The life of luxury, the feeling of never having to do without, that feeling is unusual for the intimidating and imposing figure that finds himself sprawled out on the sofa in the living room of his magnificent home in Miami, Florida. This figure is none other than “The Assassin” Clyde Sutter. He had tried to live this before; his uncle, then manager Mason Van Stanton, tried to force this lifestyle upon him but it never took. Sutter just never seemed to get attached to that kind of lifestyle. He had grew up on the streets having to fight to survive. That is the kind of life he is used to, that is what he views as normal. Beating someone up in order to survive used to be his life. Being paid to beat someone up, well that was a dream come true, which is why Sutter seemed to be naturally attracted to the world of professional wrestling. But even chasing that dream was fraught with bumps in the road. A native of Birmingham, England, Sutter tried to get his training from the Braddock Wrestling School. And he got the vast majority of his training there, he was nearly ready for graduation before he was kicked out of the school by the school’s owner Glory Braddock. Sutter had been removed for being too aggressive, too full of rage. His uncontrollable rage led him to assault his fellow students and even the coaches and teachers. Mason Van Stanton took on the challenge of guiding Sutter but even he failed to keep The Assassin on a leash. All seemed lost for The Assassin and his dreams until he ran into a very wealthy family with many connections within the wrestling community, the Page family.
Sutter began working as the hired muscle for Tiffany Page in MWE, Danielle Page in GCW, and Vanessa Page in MWCW. They paid very well but they also invested in something Braddock and Van Stanton did not; they invested in anger management. Make no mistake about it, Sutter’s intense rage and aggression is still there, but he is now in control of it. He can now wield it and direct it at his own will, whenever he wants, at his opponents. And with his anger in check, and the money rolling in from the Page family, Sutter has finally managed to achieve two of his goals in life. For starters, he became a success in professional wrestling; he won the MWE Television Title twice and was the longest reigning MWE Riot Champion. But even more important to Sutter than either of those, he regained the love of his life, the woman he thought he had lost permanently. Clyde Sutter once again finds himself together with Melinda Braddock.
Braddock and Sutter’s relationship has been rocky at best. It could also be compared to the tragic tale of Romeo and Juliet in that Melinda’s mother, Glory Braddock, never trusted Sutter, she never liked Sutter, and she did not want Sutter to date her daughter. It seemed for awhile as if Glory Braddock would get her wish. Clyde Sutter and Melinda Braddock had split up due to Clyde being unable to control his anger. Yet ever since Sutter began attending anger management, ever since he learned to control his rage, he and Melinda’s relationship also renewed. Everything finally seems to be looking up for Clyde Sutter.
“What a wonderful home!” This is the thrilled, happy voice of none other than Melinda Braddock. Sutter just sighs as he sits up and watches as Melinda walks into the room. She and Sutter haven’t been in this home for very long. It is a home not bought and paid for the Page family wealth, but surprisingly by Melinda’s own mother, Glory Braddock.
“It’s so fucking gorgeous and it has an incredible view of the beach!” She says beaming from ear to ear. “Isn’t this great?”
“I hate to point out the obvious, my dear, but you DO realize that this is just your mother’s attempt to buy you and I back into her life.”
“You’re such a cynic.” Melinda says as she jumps onto the sofa next to Sutter. She kisses him on the cheek. “Don’t you believe in fate?”
“Yes.” He shakes his head. “But I have my doubts that fate has written THIS particular chapter of our story, Melinda.”
“Oh and what makes you say that?”
“Your mother hates my guts.” He states plainly, coldly. Melinda shrugs her shoulders.
“That’s a good point, babe. And I admit, I did have my doubts at first about all of this. Mom has held a grudge against you for a long ass time. But you gotta admit, Clyde, she had good reason to hold a grudge.”
“Yes, I am well aware of my past.” He nods his head. “Our first relationship was tumultuous at best. I beat you, I got you addicted to drugs, and so much more.” He shakes his head. “But I am a changed man now, Melinda. I have my anger, my rage, all of it under control.”
“I know.” Melinda grins from ear to ear. “And I think mom is seeing that too. She may not say it publicly, if only to save face, but I think she’s beginning to recognize that what we have is real.”
“Forgive me, but I still have my doubts.” He shakes his head. “I still believe that she is trying to buy our affection. If you recall, I am not the only one who has had a rough and rocky relationship with Glory Braddock.” Sutter points at Melinda who proceeds to roll her eyes.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about, babe.”
“Be honest with me, Melinda.” He says with a smirk, the first sign of emotion from Sutter all day. “Are you really on good terms with your mother?”
“Good terms?” She shrugs her shoulders. “Maybe decent terms?”
“Decent.”
“Look, I admit it, I am pissed off with my mother for denying the Braddock family name and legacy.” She sounds frustrated. “She acknowledges that quack Aphrodite Noel as her real mother, she had her name legally changed to Noel, and when I was still a minor and had no choice in the matter she had MY name changed to Noel!” She shakes her head.
“But your mother has sought help since then?”
“Yes, she has changed. Like you, I suppose.” She shakes her head. “But forgive me if I have find it difficult to forgive or forget what she did to me.”
“Do you see what I mean about doubts?” Clyde asks with a smirk. Melinda nods her head.
“Fair enough.” She kisses him on his lips. “But I don’t doubt your love. You buy me so much jewelry and I adore the new car you bought me!”
“Thank the Page family.” Sutter remarks stoically. “I get paid very well to be their hired muscle.” He runs his hand through Melinda’s long hair. “And every penny goes to you, my sweet Melinda. All of it to pay you back for the asshole I was once upon a time.”
“There’s no need to shower me with gifts just to get my forgiveness, I have already forgiven you.” She frowns. “Not that I’m complaining about the gifts, mind you.”
“I do need your forgiveness. I was an abusive asshole. I got you hooked on drugs and nearly ruined your future as a wrestler. I am sorry, my sweet.”
“It’s all in the past.” Melinda kisses him on the lips.
“Thank you for that, Melinda.” Clyde sighs deeply.
“You seem upset.” Melinda furrows her brow out of curiosity. “What’s wrong?”
“I’m just bored.” Sutter stands up and starts pacing the floor. “Being a hired gun for the Page sisters is one thing, I get to beat up some fools once in awhile, and it has brought me some success. I have been Riot Champion and Television Champion in MWE. But how much time have I spent inside of the ring cracking skulls open lately?”
“Not enough for your liking, I take it.” Melinda answers.
“I need to get back into the ring and do what I do best. I need to hurt people. I need an outlet to keep my rage in check. I need someone to hurt, Melinda.”
“There is one option…”
“What’s that?”
“Supreme Championship Wrestling.”
“Bloody hell…” Sutter’s voice trails off “...your mother wrestles there. She would try to blackball me.”
“Remember what we just discussed? She’s trying real hard to get along with you for my sake. I doubt she’d ruin that by trying to blackball you. Besides, SCW is under new management. I’m pretty sure the new folks in charge would give you a chance.”
“Doubtful.”
“I’m sure they would.” Melinda nods her head. “Besides, there isn’t really an option to blackball you. The match I’m thinking of is an open invitational.”
“Oh really?” The idea of this being open invitational to anyone peaks Sutter’s interest. “Do tell.”
“It is an Underground Match, which essentially means hardcore. No rules. The only requirement to enter is to bring a weapon.”

Idle hands are the devil's workshop, idle hands are the devil's playthings, and idle hands are the devil's playground.
It isn’t a good idea for someone as dangerous as I am to stay on the sidelines for too long. It is never a good idea for someone like me to remain on the outside looking in at the carnage and destruction being created week in and week out. After all, carnage and destruction is what I do best. It is precisely why I chose professional wrestling as my career. All of my life I had to fight to survive, I had to hurt anyone and everyone who stood before me as a simple means of survival on the streets. Of course it would make perfect sense that someone who did that all of his life would ultimately end up getting paid to do this as part of his career. It is almost as if fate had deemed it so.
And as a matter of fact, as a firm believer in fate, as the man who has stepped up to embrace his role as the enforcer of fate’s very will, I am grateful eternally for the job that fate has given me. I am eternally grateful for the skills that fate his gifted me with, skills that no one else in this business can match. Fate has gifted me with these skills and has gifted me with this career of professional wrestling so that I could do what no one else can; I can impose the will of fate upon the world of professional wrestling. Everyone has their appointed time with fate. One day everyone will meet his or her end. That is where I come in. Your dreams of chasing after this title or that title, your dreams of competing will one day end, and that is where I come in. I am the enforcer of fate’s will. I end you when your time comes.
Fate has been kept waiting for far too long. Fate has sat back and watched as Supreme Championship Wrestling has constantly been bombarded with fools, degenerates, and idiots with delusions of grandeur running its locker room. These people are whistling through a graveyard, unaware of what danger awaits them, because fate has been waiting, fate has been idle, and it has been idle for far too long. Fate is done being idle. Fate saw its opening when SCW scheduled this Underground Open Invitational. It is the perfect opportunity to thin out the herd, to eliminate any foolish enough to enter. Because anyone who dares to enter this match will have to stare face to face into the eyes of The Assassin, they will stare face to face into the eyes of fate’s enforcer.
Many of these fools, degenerates, and idiots with delusions of grandeur will enter this Underground Invitational because it comes with a promise, a promise of an Underground Championship Match to the winner. The empty promise of sparkly prize is enough to lure just about anyone to their own death. This will be no different. Many will enter but all will fall. And why? Just so they could have an opportunity to face Kimberly Williams for the Underground Title?
No, this isn’t about the Underground Title. This is about fate. This is about enforcing the will of fate upon anyone and everyone who gets in my way. And at Apocalypse, anyone who gets in my way will be destroyed. That includes Kimberly Williams. If I do manage to win, if I do survive the insanity of the Underground, then consider that a message from fate that Kimberly’s reign is on its last legs. Consider it a message from fate that Kimberly will soon be put to an end just like everyone else.
Do I need a weapon? I myself am a weapon. But I suppose I can bring a barbed wire bat, or a barbed wire chair, or some other weapon so that I will meet Kimberly’s stupid little requirements. I will have a weapon but make no mistake about it, I do not NEED a weapon.
I AM A WEAPON!
