Dogfight in Dusseldorf did not turn out the way The British Bombshell had hoped. Glory Braddock was well on her way to a successful Adrenaline Title defense against Dexter Grant but he had cheat throughout, constantly raking her eyes, and in the end using the ropes for extra leverage to steal the championship. She had hoped to put Dexter in her rearview mirror but now, after Dusseldorf, she cannot just let that slide. Now, after Breakdown has come to a close, The British Bombshell knows that she will get her rematch for the SCW Adrenaline Championship; but it won’t be a traditional Adrenaline rules match. It will be a Disconnect Match, whatever that is. Dexter, of course, is keeping it close to the chest, hoping to get any advantage he can get, knowing that he is nowhere near as good as The Best in the World. Yet before she can focus on her rematch, she has another champion in her sights; the Underground Champion Colleen. Glory Braddock has no love lost for Colleen due to her past relationship with Polly and Aisling. The Playgirls and Polly had given The British Bombshell hell two years ago. In March of 2023 they tried to smother her to death. They are owed a beating and Glory Braddock, still angry from Dusseldorf, looks forward to take out her frustration on Colleen.

Still, The British Bombshell has other problems she knows that she must attend to before she can turn her attention to Breakdown and Colleen. Glory Braddock recently learned that the person behind the stalking was none other than Sophie O’Brian. Sophie and Glory have always had a tumultuous relationship but, despite their ups and downs, they remained friends. Sophie has been Glory’s longest, oldest best friend for as long as she’s known. Sophie O’Brian has always been close to the Braddock family. In fact, it was Glenn Braddock, Glory’s father, who helped Sophie and her older brother Mark escape an abusive family life under their drunk and abusive father George O’Brian. Glory, Sophie, and Mark all graduated together from the Braddock Wrestling School. Sophie has long credited the Braddock family for saving her life. This is why it baffles Glory, why it confuses her to no end, as to why Sophie would target her like this; why would Sophie stalk Glory and do things that would frighten her family, maybe even endanger her family? Why would someone who claims to care for and honor the memory and legacy of Glenn Braddock now do something to recklessly endanger Glenn’s family?

This is what bring The British Bombshell out to her late father’s grave in London, England. Glory is dressed in a light beige denim jacket with visible seams and stitching, which is slightly worn, giving it a casual, lived-in feel. The jacket has two chest pockets with buttoned flaps. Underneath, she wears a simple pale pink or off-white t-shirt. She is also wearing dark blue, form-fitting jeans with visible stitching and belt loops, though no belt. Her hands are gently clasped together at her waist, with her fingers lightly intertwined. Her long blonde hair is loosely tied back in a casual, messy bun, with a few strands falling gently around her face. She has a solemn, contemplative expression as she gazes downward at a gravestone in front of her. Braddock is outside in an open cemetery with numerous tombstones of varying sizes and shapes in the background. Some headstones are more prominent, while others appear smaller and blend into the distance. The cemetery is surrounded by lush greenery, with large trees casting dappled shadows on the well-maintained grass. The sunlight filtering through the trees creates a soft glow, emphasizing the natural beauty. The particular gravestone in front of her is simple (just like her father would have wanted) and weathered, with a smooth, curved top. It has a gray, slightly rough surface, and the name “Glenn Braddock” is inscribed on the face.

“It’s time like this I wish I could just go to your school and see you there. I know if I could see you there you would have some great advice on how to handle all of this…I lost the Adrenaline Title. I stupidly agreed to those dumb rules of his for my rematch. I have to face Colleen on Breakdown. She’s a reigning champion, I know I can beat her and that would be very important. But I can’t focus on all of that…not on Dexter, not on Colleen, none of it.” Braddock sighs and shakes her head. “I can’t focus on it, dad, because of all the people to give me problems, my best friend Sophie is giving me grief.”

She pats the headstone gently. “I don’t get it, I really do not. Sophie and I grew up together. We were closer than friends, we were practically sisters. And you saved her. You saved her and her brother Mark from that abusive prick of a father George O’Brian. You gave them both the tools and resources necessary to survive, to make it on their own, so that they could escape their father and that horrific life they were living. You gave her everything…our family gave her everything…so why is she doing this? Why me?”

Glory Braddock pauses and stays silent, almost as if she were anticipating a specter, a ghost to appear and give her a response. Obviously nothing comes. She just chuckles momentarily as she spends some more quiet time alone with her father. But then she hears the rustling of leaves coming from behind her. The British Bombshell suddenly turns around and is somewhat startled to find Sophie O’Brian herself approaching. Sophie is wearing a sophisticated outfit that consists of a long-sleeved, fitted jacket with a structured silhouette, adorned with horizontal stripes and intricate woven detailing that gives it depth and dimension. The matching skirt, cut to a short length, maintains the same textured pattern, creating a cohesive and polished look. A standout feature of the outfit is the high-neck embellishment at the collar, which incorporates a black and white geometric beaded pattern that contrasts elegantly with the rest of the ensemble.

“Isn’t this lovely…” Sophie says with sarcasm dripping from her voice. Glory rolls her eyes.

“How’d you find me?”

“Oh do not be so dumb.” Sophie remarks. “You are very predictable, you know that? Every single time the stress piles on, every time the pressure builds, you go running to your father. Even now, when he’s dead, he still cannot get away from you running to him with your problems as opposed to you dealing with them yourself.”

“You don’t know anything about me.”

“I know you better than you know yourself, Gloria. You lost the Adrenaline Title to a pathetic fool who doesn’t belong in a wrestling ring. You are scheduled to face a woman who gave you fits years ago. And of course you just learned that your best friend was stalking you.” Sophie smirks knowingly. “Yes, of course you would go running to dear old dad.”

The frustration within The British Bombshell is beginning to reach its boiling point. Glory Braddock manages to maintain her composure, but it is clear that she is annoyed just by Sophie’s mere presence here.

“What do you want?”

“I already told you, Gloria.” She points a finger at The British Bombshell. “I want you.”

“Enough with the vague, cryptic, bullshit.” Glory snaps back out of frustration. “Just be plain. Spell it out for me. What the hell do you want from me? Why have you been stalking me and my family? What is this all about?”

“You wish for me to spell it out in plain English?” Sophie shrugs her shoulders. “Very well, I suppose I can do that…and here I thought you were smart enough to figure it out.”

“Sorry we can’t all have genius level IQ’s like you, mate.” Glory rolls her eyes with annoyance.

“Silence.” Sophie states plainly. “Silence and listen. That’s the problem, you have never listened to me before. That’s your sister’s problem too. Glenn Braddock, for all of his magnificence and brilliance in the world of professional wrestling, was an abject failure when it came to his children. You and Julia were both failures.”

“Failure?” Glory scoffs. “I could list off all of my accolades but I will just point out one. I am a Supreme Champion in SCW but you, Sophie…you didn’t last a year in SCW before you were released and now you wrestle for GCW and the only reason you still wrestle there is because I own the place and out of the goodness of my heart, because of close you have been to my family, I made sure to keep you in a job.” She sneers. “But keep pushing my buttons and I may let you go.”

“See what I mean?” Sophie smirks. “You won’t listen.”

“Fine.” Glory sighs. “Talk.”

“Your sister, Julia, she never took wrestling seriously. She just fell into it because it was expected of her. And you, you were always a chameleon. You were a prim and proper mean girl in school because your friends were prim and proper mean girls. When your parents split up and your father gained full custody of you and your sister, you again changed. You became daddy’s little tomboy and only then did you take wrestling seriously, only then did you seem to care about following in his footsteps. Then you met Aphrodite Noel, she became a mentor of sorts when she taught you a thing or two about backstage politics that even your father didn’t know, and like the chameleon you are you adopted some of her mannerisms as well.” Sophie shrugs her shoulders. “Who is the real Glory Braddock?”

“I suppose this is going somewhere?”

“It is.” Sophie nods her head. “You see, Gloria, I always have known what I wanted and I took it. Unlike you, I was not some chameleon who changed on a whim. I have been and always will be the master of your father’s teachings. I am the true heir of Glenn Braddock’s wrestling legacy.”

“So is that what this is about?” Glory demands. “We have had this argument over and over again, Sophie. We both attended my father’s wrestling school. We both had the same teachings. And that final lesson, the one you are obviously referencing, we both heard the same words. A wrestler is, him or herself, the greatest of weapons. Use what you know wisely. I interpret that as meaning don’t just go out there and cripple someone because you can. You disagree. I have been respectful about this disagreement but you keep bringing it up. You keep wanting to have this argument and Sophie, mate, you are never going to change my mind.”

“You won’t even entertain the possibility that I might have something new to teach you?” Sophie asks with a knowing grin. “You entertained Aphrodite Noel’s nonsense and even the nonsense of fools like Ace Marshall and Regan Street.”

“Ace and Regan were Trios partners, not like I had much of a choice there.” Glory remarks.

“Nevertheless, you entertain the verbal vomit that come from them but you refuse to consider mine? You refuse to consider allowing me to teach you what your father’s lessons really meant? Because that is all I want.”

“You want to be my teacher? My mentor?” Glory seems incredulous. “That’s ridiculous.”

“Well that’s what it’ll take to get me to go away.” Sophie answers. “Be my student, just temporarily, and I will leave you alone.”

“Sophie, you paid someone to stalk me. You terrorized me family. You know what that makes you? It makes you a terrorist. And I refuse to negotiate with a damn terrorist.”

“Where have I heard that before?” Sophie chuckles. “Oh well, if you refuse to humor me, then do me this one simple favor; admit that you were never your father’s best student.”

“What?” Again Glory is incredulous. “That’s it?”

“No…admit you were never your father’s best student and then lose the Braddock name. You’re married, right? You’re married to that fool Kurt Logan? Take his name. But whatever you do, lose the Braddock name and let me have it, because like I said, I am the true heir of the Braddock family legacy, I know your father’s teachings better than you, and if you won’t even consider letting me teach you, then you do not deserve to carry the name.”

The British Bombshell has now lost it. Her anger has boiled over. She slaps Sophie hard across her cheek. The force of the slap rocks O’Brian backward a few steps. Glory glares daggers right through Sophie’s heart and soul. Despite all of this, Sophie eerily laughs it off, as if she was unphased. Glory Braddock points at Sophie.

“Get out.”

“Leave? We were having so much fun.”

“I’m warning you, Sophie. Leave.” Glory says strongly, angrily. “You terrorized my family, all because of this stupid disagreement we have always had for so damn long, and now you have the audacity to come here, to my father’s grave, and bring it up again? I am tempted to beat your ass right here and now.”

“In front of dear old dad?” Sophie smirks as she motions to the headstone. “All I want, Gloria, is for you to humor me. I want you to do the one thing you very rarely do and that is to listen. You don’t even have to agree with me. Just hear me out, listen, and after you have heard everything I have had to say, you can go on living as you were.”

“And you would finally drop this?” Glory asks. “You would leave me alone?”

“I promise.”

“I somewhat doubt that.” Glory shakes her head. “You have crossed a serious line, Sophie. You paid someone to stalk me, to terrorize my family. You think you’re in the clear but you are overconfident. You could get caught. And even if you have a strong alibi, I could still ruin your career. Remember, I am the only reason you still have a job in this business.”

“This is true…” Sophie nods her head “...yet I still find myself not only gainfully employed but also not in jail. Which leads me to believe that you have a soft spot for me deep down in your heart.” She snickers. “So what do you say, Gloria? Entertain me. Once, for old times sake!”

Glory Braddock knows she should tell authorities that Sophie is the mastermind behind the stalking of her family. Or if not, she should at least ruin her career, she should do something to stop Sophie, to make sure she is no longer a threat. Yet Sophie is right, Glory still does have a soft spot for this sociopath. They were friends for such a long time. Since they were little girls they were best friends. They grew up together, went to school together, trained at Glenn Braddock’s Wrestling School together, broke into professional wrestling together. Those closest to Sophie believe that she has gone over the edge, that she really has lost it. Glory, knowing of Sophie’s most recent actions, would be hard pressed to argue against that. Still, she doesn’t want to believe that her best friend is too far gone to help. Glory wants to believe that she can somehow find a way to help Sophie.

“I don’t…” Glory shakes her head “...I don’t know, Sophie.”

“That was not a no…” she snickers “...you did not reject my offer, that is good. That is progress.”

“All you want me to do is listen?”

“That’s all.”

“And this insanity of yours…”

“It’s over.” Sophie promises. “I would lie to others but I would never ever lie to you, Gloria. Not to you.” Sophie approaches Glory. She takes her hands and gazes deep into the eyes of The British Bombshell. “Your father meant a lot to me. When he passed away, that was the first time in a long time I cried. I haven’t shown much in terms of emotion since then, either. What happened to me growing up, the horrors I endured and witnessed, I am not fully capable of showing much emotion. But your father meant that much to me that he did get through to me, he…and by extension you and your sister…were more like my true family. I hurt me deeply when he passed away and ever since then I have only wanted to help. I wanted to return the favor by helping you the same way your father helped me. Please, Gloria, let me do this.”

“Even if you are serious, Sophie, the way you went about this was completely insane.” Glory remarks, quickly pulling her hands away from Sophie. “What you did was criminal!”

“I’m sorry?” Sophie says playfully.

“It’s not as simple as that, mate.” Glory sighs and shakes her head. “But I’ll tell you what, you do mean a lot to this family, and we have been through hell before and come out ok.”

“Slightly singed by ok, nevertheless.” Sophie agrees with a nod of her head.

“So all I can say is that I will consider it.”

“You will?” Sophie’s face seems to light up. Glory quickly shakes her head, hoping to temper Sophie’s enthusiasm.

“That is NOT a yes!” Glory remarks.. “I’m just agreeing to think about it because you’re right, we do have a past, we have been closer than friends, more like sisters…”

“Yes…” Sophie’s voice trails off, even cracks a little.

“So I agree to think about it.” Glory answers. “I will let you know my decision soon.”

“When?”

“Soon.” Glory states. “That’s all you’re getting.”

“Honestly? That’s more than I expected to get.” Sophie playfully bows. “Thank you, Gloria.”

Sophie O’Brian turns and starts to walk away. Glory Braddock never takes her eye off of her. She has known Sophie her entire life but lately she has been different, she has been far more dangerously eccentric than usual. Even today, here at the cemetery, something seemed off about her. Glory suspects that there is something else to all of this, something Sophie is holding out on, something she is refusing to say. Glory wishes she knew what it was. The only way she can find out is to play Sophie’s game. But her game is a deadly one. Is Glory going to risk her soul just to help Sophie?

It has been twenty-four hours since Glory Braddock’s unexpected and unsettling visit with Sophie O’Brian. It was unsettling due in large part to the fact that it took place at her father’s gravesite. Sophie had tracked her there, intending to put her in that uncomfortable situation. It was further evidence to Glory Braddock of how deranged Sophie had become. Still, despite their conversation, despite the confrontation, The British Bombshell is still no closer to figuring what really is bothering Sophie. She still has no idea what her true motivation is. Glory knows what Sophie has told her; according to Sophie, she believes that she alone is the true master of Glenn Braddock’s wrestling legacy and that she merely wants to teach Glory, Glenn’s daughter, all about it. This has been a point of contention all of their wrestling lives. Glenn Braddock taught all of his students that the tools and resources and skills known by a wrestler are weapons, which in turn make the wrestler a weapon, and that they should use that knowledge wisely. Glory Braddock took it to mean do only what is needed to win but no go further, do not intentionally hurt people. Sophie, on the other hand, has always believed that this lesson meant to do anything and everything within your power to get what you want. These two childhood best friends have always had this point of disagreement but never has Sophie taken it this far. Never has she taken to criminal acts in order to try and prove a point to The British Bombshell. It just makes no sense, not to Glory. She knows Sophie and she suspects that there may be something else there, some other underlying hidden motivation, some agenda that Sophie is not saying. Now this begs the question, does Glory Braddock indulge in Sophie’s game in hopes that it will make her go away and maybe learning what truly is bothering her?

Sophie O’Brian is dangerous and a sociopath. This isn’t the same person she grew up with, this isn’t her former best friend. Glory Braddock cannot make this decision lightly. This is what brings her to familiar territory; namely her father’s wrestling school in London, England. She is seated on a black folding chair around a long brown smooth table. The British Bombshell is wearing a simple, faded royal purple t-shirt, faded jeans, and white sneakers. Her long blonde hair hangs down in waves to past the shoulders. The gym area has a gray concrete floor and the walls are made of exposed red brick, and large windows allow natural light to enter, casting soft shadows. In the background, various gym equipment such as mats and a regulation professional wrestling ring are visible. The last time she was here was when she was training for Dogfight in Dusseldorf. The last time she was here, Sophie managed to sneak in unexpectedly. Since Sophie will be the topic of discussion, Glory has taken extra precautions to ensure Sophie will not be around to eavesdrop. The clicking of heels across the concrete floor alert The British Bombshell. She turns in time to see her sister, Julia Braddock, approaching. She wears a pink minidress that hugs her slim figure, while the hem of the dress ends mid-thigh, revealing her long, shapely legs. Julia completes her outfit with a pair of nude, stiletto heels.

“Expecting someone else?” Julia asks with a smirk.

“No, thankfully.”

“Sophie really has you nervous, huh?” Glory’s younger sister says as she takes a seat next to her at the table. Glory sighs and nods her head.

“Yes, yes she has…she has been acting very strange…”

“Isn’t that normal for her?” Julia snickers.

“Stranger than usual.” Glory points out. “That’s why I wanted you and Mark to stop by. Speaking of…where is Mark?”

“He was just behind me.”

As if on cue the sibling pair hears the door opening again. They turn to see the imposing figure of Mark O’Brian, Sophie’s older brother, entering the gym area. Mark is wearing a tight, fitting white stained shirt, torn loose fitting jeans, black combat boots, and a black leather jacket. His long curly brown hair cascades down to shoulder length. Glory smiles warmly and waves.

“Hi, Mark!”

“Glory! Jules! How’s it going?”

“We’re fine…all things considered.” Glory rises up out of her chair and approaches Mark, greeting him with hug. “I wish we were meeting under a better set of circumstances, mate.”

“You and me both.”

Glory turns and approaches the table, returning to her chair. Mark O’Brian approaches the table and sits down across from Glory and her sister Julia. These three have always been close growing up. Mark and his younger sister Sophie have always been an important part of their lives. Glory Braddock couldn’t think of any two individuals better to talk about this situation she finds herself in than these two.

“You weren’t followed?”

“No.” Julia answers, shaking her head.

“Besides, I know for a fact that Sophie is out at some bar right now.”

“Did she tell you that?”

“Yeah.”

“And that bastion of honesty would never lie.” Julia snickers.

“Fair point.” Mark says. “But I’m fairly certain we’re alone here.”

“Good because we need to talk about your sister, Mark.” Glory answers sternly. “She has gotten out of hand. She has gone too far.”

“I can’t argue that.” He shakes his head. “Sophie has been acting really weird lately.”

“And didn’t I already say that ‘acting weird’ is normal for her?” Julia counters.

“Hush!” Glory exclaims, pointing to Julia. Then she turns her attention back to Mark. “This is serious. Do you remember the stalker incident recently?”

“Yeah.” Mark growls. “The little creep who terrorized your family.”

“Well it turns out Sophie put him up to it.” Glory answers bluntly.

“Wait a sec…” his eyes grow wide as he tries to comprehend what he was just told about his sister “...Sophie was the one stalking you this entire time?!”

“In an indirect, roundabout way, yes.” Glory nods her head.

“And she was a trainer here…” Mark’s eyes seem to be filled with a mix of anger and disbelief “...she still is a trainer here, a coach!”

“Not anymore.” Glory points out. “As of now she is gone. Furthermore II got a restraining order to keep her away from the Glenn Braddock Wrestling School. If she goes anywhere near this place she will be arrested on the spot.”

“Not like that’s going to stop her.” Julia remarks. “I think we all know that.”

“Firing her wasn’t about stopping her as much as it is about protecting the students. While I do believe that I am her target and she wouldn’t hurt them, I cannot take that risk, at least not while I’m running this place.”

“Good.” Mark nods his head. “Keep her outta here. She was a bad influence on the kids anyway.”

“But what is her deal this time, Gloria?” Julia asks curiously. “Sophie always has some kind of plan, some agenda. What is it this time? What does she want from you?”

“That’s the problem…” she shrugs her shoulders “...I have no idea. I mean, she told me that she wants to teach me about dad…”

“Dad?” Julia furrows her brow. “He was OUR damn father! What the hell could that psycho teach you about him that you don’t already know?!” She looks over at Mark. “No offense about the psycho part.”

“None taken.”

“Sophie have always had that disagreement about our approach to wrestling. She thinks the Braddock method is going for the jugular, win by any means necessary, whereas I disagree.”

“Eh, I think I kinda agree with her on that.” Julia says.

“You would.”

“But the POINT is that why would she go to those kind of lengths just to prove a stupid point like that?”

“I agree, it makes no sense.” Glory says. “That’s why I think that there’s something else. She wants something else from me. I just wish I knew what it was.”

“If I may…” Mark chimes in “...I know my sister, better than either of you. She’s always been nuts but lately she has gone off the deep end. She has went deep into her insanity. And after hearing this?” He sighs “Honestly, she needs professional help. She needs to see a therapist.”

“There’s no way anyone, even me, could convince her to get help.”

“You could have her committed.” Julia says with a hint of venom in her voice. “You did it to me once.”

“I know.” Glory says painfully. “I regret that, Julia, and I’m sorry. I will not subject anyone to that again. If Sophie wants help, I want her to agree to get help.”

“Just saying you could.” Julia shrugs shoulders. “That’s Sophie’s motto, right? By any means necessary. Take her down by any means necessary.”

“I am not going to stoop to her level just to stop her.” Glory insists. “I am going to do this my way, the Braddock way.”

“Wait…” Julia arches her brow out of confusion “...you’re seriously thinking of taking her up on that crazy offer of hers, aren’t you?”

“I am.” She nods her head. “It’s the only way to get close enough to her, to maybe get her to open up, and find out what is bothering her, find out what this is really all about. It’s the only way I can maybe help her.”

“That’s a dangerous game, Glory.” Mark states. “You know how dangerous she is.”

“I know.” She nods her head. “But I have to try. She is my friend.”

“Look, I know I’ve been a little snarky today…” Julia begins.

“A little?”

“Ok, a LOT snarky.” Julia rolls her eyes. “But look, I am with you, Glory, Sophie used to be close. She has already been a close friend of the family. I hate to see what’s happened to her…” she sighs “...but you have to admit OUR friend may be gone.”

“I refuse to believe that.” Glory says.

The British Bombshell says this with confidence and yet deep down in her heart and soul she has doubts. She has questions whether or not she really can save Sophie O’Brian. They have been friends for so long, since they were children, but things have changed. Sophie has stooped to new lows and is acting criminally in order to get what she wants. She is falling deeper and deeper into insanity.

We open in front of a plain, off white wall, which acts as a clean, uncluttered backdrop for the scene. There are two long, off-white curtains that hang from the ceiling to the floor, framing the image with a soft, flowing texture. These curtains subtly diffuse the light, creating a gentle, even illumination. The fabric appears lightweight and its neutral hue complements the overall muted color palette of the setting. In front of the wall and curtains is a cushioned bench. The cushions are plush, providing a sense of comfort and casual luxury. Then the clicking of heels across a hardwood floor can be heard. Eventually Glory Braddock appears into the scene from the right. The British Bombshell is wearing an elegant and form-fitting black off-the-shoulder dress that accentuates her slender figure. The dress features a ruched design that adds texture and depth to the fabric, hugging her body closely and emphasizing her curves. The off-the-shoulder neckline exposes her collarbones, giving the outfit a sophisticated yet sultry appeal. The hemline of the dress is quite short, ending mid-thigh, showcasing her long legs. She pairs the dress with sheer black stockings, adding a subtle layer of refinement and allure to her ensemble. Her legs are further elongated by black high-heeled sandals, which feature thin straps wrapping around her ankles, contributing to a sleek and polished look. The heels themselves appear to be stilettos, adding to the overall elegance of the outfit. Her blonde hair is styled in loose, tousled waves that cascade over her shoulders.

“Life is all about learning and growth. I have always believed that we are always capable of learning something new, that we are always capable of growing and evolving into better people. The moment we stop learning, growing, and evolving is the day we die. So while many may think that I am a closed minded traditionalist in the same manner as my father, refusing to accept or even listen to new ideas or new was of approaching this business, the truth is that I am always keeping an open mind. My eyes and ears are always open to new ideas, to new lessons, and even new talent. Just look at SCW’s long and storied past, look at those who used to dominate this company. Those who are still here and still dominate are the ones who are willing to learn. Those who refuse to learn and refuse to accept change are the ones who are no longer here.” The British Bombshell pats herself on the chest.

“What about me? Well I am willing to learn, to change, and to adapt. That’s why I have survived and thrived in SCW. That’s why I was able to fulfill my goal of becoming a Supreme Champion when many told me that I couldn’t hang in this kind of elite environment. And I am still learning to this very day. What did I learn in the lead up to and the weeks that followed Dogfight in Dusseldorf? What did I learn about Dexter Grant? I already knew that he was a snake oil salesman and tin foil hat wearing goof. But now I learned that he is also a damn coward. He was afraid to fight Ace Marshall, so he attacked him from behind and put him on the shelf. Dexter was also afraid to fight The Best in the World in a fair fight so he cheated to win. Now he is continuing to show his fear and cowardice by refusing to give me my Adrenaline Title rematch unless it is a match of his choosing, a Disconnect Match, and the rules of which he conveniently will not disclose until the very last minute.” Braddock rolls her eyes.

“Gee, how original. Oh and threatening to destroy, to ruin the history and prestige of the Adrenaline Championship? You sound like a Saturday Morning Cartoon Super Villain! You sound like Snidely Whiplash! You won’t get a chance to do any of it, though, because you won’t hold that championship long enough to ruin it. You may be a coward and want to hold out on the match rules as long as you can, but make no mistake about it, I will beat your ass at Retribution and reclaim what is mine and this time I swear to God I will rip your damn arm out of its socket. I learned that you are a coward, Dexter, that’s what I learned about you. But you have a chance to prove me wrong. You had time to prepare for Dusseldorf. You knew the rules of the match. Spill the beans on your dumbass Disconnect Match on Breakdown. Give me the same amount of prep time as you had. Unless, of course, you just want to prove to the entire world that I am right, that you are a coward.” She smirks knowingly.

“Oh but Dexter isn’t the only person I learned a thing or two about. Colleen Macdonald, you started out as just one of Polly Playtime’s lackeys. You were a stooge, someone no one really gave a damn about. You know what you were? You were the cannon fodder. In a game of Chess, you would have been the pawn. Your job was to make sure Polly’s career advanced. But I have learned that you have changed. You have stepped away from your former role as just another stooge, as just a Playgirl, to being your own woman. Now look at you. You are a champion. My how times have changed since you first arrived in SCW. You haven’t rested on your laurels, either. You have been defending that championship and you beat Brittany Lohan of all people to retain that championship. Trust me, Britt and I go way back. Before we were best friends and tag team partners, we were the bitterest of enemies. She and I went to war many times in the past. I know how difficult it is to defeat her in a match that she specializes in. So I will give you your flowers and I am sincere about that.” Braddock claps her hands.

“So I know that this Colleen that I am about to face on Breakdown is not the same Colleen I have encountered in the past. This is not the same stooge who, alongside Aisling and Polly, gave me migraine headaches for reasons which I still don’t understand. I was minding my own business when you lot decided to annoy the piss out of me. What was it? Did you put every SCW wrestler’s name in a hat and pull one out at random and it happened to be mine? There’s no other reason I can think of because I sure as hell had no beef with any of you. I was just doing my job, a job that I do really well…I wrestle and I win. But what really got on my nerves, what really got under my skin, was Kim’s Trios Cash In. I suppose I could blame Kimberly. She made the match, after all. But I had scored two falls in her little chaos filled extravaganza. I was well on my way to leaving with a championship but your pals, Aisling and Polly, decided instead of trying to win gold, your goal should have been to try and murder me by suffocation.” She nods he head.

“I know what you’re gonna say…you weren’t a part of that, that was Aisling and Polly. Still, you were one of them. And you weren’t exactly being a saint yourself. Instead of trying to do what WRESTLERS do, which is to WRESTLE and WIN, you were laying down for Josh Hudson. Trying to help him get as many falls as possible. And had it not been for you refusing to do your job, Owen Cruze might have retained the World Title that night. I hope Josh gave you a nice big reward for that.” Braddock winks.

“Now I get it, you are NOT the same person you were back then. You are not the person who annoyed the piss out of me, who made a mockery of the business, who was always a pawn in someone else’s game. You have grown into your own person and for that I can honestly say I am impressed and you earned my respect…although you’ll likely say you don’t care about my respect, whatever…but I am not exactly in the best of moods right now. And I have a match coming up, quite the unexpected of challenges because I don’t even know what the hell the rules are. Yet I have the unusual benefit of facing someone who arguably should be the very picture of unexpected challenges and unpredictability…that is, if you really ARE truly deserving of that Underground Championship you hold. Kimberly doesn’t think you deserve it. But you are the champion of the most unpredictable division in SCW. So go out there and prove it against me. Show me how unpredictable you can be so I can learn a thing or two about unpredictability ahead of my own challenge against Dexter Grant.” The British Bombshell snickers.

“In the process I will use this opportunity on Breakdown to exorcise some of those demons from the past. That anger and frustration that I have always held against you and your pals for the grief you gave me for literally no damn reason whatsoever, I will get the chance to finally let it go, by unloading all of it onto you. Polly and Aisling won’t be there to help you. It’s just you and me. So you get to take the full force of my wrath. Because I never truly did get pay you lot back for the headaches, for your annoying antics, for getting involved in my business, for costing me championships. Two of you aren’t available but you, Colleen, you ARE and you have been elected as the sacrificial lamb for me to take out my frustrations. And for you? This is your chance to prove to people like Kimberly and others that you are not someone to be taken lightly, that you are a very different person than the stooge for Polly or Hudson’s little bitch. You can prove to them what I already know, that you are your own person. But the problem for you is that I DO know that already, I have learned that lesson, and I am prepared for anything and everything you can throw at me. So good luck, Colleen…you will need it.”
