Glory Braddock had made it her mission to return to the singles ranks and make her climb back to the top. It began tonight on Breakdown with her match against Brilliant Sun Princess YUSA, one of the members of the very successful Shining Maidens. This wasn’t her first run in with the group, she had encountered them once before in tag team action in the lead up to Rise To Greatness. Now, after a second encounter with this group, The British Bombshell was already becoming well acquainted with them and how they operate. And fate, with its own sick twisted sense of humor, saw fit to once again put Glory Braddock in a close encounter with The Shining Maidens. This time she won’t be standing in opposition to them; instead she will be their ally. The Trios Tournament is now on the horizon, the teams have been drawn, and Glory Braddock will be teaming with none other than the premier member of the Shining Maidens, the SCW Adrenaline Champion Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO. This pairing will certainly be advantageous and awkward at the same time. It is an advantage in the sense that there is certainly familiarity here between The British Bombshell and YUYO. This isn’t the first time Braddock has had to dance with The Shining Maidens. Yet it is also awkward in the sense that the last few encounters were as enemies. Glory and YUYO will have to put the past behind them and work together towards the common goal of winning those prestigious Trios Contracts.

The Shining Maidens and YUYO aren’t the only advantageous yet awkward alliance created here with Glory’s draw in Trios. The third member of this unlikely trio is Gavin Taylor. The British Bombshell and The All Star have their own history as enemies in SCW. Braddock successfully defended the Adrenaline Title against Gavin a couple of years ago. But once again, there is a familiarity there. Despite their history as enemies, they do know one another. They know how each other operates. Another thing Glory and Gavin have in common is their history of success in the Trios Tournament. Both have won Trios before. This year Gavin is looking to win his second Trios Tournament while Braddock is looking to win her third. The experience of success in Trios is something Gavin and Glory bring to the table that YUYO does not. YUYO has yet to win a Trios. So despite this unlikely, unusual, randomly drawn team, The British Bombshell feels confident that this could very well be the recipe of a successful Trios Team.

Braddock, YUYO, and Gavin will face their first test next week. The Quarter Finals and Semi Finals of the tournament take place on Breakdown and they will be taking on Kirsten Scott, Wil Pierce, and Leroy Adams in the first round. Pierce certainly has his history with both Glory Braddock and The Shining Maidens, as his Shinigami Foundation interfered in the tag team match between Twisted & Sadistic and The Shining Maidens, cheating them and the fans out of a clear and decisive winner. If there was one way to create a unified front for this trio of Glory, Gavin, and YUYO, then this is it. Glory and The Magical Cosmic Princess both want some sort of payback against Wil Pierce. This first round match in Trios certainly gives them that opportunity.

The British Bombshell recognizes that she cannot rely just on petty revenge or selfish desire for success to bring herself and her partners together. It will take much more than that to win this Trios Tournament. But she only just now learned of the Trios Tournament draw. She is also just coming off of her return to the singles ranks after a match against Shining Maiden YUSA. It is too early to begin to think about that right now. Right now, Glory plans to just go back to her hotel and get some sleep before catching a flight out of town to get back home to Miami.

Glory Braddock steps into the lobby of her hotel, The Omni, in Oklahoma City. Despite the challenges that she faces going forward with Trios, she still displays an aura of confidence. She has won this event twice before. She is confident she can do it again. Her attire is simple; a pair of fitted blue jeans that hug her athletic frame, worn sneakers that speak of long travels, and a plain purple shirt that adds a pop of color to her otherwise modest appearance. Her long, blonde hair cascading down her back in soft waves. The muted lighting of the hotel lobby casts soft shadows on her face, highlighting her natural beauty, while the quiet hum of the lobby contrasts with her subtle air of authority. She walks with purpose, every step light yet intentional, yet still surveying her surroundings with a quiet alertness. Braddock steps up to the front desk. The desk clerk, a young man with short brown hair dressed nicely in a navy blue polo and khaki pants, turns to face Glory, smiling politely.

“Good evening. How may I help you?”

“Just checking in to see when the continental breakfast will be served tomorrow? I plan to try and leave early tomorrow.”

“The breakfast will be served at seven in the morning. But you do not have to check out until one in the afternoon.”

“I understand.” Glory nods her head and smiles back at him. “But I do need to get a jump start tomorrow. Thank you.”

“Have a good evening.”

With that, Glory Braddock turns and starts to walk off. She approaches the elevator but stops dead in her tracks. She catches something, or rather someone, out of the corner of her eye. She turns and, much to her surprise, she spots her younger sister, Julia Braddock, sitting in one of the comfortable chairs in the lobby. Julia wore a crisp, white blouse, fitted yet delicate, with subtle lace detailing along the cuffs and collar. The blouse was tucked into a sleek black mini skirt, its fabric hugging her hips and emphasizing her poised silhouette. Her legs were accentuated by sheer black stockings, which gleamed subtly with each step she took, adding a layer of sophistication to her appearance. On her feet, she wore black stiletto heels, which had a glossy finish, complementing the overall polished yet stylish look. Julia playfully waves at her older sister. Glory walks over towards her.

“Julia? What are you doing here?”

“What is it, Gloria?” Julia asks as she stands up, feigning surprise. “Are you not happy to see me?”

“It isn’t that.” Glory shakes her head. “I’m always happy to see you. It’s just that I’m surprised. The last time I saw you was just a week ago. You were in London.”

“Yes and I decided to travel to Breakdown and see you compete.” Julia embraces Glory in a tight hug. After breaking the embrace Julia winks. “Is there anything wrong with wanting to watch my big sister wrestle?”

“No, I suppose not.” Glory furrows her brow as she studies Julia closely. She is still a little skeptical. “Or are you here because Aphrodite wants you to keep an eye on me?”

“Maybe?” Julia says with a light laugh. “I mean, she did suggest that you and I spend more time together. So what’s wrong with me stopping by to watch Breakdown?”

“You could have given me a heads up. Had I known you would be making this trip to Oklahoma City just to watch me I would have tried to get you some backstage passes or something.”

“The five star treatment? Just for me?”

“I know how much you have gotten used to being treated like royalty.” Glory says flatly. Julia smirks knowingly.

“You know me so well.” Julia shrugs. “But it doesn’t matter. I was just as happy watching like any other fan. And I am your biggest fan, after all.”

“I appreciate it.” Glory remarks. She motions towards the elevator. “Come on, let’s go up to my room. We can continue our conversation there.”

“Sounds fine to me. But I can’t stay long. I don’t want to stay here in Oklahoma any longer than I have to.”

Glory Braddock does her best not to roll her eyes as she leads Julia over to the elevator and step inside. She pushes the button to send the elevator to the second floor. Julia Braddock didn’t used to be as stuck up and snobbish as this. She used to be far more grounded and down to earth than even Glory herself. Yet times change and so do people. One thing that has not changed is the closeness and the bond that these sisters share for one another. It is a big surprise that Julia randomly stopped by to watch her compete tonight, but it is not an unwelcome one. The elevator sounds a ding as it comes to a stop, indicating that they have arrived at their destination. The elevator doors open. Glory Braddock steps out first followed by Julia who follows her older sister down the hall. Glory eventually comes to a stop in front of a hotel room door. She uses her key card to unlock it. Then she pushes the door open and steps inside. The hotel room is definitely nice but nowhere near as kept. Clothes are strewn about and the bed has not been made, indicating that hotel staff have not visited yet to clean up. Julia sits down on the edge of the bed and chuckles.

“A little sloppy, sis?”

“I know it isn’t up to your standards, Julia, but you’ll live.” Glory walks over to the minifridge. She opens it and produces two bottles of water. She tosses one at Julia who catches it. “I know it isn’t wine but it’s the best I got.”

“Fair enough.” Julia opens the bottled water and takes a swig. Glory sits down next to her. She looks over at Julia and smiles warmly.

“I am glad that you came.”

“Don’t mention it. Like you said, we need to look out for each other, right?”

“Sure.”

“Speaking of looking out for each other,” Julia begins “I would be remiss if I didn’t ask you how you were feeling? I mean, your return to singles competition hasn’t exactly gone as planned, has it?”

“What are you talking about?” Glory Braddock asks, genuinely surprised by this opening line of questions from her sister. Julia shrugs her shoulders.

“I mean, after Rise To Greatness when you failed to win the tag team titles, you wanted to go back to being a singles competitor so that you didn’t have to rely on someone carrying their weight in order to win. But I heard that the Trios Tournament is back and now, once again, you find yourself in a partnership hoping that your partners will hold up their end of the bargain?”

“Oh for God’s sake…” Glory rolls her eyes “...I can forgive you for that completely ignorant assessment of my situation, because you have never been an officially contracted SCW wrestler and thus have no idea what the Trios Tournament means. But I have been in the Trios Tournament four times. I have won two of those four Trios Tournaments. I know what winning this tournament can do for a career.”

“Ok, ok, you might know how to win this Trios Tournament, but honestly, Gloria, do you really believe that this Trios Tournament can make you a success story?” Julia smirks knowingly as she takes another swig of her water. “What happened to those two Trios Contract Cash Ins of yours?”

The British Bombshell sighs and nods her head. As much as she doesn’t want to admit it, her sister does raise a good point. Her previous two Trios Contracts were not the most successful. She cashed in on then World Champion David Helms but couldn’t win the title. She used one Trios Contract to put herself into the main event of Rise To Greatness, to create a triple threat scenario in hopes to ensure then World Champion Syren lost the World Title. In that scenario yes, Syren did lose the world title, but it wasn’t to Glory Braddock. Syren lost the title to Alistaire Allocco. Glory Braddock has won the Trios Tournament twice but neither time did her cash ins turn out to be very fruitful. It is something that has weighed heavily on Glory’s mind as this year’s Trios Tournament drawings were announced. If Glory and her teammates of YUYO and Gavin were to pull this off and win, can Glory Braddock finally create a successful cash in?

“This will be different, Julia.” Glory says with a hint of determination in her voice, enough to seemingly disarm her younger sister. “Trust me on that.”

“I trust you.” Julia says, nodding her head slowly. “It isn’t every day that you get the opportunity to book any match you want. Wielding that sort of power, well, it doesn’t happen very often. You’ve wielded it twice and failed both times. But you are just like our father…determined and stubborn to never give up…I trust you won’t fail for a third time in a row.”

“Thanks, Julia.” Glory sighs. “For a moment there I thought you traveled all this way from London just to tell me how much of a loser I am.”

“Nothing of the sort.” Julia shakes her head and laughs lightly. “I’m just here to help. And before you even begin to think about how you plan to use this contract that you haven’t even won yet, you need to focus on the tournament itself.” Julia smirks. “Who are your partners this year, anyway?”

“YUYO and Gavin Taylor.”

“Seriously?” Julia asks. Glory nods her head. Julia immediately bursts into laughter. The British Bombshell grows a little annoyed. She shakes her head.

“What’s so damn funny?”

“You get to team with The cosplay anime girl and the egomaniac who you’ve beaten a few times?” She winks. “Sucks to be you.”

“Don’t knock my tag team partners.” Glory shakes her head. “YUYO may not be the toughest most intimidating presence you will come across, but she has been kicking ass since returning to SCW. She is the reigning SCW Adrenaline Champion.”

“And how about that history you have with YUYO’s little band of maidens?” Julia asks. “When do you become the newest maiden because I am SURE that will come up!”

“Don’t start…” Glory warns, but it is of no use…

“Shining Bombshell GLOBRA!” Julia says excitedly. “Or Brilliant Princess GLO!” Julia snickers.

“Shut it.”

“You dressed like one of those lolita tarts.” Julia snickers. “It’ll be hilarious!”

“We’re just tag team partners for the tournament.” Glory insists. “I am NOT becoming one of them. Besides, it isn’t like it’s just me and YUYO…”

“Right, right, there’s Gavin Taylor, the guy you have beaten before.” Julia shakes her head. “How exactly is he going to be an asset on this team?”

“There you go again, not giving people their due credit.” Glory remarks with a shake of her head. “Gavin pushed me to my limit when I defended the Adrenaline Title against him a few years ago. Also in case you forgot, Gavin Taylor himself is a former Trios Tournament winner. So that makes two people on our team who not only have a history in this tournament but know how to WIN this tournament. So is Gavin an asset?” Glory nods her head. “Yes, he is.”

“An asset?” Julia shrugs. “More like an asshole.”

“He might be that.” Glory shrugs her shoulders. “But I have confidence that he will do his job.”

“I hope you’re right. For your sake I do hope you are right.” Julia finishes off the water in her bottle with one big swig and then tosses the bottle aside. “I know how important it is for you to get your career in SCW back on track after the disappointing Rise To Greatness. I just don’t want to see you disappointed with Trios on top of it all.”

Julia stands up. Glory stands up. They embrace in a tight hug. “Remember, Gloria, I am only here to help you. We have to stick together, you know? We have to watch each other’s backs. That’s what sisters are for.”

“Yeah, thanks.” Glory nods her head after they break the embrace. “Thanks for visiting. Will you be coming next week for Trios?”

“Maybe. Where is it?”

“Boise, Idaho.”

“Oh God…” Julia rolls her eyes “...maybe, maybe not…” she shrugs her shoulders “...let’s see if I can stomach being in Idaho.”

“I’m sure you can manage.”

Julia shrugs her shoulders as she turns and walks towards the door. She opens it and makes her exit. Glory sits back down on the sofa. She does like being around her sister. She agrees with Aphrodite, she needs to spend more time with Julia. But Julia has changed a great deal. She is not the same person she once was. Julia means well but her attitude and behavior is a far cry from the sister she once knew. Something has changed, something is different, and she isn’t sure what brought about the change. Still, something tells her that being with her sister right now is for the best. Maybe some of her good traits can rub off on Julia? She just has to hope none of Julia’s newfound bad, negative traits rub off on her.

Glory also realizes that Julia does make some solid points. She had wanted to return to the singles division, where she controlled her own destiny, and yet now, after only one match into her return to the singles division, she is already in a situation where her destiny is partially in the hands of Gavin Taylor and YUYO. But if the three of them can work together and win this Trios Tournament, then Glory Braddock will truly hold her own destiny with the palm of her hands. She will truly wield some power with that Trios Contract. And perhaps this time she can make it work to her advantage.

The Trios Tournament has returned to Supreme Championship Wrestling and that brings a great deal of excitement to the roster. The Trios Contract brings with it the power to book any match you want and, potentially, put yourself into position to get anything and everything you have ever wanted. Glory Braddock knows all too well about the Trios Tournament. She has won it twice before and now looks to become the first ever three time winner of this event alongside her partners YUYO and Gavin Taylor. Winning Trios is anything but easy. You have to pull together three very different personalities and styles and somehow create a cohesive unit, somehow create a well oiled machine that fight through the rounds and outlast and survive the others. Glory has had her fair share of unique partnerships during her Trios experience; the names Ace Marshall, Holly Adams, and other unique personalities have proven to be challenging in the past but The British Bombshell always did her job and, on at least two occasions, made it work out in her favor. This year she has the challenge of trying to pull together a working relationship with the unpredictable inspirational leader of the Shining Maidens and the arrogant All Star. Despite their differences, Glory Braddock recognizes that this trio of herself, YUYO, and Gavin is a formidable force in the tournament. She and Gavin have both won Trios in the past and YUYO, herself is a formidable competitor as evidenced by her current reign as SCW Adrenaline Champion. If anyone can pull together a winning formula for this tournament, it would be these three. Glory is cautiously optimistic about her team’s chances this year and her chances of making history with a third Trios victory. But she isn’t going to get ahead of herself. She plans to take this one match at a time, one step at a time.

While Glory Braddock may view the Trios Tournament as an opportunity, a chance to kick start her singles run in a big way, her sister has a starkly contrasting view of this event. Julia Braddock believes it to be a distraction, she believes that as a singles competitor Glory Braddock should be taking control of her fate but in this Trios Tournament she very much has to trust YUYO and Gavin to hold up their end of the deal and perform to the best of their abilities. Glory hates to admit it, but Julia does have a point. Trios is about the luck of the draw;you might get lucky and get a real good partner, or a partner with whom you have great chemistry. Or you might get unlucky and get someone you just cannot get along with or someone who simply cannot perform. Still, Glory believes Julia is wrong in this case. She and the Shining Maidens may have a history, she and Gavin may have history, but she is certain that the three can pull it together and win the tournament.

Julia Braddock’s return to Glory’s life hasn’t been as smooth as she had hoped it would be. It was upon the advice of Aphrodite Noel, a mentor and mother figure to both Braddock sisters, that they start spending more time together. Glory was excited at first but that excitement has dissipated ever since she saw the changes that have taken place in her younger sister. Julia is stuck up, snobbish, and generally a cold individual now. She isn’t the happy, vibrant girl she remembers. Julia has changed quite a bit and she isn’t certain it was for the better. But she has to push the concerns she may have for her sister out of her mind for this evening. She even has to temporarily ignore the upcoming Trios Tournament. All of this creates an atmosphere of frustration for The British Bombshell. She would much rather be dealing with a stuck up sister or trying to form a unit with a YUYO and Gavin than what she is being forced to do tonight. Tonight she has to play dress up and appease some of her corporate board members at a fancy dinner.

Glory Braddock stands in front of a full-length mirror in her spacious, luxury bedroom. Her blonde hair, naturally flowing in loose waves, cascades past her shoulders. She frowns slightly, her pale blue eyes staring critically at her own image. Tonight, she’s wearing a sequined lace dress, a shimmering masterpiece of deep navy blue, with intricate lacework that traces patterns along her arms and neckline. The gown hugs her form, elegant and sophisticated, but it feels restrictive, much like the events she’s preparing for. She runs her hands down the bodice, smoothing the fabric, though her displeasure remains evident in the tightness of her lips. The sequins catch the light, casting tiny reflections across the room, a stark contrast to her mood. Despite the beauty of the dress, it’s clear that Glory is not comfortable in it. Her posture is stiff, and the sparkle of the dress clashes with the quiet resistance she feels inside. Glory never liked these parties. Even after being mentored, after being taken under the wing of Aphrodite Noel, Glory still never grew to appreciate these or even tolerate them. Her younger sister, Julia, she is the one who seems to love the opportunity to dress to impress the masses. The forced smiles, the shallow conversations, the need to dress up like a doll—none of it appealed to her. This is Julia’s forte, not Glory’s. The opulence of the gown feels like a costume, a mask she’s forced to wear, concealing her true, simpler self. She shifts slightly, adjusting the hem of the dress as if trying to find some comfort in its constricting elegance. She stares back at her reflection, her frown deepening. This wasn’t her, not really. But for tonight, it would have to be. With a sigh, Glory straightens her shoulders, preparing herself for the evening ahead, even if her heart isn't in it.

“Glory?”

“Huh?” Braddock is startled ever so slightly. She turns around to find her husband, Kurt Logan, standing just inside the doorway. A warm smile is on his face. Glory can tell that he pities her. He knows just how much she detests this.

“Are you ok?”

“I will be.” She sighs and shrugs her shoulders. “I just hate these damn parties.”

“Well you are the majority shareholder of Glorious Golden Enterprise.” Kurt says as he walks further into the room. He gently takes his wife by her waist and gazes lovingly into her eyes. “And it was your idea for these board members to come see you here in Miami as opposed to you going to Charlotte to see them.”

“Yes, because it’s practical.” Glory insists. “I just got back from Oklahoma City, I am about to turn right around and travel to Boise, Idaho for the Trios Tournament. I don’t need to be trotting all over the damn nation.”

“Is it because of practicality or just because you do not particularly like Charlotte?” Kurt asks with a knowing smirk. Glory rolls eyes.

“Shut up, love.”

“Fair enough. I’m just trying to remind you that they were made the trek down here in order to make things easier on you, it is fair for them to name the place to eat. You know?”

“Did it have to be at some upscale place that requires me to dress up like some tosser?” Glory asks.

“Where would you prefer to host this dinner meeting? Burger King?”

“Actually…yes…”

“Well that won’t happen.” Kurt chuckles. “It’d be funny but it won’t happen.”

“I know. Still, I can complain all I want and it’s your job as my loving husband to shut up and deal with it. I should be preparing for Trios right now. Shit, when it comes to playing dress up I would probably rather wear one of those fru-fru get ups and become the next Shining Maiden alongside YUYO than wear this!”

“Now there’s a team building exercise if I ever heard one.” Kurt winks. “You and Gavin should become the next Shining Maidens.”

“And you can shut your trap, Kurt.” Glory states pointedly.

“I can easily find a way to contact YUYO and let her know of this brilliant idea.”

“And if you do, I can easily find a way to punch you in the face.”

“You really are on edge tonight, huh?” Kurt smirks. “Don’t worry, Cujo, I won’t put any ideas into YUYO’s head.”

“Did you just call me a dog?”

“Maybe.” Kurt kisses her again, this time on the forehead. “But forget about that, for now. Like it or not we do need to leave for that dinner and soon. But uh, first, there is one other item of business you need to take care of.”

“What else?” Glory says with a roll of her eyes.

“Honestly, I’m not really sure myself.” Kurt shrugs his shoulders. “It’s just some guy came by and he wants to speak with you. He sounds rather desperate.”

“So let me get this straight.” Glory asks with a furrowed brow. “A stranger stops by, he sounds desperate, and you let him in?”

“I didn’t let him in. He’s waiting on the front doorstep. But he isn’t dressed like some trouble maker if that’s what you’re worried about. Actually, I thought he might have been with one of your board members and needed a ride. He is dressed rather nice, like he was planning to attend.”

“Oh really?” Glory asks, her curiosity now peaked. “Well, I suppose it won’t hurt.” She kisses Kurt on the lips. “Sorry if I am a bit on edge, love.”

“It’s ok, babe. I know these types of events put you in a bad mood.”

“That’s putting it mildly.”

Glory Braddock hugs Kurt one more time before making her way out of the bedroom. She walks down the hall and towards the front door of her immaculate modern Miami, Florida home. If this is indeed someone connected to her company’s board of directors, it would serve to treat this man nicely. She prepares to put on her best shareholder act as she opens the door. She sees a dark haired gentleman standing there. He is dressed nice, as Kurt had said, but not exactly nice enough for this fancy dinner party. He wears a nice black bolo shirt and a pair of dress khaki pants and black dress shoes.

“Yes, may I help you?”

“Oh, you must be Ms. Braddock…” the man says with a thick English accent.

“That’s me, but you can call me Glory.” She shakes his hand. “And you are?”

“Franklin Jefferson.” Franklin responds. “It is nice to meet you.”

“Same.” Glory sighs. “So, uh, which of my esteemed board members are you connected to?”

“Board?” Franklin shakes his head. “Oh no, I am not connected to your company in any way. Although I have heard about your charitable causes and perhaps I might donate one day.”

“So you’re here to make a donation?”

“No, I am not.” Franklin shakes his head. “But I would be inclined to make a hefty donation to any or all of your causes if you can help me.”

“What do you need, Mr. Jefferson?” Glory asks, folding her arms over her chest.

“I was hoping you could help me find someone.” He reaches into his pocket and produces a picture and shows it to Glory. She raises her eyes in shock. There are some slight differences, but not many. This young girl looks almost identical to Serena; her sister Julia’s adopted daughter. The one she found roaming the streets homeless.

“Who…uh…who is this?” Glory doesn’t want to let on that she knows anything. Not yet, at least.

“This is a picture of my niece. Her and her vanished while on a skiing trip. There was an accident. But this girl…she had a twin sister. Grace, Grace Jefferson, my other niece. Her twin and their parents, their bodies were discovered eventually. My poor Grace, she was never found.”

Grace. That name rings a bell for Glory Braddock. Before being found by Julia, Serena had suffered from a severe case of amnesia. The only thing she could remember about her past was the name Grace. This, combined with the near identical appearance of this girl in the photo, has her convinced. Serena is Franklin Jefferson’s niece.

“And I believe I have found her myself.” He sighs. “But I need your help to be certain.”

“Why me?”

“Because your sister, Ms. Julia Braddock, I believe she has adopted my niece as her own daughter.”

“Then shouldn’t you take this up with my sister?” Glory asks. “I would rather not get involved in this if I can help it.”

“I understand and yes, I did try approaching your sister first. But for some reason she has refused my request to have any DNA tests run to see if she really is my long lost niece.” Glory can sense the pain in his voice. “I have no idea why she would refuse me.”

It makes no sense to him because he doesn’t know Julia. Glory does know Julia and she has an idea of why she might be trying to prevent this reunion. She is afraid, afraid of losing Serena for good if she were to learn the truth of her heritage and her past. But what Julia is doing isn’t right. Serena has every right to know about her past and Franklin, as perhaps her only living biological relative, has every right to have a relationship with her. But does Glory want to get involved with this and potentially start a feud with her sister Julia?

“I know I am putting you in an awkward position, Glory…”

“That’s putting it mildly.” Glory says, sighing deeply. “You’re asking me to go against my own sister.”

“I have run out of options.” Franklin says through pleading eyes. “Please, consider helping me.”

“Look, I’ll think about it.” Glory shakes her head. “But I am making no promises. You have no idea what I already have on my plate, ok? I do not need to add a rivalry with my own sister on top of everything else I’m dealing with.”

“I understand.” Franklin nods his head. “Thank you for hearing me out, Glory.”

“Yeah, sure.” She watches as Franklin walks off. Glory shuts the door and walks back inside. She sighs deeply and stands there for a moment, taking it all in, as her husband, Kurt Logan, slowly approaches from the hall. She looks up as she slowly realizes his presence…

“What was that all about?” Kurt asks.

“You don’t want to know.” Glory says. “Let’s just say my life got a little more complicated.”

We open outside in a serena park with tall trees casting dappled shadows on the ground. There is a winding path lined with benches and flower beds, creating a peaceful scenery. Then Glory Braddock enters the scene from the right. She stands tall and confident with her long blonde hair cascading down to past the shoulders. Glory is dressed casually yet stylishly. She wears a royal purple blouse made of soft, flowing fabric that billows slightly in the breeze. The blouse has a subtle sheen. The color gives her an air of regality, while the relaxed fit of the blouse keeps it comfortable. Her jeans are form-fitting but practical, dark-washed, and slightly faded. On her feet, she wears simple black flats.

“The rumors are true, the one singular event that can shake the foundations of Supreme Championship Wrestling to its very core has returned. It is the one event where you have to put your selfish, greedy desires on the backburner and work together with unusual and sometimes antagonistic individuals in order to achieve a common goal, but if you can work together, if you can put your own greed aside if you can ignore that ego of yours for just one moment, then you stand a chance of achieving something incredible. You have the opportunity to wield real power, the power to create great change, either for all of SCW or, selfishly, just for yourself.” Braddock pats to herself. “I should know, perhaps better than anyone else in this event. I have won this event two times before.” The British Bombshell smirks knowingly as she nods her head.

“Of course I am talking about the Trios Tournament. Teams of three, three individuals who you would not think it possible to work together, to get along, but will be forced to work together and get along all with the hopes of winning a Trios Contract, which comes with it the power to book any match of their heart’s desire. This year certainly has some interesting dynamics, if I do say so myself. That scummy Heaven working with Xander and Amelia. Blake Mason returns, piledrives Josh Hudson, and now has to work with Hudson and Katie Steward. Selena Frost and Polly have been fighting each other for quite awhile now and yet they have to team up with a returning Andrew Raynes who I’m sure hates both of them. Of course I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my own first opponents…Kirsten Scott has made it a point to make an enemy out of anyone and everyone not named Kandis. And after Leroy Adams showed his own true colors…yellow, by the way…can either be trusted to work with another scumbag named Wil Pierce?” Braddock shrugs her shoulders.

“Perhaps I should just look in the mirror before I cast judgment? Doesn’t the good book say something to that effect? So let’s roll with that. Can yours truly, a certain Magical Cosmic Princess, and an All Star put their differences aside and do this dance through the 2024 Trios Tournament and win the whole damn thing? Well let’s look at history. Gavin Taylor may come off as a smug, arrogant, tart, but he has won a Trios Tournament with perhaps the unlikeliest of Trios Teams. And as for me, well far be it for me to toot my own horn but I have won Trios not once but twice. I won my first alongside Regan Street and Kellen Jeffries, two individuals who you never truly could tell what you would get out of them, you could never truly tell if you trust them. But we worked together, we pulled it together, and we won it all. The very next year I had to work with arguably the most outlandish personality to ever grace an SCW ring…that’s right, Ace Marshall. But with him and David Helms by my side, we won Trios. The message here, in case you haven’t been paying attention, is that Gavin and myself have a reputation for being able to work alongside anyone SCW puts us with. You can put either one of us on any team and we are a threat to win it all. But we are on the same side this year. What does that tell you about our chances this year?” Glory smirks knowingly.

“Bet on Braddock. Bet on the All Star. What about our Magical Cosmic Princess? Well, for me, I would never bet against a cosmic princess who knows magic. But you damn sure wouldn’t want to bet against the reigning SCW Adrenaline Champion who has been on a roll ever since making her return to this company. Don’t you think she would love to add a Trios Contract to her list of impressive accomplishments? You damn right she does. This team has the motivation and the ability to win it all. Do not bet against us.” She shakes her head. “And we are going to take this one step at a time, one match at a time, starting with our unlikely opposition.”

“Kirsten Scott, you’re the only person on your team with Trios experience, but can you really trust them? Leroy Adams has proven he isn’t trustworthy. He proved that his loyalty can be bought and sold. Shit, what if my less than savory partner Gavin paid Leroy to just lay down? That’s all Leroy cares about, right? A pay day. Can you or Pierce really trust that wanker? Can you trust one another? Pierce has made it clear that he has few friends and those friends aren’t named Kirsten or Leroy.” She points a finger at the camera. “Kirsten, is The One threat on that team, and that is because of her past success and experience in this tournament. Willy and Leroy have no idea what is coming. Gavin and I know what to expect. Gavin and I know how to win. YUYO, she has been ready for anything and everything that has been thrown her way since returning. We will be ready to take you lot down. We will take down whoever is unlikely enough to face us in the semi-finals. Sic Semper Tyrannis, bitches.”

Anger - an·ger - /ˈaNGɡər/ - noun - a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.

The scene opens in an empty farm field, with only the sounds of the wind sweeping through the crops able to be heard.  It's dark.  The only visibility comes from the full moon overhead.  As the camera slowly pans in a circle, the illumination of a vape is seen, and as the camera's lens is able to focus on what little light there is, Kirsten Scott is illuminated.

... So tell me, what is anger?  How do you define something something in which, only is defined by a person, THAT PERSON, feelings the emotion?  How do you define your right to say that someone is or is not experiencing problems with that feeling in their body, when you don't feel what they feel?  Why are you the special one, who tells others what they feel and how they react is ultimately, "wrong?"

Who made you, or anyone, for that matter, that "Supreme Being," that gets to define how or what anyone else feels as proper, correct, or appropriate?

Seriously, I'm going to stand here and wait...

She legitimately pauses and takes a puff of her vape staring into the camera, occasionally, sarcastically, holding her hand up to her ear, as if expecting to hear something.  After, what does seem like an egregious amount of time, she continues.

... And that is exactly what I expected.  I didn't expect a response.  I didn't expect someone to actually admit to me and the entire world that somehow has been bestowed the power of God Almighty, to distinguish right from wrong among the masses.  I didn't expect to see CHBK and, fuck it, he's Thirteen, he's got too many last names now, to come forward and say we are experts in who YOU are more than YOU are.

It's like with Kandis.  She was provoked.  She reacted.  Yet she got blamed.

Well fuckheads who think you know us all so much better than we do, it's time you maybe watch your own programs.  Quit acting like shit isn't broadcasted all over the world, except to your bubble.  It's time you address the REAL problem and quit blaming those of us who have constantly, day in and day out, been forced to eat the bullshit that YOU TWO, especially, turn a blind eye on.

Jesus Christ... Your own social media teams talk about it and put it on your own platforms, are you that fucking out of the loop?  Does SCW just throw you out there for special appearances and make you guess what is ACTUALLY happening?  Or do you two really think you can define my anger, because it's a broad definition...

So let's talk about it, shall well?  Let's talk about what "anger" is...

And yes, I know I'm just a dumb woman, but hear me out...

... Anger, in its origins, yes, is something based on retribution and a desire to return pain.  But what triggers it?  When is it unleashed?  Is it immediate, or does it take time to manifest its way through all of the neurons in your body, telling you that what happened to you was a slight, and you deserve to fight back?  Or is it as some believe, simply a reflect of emotion that we look at as the proverbial "equal and opposite reaction," to whatever crossed our boundaries?

Now you take that and ask, which is anger a weakness?  Is it something, based on either of those two philosophies, something that makes a person less of who they believe they are?  Does, letting your body process, or does reacting immediately, provide a more positive outcome, even if the outcome is the same?

See, SCW's ole Doc Thirteen wants to present himself as someone who can help break down these answers, but my question is then, is he breaking them down for the person, like the Hippocratic Oath states, or is he doing it to, simply to protect the business, because if it's the latter, he's already violated his own commitment.  Plus, let's be real, Doc Thirteen isn't someone who has the most "honorable" track record when it comes to anger in SCW, no matter how he portrays himself now.  I've done my homework on him, and I've seen the sadism and masochism he would go through for his own ENJOYMENT.  So if he wants to have the right to classify someone's anger problems, then let me classify his PSYCHOTIC tendencies, that, we don't know, may still harbor his judgment, and to that, I'm calling on SCW for one thing...

His rulings be null in void...

He is still the same person, and he is still the same human being.  He wasn't magically cured by a red pill or blue pill.  He's still someone people recognize as Thirteen.  So if Sadism is the new SCW way of defining anger management, and he is employed as the arbitrator and decision maker, Kandis should be reinstated immediately...

But CHBK... Let's address you and your angry side, shall we?

How many times have you sought vengeance on the company, Mr. D, opponents, the board, WOMEN for that matter, all because they outsmarted you?  Were you not angry?  Did you not get a free pass to now parade around with power?  Have you not committed the same things, in the days of SCW's GREATNESS, that you're trying to put the kibosh on now?  Sure, it's a different era... Sure, you may have changed, but your hypocrisy, your willingness to play this game of pretend, like you are Jesus Christ, removed of transgressions or debts, making the hard decisions for those "little people," is a fucking joke.

You were never perfect yourself.  You fucked around with women, you found out your consequences, you faced your own boss at Rise to Greatnes, for fuck's sake.

And why?

She chuckles.

... Because you were angry.  And you were angry in a way I don't pretend to understand but you expressed it and you believed in it.  It's just like Doctor Evil himself in the "cranky wrestler's room."  He had his own demons and he lashed out.  He would get angry and seek revenge and feel justified, and SCW did nothing.  Now you two believe you're the morality policy.

Well guess what...

I couldn't give a shit!

Your moral compass does not have a right to be imposed on anyone in this locker room.  Rules are rules, yes, but your goalpost-moving, morality, game, does not.  And if nobody else will say anything, I'm blessed to have a mentor who told me that sometimes in SCW, you have to upset the apple cart in order to make people finally open their eyes.

And the fact that you challenged me, on camera, I might add, which was a nice choice in order to help your little cause of making me look like the crazy person, the one thing you failed to realize is it also showed exactly how SCW operates now.  It made the world see that you don't want the types of superstars, like the Rachel Foxx's, the Jason Wheeler's, the Tommy Valentine's, hell, the Thirteen's and CHBK's, anymore.  You don't want the ones who will FIGHT.  You want wrestlers who will gently slap fight, apologize when they lose, and become little BITCHES the world.

Well you're not getting a bitch out of Kirsten Scott, and since you did one thing right, by keeping the drawing random, and I'm in the Trios Tournament, AGAIN, now is my time to do the one thing, you're really not going to like me saying...

I'M UNLEASHING MY ANGER ON EVERYONE IN THIS TOURNAMENT NO MATTER WHAT!

She smirks.

... You see, by you two softies drawing my name you did something.  You brought what you so seek to destroy into the Trios.  You brought that ANGER.  I've been on a streak where, week after week, I'm becoming more and more mad at myself and the world.  I've become cognizant over the fact that I am not as stable as I hoped to be.  But I am also becoming more aware that others are starting to see what you two are trying to turn SCW into, which is this, soft playground, for people to come jump in bouncy-houses and play wrestler in.  And that isn't those of us you're trying to FORCE to adhere to your policies, procedures, or BRAINWASHING.  Instead, we are the ones who see through your little queef at political correctness, and showing, "oh anyone can change for the times," when everyone and their dog looks at CHBK and Thirteen asd the ANTITHESIS of what changes.

Face it... You two bring the same tired shit to SCW every time you bust out of retirement for "one match," or because someone got under your skin.  You're legit two walking robots, programmed the same way.

Imitating Thirteen ub a robotic voice...

"I am Thirteen, not by age because that is pedophilia, but by name because it's as high as I can count, and now I'm a doctor who isn't the same freakshow I was when I won multiple titles here..."

Using the same voice, she switches to CHBK.

"... And I'm CHBK, eh, and I'm a hypocrite who has cut everyone's throat in my career, including the bosses, in order to get my way, and now I run things and want to act like I was a benchmark of society to kids... Beep...  Boop...."

She returns to her voice.

You see, that's the bullshit we hear, and that's why this Trios is going to be different.  It's not about the "win" for me, this year.  Hell, I'll be honest and say I know very little of my partners, and it's not their fault, it's mine because I've been so hyperfocused on my life, I haven't been able to pay attention to much more than what is in front of me.  And I hope they're great, I do.  I hope I have the two strongest partners in the battle, and we pull of the miracle win.  But regardless of that, I want every other team, every member of management, every person who may shit in a toilet in that arena, the night of the Trios, to know that they will be considered fair game for me.

And it isn't a threat...

No...

You see, SCW management has taken it upon themselves to define me and tell me who I am in a time where I am down.  They want to do it because they believe that, when I'm down, I'm more willing to accept their criticism.  They want me to believe that being down means failure, and THAT is why I'm angry, and that, to me, shows STUPIDITY, and IGNORANCE all in one.

So outside of my team... If you're the one who wins, you are going to have to do so by enduring pain, and yeah, a little of what I would refer to as "anger," in order to survive.  Because if you don't, I will begin the hunt for you all.  Everyone deserves to feel what Kandis feels, what I feel, and what others feel, in these times where these soft-ass bitches want to trying and "stabilize" SCW.  SCW, she was never stabile.  She was always marred by everyone insecure, everyone pissing and moaning, everyone whining they got screwed, and with those complaints came what the pinnacle PPV always implies...

It implies a "Rise to Greatness!"

Or... It implies this entire Trios Tournament is a bunch of basic bitches that I have had to deal with since I came here, and if that is, indeed, the case, then I say this... Bring them on.  Bring on every basic-ass, cookie-cutter, everyone sounds the same, type of dumb gimmick they want bcause it's time they get called on the carpet like those who TRULY changed this landscape did a decade ago.  Maybe it's time the Trios finally shuts some bitches down and shows them they don't run the show anymore?!

What do you think?

Angry enough?

Not being a little petulant child and patting mommy and daddy on the head enough so they fel like they're doing their job<

You see the Trios has become a uniform measure.  Everyone doing things in tandem.  They suck one anther's penises =, make themselves  feel good, and get what they want.  This year is different because I have the BALLS as a woman to say I played that game, but with my teammates this year, I have no clue.  We have no grand plan.  Instead we have what the Trios initially conceived.  It is a year where everyone fights for themselves.  There may me some dick sucking among teams to try and get get the easy wins, but that;s not us... And it is not something I will be part of...

Instead, I'm bringing my game, my mentality, my ANGER into the match with the two people who, to be honest, I am not as familiar with as others.  They can take my anger and let it fuel them, or get out of my way and just let me handle business.  Because one way or another, I am going to SHOW CHBK and Thirteen what my anger looks like, and the depths at which it festers and just waits to be unleashed from.  And if they want to be mad about it, the blood spilled will be on their hands because they are trying to Nerf the world for some of the soft-ass people who can't stand getting what is coming to them.

So CHBK, Thirteen M. D., whatever I do during the ENTIRETY of that tournament, it's your fault.  It's all on you.  Because you decided to take away SCW's edge and ability to be the place where you see great wrestling, or the evils that Rachel Foxx and Thirteen would unleash on one another in the REAL Underground rules matches.  You censored a place that used to be home to champions and damn near murderers alike.  Now it's time for someone to remind the world what SCW once was, when, sometimes, violence not only matter, but what necessary.

I only speak the truth you two cucks... Just like death, taxes, and "THE ONE" KIRSTEN SCOTT!

With one final exhale of vapor from her lungs Kirsten turns and walks into the crops from which she apparently emerged, with the camera man confused on not only where he is, but how to get out.  After a few moments of "Blair Witch" style cinematography, he realizes he hasn't shut the camera off, and the scene immediately goes black.
