to the top turnbuckle, measuring Polly who’s still down on the mat. He leaps off, looking for the Air Assault, but Polly manages to move and Chris’s elbow hits nothing but the mat! Chris clutches at his arm as Polly pulls herself to her feet, looking almost unhinged as she measures him, and when he tries to get back to his feet, she charges in and connects with The Head Turner! She rolls Lawler over and goes for the cover.

1!

2!

Lawler gets a shoulder up! Polly practically screams as she gets right in Hollinsworth’s face, almost demanding that he tell her it was actually a three count, but the referee holds firm.

Sharper: “Polly only gets two off The Head Turner and she looks like she’s about to go ballistic!”

Knight: “Hollinsworth’s just doing his job, and doing it well, I might add. Polly had better think twice before she does anything drastic.”

Polly proceeds to grab Hollinsworth by the collar of his referee shirt, which causes Lucas Knight to begin standing up from the announce desk in case he needs to intervene. Polly, however, just demands that Hollinsworth ‘do his job right’ before she turns to Lawler and starts trying to apply The Painful Reminder, only for Lawler to slip free before she can get it fully locked in! Lawler moves to the corner and uses it to start pulling himself up, but Polly rushes him only for Chris to move and Polly’s attempt at a corner splash sees her hit the top turnbuckle facefirst instead! Lawler backs up as Polly is stunned before charging in and catching her with the Blitz Kick! The fans are roaring as Polly staggers out of the corner before Lawler hoists Polly onto his shoulders. The crowd erupts in boos though as we see Selena Frost running down from the back.

Sharper: “Lawler has Polly up! But Selena! Selena Frost is here!”

Knight: “Oh no… damn it!”

Selena Frost slides in. Lawler throws Polly off only for Selena to blast him with the Glass Shard. The crowd boos loudly as the bell sounds.

Sharper: “Damn it! The Glass Shard. Lawler down. This has to be because of last week. Lawler called her out. Defended Cid!”

Knight: “Selena saves Polly’s TV title, but hurts her in the Shot of Adrenaline!”

The bell sounds again as Selena looks at Lawler and bends over.

Selena: “Still think you should be even in the same ring as me. Huh! HUH! You should be nothing!”

Selena berates Lawler as Polly starts to get up. She looks up at Selena. Selena continues to berate Lawler and Polly gets up and shoves Selena back.

Polly: “The hell are you doing?!”

Selena: “Dealing with him. I did you a favour. He’s beneath you too!”

Polly: “You cost me the match. Do you think I’m happy with just being TV Champ again?!”

Selena just puts her hands up only for Polly to blast her with a hard right. Selena falls back and rolls to the floor. The crowd cheers as Polly looks at her. Selena slowly gets up, holding her jaw. Polly snaps at her before Selena just shakes her head and turns. Polly turns, throwing her arms in the air, and then stepping over to the ropes, kicking them. Lawler stirs as Polly is handed the TV Title. She grabs it and looks at it and then leans on the top rope, shaking her head.

The lights slowly dim down. The crowd buzzes in anticipation, many of them taking their phones out and lighting up the arena with their flashlights. After a few moments of silence, “Dark Child” by Marlon Williams plays as the lights flash back on. The big screen shows several highlights of Cid Turner's career as the song continues to play. The crowd roars as Cid, holding the SCW World Championship over his shoulder, and a microphone in his hand, makes his way onto the stage, looking tensely out into the crowd. Cid takes a moment to let it all soak in before his music fades out and he looks around the arena, bringing the microphone up to his mouth.

Sharper: “We heard from Amelia Nevado earlier. Same for Selena Frost. And now, time to hear from the SCW World Champion.”

Cid: “So…seems someone doesn’t like me.”

The crowd boos as Cid looks around. A “Cid!” chant echoes throughout the Philadelphia crowd.

Cid: “Too bad they’re not competing for the World Championship. Then again, she’s never given me much respect, even after what I’ve done in this ring. And I get it, I was the Masta of Speed – I had an alien body inside of me…don’t worry, Gleebnorb is dead. I hope. I was a bit unkempt. It’s a bit of a change to see me coming out here talking about spinal stenosis and possibly dying in the ring, but here we are!”

Cid shrugs.

Cid: “That’s why I’m thrilled I’m not facing Selena Frost. For all of her talk about being a champion, she’s just shown she’s jaded and trust me, we had that. God Himself is dead…or maybe just working at a Wendy’s in Minnesota. But either way, go away! Amelia Nevado…she’s your friend, wasn’t she? She invited you to her wedding. I didn’t get an invitation! But you then went after her. Yelling at her. Maybe you need to step away Selena.”

The crowd cheers as the crowd returns to the “Let it Go” singing chants from earlier.

Cid: “Or that!”

The crowd roars.

Cid: “While you do that, Amelia and I are going to tear it up. She’s going to try and beat me for this title. I’m going to try and beat her so I can keep this Cinderella story alive. I’m going to keep hold to this title because it’s all I damn well know!”

Cid yells out.

Cid: “And I’m going to do it proud. It’s the least I can do after all of these years. And I may be a bit broken down, but the doctors clear me every night and every night, I will come out and I will fight. I will do what I was put on this earth to do. And right now…that means defending the World Title. I can’t wait for Apocalpyse and Selena, turn away. For everyone’s sake!”

Cid brings the microphone down as his music plays again. He turns and holds his arm up to the crowd. The crowd cheers him as Cid turns, taking a moment, and then looking back at the crowd. He nods before then peering out, placing his hand over his eyes. He then backs up and heads to the back. The music cuts out.

Glimmer Sisters vs. Hollywood

A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring, from Hollywood, they are the team of Ryan and Chris, they are Hollywood!”

They respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music fades.

Sharper: “Coming off a scandalous night at Rise to Greatness, Hollywood looks to now play spoiler. First time the Glimmer Sisters will face a repeat opponent.”

Knight: “And it was made clear that Glimmers are getting their title shots. Just past the watershed hour though at Apocalypse.”

Sharper: “The Glimmers trying to get on earlier too, blocked by SCW’s crew.”

All the lights in the arena suddenly cut out, leaving the fans gasping and roaring in surprise. After a moment, blue lighting overtakes the arena, almost making it look like the entire place is underwater. On the stage, we can see what looks like water raining down right in front of the entryway, a silhouette of a woman visible behind it as she's flipping her hair and looks to be getting “dressed” for battle. “Tongue Twister” then hits and after a few seconds, we see Gina Glimmer (we assume) walk through the water, motioning as though she were parting a curtain, sashaying in a way that draws all eyes to her hips as she grins knowing full well what she's doing. Once she's fully visible she flaps her arms at her sides almost like she's flying, and as she does we see a second pair of arms flapping in the opposite motion appear from behind her, almost making her look like one of those multi-armed Hindu gods. After a few flaps she leans to one side as we see her twin Gia Glimmer (again, we assume) suddenly appear from behind her and lean the opposite way, perfectly mirroring one another. They join hands and look as though they're about to break into a ballroom dance, but Gina simply uses this to flip Gia over her back, and the moment she lands on her feet in time with the bass dropping the lighting immediately changes to a vibrant display of pinks and yellows.

Phillips: “Their opponents, from Cirque de Sins, they are Gia and Gina, the Glimmer Sisters!”

At this, the two begin to dance their way down to the ring, again a perfect mirror of one another as their sensual motions hypnotize the audience. The mirror routine breaks at a few points when they stop dancing to briefly interact with fans, Gina scoffing at some guy not worth her time in the front row desperately trying to get her number while Gia teases potentially flashing her side of the crowd only to stick her tongue out and tell them to “blame SCW” for the let down. Once they reach ringside they dance their way over to the hard cam side of the ring before pulling themselves onto the apron facing away from each other, where they press their butts together and slowly rise as they stick their tongues out and suggestively lick each finger, drawing excited cheers from all interested parties that clash with the boos they're otherwise getting from those that either aren't interested in them or see through the act. Once they're both fully upright, they mirror one another again as they lean back against the ropes, pushing out their chests for the fans' enjoyment before hooking their arms around the top rope and backflipping into the ring in sync. Once they're back in the ring the lighting returns to the underwater hues as they dance around the ring one more time, mirroring one another again, before meeting in the middle of the ring as a spotlight shines down on them. They sensually embrace, each lifting a leg up in a way that makes it seem like they're trying to wrap it around the other's body as they flip their hair before motioning for the camera to get a close-up of them as they grin and wink to the fans at home. The lights then completely cut out again for a brief moment before coming back on as normal, the Glimmer Sisters separating and moving to their corner as they wait for the bell with a hungry look in their eyes.

Sharper: “Can the Glimmer Sisters adapt now to a team that knows exactly what they can do?”

Knight: “Let’s just hope the Hollywood ‘brothers’ don’t try their own twin magic.”

The bell sounds as Gia and Gina talk to each other in the ring. Chris and Ryan look at one another before Chris runs over and grabs Gina (we assume) and pull her away from the Glimmer corner and roll her up in a school boy.

Sharper: “Right off the bat! School boy!”

1!

2!

Gina kicks out and Chris turns and snaps at the official, Jennifer Cassidy.

Chris: “What?! We’re undefeated at Rise to Greatness with that move! We’ve put down LEGENDS! AND HAS BEENS!”

Just then, Gina rolls Chris up with the school boy!

1!

2!

Chris kicks out. The crowd ohs.

Knight: “And almost lost it there. Who cares what you’ve done before, mate!”

Chris gets back up and Gina then runs over and takes him down with a Lou Thesz Press, pressing her chest into the face of Chris. Chris yells out, trying to get free as Gina smirks before getting up and intentionally crawling along him, even making sure to stop briefly while kneeling over his face. Chris quickly pulls away and looks around before turning and tagging in Ryan. Ryan enters and runs at Gina, who backs up into the Glimmer corner. She then ducks down and Ryan runs right into a pump kick from Gia. Ryan staggers back and Gina rolls him up in a school boy!

1!

2!

Ryan kicks out and rolls out of the ring. He then walks around the ring as the crowd roars. (1)

Sharper: “And Hollywood trying something different tonight, but the Glimmers have it all scouted.”

Knight: “And they just took advantage of Hollywood going on the offensive. Not their strong suit!”

Ryan looks at the ring as Chris comes over to support him. (2) They talk as Cassidy tells them to get into the ring. Gia looks on from the apron while Gina remains in the ring. (3) Gina decides to tag in Gia as Gia enters. Gia steps forward as Ryan and Chris walk over to the Hollywood corner. (4) Ryan climbs onto the apron as does Chris. Ryan enters and the tags in Chris. Chris enters and looks at Gia. He then gets ready and steps forward for a collar and elbow tie-up, but Gia ducks under and spins around before then jumping onto his back with a sleeper. The crowd roars as Chris reaches around and staggers around the ring as Gia keeps the hold on. Chris keep staggering before then managing to turn and falls back first into the Hollywood corner. He then hits a back elbow to the jaw. The crowd ohs as Gia holds her face. Chris steps out and spins Cassidy around before Ryan to then lock in a sleeper of his own on Gia, mocking her as he does. The crowd boos as Chris keeps Cassidy’s attention before Ryan shoves Gia out and into Chris who hits a frankensteiner. He then throws his arm up in the air.

Sharper: “And look at Chris Hollywood.”

Knight: “Great looking frankensteiner, but go for the cover! You were doing that before!”

Sharper: “More happy to take down Gia and now here comes Ryan!”

Chris tags in Ryan. Ryan enters as they then lift Gia up and then Ryan scoops her up and into a sidewalk slam as Chris runs over and hits a leg drop, driving her down. Ryan gets up and high fives Chris. He turns and goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Gia kicks out. Ryan looks over and then grabs Gia and lifts her up. He whips her into the neutral corner. Ryan follows up and shoulders her in the ribs once and then again and again. He then whips her across the ring. Gia however flips up and onto the top rope. She spins around as Ryan then turns and runs after and Gia gets both feet up. Ryan staggers back and Gia then stands up and hits a diving seated senton. She remains on top of him, smirking. This gets a massive roar from the Philadelphia crowd.

1!

2!

Ryan pulls her back into a sunset flip pin.

1!

2!

Gia kicks out and then somersaults under the arm of Ryan and tags in Gina. Ryan turns and runs over and Gina grabs him and hits a guillotine drop. Ryan staggers as Gia then jumps up and hits a flying headscissors. Gina then flips into the ring and hits a flipping leg drop to the head of Ryan. She goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Chris breaks it up. He rolls out of the ring, tapping his forehead. Gina rolls off as Ryan stirs. Gina then turns and looks around before tagging in Gia. They then grab Ryan and whip him into the corner. Gina then runs after and goes for the stinger splash, but, Ryan catches her and then slams her down. Gia runs over and jumps up for a hip check, but Ryan moves out of the way and tags in Chris. Gia staggers and turns as Ryan grabs the top rope as Chris springboards up and launches him with the Box Office Smash.

Sharper: “We wondered and Hollywood has seen some of their offense before. Caught it here!”

Knight: “And that forearm to the jaw of Gia…right? Gia?”

Sharper: “I think!”

Chris hooks the leg. Ryan counts with the referee.

1!

2!

Gina breaks it up as the crowd roars. Chris rolls over as Gina gets up. Ryan runs over to her and clubs her in the back once and then again before placing her head between his legs. He hoists her up for a powerbomb, but Gina gets up to his shoulder and nails him with a series of hard rights. She slides down as Chris then grabs Gina and whips her into the corner. Jennifer Cassidy, the official tries to get control. Chris goes to whip Gina across the ring. She hits the corner. Ryan turns and goes to head over to Gina, but Cassidy backs him up. Chris turns to Gia who low blows him. The crowd roars. Chris drops to his knees as Gia backs up. She looks at Gina and the two lunge and hit the Asspocalypse. Gia rolls out of the ring as Gina goes for the cover. Ryan is forced out to the apron. Cassidy turns and sees the pin.

1!

2!

Ryan notices and enters, tripping on the middle rope.

3!

The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Gia and Gina, the Glimmer Sisters!”

Gina rolls out of the ring, joining Gia as Ryan scrambles to his feet and looks at them as Jennifer Cassidy drops to the floor to raise their arms.

Sharper: “And the Glimmers do it again! They find a way to win!”

Knight: “And outsmart Hollywood!”

Sharper: “Next up for them – the World Tag Team Championship. Shinigami Foundation ready for them. Glimmers showing they can come back with a different plan with a repeat team.”

Knight: “And the Glimmers have beaten the Shinigami Foundation before!”

Gina and Gia smirk as they back up and walk around the ring, heading to the back.

Sharper: “Let’s now go backstage to Jaina Lancaster!”

Colleen MacDonald stands backstage with Jaina Lancaster.

Jaina: “Thank you Adam. Colleen MacDonald with me here and I’m going to make this simple and I think I know the answer. Enigma saying he’d happily face you in a rematch. He did warn you. But Colleen…your response.”

Colleen: “I’m seeing him at Apocalypse. Simple as that. He won round one. He gave me the challenge I wanted. Now I want to see if I can adapt. And if can, then that title’s coming back to me. And if not…then I focus on getting better and I will keep doing so until I can take him out. Unlike some, I won’t rest on my laurels.”

Colleen turns as we see Aisling Reed come over and nod.

Aisling: “Couldn’t have said it better.”

Colleen: “It’s what we are…fighters.”

Chris Dumont then comes into view.

Dumont: “Yeah…and one’s that don’t mind recognizing the importance of having the right people in their corner. I think I know a match tonight you and I have a vested interest in watching.”

Colleen: “Sounds good to me.”

Colleen turns and walks off with Aisling and Chris Dumont as Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

“Psycho in my Head” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a still for Chris Dumont vs. Kimberly Williams in the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament.

Sharper: “Folks, SCW Breakdown will come to you live from Buffalo, New York and the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament will continue. Kimberly Williams have her first match in the tournament and yes, the Adrenaline Championship will be on the line. She’ll face Chris Dumont.”

We then see a shot of Xander Valentine, before showing Syren and Chris Cannon, and then a shot of the Vision.

Knight: “But that’s not all. We’re told that Xander Valentine will be in action in his home state. So too we’ll see Syren and Chris Cannon compete.”

Sharper: “And the Vision will make their in-ring debut. We saw Melinda Braddock debut at Rise to Greatness weekend. She brings her tag partner, Fiona Logan to SCW and they’ll compete next week. The final show before Apocalypse. It should be a wild night. Anything can happen in Supreme Championship Wrestling!”

The Breakdown logo comes across the screen.

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer.

LEXY CHAPEL PRESENTS

“Groupie” by Cassie Steele then hits the PA system as we see Syren walking out from the back, accompanied by Lexy Chapel.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY

She begins walking down to the ring. The crowd cheers as Syren walks down the rampway.

Sharper: “We heard from Meghan Strader earlier. It was only a matter of time before we heard from Syren.”

Knight: “I hope she knows what she’s doing here. She dodged a bullet in some ways. She walked out of Rise to Greatness battered, bruised, and victorious. Let Chris Cannon tempt fate against Meghan!”

Sharper: “Meghan Strader attacking Cannon last week. Meghan then calling out Syren again before demanding a title shot. I’m sure Lexy Chapel and Syren have plenty to say there.”

Syren and Lexy Chapel make their way partway to the ring before we cut to the entrance way where we see Chris Cannon walking out from the back, joined by Yvonne Knight. The crowd roars seeing him as he slowly walks down to the ring. Syren runs up the steel steps and then steps into the ring. Lexy Chapel tries to show her off to the crowd but Syren is focused, going right for the microphone waiting for her on the apron. She grabs it and then stops, noticing Chris Cannon coming down to the ring. Lexy turns and walks over as Yvonne stops her as Chris Cannon pulls himself onto the apron. He then steps into the ring. Syren walks over to him and Chris says something back. The music fades out as Syren turns as Chris walks over and demands his own microphone. Lexy pulls herself into the ring and goes over to Syren, but Syren starts speaking.

Syren: “Well, Meghan, looks like we were just getting started. But allow me to help you out here Meghan – it’s probably not best to shoot your shot and when it misses, and you get humbled on the biggest stage in professional wrestling…you shouldn’t start just scattershotting and hoping you get something.”

The crowd roars.

Syren: “No matter the rumours – I’m not getting any special treatment around here and I know one thing and that’s CHBK, he’s watching everyone and he’s making sure people earn their shots. You shot for the moon. You missed. Here we are. But now you’re going after Chris and just as he had my back…I have his.”

Cannon: “So Meghan…you went for the biggest and the baddest in SCW and I think you think I may be an easier target. You said that God forgives, but you don’t. Well, I’m not asking for forgiveness. I just stepped up and did the right thing as you tried to take Ravyn out with your joyride. So I got involved. Well, you’re the one that made this a numbers game. Same as last week. I still have a few bruises to remind me of it. And trust me, I don’t forget either. And there’s plenty in my past I’d love to forget.”

Cannon looks around.

Cannon: “But since some World Title hopes may be delayed for a bit for a couple of us for a number of reasons…it looks like you want another shot at us, Meghan. Want to ride in and try to take us down, Cowgirls forever!”

Syren: “It’s cute.”

Knight: “Syren…don’t mock it. You’re not helping…She mentioned the Order of Chaos. Trust me…”

Cannon: “Well I think we should test the forever.”

Syren: “I’m game…”

Cannon: “Rather than continuing these shots in the back and brawls all over. And getting security involved, how about we just get this done the old-fashioned way.”

Syren: “I think that sounds great. Because Meghan, let’s see how far you can take it. Bring another Cowgirl. And at Apocalypse, you can face two of the best to ever step foot in SCW. But don’t worry…you won’t need to worry about forgiving or forgetting. Now you can focus on learning…learning that if you want the World Title, you’ll have to get through us and we don’t make it easy. Especially with something we want.”

Cannon: “And trust me, Meghan, I want it more than you know.”

Syren: “Same here…so get jealous…and get used to it!”

“Groupie” plays again as Chris Cannon looks at Syren and then the crowd as Lexy looks at Syren, asking her something. Syren nods as Yvonne Knight applauds on the floor.

Sharper: “Another challenge for Apocalypse. Cannon and Syren calling out the Cowgirls from Hell!”

Knight: “They better be ready. The Straders always reload. They always come back. And they will do what they need to to get what they want.”

Sharper: “Sounds a bit like Infamous.”

Knight: “Apples and oranges, Adam.”

Syren and Cannon talk while, Lexy Chapel watches them as the scene cuts away.

We cut backstage to see CHBK talking to a crew member as we see La Pequena Luz walking over to CHBK. CHBK notices her.

CHBK: “Excuse me a moment.”

CHBK turns to Luz.

CHBK: “Luz, what can I do for you?”

Luz: “Well, I’m more here not for the reason you’d think. I know this Gavin stuff is…it’s in his mind.”

CHBK: “A few people are concerned. I can tell you, just as I told Rene Dumont earlier – I personally don’t have any knowledge of any contract Gavin Taylor has for a US Title shot. David Striker, meanwhile, does. He is next in line”

Luz: “And that’s what I wanted to ask about…is David Striker going to be able to compete? I know that Reno Dumont claims he is ready, but…given how quickly that switch flipped for him…part me wants it from someone else who I can trust.”

CHBK: “As far as I know…he should be. We’re looking at Apocalypse. If that changes, I’ll let you know.”

Luz: “I hope he is cleared. He deserves the shot. Not whatever Gavin is turning into.”

Luz shakes her head. Just then, Autumn Valentine walks over to CHBK, holding a file folder. This gets the crowd’s attention, and Luz’s.

Autumn: “Sorry to interrupt. Mr. D responded, along with some paper work.”

CHBK: “Thanks Autumn.”

Autumn turns to Luz and nods and heads off. Luz turns and points to her.

Luz: “She-“

CHBK: “She’s thinking about turning to the behind the scenes part. Let’s just say I’m giving her a chance…and keeping an eye on her.”

Luz: “O…kay.”

Luz turns and heads off. CHBK then looks at the folder and walks in the opposite direction as the scene cuts away.

“The Monster Machine” Enigma vs. Xander Valentine

“Scum Of The Earth” by Rob Zombie hits as “The Monster Machine” Enigma slowly steps out onto the stage. The SCW Underground Championship is around his waist. The crowd roars seeing the man as he looks around, scanning the arena. A few moments pass before he starts to walk down to the ring, taking his time, but his eyes firmly gazing upon the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. First, on his way to the ring, currently residing in Rock Hill, New York, he is the SCW Underground Champion, The Monster Machine… Enigma!”

Enigma reaches ringside. He then walks over to the steel steps and stops before slowly walking up them. He then steps onto the ring apron and then steps into the ring. He then looks across the ring before slowly starting to pace around the ring.

Sharper: “Enigma made his challenge back to Colleen MacDonald and Colleen MacDonald did not hesitate in responding and agreeing to a rematch. We’ll see that at Apocalypse. But before then, this could be a heck of a match.”

Knight: “Two brawlers. Two fighters. I expected this to leave a few welts on both. But if Enigma wins, we’ll be talking about him, even more than we are.”

A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill

Others are born to run

Some need to keep on takin'

Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

“But baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise”

“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”

The curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp and throws his arm up into the air. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, fighting out of Fort Collins, Colorado… from Rochester, New York… he is the Paragon of Violence, the Executioner…. Xander Valentine!”

Suffocate me until I am blue

To preserve my bad worldview

Paranoid, All Eyes On Me

Rumours circle, vultures feed

Baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again, getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite side and repeats to garner the same response. He hops down from the rope, and jogs into place, waiting for the bell.

Sharper: “The former World Champion making his first in-ring appearance since Rise to Greatness. Last week, he was called out by Chris Dumont. They will face at Apocalypse.”

Knight: “With Xander moving on from Fall of Man, he’s got a target on his back and a lot of people looking to make their name off of him.”

Xander looks across at Enigma as the crowd roars. A few moments pass before Aaron Demitra checks in on both before calling for the bell. The bell sounds and the crowd roars again. Enigma and Xander start to talk to one another before they lock up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Xander starts to get the advantage on Enigma. He pushes him back to the ropes. Enigma, however, starts to turn, pushing Xander back. They spin around on the ropes and Xander gets Enigma into the corner. Enigma looks at Xander and Xander keeps pushing him back. The two almost communicating with one another without saying anything while the official, Demitra, counts for the break.

Sharper: “A massive spear! Xander missed the boot. Enigma didn’t miss the spear!”

Knight: “Just hard impact too. Xander holding his ribs. Turns out having a near three hundred pound man tackle you, doesn’t feel good!”

Enigma slowly gets up as Xander turns, holding his ribs. He gets to his feet and turns to Enigma who scoops him up and hits a ribbreaker. He throws him down and goes for the pin.

Xander kicks out. Enigma gets up and then stomps Xander in the chest and then the face. Xander turns, a brief smirk on his face, before Enigma grabs him and pulls him up and elbows him in the back of the head. Xander falls to the ropes. Enigma then grabs him and drags him up and runs him across the ring and into the corner, driving Xander face first into the top turnbuckle. Enigma then nails Xander with a series of hard right hands, causing Xander to drop to a knee.

Sharper: “And more hard punches to the head. This is just one of those matches they’re feeling now and they’re going to feel again tomorrow morning.”

Knight: “And I don’t think either would have it any other way.”

Enigma turns and runs into the ropes. He goes for a lariat, but Xander ducks and Enigma stops before turning and hitting a back elbow. Xander falls to the ropes. Enigma turns and grabs him and then pulls him back only to scoop him up, but Xander counters by sliding down and locking in the Fade to Black. The crowd roars as he keeps the hold on. The crowd then roars as we then see Colleen MacDonald running down from the back. She runs down and slides in. Xander sees her and then throws Enigma down, but Colleen quickly rolls out of the ring. Xander stops and looks at her before we see Aisling Reed hopping the barricade and running over to the apron. She then climbs up and looks at Xander, but Xander turns and swings. This however leaves him open as Chris Dumont runs down from the back and slides into the ring. Xander turns around and Dumont jumps up and hits the Code Zero. The bell sounds.

Sharper: “Chris Dumont got all of that knee!”

Knight: “And look how he set it up. Colleen in first. Then Aisling. Using his allies. And I think that’s a clear message to Xander Valentine.”

Sharper: “Valentine dismissed his allies, those who wanted to take on Fall of Man. Dumont included. And I think Dumont just also showed how dangerous he can be!”

Dumont turns and exits to the floor. He walks around the ring as the crowd roars. Colleen meanwhile looks at Enigma who slowly rolls over, looking at her.

Colleen: “I’m your problem. Not him. I’ve got your fight! Not him!”

Colleen points at him as Xander turns and smirks. The crowd continues to roar as Dumont looks in the ring. Reed applauds her allies as Colleen turns and walks around the ring. Enigma and Xander then turn and look at one another as the scene fades to black…
