“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”
A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending,
followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on
CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr
pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of
Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then
see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to
a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme
Saturday: Just Desserts.
“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”
MAIN SHOW:
“Psycho
in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the
stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster
hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.
Maybe
I'm just paranoid
Or
maybe I'm just livin' a lie
Can't
stop this screamin' voice
Or
maybe I'm just sick inside
Shots
of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing the Fall of Man
standing tall. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see David Striker
diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots
of Enigma, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over
the Breakdown logo.
This is
the face
I hate
the other side of me
Out of
this cage
He
breaks to take the life from me
Tell
me, tell me, tell me
I'm not
crazy
Syren
is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the
Shinigami Foundation standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock
is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott
proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as
Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.
There's
a psycho in my head
I'm
closer to the edge
Makin'
me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery
Insane
These
voices in my brain
Starting

Gavin
Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor Lariat on an opponent is next, before we see
the Glimmer Sisters making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching
Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Light in the
Darkness hitting Wisteria Waltz against an opponent. Lexy Chapel is then shown
showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows before
we see James Evans powerbombing La Pequena Luz off the top rope.
There's
a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head
Shots
of Deanna Frost, Ryan LeCavalier, Waylon Creek,
Xander Valentine, and Meghan Strader are shown before the Breakdown logo comes
up on the screen.
We then
cut to a live shot of the inside of the Prudential Center in Newark, New
Jersey. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The
display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena, and the
cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.
Sharper:
“Breakdown roles into the Garden State for the final stop before a Taste of
Things to Come!”
The
cameras continue to pan throughout the crowd before settling at ringside where
we see Adam Sharper joined by Devon Kayl.
Sharper:
“Welcome to Breakdown. Adam Sharper here with Devon
Kayl at ringside. We’ve had and survived the chaos of Fatal Fortunes and
tonight, we now focus right on A Taste of Things to Come. And Syren is going to
have to be on her A game. She has a World Title shot
on February 1, but tonight, she faces Gavin Taylor.”
Kayl:
“And she’ll have to deal with that headache, but we’ll also see the round robin
of the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament come to an end tonight. Deanna Frost
defends the Adrenaline Championship against Wil Pierce, and Kimberly
Williams…she can control her destiny…just what destiny does she want!”
A long
church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights
go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the
intensity of the crowd’s roar.
“Never
send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
The few
opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale
chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment
before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.
“Some
are born to kill
Others
are born to run
Some
need to keep on takin'
Till
you ain't got none”
A
singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of
a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars
of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.
“But
baby, I wasn't built to die
Lay
down and be crucified
Nah, no
matter how hard they try
To push
me down
Still I
rise”
“Soul
on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on
Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”
The
curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him
before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes
from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to
the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the
ramp and throws his arm up into the air. He starts down the ramp,
Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring.
Sharper:
“And we start off with the Executioner. Xander Valentine is only just over a
week from his World Tag Team Championship shot against the Glimmer Sisters. But
the question is can he win with or in
spite of Selena Frost.”
Kayl:
“They both want to take down the Glimmers a few notches for their own personal
goals, but the two hate each other. And this could be very interesting come A
Taste of Things to Come!”
Suffocate
me until I am blue
To
preserve my bad worldview
Paranoid,
All Eyes On Me
Rumours
circle, vultures feed
Baby, I
wasn't built to die
Lay
down and be crucified
Nah, no
matter how hard they try
To push
me down
Still I rise
Soul on
Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on
Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on
Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on
Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Xander
leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope
and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again,
getting a massive pop. He then turns and walks over to the corner and grabs a
microphone waiting for him. He then turns to the middle of the ring. The music
fades out as the crowd roars.
Xander:
“Ten days….ten days is the amount of time that exists
between now and when I walk into Chase Field in Pheonix, Arizona, and destroy
three individuals who have been a thorn in my side for too long.”
Xander
paces a bit.
Xander:
“One fateful choice by the Glimmer Sisters…”
The
crowd roars.
Xander:
“And in that moment, they both showed a need to understand that this is not
their world, and in that moment, they marked themselves for pure hell. But
little did I know I would have to spend the last four months fighting for that
opportunity. From when you helped Derek Adonis in the Trios Tournament, to your
title defenses…to CHBK forcing me to find a partner…to forcing this ridiculous
situation upon me…time has run out.”
Xander
pauses.
Xander:
“Just like it will for Selena Frost.”
The
crowd boos.
Xander:
“You keep trying to take me down, but Selena, perhaps out of my own
stubbornness, I refuse to give you that satisfaction. A lot has changed since
we were face to face, and even before you muscled into a title match you should
never have been in…and you can try and take me out. Leave me concussed.
But I am going to keep coming back. I am not going to let this opportunity slip
through my fingers as while you, Selena may demand your change
to teach them respect, you never had anyone respect to begin with. Where I will do anything to get it and I will not be stopped. Your
hubris comes from existing; mine will be non-existent at A Taste of Things to
Come-“
BELIEVE
IT... OR NOT!
"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout
the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos.
The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is
seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back,
walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe with a defiant smirk.
She looks at the ring before starting to come down to the ring.
Sharper:
“Selena Frost hearing Xander’s claims…and now she’s coming to the ring.”
Kayl:
“Not like Xander can jump her. And vice-versa. If that
happens, they lose their shot! CHBK had enough of their constant fighting!”
Selena
makes her way down the rampway and then walks up the steel steps and then
enters the ring. She steps over to Xander, standing up to him, and looking up
to him as Xander looks down at her. Selena then steps past him and demands a
microphone. Selena is handed one by Jason Phillips. Selena turns back to
Xander.
Selena:
“What a lovely self-absorbed speech. But you’re not smelling like roses lately,
and frankly, I don’t think I should be placed in that ring with you as may partner. I doubt you’re cleared. After ENIGMA beat your
ass and I made sure you’d stay down…even last week…Ryan LeCavalier
had a good shot against you.”
Xander:
“You know very well her talents…”
Selena:
“I do. And I hope you enjoyed the favour.”
Xander:
“I hope Deanna enjoyed mine.”
Selena
looks at Xander.
Xander:
“For someone who hates the Glimmers, why didn’t you help your wife? Then
again…maybe you’re upset she’s doing wonderfully without you. Just like I
dispatched the EFN at Shattered Reality. So Selena…”
Selena:
“Trust me, I hate this as much as anyone. I don’t need you. I don’t want you. I
just want Gia and Gina and I will teach them a
wrestling lesson.”
Xander:
“You can have them when I’m done.”
Selena:
“When we’re done, you won’t have much memory of the event, but I’m planning to
ensure I will have a replacement partner as Tag Team Champion. Because I’ll be
damned if I need to be teamed with you when you are a walking liability with
expired time on the clock!”
Xander looks at Selena.
Xander:
“You’re lucky I cannot just destroy you now.”
Selena:
“If you could even catch me to try. The moment that match is over, watch your
back.”
Xander:
“Same to you-“
???: “Well isn’t this wonderful. The brother and sister are
fighting!”
We hear
the voice of one of the Glimmers. We then hear a second voice, the other
Glimmer.
Gia(?):
“Then again, can they even have a chance at their revenge when so many
well-oiled teams have tried and failed.”
Gina
(?): “Maybe they needed to rethink the oil…”
The
crowd roars.
Gia
(?): “Too bad that SCW won’t let us appear on camera because it’s too early and
they’re unhappy some Christians are going to send angry letters when they’re
the one’s front row at every show.”
Gina
(?): “Then again, we could have a compromise….right?”
We then
cut to the stage where we see crew members running across, holding a giant
black drape. They hold it up as we see Gina and Gia then walk out from the back
and Gina leans on the top of it. The crowd roars.
Selena:
“No one is going to be paying to see anything of yours when I’m done with you.”
One of
the Glimmer sisters extends her leg under the drape, showing perhaps the lack
of any pants, leading to another roar from the crowd.
Gia (we
think): “Oh, Selena…still so trigger when all we did is what young talent are
told to do. Make an impact. And as far as we can tell…the world seemed to love
it when we made it on you.”
The
crowd roars.
Gina
(we think): “In fact, maybe we’ll take a poll. Who would rather watch a show
from us…”
The
crowd roars loudly.
Gina
(we think): “Or see us kick Selena’s head off again.”
The
crowd cheers again.
Gia(?):
“Seems a bit close. Maybe we need to do a test in Arizona. Especially with the
hot air…And it’s not all coming from Selena!”
Xander
just glares at Gia and Gina.
Gina
(?): “What’s wrong, Xander. Don’t know how to talk to a woman? Then
again…you’re one snap of the fingers from losing your temper. That’s why you
were in the Chamber. Couldn’t handle Derek Adonis’s skills are elsewhere.”
Gia
(?): “Which by the way, we have some more planned with our partnership there-“
Xander:
“There’s nothing to say. All that’s left is to do. And I have my chance at A
Taste of Things to Come. This run of yours while impressive, the only thing
they will be talking about is your destruction at my hands!”
The
crowd roars, although there are some boos. Selena just glares at Xander.
Gia
(?): “For all the talk of disrespect…”
Gina
(?): “They sure don’t put much on our name. Everyone we have been in the ring
with has fallen at our feet…”
Gia(?):
“Except Deanna and she needed your help Xander…not yours Selena.”
Selena
turns her head annoyed.
Gina
(?): “So for all this talk about respect…maybe at A Taste….of
Things to Come. You will watch THIS well-oiled…”
We then
see Gia Glimmer hold up a bottle of baby oil, and start to squeeze the bottle
over her, smiling, as the crowd roars.
Gina
(?): “And get that respect. And you, Selena….and you, Xander…”
Gia
(?): “Better like the taste!”
Gina
and Gia then grab the drape and pull it before wrapping it around them and starting to walk to the back. The crowd looks on as Selena
turns to Xander and says something to him. Xander steps up, animatingly
responding.
Sharper:
“Gia and Gina Glimmer noting that there is some disrespect from the other side,
and now Selena and Xander going at each other.”
Kayl:
“Just don’t strike the other!”
The two
continue to argue before we then
hear a roar from the crowd. Gia(?) glances back as we
see Ludvig Eriksson and Dakon Theron running down to
the ring, both brandishing chairs. They slide into the ring. Xander then shoves
Selena out of the way. She turns to him annoyed before Xander steps up and
boots Dakon in the jaw. Dakon
falls back, dropping the chair and rolling to the corner. Eriksson then takes
the chair and lifts it up, but Selena gets up and runs over and grabs the
chair.
Sharper:
“Eriksson and Theron! The EFN trying to strike!”
Kayl:
“Trying to take out Xander and Selena! Trying to take maybe the shot for
themselves!”
Sharper:
“Trying to injure them. Xander just stopped Dakon.
And Selena just saved Xander?!”
Selena
pulls the chair away. Eriksson turns and Selena then nails him in the ribs and
lifts the chair up, driving it into his back. Eriksson hits the mat and rolls
out of the ring as Xander grabs Dakon and grabs him
by the throat before turning and choke throwing him
into the ropes, sending him up and over to the floor. Xander then turns around
as Selena holds the chair in her hand, looking at it, and then Xander before
throwing it down. The crowd roars as Xander and Selena seethe at one another
before the scene cuts away.
Breakdown
cuts back to the parking lot as we see a limousine pulling up to the building.
The limousine comes to a stop.
Sharper:
“What is this? A limousine coming up to the building.”
A few
moments pass before we see the back door open. The camera moves around before
we see Shaun Cruze stepping out of the limousine. The crowd roars seeing him.
Cruze steps up, seeing the camera, and looking a bit uneasy, before turning and
reaching back. He then shakes a man’s hand. He backs up as the camera reveals
Frank Delatosso sitting inside.
Delatosso:
“Great talking to you Shaun. Great to have you back in SCW. If you need
anything, don’t hesitate to reach out.”
Cruze:
“Uh…thanks, but I’ll be okay.”
Delatosso:
“Don’t worry about it. I also have something for you when you get inside.””
Cruze:
“Uh...okay, well, thanks. Great chatting. And thanks for the ride from the
hotel.”
Cruze
turns and closes the door before heading into the building.
Sharper:
“Shaun Cruze arriving and coming with the SCW CEO, Frank Delatosso?!”
Kayl:
“He came back to a lot of fanfare and Delatosso seems
to be a fan!”
Sharper:
“What’s he doing here at the Prudential Center though?”
The
scene fades out.
COMMERCIALS
Ethan
Cross vs. Diamond Steele
Coming
back from commercial, the arena lights drop to near-black
Phillips: The following contest is a singles match scheduled for one fall.
Introducing first, from The Steel City of Pittsburgh, PA and weighing 240
pounds, “The Last Measure” Ethan Cross!!!
A low rumble rolls through the building as the opening beat of “Do I Wanna
Know?” hits. A single, cold white spotlight flickers on at the top of the ramp.
Ethan Cross steps into view—jaw clenched, shoulders tense, eyes forward. No
posing. No acknowledgment of the crowd. He adjusts his wrist tape slowly,
deliberately, like a man clocking in for a job he hates but knows has to be done.
The lights pulse in deep steel-blue tones as he walks, boots heavy against the
ramp. Fans reach out—some cheer, some jeer—he ignores them all.
At ringside, Ethan pauses. He looks at the ring like it owes him something…
then wipes his boots on the apron and steps through the ropes.
He leans back into the corner, arms draped over the ropes, head tilted down as
the music fades—waiting, patient, dangerous.
Sharper: This is the second opportunity we have had to see Ethan Cross here on
Breakdown. The first was a tag team triple threat match on the first night of
Fatal Fortunes.
Kayl: He had the bad fortune of being put into a match where he did not know
who he could trust when he needed to know whether or not
he could trust anyone in his corner. Tonight, he gets to sink
or swim based on his own merits.
And now the entire arena goes dark and as it does that is when we can see a
huge spotlight hitting the curtain and the silhouettes of five figures
illuminate behind the curtain. We are able to see Ruby
Steele playing a Bass Guitar, Jenni Taylor playing a guitar, and Emerald
McAdams on a drum as they begin to cover Fall Out's Boy The
Phoenix. They continue playing the song until one figure burst
through the curtains. Sapphire smirks as she is holding a Diamond Studded
Megaphone in his hands. She points at the crowd and flames appear in a circle.
It’s at that moment that we can see flame pyros going off one after another. We
can hear a loud Bird HAWKING nose and that is when Diamond Steele emerges from
the floor in her Phoenix inspired gear. She smiles as she gives her sister
Sapphire a wicked grin before the two of them walk towards the ring.
The crowd boos as loudly as they can but Sapphire holds the megaphone and puts
the Siren on using it to drown out the jeers. Diamond pays no attention to them
as she just continues to make her way to the ring.
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen making her way to the ring being accompanied to
the ring by her sister Phoebe “Sapphire” Steele from London, England, RISING
FROM THE ASHES…. She is “The Phoenix” Kate "Diamond" Steele!!!!!!!!
Sapphire: AHEM!!!!!
Sapphire doesn’t seem impressed as she yells into the microphone and slides an
index card to Justin.
Announcer: She is the MISTRESS OF THE MEGAPHONE, THE COUNTESS OF CATCH
WRESTLING, THE SORCERESS OF SUBMISSIONS, THE SPARKLING SENSATION, THE SHINING
STAR, THE PRINCESS OF PUNK, GOD’S GREATEST GIFT & GEMSTONE, DIAMOND STEELE!
Sapphire: Much Better
As the drums in the song pick up Diamond takes the moment to slowly make her
way to the ring as Sapphire stands outside. Once inside Kate opens up a pocket
mirror and admires how she looks and her hair as she takes a heavy interest in
herself waiting for the match to begin.
Sharper: Don’t let her seeming disregard for everything about this match fool
you because Diamond Steele has won multiple championships in many different
promotions.
Kayl: Indeed she has and she should provide a very tough veteran opposition for
Mr. Cross here tonight. In fact I would say that she
is probably the favorite going in just because she has so much more experience
than her opponent.
The bells rings starting the match and Cross tries to
see an opening with Steele not paying attention and he rushes with a running
ripcord knee. Right before Cross’s knee destroys Steele’s jaw as well her
consciousness, she shows off her agility as well some of that experience,
ducking out of the way and rolling Cross up in the process.
1!
2!
Cross kicks out at 2 and quickly scurries to his feet staring back at Steele
who is just smiling at him and even blows him a kiss.
Sharper: Diamond Steele has that experience on display and it nearly won her
this match almost before it got started.
Kayl: All that it takes is just three seconds and Ethan Cross was quickly
reminded of that. A valuable lesson for him and now we will see if he can get
his head back in the game.
Cross looks agitated by Steele showing him up with the near fall and then
mocking him afterward. Cross rushes in again, and this time is meant by a deep
arm drag from Steele who remains one step ahead.Rather
than letting him up as before however, Steele uses
leverage to take Cross to the mat and applies a fujiwara
arm bar. While the arm bar hurts, it also is not locked in just right, and
Cross uses his 130 pound weight advantage to muscle
himself back to his feet. Trying to stay one step ahead of him though, Steele
delivers a punishing kick to the midsection of Cross that sees him double over
in the center of the ring. Trying to capitalize on the situation, Steele
bounces off of the ropes but
when she comes back looking for an axe kick, Cross is ready for her this time
and catches her before taking her up and driving her right back down with a
high angle spinebuster that has the crowd cheering with excitement. You would
be hard pressed to say that Cross even acknowledged the crowd though.
Sharper: For the first time in this match, Ethan Cross imposing his will with a
powerful spinebuster.
Kayl: Win or lose, Diamond Steele is going to be feeling that one for the rest
of the match and probably much longer.
Seizing control of the match, Cross stands Steele back up before driving her
back into a corner. Then Cross puts his size and strength to good use yet again ramming his shoulder into the stomach Steele again and again until she crumples to the mat. She does stay
there for long however and Cross lift her over his shoulder with ease before
putting her right back down with a thunderous powerslam and hooking both legs
for the cover…
1!
2!
Steele barely kicks out at the last instance. Cross has the option of going for
the second cover, but does not instead bringing Steele
to her feet whipping her to the ropes and sending her right back down, this
time with a rolling elbow to the side of the jaw before he goes for the cover
yet again…
1!
2!
Sharper: Diamond Steele is getting beat up but she still kicks out and you have
to wonder if there is not little seeds of doubt are starting to kick in for
Ethan Cross the longer that this match goes on.
Kayl: Ethan is going to be just fine, focus on continuing to use his power and
strength because Diamond Steele has no answer for that and even though it has
not won him the match, you can see it is wearing her out.
Cross takes his time now being much more deliberate in his movements and
seeming to savor the destruction of Steele the longer that this match goes on.
Cross beats on Steele more even as she is trying to up, hard right hands that
look as though any one of them could be the last shot in the match. Yet she is
still up, though on wobbly knees, as Cross whips her to the ropes and looks for
a big boot on the rebound. Steele has the where withall
to though to duck underneath the big boot and hits the opposite ropes and lands
and big springboard cross body and she hangs on for the cover…
1!
2!
Cross kicks out at 2 and a half and now looks very frustrated and even angry.
Sharper: Diamond Steele is trying to steal this match and she come really close
to doing just that!
Kayl: She did come really close to pulling it off but she didn’t and now she
has to worry the fact that she has pissed Ethan off and I don’t think that is
something that she wanted to do!
This time Cross learns from the mistakes he has made before and is waiting for
a huge big boot when Steele tries to go on the attack. Steele collapses to the
canvas again but she is not the for long as Cross
peels her off of the mat, hooks her up and then shows
off his impressive strength again by delaying a vertical suplex.
Cross even goes as far as holding Steele up with one hand and marching around
the ring before dropping back to the canvas and making the cover immediately….
1!
2!
Cross looks like he was going to win but instead he interrupts the count
himself ripping Steele’s head off of the canvas and back off and few feet
biding his time until a still woosy gets to her feet
and Cross runs her down with a ripcord knee that he calls “Last Measure”...
Sharper: That looks like this match is over.
Kayl: I think you could count to 100.
Cross gets the covers which is purely academic.
1!
2!
3!
Phillips: Here is your winner, “The Last Measure” Ethan Cross!
Cross
rolls off of Steele and gets up to his feet. He has
his arm raised as he looks around.
Sharper:
“And Ethan Cross rebounds. Straight forward tonight and right into a victory
for the Last Measure!”
Kayl:
“And Diamond Steele may be finding out that new face, new attitude, doesn’t
mean new success! Even in 2026!”
Cross
plays to the crowd a bit, nodding in happiness. Steele winces in pain as we cut
away.
Backstage,
we open up to the limousine backstage before we see
SCW’s COO, Alex “CHBK” Desoubrais, walking over to
the limousine. As he does, the back door opens. We then see Polly Pingotti step out from the back. She then looks up at CHBK,
glaring at him. CHBK watches her as she walks around him and heads to the
arena. We then see Frank Delatosso step out from the limousine. He then steps
forward.
Delatosso:
“Well, Alex. Good to see you.”
CHBK:
“See you’ve been busy.”
Delatosso: “And
you and I should talk.”
CHBK:
“Of course. Come with me.”
Delatosso: “So
the room can be bugged?”
CHBK:
“I was unaware.”
Delatosso: “I
somehow doubt that. But, you’ve been here all
day…after you.”
CHBK
turns and heads into the building as Delatosso then
starts to stroll in after him.
Sharper:
“Oh that’s going to be a tense meeting.”
Kayl:
“But why was Polly Pingotti meeting with him?!”
The
scene cuts away.
COMMERCIALS
Breakdown
returns as we see Asher Hayes talking to Cid Turner backstage. Cid holds the
SCW World Championship over his shoulder.
Hayes:
“Dude, how you feeling?”
Turner:
“Well, I survived a match with a Mack Truck, so I feel great…and I now just
have to face one of the best ever.”
Hayes:
“You can take her. You’ve taken her in the past.”
Cid
sighs.
Cid:
“Yeah, well…she may be the only person who may actually try to kill me in the
ring out of integrity.”
Hayes:
“Xander tried….ENIGMA tried….”
Cid:
“That’s out of pleasure. Selena would do it out of anger. Syren will do it
because she cares about this that much.”
Hayes:
“Yeah, but she’s lost a few steps. She’s getting back there, but common, with
the distractions. She’s human.”
Cid: “I
feel human.”
Hayes
wraps his arm around Cid.
Hayes:
“Come on, bring it in.”
Hayes
hugs his friend.
Hayes:
“You’ve got me to help you out here. Not just in the, if we go to war, you need
me to stab a bitch way, but also in the, I’ll build you up.”
Cid:
“Better than you trying to undermine me while selling dank kush….Sorry about that, again.”
Hayes:
“Hey….we’ve been through it all. All
the more reason I’ve got your back. Can’t have you go down that easy when you’ve lived some of my dreams.”
Cid:
“Plus, I can make sure Jordan Majors, god rest her soul, if she comes back as a
zombie, doesn’t ruin your life in Tijuana.”
Hayes:
“Thank man. But seriously…you’ve got Syren.”
Cid: “I
have to…just I have to hope
my body can handle it. Being in a car crash-“
Hayes:
“And you used the jaws of life to get out.”
Cid:
“Yeah….yeah….”
Hayes:
“You’re not upset-“
Cid: “I
did what I needed to do. I can’t let this end. I…just can’t.”
Cid
looks at the World Title. He turns, almost muttering to himself, as Hayes looks
concerned before following his friend and Breakdown cuts to the ring.
Sharper:
“Asher Hayes back in SCW. Cid Turner still World Champion.”
Kayl:
“Talking about needing to do what he did – he used the Underground Championship
to get ENIGMA down for the three and trust me, that’s not going to make ENIGMA
happy.”
Sharper:
“ENIGMA is here and he’s not someone you want to make an enemy out of.”
Kimberly
Williams vs. Polly Pingotti
Shot of
Adrenaline Tournament
Phillips:
“The following contest is a Shot of Adrenaline Tournament match, and it is
scheduled for one fall!”
The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The
opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A
haunting voice is heard…
"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"
The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage
to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her
face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.
Phillips: “Introducing first, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is The Woman
Scorned... Kimberly Williams!”
She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline
towards it. She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope. Kimberly then
poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans. The
music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the
match.
Sharper: “It's hard to tell if Kim is invoking the wrath of our CEO, Frank
Delatosso, or if he's just deadset on wanting the
Shot of Adrenaline Tournament to be wrapped up in full at A Taste of Things to
Come.”
Kayl: “Could be either, honestly. Kim did end up the farthest one back on
matches, partly due to her and Syren deciding who would challenge for the World
Title next.”
Sharper: “Still, Kim has to wrestle both of her
remaining matches here tonight, but this may be the more important one. If Kim
wins both matches, she's moving on for sure. If she loses this one, she can
still advance with a win over Kemal later tonight.”
Kayl: “For Kim, this could ultimately come down to seeding for the semi-finals,
and if you're her... would you rather face Deanna or Dexter again if you
advance?”
The arena lights shut off completely. The crowd murmurs until Polly's voice can
be heard saying:
"You want me to cut the crap? My answer is that you need to cut
yours."
The arena stays completely dark until up on the big screen Polly's infamous
glowing angry green eyes make an appearance. Most of the screen stays black,
but her name fades in, in light purple "Polly Playtime".
An indistinct man's voice then says "Player Number One. Game Over."
A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and a pulsating beat begins to
play as light purple strobe lights light up on both sides of the stage.
"Too Much" by Dove Cameron begins as Dove immediately begins to sing
the chorus, a figure emerges from the back and saunters to the center of the
stage between the strobe lights. The overhead arena lights return
and we can see that the figure is dressed in a long black robe that covers all
of her, including her head. The hood drops back to reveal Polly not smiling or
showing any hint of caring what others think of her. She allows the vocals to
continue until Dove hits the chorus for a second time. The light purple strobe rights turn to point directly to the ring as Polly
lets go of the robe that is cloaking her, revealing that she is wearing her
black knee-high skirt, but also a very small strapless light purple top that
hugs her mostly revealed upper body perfectly. She then picks up the item that
she had used to tie her black robe around her, that item being a small whip.
Wasting no more time, she walks with purpose down to the ring as her entrance
music continues. A lot of the crowd near ringside is gawking at her while some
are booing. Polly just ignores every single last one of them as once at
ringside, she feels the mat with both of her hands and rubs them a bit before
sneering and walking over to the nearest set of steel ring steps. She walks up
them and is very careful while she gets into the ring, as to not give the SCW
Universe a show that they do not deserve.
Phillips: “Her opponent, hailing from Panguitch, Utah, she is... Polly
Playtime!”
Once in the ring she runs the end of the whip around the canvas for a short bit
before she chooses a corner of the ring and leans up against the ropes. As her
music subsides, Polly can be heard saying "I'm too much for you to handle.
Too much for ALL of you! Always have been, always will be. It's time you
all see it."
The boos pick up. Polly is acting as if they don't
exist as she has all of the whip in her hands now once
again. She stays in her corner and waits for the bell to ring, fingering her
whip, not even looking towards Kim.
Kayl: “Guess she's back to being Polly Playtime once again.”
Sharper: “We can confirm for sure that this match is do-or-die for Polly. If
she defeats Kim, she advances. If she doesn't, she's out because Chris Lawler
would hold the tiebreaker over her, despite the interference that got Polly
disqualified back in that match.”
Kayl: “This is going to be a real interesting match considering both Polly and
Kim were names that Mr. Delatosso didn't think too
highly of in that leaked audio clip we heard last week.”
Sharper: “Which makes the fact that we saw Polly stepping out of Mr. Delatosso's limo not that long ago even more curious. We
can only speculate what that might have been all about.”
Referee Jennifer Cassidy signals for the bell, and as soon as it rings, Polly
discards the whip and rushes Kim, trying to catch her with a clothesline! Kim
ducks it and Polly ends up hitting the turnbuckles
chest-first, and as she staggers back, Kim grabs her in a rear waistlock. She lifts Polly for a german
suplex, but Polly blocks it before catching Kim with
a back elbow to free herself. Kim staggers back before Polly starts hammering
her with repeated forearm shots, backing her up to the center of the ring.
Polly grabs Kim’s arm and tries to pull her in for a short-arm clothesline, but
Kim throws a front kick at Polly’s arm to block it before following up with a
spinning heel kick that drops Polly!
Sharper: “A fast and furious start to this one, and Polly’s aggression being
matched by Kim here in the early-going.”
Kayl: “Kim may be one of the few people you don’t want to try and bum rush to
start a match. That’s the kind of crazy that plays right into her favor!”
Kim goes to grab Polly’s ankle, but Polly manages to kick her off and rolls
towards the ropes. She starts using them to pull herself back to her feet, but
Kim moves in and grabs her for what looks like a potential full nelson suplex, but Polly keeps one arm hooked around the top rope
while screaming for referee Jennifer Cassidy to do her job and get Kim off of her. The referee moves in and starts a five count.

Kim lets go, tilting her head as if she’s confused as to why Polly was so
adamant for a break to be called. She looks at referee Jennifer Cassidy for a
moment before she moves in to try grabbing Polly again, who’s still clinging to
the ropes, but Polly suddenly catches her with a drop toe hold that drives
Kim’s throat into the middle rope! A few boos start to ring out from the fans
as Polly begins kneeling across the back of Kim’s neck, using the middle rope
to choke her.

Polly gets off and snaps at Jennifer Cassidy, who just holds up her hands and
notes to Polly that she’s just trying to do her job and be an unbiased
official.
Sharper: “Polly managing to bend the rules in her favor a little bit to take
control of this contest.”
Kayl: “We’ve seen Polly growing more and more unstable with each new setback
she’s faced, and if she’s not even caring about the rules anymore, this might
be the most dangerous version of Polly we’ve seen yet.”
Polly heads back over to where Kim’s still draped over the middle rope before
she grabs the top rope and slingshots herself over it into a knee drop across
the back of the head that drives Kim’s face into the apron! Kim just hangs
there for a moment before her body see-saws back into the ring, leaving her
clutching at her face. Polly just stares at her for a moment before sneering at
a few fans in the front row as she starts moving towards the timekeeper’s area.
She snaps at Jason Phillips to move, and as he vacates his seat, Polly grabs
the steel chair and snaps it shut.
Sharper: “Now wait a minute… Polly grabbing a steel chair.”
Kayl: “I know I just pointed out how she seems to be done caring about the
rules, but if she gets herself disqualified, that’s it for her Shot of
Adrenaline run!”
Polly stops and turns to snap at the commentary team.
Polly: “You think I don’t know that!?”
Sharper and Kayl both flinch back as Polly just glares at them before she moves
around the ring, eyeing Kim who’s slowly starting to get back to her feet.
Referee Jennifer Cassidy sees the chair in her hands and leans over the top
rope to warn her about using it, but Polly just rolls her eyes as she moves
around to the end of the ramp and proceeds to open the chair up, patting the
seat before staring straight into the camera.
Polly: “For our boss, in case he wants a front row seat to what I’m really
capable of.”
With that, Polly moves to climb back into the ring, the cameraman lingering on
the unfolded chair briefly before the angle changes to show Polly back in the
ring now, pulling Kim to her feet. Kim, however, suddenly breaks free of
Polly’s hold and spins into a discus elbow that knocks Polly against the ropes!
As Polly rebounds, Kim trips her with a drop toe hold
of her own before she proceeds to apply an STF!
Referee Jennifer Cassidy checks in with Polly, who’s arms are flailing
frantically as she shrieks out her refusal to submit before even being asked if
she gives up.
Sharper: “Polly, perhaps getting a little caught up in trying to send a
message, now caught in an STF by Kim!”
Kayl: “She took her eye off the ball and Kim may be knocking at the door of a
guaranteed spot in the semi-finals!”
Polly claws at the canvas, slowly pulling herself towards the ropes as Kim
keeps cranking on the STF. Polly eventually finds herself fingertips away from
the ropes, but this is when Kim releases the STF and grabs Polly by the ankle
to drag her back to the center of the ring! Kim turns to the camera and flashes
it a smile, as if this is proof of the family pedigree
she comes from. In this brief moment, Polly can be
seen frantically moving a hand to open
up a hidden pocket on her skirt, and as Kim goes to reapply the STF,
Polly suddenly throws dust right into her eyes! Kim releases the STF and
stumbles back to her feet, trying to clear her vision as referee Jennifer
Cassidy admonishes Polly, but she ignores her as she gets back to feet and
rushes at Kim, catching her with the Eat My Dust! Instead of going for a cover,
though, Polly grabs Kim by the hair and places her head against the bottom
turnbuckle before she starts furiously stomping away at it, trying to crush
Kim’s skull between her sole and the turnbuckle!
Sharper: “Polly with what she calls ‘Eat My Dust’ to get out of that STF, and
now she’s just brutalizing Kim in the corner!”
Kayl: “She had the perfect opportunity to go for the cover there, but instead
it’s almost like she’s trying to concuss Kim! Maybe hoping that if Kim’s added
to the injury list that’s tainted this run of the tournament, she can advance
by default!”
Polly continues to stomp Kim’s skull into the bottom turnbuckle as referee
Jennifer Cassidy starts to count.

4!
Instead of going ahead with the five count, though, she instead interjects
herself, trying to pry Polly off of Kim. While she succeeds, this results in
Polly getting right in her face, not caring that she’s the referee as Polly
berates her. She turns to see Kim pulling herself back up in the corner, but as
Polly closes the distance, Kim suddenly lunges and catches her with Morrigan's
Wrath! Polly hits the mat and Kim falls on top of her, slowly hooking the leg
for the pin.
1!
2!
Polly gets a shoulder up! Kim slowly rises to her knees, running a hand through
her hair and taking a moment to get her bearings before she grabs Polly’s legs
and tries to step through for the Scorned, but Polly manages to kick up and
catch Kim right between the eyes! Kim staggers back before dropping to her
hands and knees, looking a little dazed as Polly starts to pull herself up,
rubbing her jawline. Once she sees Kim’s position, she immediately bolts for
the ropes, bouncing off of them before looking for The
Head Turner, but Kim moves and Polly stomps nothing but the mat! Polly stumbles
for a bit off the miss as Kim pulls herself to her feet, and as Polly turns,
both women throw roundhouse kicks and catch each other right on the button,
dropping one another!
Sharper: “Kim and Polly exchanging roundhouse kicks and now both of them are
down!”
Kayl: “You saw it though, Adam: that brief moment of unsteadiness from Kim.
Some of Polly’s stomps in the corner might’ve caught her just right and knocked
her for a loop, and that Head Turner could’ve been all she wrote if Polly had
connected!”
Both women are down as the fans are cheering for the hard-hitting action
they’re seeing, with a small pocket of fans even starting an “S-C-Dub!” chant.
Polly rolls over to the corner, using it to pull herself up a bit as referee
Jennifer Cassidy checks with both women. Polly reaches and grabs the small whip
she was obsessing over during her entrance, and as she
uses the turnbuckles to pull herself back to her feet, the referee spies the
whip and immediately goes to take it from Polly’s hands. Polly, however, shoves
Jennifer Cassidy aside before unfurling the whip, but before she gets a chance
to even use it, Kim suddenly catches her with another Morrigan's Wrath! Polly
drops the whips and ends up tumbling through the ropes out to the floor.
Jennifer Cassidy proceeds to grab the whip and goes to toss it out to the floor
as Kim crawls over to the ropes and leans through to grab a rising Polly, but
Polly grabs the chair she set aside earlier and snaps it shut before swinging
and cracking Kim right in the side of the head with it, with Kim only barely
getting an arm up to block some of the impact!
Sharper: “Good God! Polly just caught Kim right in the head with that chair
shot! The referee never saw it!”
Kayl: “That’s going to be a fine and a half, but I don’t think Polly cares so
long as she’s moving on, one way or another!”
The fans are booing relentlessly as Kim falls back to the mat. Polly just
stands there for a moment, looking down at the chair in her hands as she’s
breathing heavily. She finally slides back into the ring with the chair and
leaves it laying on the mat as she grabs Kim and pulls
her into position for the Polly Pop, intending to
deliver it onto the chair! Jennifer Cassidy realizes the chair is in play and
tries to move in to grab it, but she backs off to avoid getting clipped as Kim,
perhaps on instinct, attempts to backdrop her way out of the position! Polly
grabs the top rope, trying to thwart Kim’s escape attempt and keep from being
dumped out onto the floor as well, but then Kim, perhaps due to the attack on her
head throughout the match, suddenly loses her footing, causing her to fall facefirst into the chair almost as if she’d been planted by
the Polly Pop, while Polly also drops at an awkward angle as she’s almost
spiked right on her head, faceplanting against the leg of the chair!
Sharper: “Kim, somehow, tried to backdrop her way out of the Polly Pop, but
both women end up crashing into the chair!”
Kayl: “That was an ugly landing, and while I want to say Kim got the worst of
it on top of Polly’s targeted assault throughout this match, Polly almost
landed right on her own head!”
Both women are down, with Polly slowly rolling away from Kim and towards the
ropes. Referee Jennifer Cassidy kicks the chair out of the ring and checks on
both women before she starts to count them both down.

Kim barely starts to stir, but Polly is starting to make it back to her feet.

9!
Polly is at a point where it looks like it might be a photo finish if she beats
the count, but a quick look at Kim causes her to think for a long moment. She
ultimately pauses, no longer attempting to break the count as she lets the
referee finish.
10!
Jennifer Cassidy calls for the bell as the fans can’t help but boo at this outcome.
Kim is rolling towards the edge of the ring, and we see a small handful of
officials run down to start checking on her. After Jennifer Cassidy converses
with him for a long moment, Jason Phillips finally makes an announcement.
Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, neither woman has answered the referee’s ten
count! Therefore, this match is officially ruled a draw!”
That draws a few more boos as Polly rolls out of the ring, nodding to herself
as she starts to make her way up the ramp.
Sharper: “Polly had a chance to beat the count at the end there, but she chose
not to take the chance. Still, a draw gives both women a point and makes things
a little more interesting.”
Kayl: “This might be some 4D chess on Polly’s part. Yeah, she’s absolutely
going to be fined for the chair shot to the head, but this draw effectively
turns the Adrenaline Title match into a must-win for the Shinigami Foundation
rep to eliminate her. And even if that happens, she may still get in if Kim’s
injured, especially since she’s still got another match to wrestle later
tonight! Polly’s effectively made everyone else play her game for the rest of
the night!”
We see Kim trying to shrug off the officials trying to help her to the back,
despite how dazed she clearly looks, especially after that chair shot to the
head.
Backstage,
we see Chris Lawler standing with Destiny Page.
Page: “Destiny
Page here, and I’m with Chris Lawler, and Chris, in Fatal Fortunes, you took what
fate had and turned it around and you managed to get a big win despite the chaos.”
Lawler:
“I told you all that I’m not going to just rest on my laurels. I keep fighting.
Keep scrapping. Keep finding a way to get back to the right
side of things and to even get one over Polly, even sweeter there, and nothing
is going to stop me. 2026 is a year where I am going to finally take some of
what I wanted. It took me some time to get my feet under me. I look at the Shot
of Adrenaline…now, well, guess I fell short. Well, that won’t be happening
anymore. This may sound like me just speaking hype. But I’ve stepped up for SCW
on other stages. I’ve stepped up as the year is ending. And in 2026, I step up
and hold some more SCW gold!”
Lawler
turns and walks off before we cut to another part of the backstage area. There
we see Polly Pingotti walking down the hallway, boos greeting her from the crowd. We then see her looking up
as Frank Delatosso walks over to her and extends his hand.
Delatosso: “That
proved something. You have my word that you’ll get what you deserve one way or
another.”
Polly
nods, saying nothing, before walking off. We then see Angelica Jones walking
over to Frank Delatosso.
Angelica:
“Should I even bother asking what is going on?”
Delatosso: “Just
getting to know the talent and what they value.”
Angelica:
“That’s one way of putting it.”
Delatosso: “Well,
you can accept my word or not. Kim…she can prove something right now. Turn her
around when she comes through the curtain. She’s going right back out. She
wants done with this tournament, let’s not waste time. But…I know what she
really wants. And right now, if she wants to even be in that conversation for a
future Underground Championship shot…then she better win.”
Angelica
just glares at Delatosso as he walks past.
Sharper:
“What?!”
The
scene cuts away.
COMMERCIALS
Kimberly
Williams vs. Kemal Yilmaz
Shot of
Adrenaline Tournament
We
return from the break to see Kimberly Williams back in the ring again, leaning
against the ropes and looking a little unsteady as referee Jennifer Cassidy
converses with ring announcer Jason Phillips.
Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown, and a surprising turn of events here. Kim
Williams was scheduled to compete twice tonight to finish up her remaining Shot
of Adrenaline matches. She just finished her first match, which got very brutal
and out of hand-”
Kayl: “Polly hit her in the head with a steel chair!”
Sharper: “That's normally a hefty fine, but our CEO doesn't seem too bothered.
Kim's other tournament match was supposed to be later tonight, which would've
given her a chance to recover from Polly's assault, but Frank Delatosso just
told Angelica Jones, Kim’s mother and handler, point blank, to come back out
here because her other match is happening right now.”
Kayl: “He even told her that if she doesn't win this match, she can forget
about ever having an Underground Title shot anytime soon! Look at her, she’s clearly
feeling that chair shot! This…this is sick!”
Wasteland by Pentagram, aka Mezarkabul, plays over
the sound system as Kemal comes through the curtain, the lower half of his face
exposed as he hurriedly tries to completely pull on his black and red venom
mask. Ginny Raab is behind him, carrying the Turkey flag that Kemal normally
carries as the two take a moment to make sure he's
ready before he walks down to the ring, ignoring the boos of the fans.
Phillips: “The following contest is a Shot of Adrenaline Tournament match,
scheduled for one fall! Already in the ring... Kimberly Williams!”
The announcement of Kim's name gets some cheers, but there's also a fair amount
of boos and even chants of “bullshit!” from fans who are clearly upset at Kim
being made to compete again almost immediately.
Phillips: “Her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Ginny Raab, from
Istanbul, Turkey, he is The Turkish Acid... Kemal Yilmaz!”
He jumps up to the ring and gets underneath the ropes before holding them open
for Ginny to get in, and he raises his fist in the air, looking at the crowd
with Ginny applauding Kemal before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the
ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite end
of the corner, locking eyes with Kim who tries to smile and wave to him, but
the lack of her usual enthusiasm in the gesture is a telling sign.
Sharper: “You saw Kemal struggling to get his mask on as he came out. He, like
all of us, were under the assumption this match would be taking place later in
the night, and he only got told otherwise during the break.”
Kayl: “That's how CHBK originally planned it, but our CEO apparently pulling
rank and deciding to enforce the old 'card subject to change' policy.”
Sharper: “As far as the scoreboard goes, Kemal has long since been eliminated
from Shot of Adrenaline. If anything, the only thing this match means to him is
momentum towards other opportunities and a chance to wrestle someone who was on
very good terms with his recently retired mentor, Konrad Raab.”
Kayl: “I know you can't really see his face, but as a former wrestler myself, I
can tell from Kemal's body language, Adam... as much as he wanted this match
with Kim, he doesn't seem to be as thrilled about facing a Kim who's very much
banged up after what Polly just did to her.”
Referee Jennifer Cassidy reluctantly signals for the bell as Kim tries to
approach Kemal, clearly looking unsteady. Kemal makes no move to engage with
her even as she motions for him to come at her,
clearly not wanting to take advantage of someone he’d been dying to face
himself under better circumstances. Kim, however, suddenly lunges and catches
him right under the chin with Morrigan's Wrath! Kemal falls against the ropes
before rebounding and collapsing to the mat, and Kim scrambles into a cover!
1!
2!
Kemal kicks out! Kim wastes no time, scrambling despite a few stumbles to grab
Kemal’s legs, perhaps looking for the Scorned, but Kemal manages to push her
off with his legs before rolling out to the floor, where he begins to confer
with Ginny as Kim slowly tries to get up, but eventually just settles for
staying on one knee as she eyes Kemal warily.
Sharper: “Kim looking to end this match quick, but Kemal managing to kick out
of Morrigan's Wrath and then avoid being locked in the Scorned!”
Kayl: “Kim may be crazy, but she’s no fool. She knows that after what happened
with Polly, if she lets Kemal actually get into this
match, she could be risking an injury. If that happens, then even if she wins,
she can kiss both the semi-finals and her Underground
Title hopes goodbye for a while!”
Kemal walks up the steel steps and carefully steps back between the ropes. As
soon as he’s in, Kim tries to catch him with a roundhouse kick, but Kemal
blocks it and uses the position to throw her to the mat with a spinebuster! The
back of Kim’s head bounces off the mat as some fans groan at the impact, but
Kemal no longer seems to be hesitating as he nudges Kim over onto her belly
with his foot before he moves in and ties her up with a bow and arrow hold!
Referee Jennifer Cassidy checks with Kim as she’s stretched over Kemal’s knees,
but she slowly waves off the referee even as she grunts and groans in pain from
the submission.
Sharper: “Kemal seems to be raring to go now, and he’s already got Kim in a bad
way.”
Kayl: “Kim had a nasty landing off that spinebuster, and maybe Kemal’s thinking
he owes Kim his best even if she’s clearly not at a hundred percent right now…
or maybe he doesn’t want to be on the wrong end of the CEO like Kim seems to
be!”
Kemal cranks a little more on the bow and arrow hold before he releases it,
letting Kim roll off his knees and to the mat. He looks towards the back and
shakes his head before he pulls Kim up and takes her over with a vertical suplex. Kemal pops his hips and rolls them back to their
feet before he connects with a second vertical suplex.
Another pop of his hips to get them both upright again and he connects with a
third vertical suplex, this time floating over into a
cover!

2!
Kim gets a shoulder up! Kemal immediately grabs the arm Kim just got off the
mat and spins into a cross armbreaker! Jennifer
Cassidy checks with Kim again, but Kim audibly growls out her refusal as she
slowly pulls herself towards the ropes, the fans cheering her on. She reaches
out with her free arm, finding that she doesn’t quite have the reach she needs
as Kemal cranks on her other arm even more. Kemal’s efforts to apply more
pressure end up altering their position slightly, allowing Kim enough of an
opening to extend her leg instead and get her foot on the bottom rope!
1!
2!
3!
4!
Kemal releases the cross armbreaker and rolls back to
his feet, staring at the referee.
Sharper: “Kemal is all over Kim right now, not even giving her a chance to
breathe.”
Kayl: “It’s not the aggressive approach Polly used in the last match, but it’s
clearly working and this is what Kim needed to avoid at all costs.”
Kemal turns his attention to Kim, who is struggling to pull herself back to her
feet with help from the ropes. Instead of pressing the advantage, however, he
climbs out of the ring and lifts the ring skirt, searching around under the
apron before he pulls a table out, which does get a pop from the fans! Jennifer
Cassidy is immediately leaning over the top rope, warning him about using the
table, but Kemal just ignores her as he gets the table set up out on the floor.
Unbeknownst to him, Kim has managed to pull herself to her feet and is now
trying to drag herself up onto the top turnbuckle. Kemal gets the table set up
and climbs back up onto the apron, but Jennifer Cassidy refuses to let him
re-enter the ring until the table is out of the picture. Kemal says something
to her before he notices Kim perched unsteadily on the top, and as he
approaches, she leaps off and catches him with a blockbuster, taking him off
the apron and through the table!
Sharper: “Kim! Off the top! She just took Kemal through that table and turned
the tide of this match in a big way!”
Kayl: “Kemal’s made it known he wanted this match with Underground Rules, which
was refused, but his efforts to make it one anyway just backfired
spectacularly!”
The fans are on their feet as Kemal lies in the broken remnants of the table as
Kim very slowly uses the ring skirt to pull herself back to her feet before
rolling back into the ring. Due to the tournament rules, however, Jennifer
Cassidy doesn’t initiate a countout, but she does make an effort to check on Kim, who somehow assures her she
can continue. Kemal slowly pulls himself out of the wreckage and crawls back
into the ring, but Kim manages to find enough of a burst of adrenaline that she
pulls him away from the ropes before applying the Homage To
The Queen! The fans are roaring even louder as Kim cranks on Kemal’s arm and neck, trying to get him to submit
with everything she seems to have left. Jennifer Cassidy checks with him, but
Kemal spits his refusal at her in Turkish before he tries to scoot himself
towards the ropes. After a moment, he manages to get a foot on the bottom rope,
forcing Jennifer Cassidy to call for a break, and Kim releases the hold almost
immediately, falling over to the mat and staring up at the lights.
Sharper: “Homage To The Queen not able to make Kemal submit, and the question
now becomes, Devon: how much does Kim have left?”
Kayl: “She went through that hellacious battle with Polly right before this
match, she’s clearly hurting, and Kemal has dominated a good portion of this
match because of it. I hate to say it, but that may have been her last gasp.”
Kim very slowly starts working to get back to her feet as Kemal uses the ropes
to pull himself up, making it to his feet a little quicker than Kim does. Kemal
shakes his arm out before he moves towards Kim, but she tries to catch him with
another Morrigan's Wrath! Kemal, however, catches Kim’s foot and then boots her
in the gut to double her over. He goes to hook her arms, looking for the
Istanbul Acid Driver, but Kim manages to spin out of it! She stumbles, however,
the damage done to her head over the past several minutes across two matches
clearly taking its toll on her. Kemal decides to pivot, grabbing Kim by the arm
and taking her down as he starts trying to apply The Turkish Acid Cross! Kim
kicks her feet into the mat, struggling with as much strength as she has left,
before she manages to roll through and escape! With one last burst of energy,
Kim suddenly runs off the ropes, and as soon as Kemal’s upright, Kim blasts him
between the eyes with the Shadowblade! Kemal falls to
the mat and Kim crawls over, draping an arm across his chest.

3!
Referee Jennifer Cassidy calls for the bell as “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy
Osbourne plays once more. She raises Kim’s arm in victory as Kim sits up,
clearly looking dazed.
Phillips: “Here is your winner… Kimberly Williams!”
Sharper: “Despite being made to wrestle immediately after she could’ve been
concussed in her first match tonight, despite being threatened with being
barred from challenging for the Underground Title if she lost this match,
Kimberly Williams somehow finds a way to win and secure her place in the semi-finals!”
Kayl: “Assuming she checks out with the doctors after what she’s gone through
tonight, but at least for now, she’s survived.”
Kim slowly rolls out of the ring, staggering once her feet hit the floor. We
see Angelica Jones jogging down to check on her, the two of them conversing as
Angelica keeps Kim steady on their trip to the back.
In the background from this angle, we see Ginny climbing into the ring to check
on Kemal, who’s starting to stir and realizing he’s lost this match.
Sharper:
“Let’s now go backstage where Jessica Winters is standing by with Shaun Cruze!”
Backstage,
we open up to see Shaun Cruze standing with Jessica
Winters in the SCW interview area. Notably, standing behind him, but off to the
side, are two men, dressed in suits, both with ear pieces.
Winters:
“Thank you Adam. Jessica Winters here and I’m with Shaun Cruze and Shaun…you’re
not alone.”
Cruze
sighs.
Cruze:
“This is apparently something that was put into place for me. I apparently have
my own bodyguards to keep me safe. Apparently, someone doesn’t like that Clyde
Sutter tried to make an example out of me and that I was in a TLC match against
Syren. But…I didn’t ask for it. I hope they just stay out my way. I’m not
looking for any special treatment.”
Winters:
“Yet, Shaun, you arrived with the SCW’s CEO. You arrived with Frank Delatosso
and with all due respect-“
Cruze:
“Look. I didn’t know he was in town. We happen to happen
to have the same choice of hotel it seems and he
realized I needed a lift. He offered me one and well, he is my boss at the end
of the day. Yet, we arrived late. And that was frustrating. Being timely is so
important, something Lando always put in me. You do
things the right way and-“
Ryan
LeCavaler then walks into view.
LeCavalier: “So
you’re the golden child…”
Cruze: “Ryan
LeCavalier.”
LeCavalier: “I
don’t know what to think about this. Meeting with the boss. Have your own goons. I’m still smarting after someone tried to run me down
and now they’ve run. And when I then have an
opportunity to have a huge win, a former thorn in my side gets involved. So
perhaps when I hear someone called the Impact Player here…and I feel like
making an impact…well….”
Cruze: “I’m
not hard to find.”
LeCavalier steps
up as Cruze’s guards step up.
Cruze: “Please-“
LeCavalier: “Really?
Because if I took you down right now, part of me wonders if I’d still have a
job.”
LeCavalier backs
up.
LeCavalier: “Watch
his back…”
LeCavalier turns
and walks off as Cruze sighs, shaking his head and then telling his guards to
back off as Breakdown cuts away.
COMMERCIALS
Breakdown
returns as we see Gavin Taylor standing backstage with Destiny Page. With him,
Mr. Black stands behind him, Religious Wright stands off to the side, while
Jack and Karl Barker scan the area.
Page:
“Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m Destiny Page and I am here with Gavin Taylor
who later tonight will face Syren-“
Gavin:
“Zany Zoe!”
Page:
“Excuse me?”
Gavin:
“You heard me clearly. I know you wouldn’t have feigned deafness if your
benefactor Derek was talking.”
Page:
“Benefactor? I’m just doing some modeling-“
Gavin:
“Likely story. Just like the modeling I did that proved Fatal Fortunes, the fix
was in. I didn’t get my US Championship shot. Raging Reno got his dirty hands
on me while SCW agents stood around and allowed the travesty to continue and
Aloof Alex just stood back and did nothing until he could pretend
he cared. We all saw it. It’s on camera. All over the world. The world that
knows that I, Gavin, the greatest Gavin, the great one, not that Gretzky guy,
me. He told me, Gavin, you can have it. You’re greater than I ever was. And I
will prove it tonight when I take out Zany Zoe and prove to everyone that I
should next in line to be the World Champion of the US of the World Champion!”
Page
tries to make sense of it.
Wright:
“You know it to be true in the eyes of the LAWRD!”
Page:
“Well…okay, a win against Syren would be a big win. Obviously. But you are
scheduled to be in action at A Taste of Things to Come against Reno Dumont-“
Gavin:
“STOP THE STEAL. That’s what we need to do. That’s all this is. A thug, a ragelord, a person who is nothing. Really bad person.
Frankly, beneath me. And he needs to keep coming at me because he knows how
Great I am. The Greatest One. That’s right. And he’s going to find out, just as
Zany Zoe, just as Aloof Alex, and just as Dilluded Dillusion…Hairy Hiro…ALL of them. I will get to the
Championship and Make America GAVIN again!”
Gavin
turns as Jack comes into view.
Jack:
“Clear!”
Gavin:
“Let’s move!”
Mr.
Black walks forward as Wright, Taylor, and the A.S.S.S. walk off screen.
Destiny shakes her head.
The
crowd buzzes before “Hero” by Skillet plays. The crowd roars. A few moments
pass before we see Simon Lyman walk out from the back wearing a suit. He looks
around as she pauses for a few seconds, taking in the moment. He then looks up
and looks around the arena. The crowd cheers as Simon then heads to the ring.
Sharper:
“Last week, Simon Lyman drew, in Fatal Fortunes, a ladder match for the
Underground Championship. And after everything he fought, it wasn’t enough.”
Kayl:
“ENIGMA made a statement. He took him, he threw him off, into a ladder, with
the Unmaking. And after the match, after we assumed Lyman may be okay, reports
came out that he collapsed backstage.”
Sharper:
“And last week, he shared with the wrestling world that his time in the ring is
limited. He already stunned the world, competing at the level he did as a
stroke survivor, but now, being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.”
Simon walks down the entrance way, somewhat gingerly. Simon walks over to the
ring and over to the steel steps. He grabs the ringpost
and climbs up the steps and onto the apron. He then steps into the ring. He
steps around and extends his arms as the crowd cheers him. He stops a moment
before turning and going to the corner, asking for a
microphone from Jason Phillips. Phillips hands him one and Lyman takes it,
walking back to the middle of the ring. He looks around as his music fades out.
A “Lyman!” chant starts to echo throughout the arena.
Lyman:
“Thank you…”
Lyman
looks around.
Lyman:
“Last week, I came to London, Ontario, Canada. I arrived for Fatal Fortunes.
And I found out I was going to be competing in a ladder match. A ladder match
for the SCW Underground Championship. And I lost…”
Lyman
pauses.
Lyman:
“Thrown from the ladder, through another ladder, and left in a heap. The man
who beat me then went on and as fate would have it…would challenge for the
World Title and only barely missed holding that title.”
Lyman
pauses, looking down.
Lyman:
“Look, I need to level with you all. I’m standing here and it’s been an
emotional couple of weeks. I’ve found out that yet again I have
to deal with my body breaking down in ways that all I can do is take it
on head first and hope I can keep fighting. But it
also means that this is gone. And I started 2026 thinking…what’s the worst that
could happen with Fatal Fortunes? And then I go through a war…and war where
after it, I collapsed.”
Lyman
pauses as the crowd looks on.
Lyman:
“And I’ve had people call me. People call me and say, Simon, this should be it.
You came back. You cleared your name. You proved your brother couldn’t take it
all. You took on Xander at his best. You did the right thing. You repaired
friendships. You already had the perfect retirement before…this isn’t worth
it.”
Lyman
nods.
Lyman:
“And I’ll tell you something…something between me and you…all of that is
right.”
Lyman
pauses again.
Lyman:
“And in that, I also came back from a stroke to not only compete,
but compete at a high level.”
Lyman
pauses again, clearly thinking through his next words.
Lyman:
“But while everyone is focusing on me collapsing last week, I walked out. I
went to New Orleans. I took a day. I then got back on the proverbial horse and
returned to training. To fight to keep my body right for as long as I can while
this disease I have tries to
take that from me. And one thing I did was when I looked in the mirror, I saw
someone that could take on the man who may become the face of SCW and nearly
take it in the shock of the year in week two at Fatal Fortunes!”
Lyman
smiles and looks at the camera.
Lyman:
“I saw a man who if I had known I was facing ENIGMA, I could come up with the
strategy to take him.”
The
crowd roars.
Sharper:
“Simon…you’re not…”
Lyman:
“With Kim having her ticket punched, you’re left without a dance partner ENIGMA and I want one more shot at your title. You’re a
veteran, I’m a veteran, but damn it, I’m not going to start winding things down
without me knowing! Kim…I’ll say it right now – I win, just like ENIGMA will
give you the shot, that won’t bother me. But I need to know against ENIGMA and-“
Lights
cut.
“OVER MY DEAD BODY!”
A violent blast of white light detonates across the stage as the opening line
tears through the arena. Ash-thick fog floods the ramp, drowning everything in
grey. From within it, a hulking figure emerges, moving slowly and methodically
as though carved from smoke and ruin.
Around his waist, the Underground Championship gleams beneath the open leather
doomsday cloak as the UNMADE KING clears the fog, stepping into view to a thunderous mixed reaction. He holds out his arms and the coat unfurls like wings to reveal the massive
ball python writhing around his neck, its scales catching the light in molten
bronze flashes. Black, vein-like tattoos crawl up his arms like living smoke.
Lyman turns to the stage
Kayl:
“You ask…he’s here!”
“King of bones, all your skeletons have come to life…”
ENIGMA moves with the pulse of Dead Throne, fog retreating from his steps, the
python subtly shifting like it's here to witness the carnage that's coming. At
ringside ENIGMA stops, hood low, just as the chorus detonates:
“THIS IS FUCKING REGICIDE!”
He ascends the steel steps, wipes his boots, enters, and immediately climbs the
turnbuckle. The python’s body coils tighter as the lights intensify, flashing
wildly.
He throws the hood back.
Ashen warpaint.
Dead-sky eyes.
The Underground Championship glowing like stolen treasure at his waist.
And the serpent wrapped around him like a living omen.
He snaps his head back and spews blood-red mist, droplets raining down his
chest to spatter on the championship belt's gleaming faceplate. ENIGMA descends
and steps to the center of the ring. For a moment he just pauses and lets the
crowd take him in: a beast crowned in gold and ash.
The dominant and reigning Underground Champion, harbinger of ruin. He then
turns and walks over to Simon. Simon turns and looks at him. ENIGMA just sizes
Lyman up and down before grabbing the microphone and pulling it out of Lyman’s
hand. The crowd gives a mixed reaction. ENIGMA then slowly brings the
microphone to his mouth.
ENIGMA:
“Last week should have been a warning. But it seems like you didn’t get the
message. You speak as if 2026 is owed to you. It is not. But you feel you can
take me. Other men who you thought you could take said the same to me. But
that’s fine, Simon. I should be World Champion. And just like you are calling
me out, I should do the same there. But Simon…I don’t look backwards. I have
already a challenge out there…to Kimberly Williams. You can either usurp her or
convince me, but Simon…I’ve already destroyed you once. I don’t need to prove it
again!”
ENIGMA
brings the microphone down, looking right at Simon. Simon just keeps looking at
him. ENIGMA drops the microphone. He then steps back and turns, his cloak
almost sweeping across Simon’s face. Simon turns away, almost getting the hint.
Some in the crowd notice this as ENIGMA then steps
through the ropes, dropping to the floor. His music starts to play as he calmly
walks to the back.
Sharper:
“Pure disdain…and ENIGMA…flat out rejecting Simon’s challenge. Not out of cowardice
though, don’t mistake that.”
Kayl:
“You see the cloak. He whipped it around. Almost disrespecting Simon.”
Sharper:
“Simon says he can take him. He’s a confident man. He’s fought against so much.
But is this the right start to 2026? Especially after last week!”
Kayl: “He
may not get the chance!”
ENIGMA
just walks to the back as Lyman watches him leave. The scene cuts away.
Backstage,
we see Syren talking with Lexy Chapel in her locker room. Syren is starting to
stretch.
Chapel:
“Okay…so you’re going to beat Gavin. Make America Gavin Again. It was NEVER
Gavin. Make it Syren again. Or…not hate or…”
Syren:
“Lexy…please. Just…Gavin is goibng to spew a lot of
ridiculousness. Conspiracy theories. And-“
Chapel:
“Wait…you think he’s making fun of ME?!”
Syren:
“I…uh…”
Just
then, there’s a knock at the door. Syren gets up and goes to open it, but Lexy
stops her.
Lexy:
“Wait!”
Syren
stops as Lexy grabs out of her bag a cross and a bottle of holy water.
Lexy:
“Ready!”
Syren:
“Really?”
Syren
opens the door as Lexy holds up the cross. Dean Black stands on the other side.
Lexy:
“Oh…just him. Probably dad checking on me and-“
Black:
“Hi…Syren…Lexy…”
Syren:
“What is it?”
Lexy:
“Probably Cid not cleared. You may be World Champion and-“
Black:
“Not that. And he’s been cleared. He’s getting ready for you, Syren. But
Lexy…you need to leave. And in fact…you’re not allowed
back here or at ringside again.”
Lexy:
“What? Oh, I see! Dad’s overreacting-“
Black:
“This didn’t come from him.”
Frank
Delatosso then walks over.
Delatosso: “It
came from me. Sorry…Dean, I got this.”
Black
steps back.
Delatosso: “We
should officially meet-“
Syren:
“I know who you are.”
Syren
and Delatosso shake hands. Frank smiles.
Delatosso: “Then
you know why this is happening. After that stunt your wife pulled…well…if I
can’t trust people are going to be honest without worry about things getting
out…or frankly, maybe trade secrets, that’s an issue.”
Chapel:
“Satan will do that. She has no respect-“
Delatosso: “And
yet, I doubt she was alone in it. Autumn was your client before, Lexy. And
well, given that you’re Alex’s daughter…frankly, I don’t know who is to blame,
but I may turn to the conspiracy theorist. And so, Lexy, you are to go home.
And stay home.”
Chapel:
“What? I…I need to be at ringside. I am the MANAGER of champions. Syren is
going to be World Champion again. For the eighth time. The greatest champion
ever-“:
Syren:
“With all due respect-“
Delatosso: “If
she’s as good as was and does it again, it will be a great moment. I’ll be the
first to congratulate you. Even put the title around your waist. You always had
that being important, right? But she’s not in the ring…you are Syren. And you
can do it solo.”
Chapel:
“But…but…wait…you could be-“
Syren
stops Lexy.
Syren:
“Lexy….go…take a breath. Go back to the hotel. I’m
sure this can be cleared up.”
Delatosso: “Good
to see you understand. Dean…if you could?”
Dean
Black nods as he walks in. Lexy looks around as Syren nods to her. Lexy is then
led out of the room, talking now a mile a minute as Frank Delatosso leaves the
room. Syren watches him leave as the scene cuts away.

Breakdown
returns as Jessica Winters stands at the SCW interview area.
Winters:
“Welcome back to Breakdown. Jessica Winters here and allow me to welcome at this time, the SCW United States Champion, La Pequena Luz!”
The
crowd roars as La Pequena Luz walks into the scene,
holding the SCW United States Championship.
Winters:
“Luz…at A Taste of Things to Come to you have your next title defense, it’s
against Damon Cage. Cage has waited for this opportunity since winning it back
at A Wholesome Family Event. He’s also had some good showings since.”
Luz:
“He’s dangerous. He’s hungry…and he’s dangerous. He’s wanted this for a while and I understand there is some history between him and
this company. He was hoping to make it here a long time again, ended up
derailed to Japan, built himself back up and took his shot back in November.
Well…Damon…bring it. I will not be one to go down easily. I have had to deal
with some of the chaos around this title for so long. I, however, hope you
don’t plan to add to it. You come ready to compete, I will give you a fair
chance, but I am also not going to be someone who will allow you to come in,
take shortcuts, and have a chance.”
Winters:
“You’ve also earned a tag team championship shot from Fatal Fortunes. Where is
Amelia if I can ask?”
Luz:
“Well…she’s thinking through some things. It’s been a tough couple of months.
She had hoped to have different opportunities and then to have that loss to
Gina Glimmer-“
We then
see Meghan Strade walking into the scene. The crowd roars.
Meghan:
“Sorry to interrupt.”
Luz
looks up as Winters turns to her.
Winters:
“Meghan Strader…the former US Champion.”
Meghan:
“Saw you talking and frankly…I had hoped I’d be standing there with that title
again. Maybe that fate would smile on me. It hasn’t.
But I do have a rematch. And Luz…I hope it will be against you. You and I need
to see who really is the best, one on one, no bullshit. So…I’ll be watching at
A Taste of Things to Come. Because you and I…”
Meghan
pauses briefly.
Meghan:
“It needs to happen.”
Luz
nods. Meghan then walks off.
Luz:
“It does…”
Luz
keeps watching Meghan as we cut away.
Wil
Pierce vs. Deanna Frost
SCW
Adrenaline Championship
Shot of
Adrenaline Tournament
“Burn
the Ships” by Blacktop Mojo hits and out comes Wil Pierce. The crowd boos as he
makes his way towards the ring. His eyes remain focused on the squared circle
as he reaches it. He pulls onto the top rope, pulling himself onto the apron.
He looks out at the crowd before stepping into the ring and pacing around the
ring, ready to go to battle.
Phillips:
“The following contest is a Shot of Adrenaline match, scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time
limit and is for the SCW Adrenaline Championship! First, the challenger,
representing the Shinigami Foundation, he is the Blackheart…Wil Pierce!”
Sharper:
“Wil Pierce has taken an increased role as of late. He’s wanted to get his
hands dirty and he’s had some notable chances. Nearly
won the TV Title last week. Tonight, he hopes to not only keep Shinigami hopes
in the Shot of Adrenaline alive, but also to win the Adrenaline Title.”
Kayl:
“Deanna Frost hoping to run the table in the round robin. And we should say –
this opportunity fell in the lap for Shinigami. Dumont was not with him, but
his injury and CHBK’s desire to maintain the integrity of this tournament meant
the Foundation was tapped to go the rest of the way.”
The
chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing
a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED
screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs Deanna Frost,
taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side,
shouting to them in excitement. The SCW Adrenaline Championship is around her
waist. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. Returning to the middle, Deanna
gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the 'leaves' circling her
below her feet.
Phillips: “His opponent, from Manhattan, New York, the SCW Adrenaline
Champion, she is Deanna Frost!”
Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with
one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the
'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her
way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches
the ring. Sliding under the ring, the redhead jumps to her feet, making
her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd.
She does the same to the other sides of the ring! On the last time, Deanna
hops back into the ring as the lights return to normal. She turns and hands off
the Adrenaline Title to Jennifer Cassidy. Cassidy takes the title and raises it
over her head. The SCW Adrenaline Championship logo comes across the screen.
Sharper:
“Final match of the round robin for the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament. Deanna
is into the next round, but can Pierce complicate it?”
Kayl:
“And Deanna has taken on this challenge. She’s stepped up and looks like the
Deanna of old. Confident. Stepping up. Just as Selena did years ago, she’s
making this her domain. No matter what some may say.”
Cassidy
hands off the title. She steps back as the bell sounds. Frost steps out as
Pierce looks at Frost. They step up and Pierce steps up and kicks Deanna in the
ribs. He nails her with a hard right before wrenching the arm and pulling up on
it. Deanna winces. Deanna somersaults forward and then bridges
up before twisting under and around Pierce into a waistlock
before going to a side headlock. Pierce pulls Deanna into
the ropes and fires her off. Deanna bounces off and Pierce goes for a
clothesline, but Deanna jumps up, grabbing the arm and moves into a crucifix
pin.

Pierce
kicks out. Both get up and Deanna forearms Pierce in the jaw once and then
again.

Deanna
forearms Pierce again and knocks him into the corner. Deanna jumps up and hits
a monkey flip. Pierce rolls over and gets up and Deanna runs at him and hits a
flying back elbow. She goes for the pin.

her up.

2!
Deanna
kicks out just in time. Pierce walks around the ring. Deanna staggers up to her
feet and Pierce goes for the Shot for Shot, but Deanna ducks. Pierce spins
around and Deanna grabs him, pulling him back with a neckbreaker.
Sharper:
“Deanna finding an opening. Another neckbreaker and
this stop Pierce’s offense.”
Kayl:
“Just didn’t let herself get drilled by that spinning kick.”
Sharper:
“And now here comes Deanna!”
Deanna
runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a running knee drop. She rolls
through and jumps to the middle rope and hits a lionsault.
She hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Pierce
kicks out. Deanna gets up and Pierce turns and Deanna grabs the arm and
wrenches it and kicks Pierce in the chest before hitting a back kick. Pierce
staggers. Deanna runs into the ropes, bouncing off and runs at Pierce and hits
a jumping clothesline. Pierce is knocked back through the ropes to the floor.
Deanna leans on the ropes. Pierce starts to get up as the crowd roars as Deanna
runs to the corner, jumps to the middle turnbuckle and dives over the top rope
with a suicide dive. The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“And Deanna Frost over the top onto Pierce!”
Kayl:
“And Pierce just saw it coming at the last moment. Nothing more he could do.”
Pierce
winces as he looks up while downed. Deanna gets up and grabs Pierce. She slowly
starts to pull him up and rolls him into the ring. Deanna rolls in after.
Pierce starts to get up and Deanna grabs him and hits
a rolling snapmare before bridging back.
1!
2!
Pierce
kicks out. Both get up and Deanna grabs his head for the Spring Fling, but
Pierce spins out and pulls Deanna in before hoisting her up and hitting the Madame Guillotine.
Pierce staggers and then runs into the ropes and hits the Shapeshifter onto
Deanna. He hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Deanna
gets her shoulder up. Deanna rolls over and Pierce grabs her and pulls her in
and hits a snap overhead exploder suplex.
Pierce then turns and moves to the ropes. He steps through to the apron and
climbs up to the top rope. He looks down at Deanna and dives off with an elbow
drop, but Deanna gets her knees up. Pierce rolls over in pain, holding his arm.
Sharper:
“And Deanna countered. Pierce was looking to drive that elbow into her heart,
but Deanna got the knees up.”
Kayl:
“Both hurting from that one! All of Pierce’s weigh on Deanna’s knees and
Pierce’s arm impacting in a weird way.”
Pierce
slowly gets up, wincing and Deanna looks over and grabs him and hits the Spring
Fling. She turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Pierce
shoots his shoulder up. Deanna looks up. She then gets up and hits an elbow
drop before getting up and hitting a second one and then getting up and hitting
a third. She gets up and moves to the ropes. Pierce slowly starts to pull
himself up and Deanna runs at him and hits a running dropkick, knocking him
back down. Deanna turns and exits to the apron. She then climbs up to the top
rope. Pierce rolls over and stirs as Deanna gets to the top. She then looks at
Pierce, but Pierce gets up and runs at her and nails her with a running strike
to the leg. Deanna lands on the top rope and then falls to the floor. The crowd
ohs. Deanna rolls over, wincing in pain. She turns and starts to slowly pull
herself up. Pierce sees her and runs across the ring. He bounces off and then
hits a running suicide dive through the ropes into Deanna. The crowd ohs.
Sharper:
“And Pierce through the air! My God! This man so agile for his size!”
Kayl:
“And that just adds to the impact. Deanna can’t do much but just take it, like
we said with Pierce earlier!”
Sharper:
“And the Adrenaline Champion looks to be in trouble here tonight!”
Deanna
stirs as Pierce gets up and looks around. He plays to the crowd, getting a roar
from the crowd. He then grabs Deanna and turns and rolls her into the ring.
Pierce then pulls himself up onto the apron. He watches as Deanna starts to get
up. She does and Pierce slingshots into the ring before jumping up with the Rasengan. The crowd ohs. Pierce hooks the legs.

2!
Deanna
shoots her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Pierce rolls off and looks around.
Sharper:
“Oh! How close! How close was that. Two and nine-tenths!”
Kayl:
“Pierce thought he had. I thought he had. New Jersey thought he had it!”
Pierce
then grabs Deanna and slowly fights up to his feet. He then places her head
between his legs. He then hoists her up and starts to go for the Fall of the
Angels, but Deanna gets free and hooks her legs before rolling through into a
sunset flip. Pierce rolls through though. He then moves forward and into a fold
up pin.
1!
2!
Deanna
counters with a sunset flip pin.

2!
Pierce
kicks out. Both get up and Deanna hits the Burnout. Pierce drops. Deanna falls
onto him and rolls through, pulling on the leg.
1!
2!
3!
The
crowd roars as the bell sounds.
Phillips:
“Here is your winner, via pinfall, and STILL SCW Adrenaline Champion, Deanna
Frost!”
Deanna
rolls off, taking a moment and nodding. She looks back at Pierce, who stirs,
holding his jaw. Deanna nods and gets up before having her arm raised and being
handed the Adrenaline Championship.
Sharper:
“Deanna manages to hit the Burnout and get the three count.”
Kayl:
“She knows that was tough. Pierce came to play spoiler in a big way. He came
looking to upend everything and damn near succeeded.”
Sharper:
“We’ve been seeing more and more what the Foundation
is capable of. They’re more dangerous as of late and it’s only a matter of time
before they break through. They’re too talented, but tonight, Deanna Frost,
showing her gritters how gritty she is and she’s
gotten through the round robin undefeated!”
Deanna
walks forward to the ropes and looks around. Her music plays and Deanna takes a moment, enjoying her accomplishment, before we cut
away.
The
scene opens up backstage as we see Amelia Nevado seated the corner of the catering area. She plays with the
bread on a sandwich she’s grab before throwing it down
and sighing. We then hear the voice of Clyde Sutter.
Sutter:
“Well…funny how fate sometimes changes the game…”
Nevado
doesn’t respond.
Sutter:
“I know what’s going through your head. You’re sitting there, another failure,
another moment where you came up short. You were so confident. And fate stamped
it out. Fate is a fickle mistress, Amelia. While your partner not only wins
both of her matches, she keeps showing she’s probably
the real source of your success-“
Nevado:
“Enough!”
Sutter:
“Why? Maybe this is the moment you need to look in the mirror!”
Nevado:
“Leave me alone-“
Nevado
goes to get up and leave.
Sutter:
“Sorry, Amelia. That’s not one option because I am going to take a page out of
your book. I want to face you to see how badly fate
has turned on you. To experience your suffering myself. To see how far gone you
are.”
Nevado
doesn’t respond, just looking at Sutter.
Sutter:
“While Luz has her title reign…she did beat me, albeit it, barely…can you even
manage that? And if not…do you then deserve to stand
with her as a challenger to the tag titles again? Or even in the World Title
ranks? I can answer both questions. Through me and the Vision-“
Nevado
shoves Sutter back and Sutter staggers back. Nevado steps up.
Nevado:
“Enough! You want to see if you can beat me, try. I’ll wrestle circles around
you. You’re nothing but a bully and maybe that’s what I need. To knock down a
bully!”
Nevado
shoves Sutter further back. Sutter smirks as Nevado heads off. Sutter then
smiles.
Sutter:
“Almost predictable…”
Sutter
smiles as the scene fades to commercial.

Breakdown
returns as we see Destiny Page standing in the locker room of the European
Fiery Nation. We hear yelling as Destiny welcomes us back. Ginny Raab stands
next to her as does Kemal Yilmaz, before we see Dakon Theron and Ludvig Eriksson pacing behind them as
Oskar Theron tries to calm Dakon down while Federico
Gasperini stands next to Destiny, posing.
Page:
“Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m here in the locker room of the European Fiery
Nation and it’s been a wild start to 2026. Konrad Raab no longer in SCW, but
the new look EFN has stepped up in a variety of ways.”
Gasperini:
“Make debut. Win the title! And I should still be champion, but well-“
Ginny:
“This is just one. Federico joining us here in the EFN. First new member and he
made a statement beating Just Some Loser. And winning a title in his debut.
Colleen MacDonald may have gotten the win last week, but not by pinning him.
Come on Colleen…even Polly steps up to the people against her.”
Oskar:
“She can throw a chair!”
Gasperini:
“Come on Colleen. You can face someone who is champion and looks like it.
Unlike you. Someone people can look at and want to be.
TV Championship. Come on, rematch?”
Ginny:
“I think she gets the hint.”
Kemal:
“If she can get the hint, maybe Glory can? After months of asking for a match
against her, I share the ring with her
and I found out that maybe she’s not as ruthless as I thought she was. Claims
to be this great star but up against her daughter and she can’t even be
professional. Even nearly cost me the match. I had it in hand. But Glory…at
some point, I’ll get my match against you. I’ll get the submission match and
make you scream. But for now, we have something else we need to focus on.”
Page:
“I assume you meant the Shinigami Foundation.”
Oskar:
“They need a few ass-kickings!”
Dakon: “Keep
getting involved in our business. We’re done. We’re done just accepting it.
Let’s just make this straight forward. You can deal
with Gavin all you want. Kemal will be watching. We’re going to be focusing on
our own demands here and that’s to spill your blood. Pick two, bring them, we
go to war…Ludvig and I against two of you, Foundation! Taste of Things to Come!
Bring it!”
Page:
“A challenge to the Shinigami Foundation. EFN staking their claim in 2026! What
you think, Adam, Devon?”
We cut
to ringside where we see Adam Sharper and Devon Kayl at the ringside position.
Kayl:
“Kemal Yilmaz seems to have them ready to step up.”
Sharper:
“No more waiting. They’re going to start calling their shots. You wonder what
they’ll be thinking. Colleen too. Glory as well. But A Taste of Things to Come
will have plenty happening including the end of the Shot of Adrenaline
Tournament. The round robin is over. Here’s what we can tell you is going to
happen in ten days time.”
The
Shot of Adrenaline Tournament logo comes up on the screen. The final standing follow:
Standings:
Deanna
Frost – 14 points
Dexter
Grant – 12 points
Kimberly
Williams – 9 points
Polly Pingotti – 7 points
Chris
Dumont/Shinigami – 6 points
Chris
Lawler – 6 points
Kemal
Yilmaz – 2 points
Spencer
Pryce – 0 points
Sharper:
“And as a result of the machinations earlier and
Deanna’s successful defense, the final four will go at it. We now seed them and
so Polly Pingotti will challenge Deanna Frost for the Adrenaline Championship.
A Rise to Greatness and Apocalypse rematch between Kim and Grant will also take
place and the winners will face one another in the finals.”
Kayl: “And
Polly gets first crack at the Adrenaline Champion. We said she may be playing
4D chess. She’s put herself in the place to punch through the glass ceiling.
While Grant and Williams go at it and-“
We then
hear the voice of Dexter Grant. This is followed by seeing him standing
backstage, microphone in his hand.
Grant:
“I hope all of you are paying attention so you can go to your little social
media pages and put your likes, and repost and waste
time as you line the pockets of this company for this tournament that even the
boss doesn’t like.”
Grant
pauses.
Grant:
“We all heard it. And how many of you actually believe
it. It makes him money, it then is worth it. It gets
him likes. It’s then worth it. And it all just added a
bit more fire as Deanna Frost wants it even more. To run the table, start to
finish. Even Kimberly Williams now gives a damn. The manipulator
all while we’re chasing fake credit online. All
except me.”
Grant
looks at the camera.
Grant:
“A Taste of Things to Come is not going to be a marketing slogan, it’s just
going to be a description of what will happen when I become the Adrenaline
Champion for the third time. And I show people that they need to live in the
moment. To stop chasing these like, this clout…and to
just do their damn jobs! And I will take whether it’s Deanna, or Kim, or Polly...they
will just fall as they disconnect to reconnect and I hope that they
realize…this is all about a simple thing. To win or lose and to be present, and-“
Just
then, we hear the sound of feedback as we see Jackson
Mikaelson down on the ground, by the speaker in the back, allowing Grant to
hear himself as his speaks. Mikaelson then stands up as the crowd roars.
Mikaelson:
“My God, you need to shut up! For someone talking about being present, and
winning or losing, you sure show how full of crap you are. Then again, we all
know that you didn’t want to walk out as Tag Champ with me, even if I nearly
dragged your ass to it.”
Grant:
“Yeah, so you can probably use it to get some girls or something after the
show. You’re everything wrong with this business and show business-“
Mikaelson:
“No, Dex…you are. And I’m not gonna forget Fatal
Fortunes. I may be new, but I’m a quick learner, and you…you’re an asshole!”
The
crowd roars. Mikaelson walks past Grant, nudging him with his shoulder. Grant
staggers back and turns, glaring at Mikaelson. The scene cuts away.
We open up backstage in the office of CHBK to see Frank Delatosso
walking into the office. CHBK looks across at him as Delatosso
walks over and sits down in one of the chairs. He takes off the scarf around
his neck and places it in front of him.
CHBK: “Pleased
with yourself?”
Delatosso: “Just
testing a few things out. Introducing myself….making
sure we made some good choices.”
CHBK: “Frank…don’t
piss on my shoes and tell me its raining. I’ve been
around a lot longer and some of the other people in your investment group
brought me in because I both understand business and professional wrestling.”
Delatosso: “And
that’s true. I didn’t say that wasn’t the case. But I have disagreed with some of
your decisions and well…the fact is that you enjoyed your biggest boom at a
time when things were a little more wild west around
in the wrestling industry. It’s 2026…and well…I’ll leave it there.”
CHBK: “You’re
playing a dangerous game with some.”
Delatosso: “And
now you’re going to prove you can handle this job. Hopefully you now have a
hint of what I’m thinking. And if you pick up what I’m putting down, we can
keep working together. Especially after that stunt…”
CHBK: “They
made their decision-“
Delatosso: “And
given that you hired Autumn, you had a past sexual relationship with Ravyn…and
Lexy Chapel is your daughter. And don’t get me started about how you were Syren’s
mentor. I also know of your history…Master of Mind Games…A lot of political capital
was lost. So…”
Delatosso stands
up and smiles.
Delatosso: “I’ll
just be looking over your shoulder a bit. Maybe I’ll be a bit more hands on.”
Frank
stands up and smiles. He replaces his scarf around his neck and then walks out
of the office. CHBK watches him leave as the scene cuts away.
We then
open up to see Xander Valentine pinned against a wall
as Ryan Hollywood and Chris Hollywood both hammer away on Xander with hard
right hands. Xander covers up as Ryan and Chris don’t stop, just hammering away
before Xander shoves Chris back and then Ryan. They run back and jump up attacking Xander before getting a few more shots in.
Sharper:
“Hollywood now attacking Xander Valentine?!”
Kayl: “Do
they now want to claim a shot? We know if Xander or Selena is hurt, it’s over
but-“
Xander
shoves Chris and Ryan back again before then booting Chris
in the face. He falls over and lands on the floor. Xander grabs Ryan and turns
and throws him into some foot lockers. He falls awkwardly to the ground. Chris
looks up and rolls away as we see Selena Frost walking over, arms folded across
her chest. Xander glances at her. Selena then turns and watches as we see Fiona
Logan and Melinda Braddock watching from down the hallway. Melinda just winks
and waves. Xander turns to them too as Ryan and Chris scatter.
“Psycho
in my Head” by Skillet plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We
then see a still for Syren vs. Gavin Taylor.
Sharper:
“Next…main event. Syren will be without Lexy Chapel. But Gavin Taylor is driven
here. What’s going to give in our main event, next!”
The
scene fades out.
COMMERCIALS
Gavin
Taylor vs. Syren
The
lights around the arena begin to flicker in red, white, and blue as
"Fortunate Son" by CCR starts to play over the arena. "All
Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the
ramp, flanked by his All-Star Secret Service of Jack and Karl Barker. Mr. Black
and Religious Wright also walk out. As he stands in
place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.
Some folks are born made to wave the flag
Hoo, they're red, white and blue
And when the band plays "Hail to the chief"
Ooh, they point the cannon at you, Lord
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no senator's son, son
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no furtunate one,
no
Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger, shaking hands of the men,
kissing the hands of the women, and even patting a few kids on the head. He
smirks as he gets to the ring, pulling himself to the apron. He hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope.
Phillips:
“The following contest is scheduled for onefall for
TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. First, on his way to
the ring, accompanied by Religious Wright, Mr. Black, and his All-Star Secret
Service, he is the All-Star, Gavin Taylor!”
The song continues...
Some folks are born silver spoon in hand
Lord, don't they help themselves, Lord?
But when the taxman come to the door
Lord, the house lookin' like a rummage sale, yeah
Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the
opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off
his shoulders as he stretches his arms out.
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no millionaire's son, no, no
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate one, no
Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes as he watches for his opponent.
Sharper:
“Gavin Taylor says he’s going to take this opportunity…he may focus on the
World title.”
Kayl:
“Syren faces Cid Turner at A Taste of Things to Come. But Gavin Taylor has Reno
Dumont to worry about!”
The
lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound akin to a heartbeat
plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer.
LEXY CHAPEL PRESENTS
The heartbeat gets faster before “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system.
After a few moments Syren comes through the curtain. Syren pauses on the stage,
looking out at the fans cheering.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY
Syren walks down the ramp. She jumps up onto the apron before climbing the
turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As
the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before pointing out at
the fans.
Phillips: “His opponent, representing LexyCorp
International, hailing from Los Angeles, California, she is Syren!”
Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope, dropping to her knees in the
ring, posing with both her arms outstretched. Syren then steps up. Syren takes
off her ring jacket and goes to hand it to Lexy before stopping and turning and
handing it off to a crew member. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a
moment and then jumping back down, before Gavin runs across at her. Syren ducks
and Gavin stops. He turns around and Syren nails him
with a series of hard right hands.
Sharper:
“Syren out here alone. Lexy Chapel has been told to go home and effectively
banned by Frank Delatosso, SCW’s COO, over CHBK’s recommendations.”
Kayl:
“And Syren even having a moment forgetting she wasn’t there. And now having to
deal with Gavin!”
Sharper:
“But she ducks and here we go! Syren hammering away on Gavin Taylor!”
Syren
knocks him into the corner. She kicks him in the ribs and whips him across the
ring. Gavin hits the opposite corner and runs out and
Syren hits a hip toss. Gavin gets back up and Syren hits a dropkick. Gavin
rolls to the floor. He staggers around and falls to the announce
position. He looks up as Karl and Jack Barket head
over to him. Syren looks around. (1) She then turns and rolls to the floor. (1)
She walks around the ring and goes over to Gavin. Jack and Karl yell at her to
stop. (2) She just grabs him and drives him face first into the announce table.
(3) Gavin pops back and falls over. Wright runs at Syren, but Syren lowers her
head and hits a back drop. Wright lands hard on the
mats. (4) The crowd roars. Gavin pulls himself up and Syren nails him with a
hard right and then spins him around into the ring. (5) She slides in after and
Gavin starts to slide back to the opposite corner. Syren stalks him and follows
him and grabs him and pulls him up and nails him with a hard right and then
another and another. She then goes to whip him across, but Gavin spins through
and sends her in. Gavin smiles as Syren then runs out and hits a clothesline.
Sharper:
“Huge clothesline. Gavin Taylor down!”
Kayl:
“Sy-ren Lariat!”
Sharper:
“Don’t start. Lexy Chapel may be watching in her hotel room. Don’t give her
ideas.”
Gavin
rolls over and gets up and Syren grabs him and hits a
Russian leg sweep. She rolls through for the pin.

hoists Syren up and hits a high angle back suplex.
Sharper:
“Gavin planting Syren. Just having her thrown one way and another.”
Kayl:
“And look at that grin. Syren just wasting him all over this ringside area and
he hits a suplex and loves it.”
Sharper:
“He always likes to celebrate his successes.”
Kayl:
“All seven hundred in his mind.”
Syren
turns and starts to get up and Gavin rakes his boot
along her face. She rolls over and then starts to get up and moves to the
ropes. Gavin chops her. The crowd woos. He chops her
again. More woos. He whips her across the ring. Syren

“He’s even beaten Syren before! And on big stages!”
Syren grabs at the ropes and Gavin then spins through to the apron
and then grabs her and pulls her through, hitting the Cubic Zirconium Cutter.

Sharper:
“Gavin! First the eyes. Then throat!”
Kayl:
“Take away sight. Take away the ability to breathe and you can have an
advantage of anyone.”
Gavin
looks around as Syren rolls over, coughing, holding her throat and Gavin
smiles, mocking Syren a bit. Syren turns and Gavin hits the Dependable

Kayl:
“And this clearly is one place where Lexy isn’t around, and Ravyn…She’s had

before openly saying “sorry” and then wincing before collapsing to the mat and
rolling to the floor. Gavin looks around as he crawls over and throws his arm
over Syren.
Sharper:
“Wait a minute! Cid Turner! What the hell? Cid Turner just blasted Syren with
the World Title.”
Kayl:
“And he then apologized!”
Sharper:
“Gavin throwing his arm over Syren! Reno Dumont trying to get in, but Gavin’s
minions just being annoying enough!”
Dante
is then pulled back by Mr. Black. Slayton nails him before Karl grabs Dante.
Jack staggers over to Reno as Reno nails him with a hard right before grabbing
Wright and running him into the barricade.

realizing he’s won. But just then, Reno grabs him and pulls him out of the
ring. Gavin yells out as Reno pulls him down and throws him into the barricade.
Officials start to run down to the ring as Reno stomps away on Gavin. Cid
Turner meanwhile looks in the ring, almost disappointed in himself as Syren
remains down.
Phillips:
“Here is your winner, via pinfall, Gavin Taylor!”
Syren
slowly rolls over, holding her head. She looks at Cid. Cid again keeps mouthing
“sorry” as the scene fades out…
