We then
cut to a live shot of the inside of the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display
continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena, and the cameras
pan across the crowd for a few moments. We cut to show a steel cage hanging
over the ring.
Sharper:
“It’s a new year. It’s 2026 and Breakdown is on the air from Japan for the
first night of Fatal Fortunes!”
The
cameras continue to pan throughout the crowd before settling at ringside where
we see Adam Sharper joined by Devon Kayl.
Sharper:
“Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here with Devon Kayl. Welcome to a new year
of SCW. Welcome to Breakdown. Fatal Fortunes starting tonight. This week and
next, every title on the line. Every roster member in action.”
Kayl:
“And chaos will reign. Who knows what will happen? We don’t even know. There’s
a cage hanging over the ring. I saw a casket backstage. There are poles and
weapons and everything is ready to go depending on what fate has in store for
everyone.”
Sharper:
“Before that, we have to speak on how we ended 2025. Cid Turner still the SCW
World Champion, somehow surviving the challenge of James Evans. Not only that,
Syren is the number one contender for the SCW World Championship.”
Kayl:
“And that’s not all. Selena Frost and Xander Valentine are your number one
contenders for the SCW World Tag Team Championship and the Glimmers still hold
that title. Deanna Frost is the new Adrenaline Champion, Just Some Loser is
your TV Champion. Luz is your US Champion.”
Sharper:
“A big weekend in Boston and Montreal to close out the year and to start off
2026, we could get another reshuffling here in Saitama and in London, Ontario
next week. Every match is randomly drawn, including opportunity and
stipulation!”
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing SCW United States
Championship. The crowd roars. We then see the wheel spin again and again
before stopping on singles match, before then spinning one more time before
then stopping on “thirty minute Ironman match.” The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“And we’re going to start off with a huge opportunity. US Title on the line and
in a thirty man Ironman match!”
Kayl:
“Luz is going to be thrown right into the fire to start her reign!”
“Believe
In Tomorrow” by Sunflower’s Garden begins to play as bright white lights begin
flickering on and off on the stage in rhythm with the music. La Pequeńa Luz,
carrying the SCW United States Championship, skips out onto the stage with the
kind of smile that could light up an entire room all on its own plastered to
her face, dancing a bit to her theme song and waving her arms in an attempt to
get the crowd pumped up, drawing cheers. As she looks down towards the ring,
the smile fades as something seems to flicker through her mind, but she’s
snapped out of the trance as Amelia Nevado slowly makes her way out, placing a
comforting hand on Luz’s shoulder.
Phillips:
“The following contest is a thirty minute Ironman match for the SCW United
States Championship. First, on her way to the ring, from Tulancingo, Hidalgo,
Mexico, accompanied by Amelia Nevado, she is the SCW United States Champion, La
Pequena Luz!”
With a
quick kiss to her cheek, Luz’s smile returns as the two proceed to lock hands
before heading down to the ring, Amelia trying her best to keep up with Luz’s
energetic skipping. Once they reach ringside, Luz pulls Amelia into a brief but
passionate kiss before letting her go as she hops up onto the apron, grabbing
the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing
on her feet. Luz begins skipping around the ring, motioning once more for the
fans to make some noise as they answer this call while Amelia takes her place
in Luz’s corner on the floor, chuckling to herself and shaking her head at
Luz’s energy. Luz removes her robe and hands it off to Amelia, who gives some
last minute advice and words of encouragement as she does so.
Sharper:
“Amelia Nevado joining Luz for this match. La Pequena Luz coming out first.
Another twist – the champions come out first. They await to see who will face
them.”
Kayl:
“And it could be anyone. You have to now be ready to face someone you couldn’t
have possibly prepared for and to go thirty minutes, no matter what!”
La
Pequena Luz stands in the ring, looking across at the entrance way. The crowd
looks on before the lights in the arena go out as the opening chords of
“Unforgiven” by Metallica begins to play. As the song picks up its pace a
spotlight shines at the top of the ramp and we see “The Assassin” Clyde Sutter
standing there with a sinister grin on his face.
Sharper:
“And fate has smiled down on Clyde Sutter!”
He is
joined by the beautiful Melinda Braddock. After a few moments of soaking in the
crowd reaction, Sutter and Melinda begin to make their slow walk down the
ramp.
Phillips:
“Her opponent, the challenger, accompanied by Melinda Braddock, from Raleigh,
North Carolina, he is the Assassin, Clyde Sutter!”
The
spotlight follows the sinister sociopath as he approaches the ring. They reach
the ring area and Melinda kisses him on his cheek. Sutter then foregoes the
steel steps as he leaps up from the floor to the ring apron. With the
spotlight remaining only on Sutter as one of the few lights in the arena
at the moment, Sutter enters the ring and then stand in the
center. The sound of Metallica dies down and the lights come back on. Luz
hands off her title as Aaron Demitra, senior official, takes it. He holds it
over his head as the SCW United States Championship logo comes across the
screen.
Sharper:
“This could be very interesting. Sutter will have to compete longer than we’ve
seen him have to in SCW thus far while Luz will face to deal with someone who
could directly counter what she is capable of.”
Kayl:
“Power or speed? Pick your poison!”
Demitra
hands off the title and backs up. He checks in on both Luz and Sutter. Both say
they’re ready. The bell sounds. The Japanese crowd roars as Sutter and Luz look
at one another. Sutter smirks as Luz looks at him and then runs at him. Sutter
goes to grab her, but Luz ducks under. She then jumps to the middle rope and
dives back and catches his arm and spins through into an arm drag. Sutter rolls
through. He gets up and Luz runs over and hits a forearm shot and then another
and another. Sutter shoves her back. She rolls through. She gets up and runs at
Sutter and nails him with another hard shot and then another. Sutter shoves her
back again. She rolls through again and Sutter steps up and just nails her with
a hard right. Luz hits the mat and pops up and moves to the corner.
Sharper:
“And a hard right. Sutter taking down the champion.”
Kayl: “You’re
not going to go into some mat wrestling here. Not with Sutter. Not the usual
feeling out in an ironman match. You’re just going right in it. Sutter’s liable
to just pop your arm out if you try!”
Sutter
follows up at Luz and Luz kicks him in the ribs. He advances again and Luz
kicks him in the ribs again. She pulls herself to the middle rope and dives
over him with a sunset flip.

Sharper:
“Luz got Sutter down. Melinda Braddock trying to will Sutter up!”
Kayl: “And
Luz going to the corner!”
Luz pulls
herself up to the top rope. Sutter looks up as Melinda pounds on the mat. He
starts to pull himself up and Luz gets up to the top rope. Sutter then gets up
and runs over and grabs at Luz. Luz loses her balance and falls to the side and
then to the apron before going to the floor. (1) Sutter falls to his knees.
Sharper:
“Luz falls to the floor! Sutter accidentally knocked her off!”
Kayl: “The
clock is counting down!”
Crowd: “5!
4! 3! 2! 1!”
Sutter
exits to the floor and grabs Luz and rolls her in, but the buzzer goes and
Sutter grabs at the ropes and then drops down, smacking the mat in anger.
Phillips:
“As a result of winning via three falls to two, your winner, and STILL SCW
United States Champion, La Pequena Luz!”
Sharper:
“Luz manages to outlast at the end. Sutter upset-“
Kayl: “But
if he had thirty more seconds. Thirty more seconds and we have a draw.”
Sutter
looks around as Luz has her arm raised. Amelia enters the ring and joins her.
Melinda heads over to comfort Sutter as we cut away.
Backstage,
we open up to see Cid Turner walking into the arena, his bag over his shoulder.
A roar comes from the Japanese crowd.
Sharper:
“And there you see the SCW World Champion, arriving here in Saitama, Japan.”
Kayl:
“Showing up a bit late it looks like.”
He
takes a few steps before Jessica Winters walks over to him.
Winters:
“Cid, can I get a word? We’ve been waiting for your arrival.”
Cid:
“Yeah, I guess….I…sure.”
Winters:
“You survived James Evans at Shattered Reality. You’re here tonight. And in a
shift for you, you’re in line to compete. Either tonight or tomorrow. You don’t
know against who. This is a different type of challenge and after how violent
and bloody that war was just under a month ago, are you ready to go? Can you
go?”
Cid: “I
have been cleared I guess. But this is just what it is. I had a lighter
schedule to allow me to recover, but with Fatal Fortunes, that supersedes it as
long as I was cleared. And here I am. And someone may get a chance against me.
To get me off guard. After that war, to lose it tonight…the World Title…or next
week…that would sting. But while my body may try to stop me, I’m not going to
just take it. I’m going to do what I can to compete and keep this going. I have
to. It’s that simple!”
Cid
sighs.
Cid: “I
should be recovering. Getting ready to face Syren. But as a World Champion, you
don’t get to choose what you do all the time. So whoever draws me, bring it!”
Cid
starts to walk past Jessica Winters only to stop and turn back.
Cid:
“Is James Evans here?”
Jessica
Winters shakes her head no. Cid nods.
Cid:
“Good…”
Cid
walks into the building as Breakdown cuts to commercial.

Breakdown
returns with a panning shot inside the Saitama Super Arena.
Sharper:
“Welcome back to Saitama, Japan. We are here for Fatal Fortunes on Breakdown.
First show of 2026 and –“
???: “I
can already see how the likes are streaming in.”
The
crowd looks around as the crowd makes some noise. We cut to the crowd to see
Dexter Grant, alone, walking through the crowd.
Grant:
“Just as it promoted Deanna Frost’s victory over me even though we all know I
will get that title back. While tonight, it’s all on social media, trying to
get all of the pathetic likes and hashtags as fans predict what could happen,
instead of enjoy, and wrestlers likely are sitting in the back…I know some are
already, upset they didn’t win the lottery to face La Pequena Luz. Instead,
they’ll turn to their fanbases and hope that they’ll send enough hate tweets
and posts to get someone to notice so they can feel special instead of getting
better at their craft.”
Kayl:
“Can we mute him?”
Grant
walks down one of the walkways.
Grant:
“People need to disconnect to reconnect. They need to focus on living in the
moment and being who they dream of being instead of looking for pathetic
adulation from mouthbreathers at home who do nothing more than parse booking
decisions, while claiming they can do better. People who cheer for Deanna
despite her inability to move on without her wife’s nod. To-“
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop on singles match, before then
spinning one more time before then stopping on “Last Man Standing.” The crowd
roars. Grant looks around.
Grant:
“People will now bludgeon themselves and for what?! To trend?! To trend-“
The
lights in the arena fade down to a low purple as a series of creepy sounds
starts to echo throughout, several fans come to their feet and light up their
cell phones, creating like a field of candles in the low light as the creepy
sounds suddenly shift into a powerful guitar opening.

<Someone to hear your prayers>

As Marilyn Manson's Personal Jesus plays throughout the arena, the crowds in
the arena start to stomp in time with the song as a smirking and confident
looking Dante Slayton steps out.
Phillips:
“The following contest is a last man standing match! First, on their way to the
ring, representing the Shinigami Foundation, he is Introducing first, he is
being escorted to the ring by Wil Pierce, and he also represents the Shinigami
Foundation! He is the self-titled "Black Prince" of Professional
Wrestling, from Boston, Massachusetts…Dante Slayton!”
Dante smiles as he and Wil Pierce start to make their way down to the ring,
ignoring the fans attempting to get a high five from them as they approach the
ringside area, with Dante quickly climbing the stairs before wiping his feet
off on the apron before stepping into the ring proper.

Dante moves to the center of the ring and does his father's signature crucifix
pose in the middle of the ring as the song and crowds flow around him. The song
continues for another few seconds before Dante slowly lowers his arms with a
wicked smile on his face before he pulls off his ring coat which he then tosses
aside before going to his corner to prepare for the match ahead.
Sharper:
“Dante Slayton feels at home here in Japan. The Shinigami Foundation well known
over here.”
Kayl:
“And looks like they’re going to get to dish out some violence!”
The
entire arena fades to black as we are left in nothing but darkness. All of a
sudden Crystal's voice can be heard all throughout the speaker systems.
"YOUR SMILE MAKES MY HEART EXPLODE... THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP!!!!"
As soon as that is said explosions can be heard going off as we are treated to
some flame pyros. “Smile Bomb” by 17thekid plays across the speakers and it is
at that moment when the crimson red haired "Burning Rose" Crystal
Zdunich walks from the curtains. Crystal is focused as she walks to the ring
with a purpose. She however slaps the outstretched hands of fans along the way.
She then looks into the ring and runs over to the ring. She reaches under the
ring and grabs a steel chair. She throws into the ring. Slayton swats it away.
She grabs a second steel chair and throws it in. Slayton swats it again away as
the bell sounds.
Sharper:
“Crystal Zdunich is Slayton’s opponent here at Fatal Fortunes and she’s coming
in hot.”
Kayl:
“Why not? Make him have to get defensive here.”
Zdunich
grabs a third chair and Slayton runs to the ropes and slides to the floor.
Zdunich swings at the head, but Slayton ducks and then hits a kick to the ribs
before a shoot kick to the side and then a spinning back kick to the ribs.
Zdunich goes down. Slayton walks over to the chair and lifts it up. He then
hoists it up and slams it down onto her. Zdunich goes down. Slayton then grabs
Zdunich and drags her up and runs her into the barricade. She turns as Slayton
grabs the chair, unfolds it and places it in front of her. He backs up to the
middle of the ring before running at the chair and jumping up, but Crystal
moves out of the way as Slayton lands chest first on the barricade and falls to
the mats.
Sharper:
“And no one home. Slayton looking to end this fast. Zdunich diving out of the
way.”
Kayl:
“And Slayton found out that barricade doesn’t move much. Padding or not
padding.”
Slayton
rolls over as Zdunich reaches under the ring and grabs a kendo stick. Slayton
gets up and Zdunich nails him in the shoulder with the kendo stick. He drops to
a knee and then she nails him again. He winces before Zdunich places the kendo
stick across Slayton’s throat and hits a kendo-stick assisted Russian leg
sweep, driving him into the barricade. She throws the kendo stick into the ring
and points.

and hits the Quickening. Zdunich goes down. She winces and turns and Slayton
grabs her and drives her face first into the table once and then again before
throwing her off. He then lifts the table up and unfolds the legs before
placing it down on the floor.
Sharper:
“Zdunich looked to get out a table. That gave Dante an opportunity to recover.”
Kayl:
“And this is just turning into a dogfight. Right off the bat.”
Sharper:
“Dante Slayton coming off a victory against Lawler when Lawler looked to repeat
what Slayton did to him. So he’s got plenty to prove too.”
Slayton
sets the table up and then turns around but right into a drop toe hold by
Zdunich, driving him face first into the steel steps. The crowd ohs. Slayton

on top of her before running into the ropes and hitting the Flashing Elbow to
the chair into Zdunich. The crowd ohs.
Sharper:
“And the elbow into the chair. Slayton hurting himself to do more damage to
Zdunich!”
Kayl:
“Hoping to just sap her of what she’s been fighting with. She’s got a lot to

crowd boos as Slayton turns and grimaces in pain. Zdunich gets up and hits
another Flashing Lights. He drops to the mat. Slayton rolls over and moves to
the ropes. Zdunich kicks at him and knocks him to the apron. Zdunich then looks
at the table and exits to the apron.
Sharper:
“Zdunich has something in mind. That table set up there.”
Kayl: “Slayton
set it up after Zdunich brought it out. Advantage to Zdunich again!”
Zdunich
then grabs Slayton, but Slayton pushes her back and then goes into a handstand,
kicking her in the head. Zdunich staggers and Slayton gets back to his feet. He
grabs her by the arm and pulls her in before spinning her around and hitting
the Devil Trigger, causing her to backflip and go through the table. The crowd
roars. Slayton looks around, raising her arm. The official drops to the floor
and starts to count.

Kayl:
“And maybe a good omen for the Shinigami Foundation in 2026!”
Sharper:
“Reno Dumont said he’s going to get Gavin Taylor…”
Kayl:
“We’ll see about that!”
Slayton
re-enters the ring and plays to the crowd as the official checks on Crystal
Zdunich as the scene cuts away.
Backstage,
we see Destiny Page talking with Gia and Gina Glimmer. Page is noticeably more
covered up that the SCW World Tag Team Champions. Gia holds her phone with an
image from Shattered Reality and Club KABLAM on her phone, showing the tag
champs with Destiny.
Gia (we
think): “You really should flaunt it more. You certainly have plenty to flaunt.
The pictures turned out great.”
Destiny:
“Well, uh thanks….just not as comfortable as you. And it was great to have
Derek there until Gavin showed up.”
Gina
(we think): “Unfortunately mediocre white men always tend to show up at the
wrong time. But trust me…you have many more avenues to get what you want out of
life.”
Gia?: “You
don’t want to be an interviewer forever? Just let us know….we can maybe teach
you a few skills. You look quite flexible.”
Destiny:
“I did do cheerleading and gymnastics in college and-“
We hear
coughing, as if someone is choking. Destiny, Gia and Gina turn as we see
Wendell off a few yards off.
Gina?: “Come
on out. We don’t bite. Not unless you believe social media.”
Wendell
walks over a bit nervously.
Wendell:
“Well…I…I don’t use that at all.”
Gia?: “Shame…you’d
get a show.”
Gia shows
him the photo.
Gia?: “I’m
sure you’d like her to be a bit more comfortable…”
Gina?: “Seems
he’s already getting excited. Maybe we need to stay with you Destiny.”
Destiny:
“It’s okay…”
Wendell:
“Oh….I…ah….and there’s a camera and I-“
Destiny:
“It’s fine, Wendell….Gia…Gina…I’m sure we’ll do more for KABLAMia. Good luck
tonight.”
Gia and
Gina turn to each other smirking before walking off. Wendell holds his hands in
front of himself.
Wendell:
“Sorry. I…I need to go-“
Destiny:
“It’s okay. I know you’re nervous. But cameras are all over and I…I wear what I
wear and-“
Wendell:
“I know. I just. Maybe I need to see Dex-“
Destiny:
“I think he’s got his own plans. Come on…come with me. Let’s just….talk.”
Destiny
extends her hand to Wendell. Wendell looks at it and takes it. Destiny smiles
as they walk off as the scene cuts away.

TONIGHT:
Breakdown
returns as we see Gavin Taylor walking into the building with his All-Star Secret
Service clearing the way. Religious Wright walks with him.
Sharper:
“Earlier tonight, Gavin Taylor arrived and well, we know what he’s thinking about.”
Gavin
walks forward before seeing the camera.
Gavin: “Of
course you’ve camera on me. You know where the money is. And the money is here.
The best money. And the real US Champion of the World. I would’ve been
champion, but of course, I was attacked from behind. The steal is in effect. It
was all to go down. Perfectly. The best way to get it. End 2025 on a happy note.
But America’s enemies, including Lazy Luz and Raging Reno are conspiring to
stop me. But that’s fine. As Club GaBLAM is making profits in the trillions, I
am making sure tonight, with Fatal Fortunes, we get the proof we need. Either
we have the first step in making America Gavin again in either Japan or Canada,
or we show the steal is for real. So all of you out there, stop the steal!”
Gavin walks
past the camera. Wright walks over.
Wright:
“Praise the LAWRD!”
Wright
walks past before Jack walks up and starts to frisk the camera before we cut
away.
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing SCW Television
Championship. The crowd roars. We then see the wheel spin again and again
before stopping on singles match.
“Censorship”
begins to play throughout the arena, immediately garnering boos from the
audience. As the alarms playing overhead continue to go off nonstop, a man,
wearing the SCW Television Championship, steps out from behind the curtains
wearing a blanket over his entire frame, concealing his face from cameras. He
walks down the ramp ignoring the people to either side of him.
Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute
time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship! First, coming in from
somewhere in Minnesota, he is the SCW Television Champion… Just Some Loser!”
As he reaches the bottom of the ramp he tosses the blanket off and makes his
way up the steps. He quickly enters in between the second and third rope. He
stands in the middle of the ring, staring down at the mat with a thousand yard
stare. He throws the title down at the feet of the official, Jennifer Cassidy.
Cassidy takes the title and steps back.
Sharper:
“As you can see, we have a new Television Champion. Just Some Loser managed to
win it against Polly Pingotti at Shattered Reality.”
Kayl:
“Doesn’t even match his name. But he wants to humiliate people by having them
lose to Just Some Loser. But he clearly has some skill and I know Polly
Pingotti is backstage pissed off. But 2026 starting with a new TV Champion. Who
will he face though?”
Just
Some Loser waits in the ring before “Body and Blood” by A Perfect Murder plays
over the sound system as Federico Gasperoni walks through the curtain, holding
up his San Marino flag, wearing San Marino flag light blue flame trucks with
The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his trunks, wearing light blue elbow
pads and light blue knee pads and black wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind
him. He walks to the ring, ignoring the fans. He stands on the ramp, kissing
his biceps and saying he's got a perfectionist body.
Phillips: “From Dogana, San Marino, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Federico
Gasperoni!”
He goes on his knees and flexes his body more and kissing each bicep before he
gets off his knees and walks straight to the ring and steps through the ropes
as he lets Ginny in the ring and kisses his body biceps each time and showing
off his six pack and everything about his body, taking his body extremely
seriously, saying he has the best body in professional wrestling before he lets
Ginny out of the ring. Loser looks on as Cassidy holds the SCW Television
Championship over her head. The SCW Television Championship logo comes across
the screen. Ginny Raab looks on as Federico Gasperini poses in the ring.
Sharper:
“And making his debut, the newest member of the European Fiery Nation, Federico
Gasperini.”
Kayl:
“Looks to be in great shape.”
Sharper:
“The man loves to bodybuild I’m told. A big surprise and big opportunity for
him. Can he start his SCW career with a title win!”
The
bell sounds and Loser runs across and nails Federico with a hard right to the
face. Federico staggers back and Loser then nails him in the ribs with a hard
right and then another and another, knocking Gasperini into the corner. Loser
then leans in choking him.

Sharper:
“And Gasperini with a shove. Loser launched across.”
Kayl:
“Not just for show!”
Loser
gets up and runs at Gasperini and Gasperini kicks him in the ribs. He then
wrenches the arm and jerks on the arm. He whips Loser into the ropes. Loser
bounces off and Gasperini presses him up and over his head. The Japanese crowd
looks on at this show of strength before Gasperini slams Loser down. Loser
rolls over as Gasperini poses again. He then looks around as he goes over to
Loser. Loser backs up to the corner and Gasperini grabs him only for Loser to
reach up and rake the eyes. He spins Gasperini into the corner and then kicks
him in the ribs before kicking him again and again and again. He then starts to

Loser
walks over to Gasperini as he starts to get up and Loser just turns and throws
him through the ropes to the floor. (1) Gasperini rolls over. Loser then steps
through, dropping down to the floor. (1) He then elbows Gasperini in the back

Gasperini blocks it. Loser attempts again and Gasperini nails him in the ribs.

body.”
Sharper:
“He’s certainly up to showing it off.”
Loser
starts to get up and Gasperini drills him with a European uppercut. Loser
staggers and Gasperini kicks him in the ribs. He places his head between his

Sharper:
“Just manhandling Loser. Just Some Loser came off the top. I think he got a bit
arrogant there.”
Kayl:
“Looks were deceiving. And now Federico Gasperini. What’s he thinking.”
Gasperini
gets up as Loser rolls over and winces. He starts to get up and turns around to
Gasperini who scoops him up and then sets him up before driving him down with

Phillips:
“Here is your winner, and NEW SCW Television Champion, Federico Gasperini!”
Sharper:
“With the tombstone piledriver, Gasperini gets the win in his debut and in his
debut, he becomes Television Champion!”
Kayl:
“Loser manipulated things to become champion that he got ahead of himself and
Gasperini just got him!”
Gasperini
gets up as Ginny enters the ring. Cassidy hands him the SCW Television
Championship. He takes it and Ginny holds it over his head as Gasperini starts
to pose in the middle of the ring. Loser rolls over, holding his head and neck.
Gasperini looks around and nods before taking the title and holding it over his
head. The crowd looks on before we cut backstage.
Backstage,
we see Polly Pingotti watching the match on the monitor. She smiles as she then
steps back and turns as we see Hiro Tanaka walking over to her.
Polly:
“What do you want?”
Tanaka:
“Just delivering a note…”
Tanaka
extends the note to Polly. Polly takes it and looks at it. She looks back up at
Tanaka, but Tanaka just walks off as Polly looks forward, nodding. She then
turns and walks off.

Breakdown
returns as we see Destiny Page standing backstage in the SCW interview area.
Page:
“Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m Destiny Page and with me at this time, the
number one contender to the SCW World Championship…Syren!”
The
crowd cheers as Syren comes into the scene. Lexy Chapel steps in and starts to
make noise, celebrating. She even throws confetti in front of Syren, surprising
Syren a bit.
Chapel:
“That’s right bitches! Syren is one step away from being back on top for her
RECORD SETTING eighth World Title reign. How you do like that? Eat it Selena!”
Syren:
“That’s Lexy…”
Page:
“Lexy is pretty thrilled-“
Chapel:
“Damn right! Manager of champions! It’s going to be back in just a few short
weeks!”
Page: “Well
you will be challenging at A Taste of Things to Come, but you won’t know the
champion until we’re done Fatal Fortunes. And you too, will be in action one of
these nights.”
Syren:
“And I’ll be ready for anything. I know as well as anyone how this event can
mess with you. You could get a huge challenge, you could be in a stipulation
that shortens your career, you could be all of a sudden challenging for a
title…but you have a target on your back if you’re anyone. And I want to be
someone again. I want to be the World Champion. I may not have won it to close
2025 as I originally planned, but this is damn close. And I can taste it. I’m
just a few weeks away…”
Syren
pauses.
Syren:
“And it could all go tonight…or next week depending on what I draw. Well
whoever I draw, whatever match I draw, I’ll be ready for it because I have no
choice but to be. I took everything that Kimberly Williams threw at me. Meghan
Strader. So many others. I came back last year, on this first show of the year,
and I got that tenth win. Now it’s time for me to send a message-“
Chapel:
“Syren is back, bitches!”
Syren:
“And you should be totally jealous!”
Page:
“Back to the ring.”
Syren
smiles into the camera as Lexy then throws more confetti in front of Syren as
we cut away.
Phillips:
“The following triple threat tag team match is scheduled for one fall!”
The arena lights drop to near-black.
A low rumble rolls through the building as the opening beat of “Do I Wanna
Know?” hits. A single, cold white spotlight flickers on at the top of the ramp.
Ethan Cross steps into view—jaw clenched, shoulders tense, eyes forward. No
posing. No acknowledgment of the crowd. He adjusts his wrist tape slowly,
deliberately, like a man clocking in for a job he hates but knows has to be
done.
The lights pulse in deep steel-blue tones as he walks, boots heavy against the
ramp. Fans reach out—some cheer, some jeer—he ignores them all.
At ringside, Ethan pauses. He looks at the ring like it owes him something…
then wipes his boots on the apron and steps through the ropes.
He leans back into the corner, arms draped over the ropes, head tilted down as
the music fades—waiting, patient, dangerous.
Sharper: “Ethan Cross, a brand new signing to start a new year for SCW.”
Kayl: “Talk about a wild way to start your time with us! He's thrown right into
something with chaotic potential right out of the gate and doesn't even know
who he's going to have to trust to have his back in this thing... assuming
whoever that is can even trust him!”
A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled
out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as
Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen
trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp. They respond to
pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in
the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music
fades.
Sharper: “Well, we have confirmation that it'll be Chris Hollywood in this
match. It's been a little while since we've seen the Hollywood boys in action.”
Kayl: “Maybe not the partner Cross wanted to draw for his debut, but this does
come with one advantage: this match is inherently no disqualifications, so
there's nothing stopping Ryan from helping his brother and getting the new guy
a win if he so chooses.”
The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The
opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A
haunting voice is heard…
"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"
The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and
Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly
positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her face as she
ponders what she is about to do tonight. She winks at the fans before pointing
towards the ring and making a beeline towards it. She slides into the ring
underneath the bottom rope. Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring
to another loud reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly
goes to a corner to await the start of the match.
Kayl: “Well, I mentioned chaos and triple threats technically being no DQ, and
the perfect encapsulation of that got drawn into the fun!”
Sharper: “This could definitely be the perfect storm of chaos Kim could use as
a distraction. She lost a hard-fought battle with Syren at Shattered Reality
and with it, a World Title opportunity. This, however, could help build a case
to keep her in that conversation...”
Kayl: “Or warn whoever's the Underground Champion coming out of this chaos that
Kimmy may want their attention!”
KABLAAAAAAAAAAM!!!
The sound of a xylophone scale is heard, signifying the start of the KABLAMian
Taberacle Choir's jingle, "Come In KABLAMia"...
Derek Adonis rolls out atop the ramp on a cloud, alongside a number of the
citizens of KABLAMia: Sweet Sangria, Mimi Mimosa, Het Meisje, and Anastasia
Fantasia among them. The crowd rise to their feet in a raucous applause at the
display of flesh in front of them...
Welcome to the land that loves below the belt
The sky’s are clear and pleasure is felt
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia
Adonis partially rises to his knees, waving out to the crowd as chants of
"KABLAM" ring out throughout the arena. The cloud continues to roll
it's way down the ramp.
Where fun-loving people can give right in
To a Man Mountain utopia where everyone wins
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia
Sweet Sangria always dressed in smile
Many men and women will go the extra mile
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia
The women on the cloud toss out small, travel-sized bottles of Derek Adonis
Heavy KABLAM Lubricant and folded up travel brochures to the crowd.
The lube flows freely, never enough
It’s a copyrighted formula, the right stuff
But even still they make you feel right at home
Whether you love cleaning the carpet or polishing chrome
The cloud makes it to the bottom of the ramp and Adonis hops off first,
reaching up to help the four primary women off. They step down, each planting a
kiss on the cheek of Man-Mountain before heading up the stairs. Adonis follows
up last and pulls himself through the ropes, lifting them for the four women to
enter the ring as well.
We don’t kink-shame here, it never allowed
It’s a comfortable place while you’re being plowed
Your greatest dreams are always on tap
Your can register now with our convenient app
Adonis moves around to the four corners, climbing onto the bottom rope to throw
out travel brochures as far as he can.
That’s right, KABLAM is expanding…
It’s the dream of Derek Adonis
Come in KABLAMia, summy KABLAMian
We mean YOU!
After finishing (heh), Adonis moves to the middle of the ring, posing with the
four women around him. As the song ends, he bellows out with it...
Adonis: "KABLAAAAAAAAAAAAM!"
Sharper: “Maybe not the kind of scenario Derek Adonis was hoping to find
himself in for Fatal Fortunes this year...”
Kayl: “It can't get any worse than that tag team Clockwork Orange House of Fun
Deathmatch he got drawn into last time, and at least Kim isn't a tag partner
that wants to kill him! ...I think.”
“Heart of A Lion” by Kid Cudi echoes throughout the arena. With clips of his
early years in SCW and obtaining accolades in Japan playing on the big screen,
the cameras zoom to the top of the stage, where Damon Cage steps out from
behind the curtain, carrying a bottle of water. The fans in Saitama roar for a
man whose work they've become quite familiar with, drawing a brief smile of
acknowledgment from him.
Damon reaches the ring, and downs some water before throwing his head back and
his fists into the air, as he spits out the water, earning an even louder and
more positive reaction from the crowd. He dumps the rest of the water onto his
head and face, before beating his chest and roaring. Damon then runs and slides
into the ring under the bottom rope, where he goes into one of the unoccupied
corners and waits for the match to begin.
Kayl: “Damon Cage back in the land of the rising sun where he's cut his teeth
for the past several years!”
Sharper: “Some people may be surprised that he's a part of this, but we can
confirm Damon wasn't willing to just wait until he got the United States Title
shot he won back in KABLAMia, and I can't blame him for wanting to further
showcase how far he's come and why whoever walks out of Fatal Fortunes as U.S.
Champion might want to take notice.”
We see Derek step away from his corner—and Kim—to smile at Damon as he spreads
his arms and lets out a hearty “KABLAM!” Damon nods, perhaps a brief thanks for
Derek's event a while back helping him to get back to this point, but that's
about as far as it goes. “Off To War” by Behemoth plays over the sound system
with the lights being dark as Derek's eyes suddenly go wide, as do both
Hollywood brothers, while Kim just cracks a smile. Ginny Raab, Ludvig Eriksson,
and Dakon Theron, walk out from the back. All three wave their flags as the
crowd boos. The lights go out again as the trio walks down to the ring with
their flags, with Dakon taking the lead as he and Ludvig look quite disgusted
right now.
Sharper: “Just like with Hollywood, only one member of the European Fiery
Nation was drawn for this match to be Damon Cage's partner and we can confirm
it's Dakon Theron.”
Kayl: “Well, it's a tag match at least! Just not exactly the kind of tag match
they'd have preferred.”
Sharper: “Dakon and Ludvig have long been vocal about their disdain for Fatal
Fortunes because the random draws often force them to wrestle beyond teaming
with each other.”
Kayl: “Like it or not, they're SCW wrestlers and if they've got such a problem
with meeting contractual obligations, maybe somebody can just show them the
door!”
Theron and Eriksson hand off their flags to Ginny, who takes them and starts
heading to the back. They take one look at everybody in the ring before briefly
locking eyes with Damon, Dakon's partner for this match. Damon just steps out
onto the apron as if he doesn't want to be involved in however this match
starts, and that's all the confirmation the EFN duo need to rush the ring!
Referee Steve Hollinsworth moves out of the way as both Hollywood brothers bail
from the ring. Adonis tries to hide behind Kim, who is all too happy to throw
herself into a fistfight with Ludvig as Dakon moves around her to start beating
on Adonis in the corner! Adonis sinks down to a seated position as Dakon
hammers away while Kim and Ludvig's brawl ends up causing them both to tumble
through the ropes and out to the floor in front of the announce table! Dakon
turns towards Hollinsworth, almost as if to ask why the bell hasn't rung yet,
and Ethan Cross catches him in the side of the head with a rolling elbow! Dakon
hits the mat and rolls out to the floor as Chris Hollywood climbs up onto the
apron and cheers like he was the one who actually did something. Cross turns
his attention towards Derek, unaware that the bell still hasn't rung to
officially start this match, and that's because Damon Cage has slipped into the
ring and grabs Cross from behind in a rear waistlock before taking him over
with a german suplex! Cross rolls out to the floor as Chris starts to step into
the ring, but after meeting Damon's gaze he thinks better of it and steps back
onto the apron, motioning for Damon to get the slow-rising Adonis in the corner
as Hollinsworth finally signals for the bell.
Sharper: “It didn't take long at all for all hell to break loose in this one,
but this match is finally officially underway. Remember: only two competitors
can be active at any given time, but you can also tag anyone in and out of this
match, not just your own partner.”
Kayl: “With all the combustible elements in this match, I don't think anyone's
surprised this one broke down so quickly. Heck, Kim's still brawling with
Ludvig right out here in front of us!”
There’s a brief change in camera angles to focus on Kim and Ludvig as they keep
brawling on the floor, just as Kayl said. Ludvig manages to get the upper hand
and knocks Kim into the timekeeper’s area with a european uppercut. Back in the
ring, Damon boots Adonis in the gut a few times before he irish whips him
across the ring, where Adonis hits the opposite corner backfirst. Damon charges
in right behind him and connects with a corner lariat! Adonis slumps into a
seated position again as Damon starts backing up along the ropes, measuring
Derek for something, but Chris reaches over the top rope and tags himself in!
Damon turns to look at Chris, clearly unamused, but Ryan grabs Damon by the
ankle and pulls him out of the ring! Chris then scurries into the ring and runs
into a corner basement dropkick on Adonis! He rolls Adonis out of the corner
and goes for the pin.
1!
The count is interrupted as Dakon reaches into the ring and grabs Chris by the
ankle, pulling him off the cover and out of the ring!
Sharper: “There’s so much going on right now that it’s hard to keep up,
especially with people out here who aren’t even a part of the match.”
Kayl: “When Fatal Fortunes promises chaos, you better believe it delivers!
Heads up!”
Kayl’s declaration comes just in time as Ludvig goes to help Dakon beat down on
Chris, but he’s suddenly caught in the side of the head by a steel chair that
Kim threw from the timekeeper’s area! Ludvig goes down as we see Ryan try to
throw Damon into the barricade on the other side of the ring, but Damon
reverses it and throws Ryan against it instead! As Damon turns, Cross suddenly
catches him in the face with a big boot that knocks him against the barricade
as well! On the other side of the ring, Dakon is clubbing away on Chris before
he plants him out on the floor with a DDT! As Dakon starts to get up, Kim suddenly
charges full steam at him and clobbers him with the ring bell to his face! Kim
just laughs as the fans roar before she gets really close up into the nearest
camera.
Kim: “Hope you’re watching, CHBKLMNOP, because the fun’s only just getting
started!”
Kim grabs Chris and throws him into the ring before she hops up onto the apron
just as Adonis finally starts to get his bearings. He looks at Kim almost in
fear, but she eagerly begs for him to tag her in as he crawls as fast as he can
towards their corner. Cross slides into the ring and grabs Chris before
dragging him over to their corner and stepping onto the apron just so he can
tag himself in just as Derek tags Kim! The both of them enter the ring to
immense fan intrigue as Kim rushes the newcomer with the ring bell, but Cross
ducks and Kim ends up blasting Chris in the face with the ring bell instead!
She just laughs and turns only for Cross to boot her in the gut, forcing her to
drop the ring bell, before he hooks her. He eyes the ring bell with disgust before
he kicks it out of the ring and plants Kim with a uranage! Kim arches her back
in pain as Cross goes for a cover.

2!
Damon Cage pulls himself onto the apron during the count and slingshots himself
over the top rope into an elbow drop across the back of Ethan’s neck to break
up the count!
Kayl: “Cross managing to get the upper hand on Kim for a moment there at the
cost of his own partner, but the inherent chaos of this match just gives no one
any room to breathe!”
Sharper: “I’ve heard that Cross isn’t a big fan of the very scenario he got
drawn into here tonight for his debut match, but that would only make it all
the more impressive if he’s able to navigate a way to victory.”
Kayl: “Welcome to SCW, pal!”
Cross starts to get up, glaring at Damon even as he steps out onto the apron
and heads back to his corner, as if to remind everyone that there is a tag
match within this chaos. Cross turns his attention back to Kim and hauls her up
to her feet before he throws her with an exploder suplex that causes her to
crash right into the turnbuckles in the very corner Damon just settled into!
Damon looks down at Kim laying in a heap before looking up at Cross, who almost
wants him to tag in so they can do this properly. Damon reaches for the tag,
but Dakon suddenly hops up onto the apron and reaches over to tag Kim himself!
Damon just glances at him, but Dakon steps into the ring and rushes Cross with
a clothesline, but Cross ducks it and boots him in the gut before hooking him
for a vertical suplex, stalling with it as the crowd cheers the impressive
display of power!
Sharper: “Not the matchup Cross wanted out of this, but he’s still using it to
put on a very impressive display all the same!
As Cross stares down Damon, almost daring him to come in and save his partner,
Chris suddenly pulls himself back onto the apron and reaches over to tag
himself in! Cross turns to look at his partner, annoyed, but Chris has already
climbed to the top turnbuckle and leaps off for a suplex/diving crossbody
combination! Chris hooks the leg for the cover.
1!
2!
Dakon gets a shoulder up! Chris, however, throws his arms up as though he’d
gotten the three count, celebrating prematurely. Cross spins him around and
points down at Dakon, demanding that this match isn’t over and that Chris stay
on Dakon. The two of them actually get into a brief argument over this before
Cross just huffs and goes to return to the apron. Chris shrugs and goes to grab
Dakon, only to be stunned by a european uppercut! Chris staggers around and Dakon
grabs him from behind before taking him over in a bridging german suplex!
1!
2!
Cross climbs back into the ring and stomps on Dakon’s midsection to break up
the pin! He just looks down at both Dakon and Chris and shakes his head before
he turns to see Damon Cage come in from out of nowhere to catch him with the
Feeling Free!
Sharper: “Dakon and Chris trading pin attempts as Damon and Ethan keep this
match going and exchange some shots of their own.”
Kayl: “Meanwhile, I have no idea where Kim’s disappeared to, but I know what
Adonis is doing!”
The camera briefly cuts to Derek Adonis out on the floor near the announce
table, being tended to by the KABLAMia Tourism Board. We cut back into the ring
where Damon returns to his team’s corner, only to suddenly eat a running big
boot from Ryan Hollywood that knocks him off the apron! Ryan nods to himself
before he turns just in time to eat a european uppercut from Dakon that knocks
him through the ropes. He starts to pull himself up, only to be spun around by
Ludvig who drops him on the apron with a cutter! Ryan rolls off the apron onto
a table we now realize Ludvig had set up, and Ludvig starts to climb to the top
turnbuckle. Dakon grabs Chris and hooks him for the Blade Driver, but Chris
manages to twist into a schoolboy pin!
1!
2!
Dakon kicks out! Ludvig gets distracted just enough that he doesn’t see Kim hop
up onto the apron with a water pistol in hand as she squirts something in his
eyes, and judging by Ludvig’s reaction, whatever it is he just got shot with
burns like crazy!
Sharper: “Is that a squirt gun?”
Kayl: “Filled with what I’m pretty sure is some kind of hot sauce judging by
the smell!”
Ludvig slips from the turnbuckles, trying to clear his vision, and Kim catches
him with Morrigan’s Wrath! Ludvig falls to the apron and rolls onto the table
as well, right on top of Ryan. Kim grins at this sight as Dakon, back in the
ring, angrily kicks Chris in the gut and violently powerbombs him into the mat!
Before he can follow up, he sees Kim and rushes her, but she squirts the hot
sauce into his eyes as well to stun him! She motions to Adonis, whose eyes
widen as he sees the opening, and he runs as fast as he can to climb onto the
apron and tag Dakon to bring himself into the match as Kim pulls Dakon out
through the ropes and onto the pile of bodies laying on the table. Unbeknownst
to either of them, Chris has managed to roll back over to his corner and tags
Cross back in while Kim hops off the apron to dig around under the ring.
Sharper: “I don’t know if Kim’s trying to help set Adonis up by taking out
everybody else, or if she’s just trying to do something to prove she should get
an Underground Title opportunity sooner rather than later.”
Kayl: “It could be both, but I don’t think a relatively fresh Ethan Cross is
who Derek was hoping to find waiting for him!”
After a moment, Kim manages to pull what looks like a sheet of cardboard with
barbed wire glued to it out from under the ring! The fans can’t help but cheer
for this as she treats it like the top bun of a sandwich, sticking the barbed
wire side onto Dakon’s back as he growls in pain. Derek meets Cross in the
center of the ring and manages to get the upper hand with some punches, the
fans chanting “KABLAM!” on each one he lands. Kim climbs to the top turnbuckle,
cheering Adonis on as he hooks Cross for a brainbuster and lifts him up,
stalling for a moment. Kim grins at this before she positions herself to leap
off the top and drive herself, Dakon, Ludvig and Ryan Hollywood through the
table and the barbed wire board with the Chaos Theory! As the fans are going
nuts over this, however, Cross manages to shift his body weight and fall behind
Adonis before planting him with the Dead Reckoning!
Sharper: “Kim just wiped out not only Dakon, but the two other men out here who
weren’t even in this match!”
Kayl: “And by taking herself out, she may not be able to save Adonis!”
Cross slowly hauls Adonis to his feet, setting him up for the Last Measure.
Before he can spin Adonis out into it, though, Chris tags himself back in!
Cross just turns to stare at him as Chris steps into the ring, motioning for
Cross to drop Adonis so he can perform the final move and score the win. Cross
shoves Adonis away before he shoves Chris into the corner, the two of them
starting to get into an argument as Chris insists on being the one to score the
fall while Cross is certain he would’ve had this match won if Chris just left
him be. As they’re arguing, though, they don’t notice Adonis charging in until
he squashes both of them in the corner with the Kablam! Cross falls to the mat
and rolls out to the floor while Chris staggers around, clearly hurt. Adonis,
seeing his chance, goes to climb to the nearest top turnbuckle, but once he
gets up there, Damon Cage hops up onto the apron and tags himself in! He climbs
into the ring and grabs Chris before irish whipping him hard into that same
corner, causing Derek to land in a very uncomfortable position! As Derek groans
in agony and the KABLAMia Tourism Board all begin freaking out, Chris stumbles
out of the corner and right into the Uncaged! Damon goes for the cover, hooking
the leg.

Referee Steve Hollinsworth calls for the bell as “Heart of A Lion” by Kid Cudi
hits the speakers again, the fans roaring. Cage gets back to his feet and
Hollinsworth raises his arm in victory, and he can’t help but smile to himself
at the sound of the Japanese fans approving of his win.
Phillips: “Here are your winners… Dakon Theron and Damon Cage!”
Sharper: “What a wild, chaotic, messy match, but ultimately, it’s Damon Cage
standing tall at the end of it and making a statement for his impending United
States Championship shot while also helping to secure a win for Dakon that the
European Fiery Nation might enjoy.”
Kayl: “Certainly not the debut Ethan Cross would’ve wanted, but that’s the risk
that comes with Fatal Fortunes, and there’s still so much more chaos left to
see unfold!”
The camera pans around the ring at all the carnage that unfolded, from Kim,
Ryan and the EFN all lying in a pile of rubble out on the floor to Derek’s
girls slowly helping him down from the top turnbuckle and trying to make him
forget about the pain he just endured. We also see Cross pull himself up on the
floor and lock eyes with Cage, looking frustrated at how everything played out
as Damon continues to celebrate the win he just scored for himself and Dakon.

Breakdown
returns as we see Angelica Jones meeting Kimberly Williams as she walks down
one of the hallways.
Kim: “Pfft…what
was that? I could’ve done much more damage.”
Angelica:
“Kim…it’s-“
Kim: “Should’ve
been an Underground Championship shot. Now that would’ve been REALLY chaotic.”
Angelica:
“Don’t tell me you’re upset-“
Kim: “Oh
no, not upset. I had fun. That was great. But now…the chaos is done. Too early.
I can do so much more damage. And I want the Underground Championship.”
Angelica:
“Okay…but we should listen to that recording. I don’t think it’s going to be
that easy-“
Kim: “Probably
fake. It’s Ravyn. Can’t trust her. You want to listen to it. Go nuts. Just help
me get my Underground Title shot…because if I get bored?”
Kim
shrugs and skips off. Angelica stops and sighs as we cut away.
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing singles match.
A long
church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights
go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the
intensity of the crowd’s roar.
“Never
send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
The few
opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull
before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila
Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

A
singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of
a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars
of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

The
curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him
before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes
from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing
up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp and throws his arm up
into the air. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring.

Xander
leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope
and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again,
getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite side and repeats to garner the
same response. He hops down from the rope, and jogs into place, waiting for the
bell.
Sharper:
“That is one upset man. We know he’s been cleared tonight. A lot of questions
about Shattered Reality Night Two. Enigma managing to outlast him before Selena
Frost gave him a conchairto. Trying to concuss him. But then Xander came out on
Night Two and ensured he and Selena would win and as a team.”
Kayl:
“And now tonight, he’s in singles action and who would want to step up against
him? Who would want to deal with him after he’s had weeks to stew about
everything.”
The
arena falls into a deep, anticipatory hush as the lights abruptly dim, plunging
the crowd into darkness. The air is thick with anticipation, and suddenly, the
ominous beats of "Praise" by Zhu, Banks, and Bludnymph pulse through
the speakers, filling the arena with an eerie energy. The voice of BANKS echoes
through the space, setting a haunting tone:
"I built me up high, a building so high, you know. Up where the birds fly,
it was a long time ago."
The tension is palpable as a single spotlight slices through the darkness,
casting an intense beam onto the entrance ramp. The crowd holds its breath as
the silhouette of her figure begins to emerge, shrouded in an aura of menace
and mystery. Dressed in a breathtaking ensemble of black and gold, Ryan
LeCavalier outfit shimmers with an almost ethereal glow, reflecting her
dominance and superiority.
Sharper:
“She’s back!”
As she steps into the light, the chorus surges, magnifying her grand entrance
and asserting her control:
"I got the view from the stars, baby, stars, baby. You look up at me like
a god, baby, god, baby."
With a deliberate, measured pace, she strides down the ramp, each step
resounding with authority and command. Her hair cascades behind her, catching
the light and adding a dramatic flair to her entrance. Her gaze is sharp and
unyielding, scanning the crowd with a mix of disdain and amusement, daring them
to challenge her.
Suddenly, pyrotechnics explode around her, their bursts of light and smoke
accentuating her every movement. The strobe-like flashes create a stark
contrast between light and shadow, emphasizing her formidable presence. The
chorus of "Praise" swells dramatically, enveloping the arena in a
pulsating rhythm:
"This is how I got name, this is how I got my fame. You and me are not the
same, this is why you give me praise."
As she nears the ring, she pauses, her eyes locking onto the spectators at
ringside. She smirks, exuding an aura of disdain and arrogance, relishing in
their fear and respect. With a contemptuous glance, she continues her march
toward the ring, her every move a testament to her dominance and control.
Phillips:
“His opponent, from Los Angeles, California, she is The Lost Monarch, Ryan
LeCavalier!”
Ascending the ring steps with an almost ritualistic grace, she pauses at the
top, surveying the arena with a look of disdainful triumph. With a flourish,
she steps through the ropes, her entrance complete. Raising her arms in a
gesture of defiance and power, she locks eyes with her opponent, the tension
between them electric.
The music crescendos to a thunderous climax, and the crowd erupts into a
cacophony of boos and jeers, their voices a testament to her impact and infamy.
She stands ready in the center of the ring, her presence alone a declaration of
her readiness for the fight ahead.
As the final notes of "Praise" fade into the night, the echoes of the
chorus linger in the air, a haunting reminder of her dominance and control:
"Give me (Praise), Give me (Praise)."
And with that, the stage is set, the battle lines drawn, and the arena braces
itself for the match that's about to take place.
Sharper:
“Last year, she faced Selena Frost in an ironman match. Tonight, she faces
Xander Valentine.”
Kayl:
“And you don’t think Xander’s made that connection. What about the connection
to the Fall of Man? William Heaven isn’t here.”
Sharper:
“And we heard that James Evans isn’t here either. So what is going through Ryan
LeCavalier’s mind?”
The
bell sounds as Ryan then steps up as Xander does too, but Ryan then catches
Xander with a hard right and then another and another and another. Xander
shoves her back. She rolls back. The crowd roars as she pops back up and steps
up and Xander boots her in the face. Ryan falls back and through the ropes.
Xander storms over to the ropes and steps through. The crowd roars.(1) He drops
down and grabs Ryan and headbutts her. She falls to the floor. (2) She gets
back up and Xander grabs her and drags up. He then grabs her, but Ryan grabs
his arm and twists under and hits a kick to the ribs. (3) She then rolls into
the ring. Xander turns and grabs at the ropes to get in, but Ryan runs across
the ring, bouncing off and hitting a dropkick through the ropes, knocking him
back. (4) She then rolls back and walks around the ring as Xander slowly gets
up on the floor. (5)
Sharper:
“And Xander knocked down. Ryan LeCavalier just as aggressive as Xander
Valentine!”
Kayl:
“Not what Xander expected and Xander is coming to realize what he’s in for.”
Sharper:
“Taking his time while Ryan waits in the ring.”
Ryan
paces as Xander walks over to the ring. (6) He then grabs the ropes and pulls
himself up. Ryan runs over and dropkicks him back down. Xander lands on his
feet. The official tells Ryan to get back up and Xander slides in. He then pops
up and Ryan steps up only for Xander to crack her in the face with a boot. The
crowd ohs. Ryan rolls over and gets back up and Xander scoops her up onto his
shoulder. He turns and hits a snake eyes before running into the ropes,
bouncing off and clotheslining her down. He turns back and goes for the pin.

Ryan
kicks out. Xander then grabs her by the hair. He drags her up and runs her face
first into the nearby top turnbuckle. She turns around and Xander hits a back
elbow and then another and another.
Sharper:
“Xander now doing what he does. He just beats on you. Bludgeons you with his
strikes.”
Kayl:
“Ryan feeling like she’s been run over again. This time by a Mack truck that’s
named Xander!”
Xander
whips Ryan across the ring into the opposite corner. He runs after and Xander
gets a boot up. Xander staggers and Ryan steps up and hits a roundhouse kick to
the head. Xander drop to the mat. She moves to the corner, climbing up to the
middle turnbuckle before diving off with the Lumiere d’Arc. The crowd ohs and
the Japanese crowd awes before Ryan hooks the leg.

pushes her off. She gets up and hits a knee drop before getting up and driving
her knee into the side of Xander again. Xander rolls over and Ryan knees him a
third time before he shoves her away. She stops at the ropes. Xander gets up
and Ryna jumps up and hits a high-angle dropkick. Xander stumbles back to the
corner. Ryan then walks over and steps up and wraps her legs around Xander
before locking in a figure four headlock on the top rope!
Sharper:
“And LeCavalier – we know of her technical prowess.”
Kayl:
“This isn’t just that. She’s trying to use the ropes to choke Xander out. And
everyone can be choked out!”

fights out and manages to get out of the hold before then kneeing Ryan in the
face. She drops down to the apron. She starts to get up and pulls herself to
her feet only for Xander to grab her by the throat. He then hoists her up and
turns and hits a chokeslam from the apron into the middle of the ring. The
crowd roars. Xander walks around the ring, hitting the ropes, bouncing off and
hitting a running elbow drop. Xander goes for the lateral press.

LeCavalier
gets the shoulder up. Xander looks down. He grabs Ryan, dragging her up. He
then whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Xander catches her in a
bearhug. He swings her around a bit before swinging her down into a bearhug
slam.
Sharper:
“Just manhandling Ryan LeCavalier. Xander Valentine makes virtually anyone on
this roster look small.”
Kayl: “And
LeCavalier has to get back to being crafty to have a chance here.”
Ryan
rolls over and Xander hooks her leg.

kicks out. Both get up and Ryan hits the ropes, bouncing off and hitting Xander
with a knee lift. He staggers and he then runs past him and jumps to the middle
rope before hitting the Relativisme to the back of the head. Xander drops down
to the mat. Ryan crawls over and grabs him and hits an Oklahoma roll.

Xander
kicks out again. Both get up and Ryan grabs him from behind. She sets up for
the German suplex, but Xander blocks it. She then moves to grabs the arms and
goes for the BODY/PRISON. The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“Ryan going for the arm. Going for the BODY/PRISON!”
Kayl:
“Trying to get that big man down! Get him down and make him tap!”
Ryan
LeCavalier keeps trying to pull Xander down, but Xander keeps fighting before
turning and managing to lift her up and hits a hip throw. Ryan rolls through
and to her side. Xander shakes out his arm and walks over to Ryan LeCavalier
grabbing her. As he does, the crowd roars and boos even come from the crowd as
we see Selena Frost running down from the back. She slides into the ring. She
then lunges and nails Xander with the Glass Shard. Xander is laid out as the
bell sounds. Ryan falls to a knee and then turns and looks at Selena. Selena
looks at her only for a moment before turning to Xander.
Selena:
“I’ll keep doing this! I’ll keep doing this until you don’t get up!”
Selena
looks at Xander as the crowd boos.
Sharper:
“Selena Frost from the back! Assaulting Xander Valentine again! This time with the
Glass Shard!”
Kayl: “Another
shot to the head. And look at that look Ryan LeCavalier has of Selena!”
Selena
turns back to Ryan as Ryan continues to just glare at her. The crowd boos as
Selena exits the ring. She then starts to walk to the back. Xander remains down
in the middle of the ring as the scene cuts away.

Ravyn
Taylor is seen talking to Syren backstage, the camera recording from a distance.
Ravyn: “You
sure?”
Syren: “I’m
going to trust you. If you think this is the right thing to do-“
Ravyn: “Not
necessarily for you. But in general. I know you’re focused on the World Title.
Timing isn’t great.”
Syren
pauses.
Syren: “You
know Lexy is going to go nuts.”
Ravyn: “If
my instincts are right, based on the research I’ve done, her type of planning may
come in handy. But…”
Syren: “Again,
if you think you’re right….”
Ravyn: “Okay….”
Syren
nods.
Ravyn: “Have
you heard of your drawing?”
Syren: “Nothing
yet. But I’m ready.”
Syren
nods as Ravyn hugs her wife and the scene cuts away.
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing fatal four way match,
before the wheel returns and we see a strap match come up on the screen.
A coin
can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, which is when an
open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall
grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into
the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words
are heard, Polly steps out from the back wearing a black skirt and matching
black halter top, wheeling out a small black wagon with her right hand. A
camera by the stage catches a glimpse of still photos inside the wagon, clearly
taken by an instant camera. A picture of her reaction after what went down at
Rise to Greatness is the photo that garnishes the camera’s attention.
Polly stops and stands at the forefront of the stage. She looks up at the tron
to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly
admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches
the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each
side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green
eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring. The crowd has an
aura of uncertainty as they all watch her go.
No smile comes to Polly's face as her unmistakable green eyes are just locked
on the ring in front of her. As she arrives at the ring apron, she places her
left hand into the left pocket of the black skirt she has on and pulls out a
gray stone that has a black dot that appears to have been drawn on it. She
looks very entranced by the stone. As her music comes back around to the second
chorus, she puts the stone back into her pocket and seals the skirt's velcro
pocket shut. Polly then goes to the steel ring steps, parks her small black
wagon, and then walks up the steps and gets into the ring. Once inside the ring
she stands right in the middle, closes her eyes, and just stands completely
still. She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the
ring to wait in. She crosses her arms in front of her and starts tapping her
left foot, looking now to the stage so she can look into the eyes of her
opponent.
Sharper: “I can only imagine how agitated Polly is right now. Lost the
Television Title to Just Some Loser at Shattered Reality, and I highly doubt
this is the kind of draw she would've preferred for Fatal Fortunes.”
Kayl: “Agitated is one word for it. Considering how much she's blaming CHBK for
holding her back in her mind, Polly's a ticking time bomb that's growing more
and more volatile by the day.”
Sharper:
“We did see someone gave her a note. She seemed happy. I don’t know if it was
this drawing or not.
The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into
darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The
crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior"
by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with
anticipation.
From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined
against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles
beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's
Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he
strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.
His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering
in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality.
Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains
resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his
destiny awaits.
As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo,
bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the
crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his
unwavering determination.
Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura
of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler
raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. Tonight,
he will leave everything in the ring, his spirit unbroken, his resolve
unyielding, as he prepares to face whatever challenges come his way.
Kayl: “I doubt this draw is going to make Polly any happier!”
Sharper: “Chris Lawler, a man who's had quite the rivalry with Polly over the
Television Title this past year, and a man you know couldn't have been happy to
find himself with nothing to do on either night of Shattered Reality.”
Kayl: “Chris and Polly are very similar in that regard. They both want to be
higher up on the ladder than they are, they both feel they deserve it... the
problem is, only one of them may get the chance to move up a rung tonight!”
“Ride The Lightning” by Metallica plays over the sound system as Oskar walks
through the curtain, holding up his Norwegian flag, wearing Norway flame
lightning bolt flag trousers with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to
his trousers, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind
him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans. He stands on
the ramp, using the lightning bolt signals.
He walks to the ring before sliding under the ropes before holding them open
for Ginny to get in, and he goes on the turnbuckle to do his lightning bolt
sign, with Ginny applauding Oskar before he puts himself in a corner. He holds
the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite
end of the corner of looking at his opponents, waiting for the match to begin.
Sharper: “Here's another man who had nothing to do at Shattered Reality, and he
got quite vocal leading up to tonight about it.”
Kayl: “Oskar's part of the European Fiery Nation but I'd forgive you if you
didn't know since he hasn't really competed or seemingly done a whole lot
lately, and this could be a perfect opportunity for him to make CHBK aware of
him and give him more opportunities!”
“I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe begins to play. Religious Wright steps out onto
the stage wearing a black robe and carrying his Holy Book in his right hand.
Along the way down the aisle he stops by some fans. He presses his hand to the
foreheads of some fans and shouts “BE HEALED IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Still
other fans he throws Holy Water at them and shouts “BE GONE FOUL DEMON FROM
THIS SERVANT IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Religious Wright then ascends the steel
steps and enters the ring. He steps to the center of the ring and holds up his
Holy Book and shouts “CAN I GET AN AMEN MY BROTHAS AND SISTAS OF THE LAWD?!”
Sharper: “Oh lord, Religious Wright is in this match.”
Kayl: “I'm surprised the Shinigami Foundation didn't stuff him in a bodybag
prior to the show.”
Sharper: “I'm sure Wright would love to score a huge win in the name of Gavin
Taylor and his 'campaign' or whatever he's calling it.”
Referees Steve Hollinsworth and Jennifer Cassidy both hold out straps, trying
to direct traffic to get everyone secured to get this match started. Wright
starts approaching a disgusted Polly, eager to be attached to her, but Polly
just smacks him across the face in refusal! Oskar grabs the strap out of
Jennifer Cassidy's hands and slides one end over his wrist before he starts
using the strap to whip Wright across the back! He then forces the other end
over Wright's wrist, leaving Polly forced to reluctantly let Hollinsworth use
the other strap to attach her and Lawler together.
Sharper: “I doubt Polly wanted to be attached to anybody, but those are the
rules of this match.”
Kayl: “Better Lawler than Wright, who I think is learning that Oskar doesn't
share Kemal's sentiments on the whole 'Make America Gavin Again' thing.”
Sharper: “Remember: the first person to touch all four corners will be declared
the winner.”
Kayl: “Hence why we've got two referees for this one. Good luck keeping track
of who's touched a corner in this chaos!”
Jennifer Cassidy steps out to the floor, moving around the ring to assist with
keeping track of who’s touched a corner as Steve Hollinsworth signals for the
bell. Almost immediately, Wright scrambles for the nearest corner and smacks
it, then tries to run for another corner, but Oskar pulls on their strap to stop
him, yanking him back into a rear waistlock before taking him over with a
german suplex! Both referees wave off Wright’s efforts, and Polly moves over to
start stomping away at Wright. Oskar shoves her aside so he can stomp away at
Wright himself, but Polly forearms him from behind! Lawler watches before
smacking the turnbuckle in the corner he’s standing in, then moves to an
adjacent corner and hits it as well to be halfway to victory. Polly, however,
realizes this and rushes, throwing herself at Lawler and driving him back into
the corner as the two of them begin trading blows.
Sharper: “Lawler playing it smart, trying to score the win while everyone else
was focused on dogpiling Wright, but Polly not letting him get too far.”
Kayl: “That’s the problem when you add more people to a match like this: get
too focused on one person, and another could steal the win from right under
your nose.”
Lawler manages to get the upper hand on Polly and shoves her off of him and out
of the corner, but Oskar just violently throws his whole body into Lawler and
crushes him against the turnbuckles! Lawler staggers out of the corner as
Jennifer Cassidy waves off his efforts, and Oskar grabs him and takes him over
with a northern lights suplex! He rolls through and starts trying to deadlift
Lawler into a vertical suplex, but Polly yanks on the strap connecting her to
Lawler and drags him away from Oskar before she catches him in the face with a
roundhouse kick! Oskar drops to the mat as Polly pulls Lawler up to his feet and
uses their strap to yank him into a short-arm clothesline.
Sharper: “Polly starting to take some control now in this match.”
Kayl: “With how badly she feels she needs this win, this might be the perfect
time to go for the corners!”
Polly moves to the nearest corner and smacks it, moving one step towards
victory. She heads to an adjacent corner and hits it as well, putting her at
two. As she starts to move towards corner number three, Wright suddenly begins
grabbing at her, using her legs to try and help pull himself back up as he
reaches out and hits the corner Polly just did, putting him at one. Polly,
however, looks enraged as she grabs Wright by the hair and violently throws him
to the mat before mounting him and trying to literally beat his face in! Steve
Hollinsworth waves off Wright’s efforts as Polly takes Wright’s strap and wraps
it around his neck, trying to choke him in a way almost reminiscent of a cobra
clutch. Wright flails around, reaching out and grabbing the ropes, but it does
him no good in this kind of match even as he tries to beg for one of the
referees to save him. Suddenly, Polly is yanked back, pulling Wright with her,
as Lawler yanks on his and Polly’s strap before he lifts them both up and
drives them into the mat with a massive spinebuster, with Polly being crushed
by Wright’s weight! Hollinsworth officially waves off Polly’s efforts at this
point.
Sharper: “Massive spinebuster by Lawler to take out both Polly and Wright!”
Kayl: “I doubt Polly appreciated that landing, but I doubt Lawler cares since
he’s got a clear path now!”
Lawler starts moving to the nearest corner and goes to hit it, but Oskar grabs
him in a rear waistlock. Lawler back elbows his way free to avoid the german
suplex attempt before he grabs a decent amount of his strap and just whips
Oskar across the ribs with it! Oskar drops to his knees, coughing and clutching
at his ribs, but Lawler just starts using the leather strap to violently whip
away at Oskar’s back, the fans cheering him on! Lawler hauls Oskar to his feet,
but Oskar manages to catch Lawler with a european uppercut! Lawler staggers
back as Oskar falls into the corner, but neither referee declares he’s got a
corner touched because Lawler almost immediately responds with a Blitz Kick
that floors him!
Sharper: “Lawler on a tear right now, destroying everyone in his path!”
Kayl: “This may be his match to lose now!”
Lawler smacks the corner before moving to an adjacent corner to hit it as well,
being halfway to victory. He moves to the third corner and hits it, only
needing one more to win. As he heads for this corner, however, the fans erupt
in a mixed reaction as Dante Slayton slides into the ring and blasts Lawler
from behind with the Quickening! Dante starts clubbing away at Lawler, who
starts brawling with him and fighting back. Religious Wright starts to come to
and sees this, scrambling for the nearest corner to try and start stealing this
victory, but David Striker slides into the ring and grabs him before spiking
him into the mat with the Equivalent Exchange! A quick cut to the stage reveals
Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont also running down, with Reno Dumont standing on the
stage watching everything.
Sharper: “The Shinigami Foundation, rushing the ring to get involved in this
match that has nothing to do with them!”
Kayl: “I think they’d disagree, Adam. They’ve got beef with just about
everybody in that ring right now!”
Lawler starts slowly getting the upper hand on Slayton, but when Pierce slides
into the ring he catches Lawler with the Rasengan in the side of the head!
Jennifer Cassidy out on the floor reluctantly waves off Lawler’s efforts as
Belmont also slides into the ring and boots a rising Oskar in the face. The
entire Foundation’s attention then turns to Religious Wright, who is dazed and
begging for his life, but this doesn’t stop Pierce from grabbing him as he and
Belmont deliver the Butcher’s Hook! Polly slowly starts to pull herself to her
feet and sees the Shinigami Foundation annihilating Wright. She looks furious
about this, but Striker locks eyes with her before directing traffic as the
Foundation moves Wright towards the center of the ring. Oskar suddenly manages
to springboard off the middle rope just enough despite the strap to catch
Striker with the Diamond Bolt Cutter! Slayton, Pierce and Belmont quickly swarm
him, but Oskar is fighting valiantly. After a moment, Polly makes her decision
as she moves to hit the first corner.
Sharper: “Polly seemingly the only one being spared from the Shinigami
Foundation’s wrath, and she’s taking advantage of it!”
Kayl: “You saw the hesitation for a moment there… you know she’d prefer to do
this on her own, but she also knows by now this is her chance and the
Foundation is just taking care of their own business!”
As Polly hits the first corner, the Foundation start to overwhelm Oskar before
grabbing both him and Wright and throwing them out of the ring under the bottom
rope. Pierce and Belmont follow as Slayton helps Striker up before they join
their comrades on the floor, with Oskar still trying to fight 1-on-2 against
Pierce and Belmont while Slayton and Striker just manhandle Wright, their strap
keeping them from being able to really try and make it back into the ring as
the fight starts moving up the rampway. As Polly moves to the second corner,
she doesn’t realize that Lawler’s recovered enough and is following behind her,
hitting the same corner that she did. Polly claims her second and moves to the
third, with Lawler following suit. Polly claims her third corner, but realizes
Lawler is not too far behind and whips him across the back with the strap!
Lawler, however, absorbs it as he rises and whips her in the side with the
strap, giving himself an opening to claim his third corner as well!
Sharper: “Polly and Lawler both only one corner away from victory now!”
Kayl: “And Oskar can’t fight his way back down to stop it because of both the
Foundation and Wright’s carcass!”
We briefly cut back to the ramp to see Oskar still trying to fight, but the
Shinigami Foundation are overwhelming him while still putting the boots to
Wright. In the ring, Polly and Lawler trade blows, both trying to move towards
the last remaining corner but stopping one another with all their strength.
Polly manages to boot Lawler in the gut before hooking him for the Polly Pop,
but Lawler backdrops his way out of it! He starts moving for the final corner,
but Polly wraps herself around the bottom rope like her life depends on it,
halting Lawler’s advance. Lawler goes to try and pry her off, but she suddenly
throws some dust from her skirt pocket right into his eyes! Lawler staggers
back as Polly lets go of the bottom rope, measuring Lawler before she rushes
him for Eat My Dust, but Lawler somehow manages to pick her out of the air in a
fireman’s carry before planting her with the Impact Driver! The fans are
roaring, especially as Lawler makes a final lunge and hits the last corner,
leading to Hollinsworth calling for the bell as "Warrior" by Imagine
Dragons hits the speakers again.
Phillips: “Here is your winner… Chris Lawler!”
Sharper: “A valiant effort from Polly here tonight, but Chris Lawler somehow
finding the will to power through both her and the interference of the
Shinigami Foundation!”
Kayl: “You know this is all going to tick Polly off even more, not to mention
the Foundation, but a much-needed win for Lawler to put him back in the
driver’s seat going forward!”
The Shinigami Foundation all turn their attention down to the ring as Jennifer
Cassidy removes the strap from Lawler’s wrist and Hollinsworth raises his arm in
victory as Polly rolls over to the corner, slowly recovering. Slayton moves to
rush the ring again, but Reno yells something to him that stops him in his
tracks. Reno gets a stomp in on Wright as Striker throws Oskar into the
barricade before looking towards Polly down in the ring, frustrated and worried
for her, as Lawler keeps his arm raised but eyes the group in case they decide
to try anything more against him.
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing “SCW Adrenaline
Championship.” The crowd roars before the wheel starts to spin again before
showing “Tag match.”
Kayl:
“A tag match for the SCW Adrenaline Championship?”
Sharper:
“Things are going to get complicated for Deanna Frost quickly!”
The
wheel then starts spinning one more time before then stopping on “House of Fun
match.” The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“When we return, the ring will be turned into a devilish playground. A tag
match for the SCW Adrenaline Championship?!”

The
chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing
a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED
screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs Deanna Frost,
taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side,
shouting to them in excitement. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. Returning
to the middle, Deanna gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the
'leaves' circling her below her feet. The SCW Adrenaline Championship is
around her waist.
Phillips: “The following contest is a tag team House of Fun match for the SCW
Adrenaline Championship! First, on her way to the ring, from Manhattan, New
York, the SCW Adrenaline Champion, Deanna Frost!”
Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with
one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the
'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her
way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches
the ring. Sliding under the ring, the redhead jumps to her feet, making
her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd.
She does the same to the other sides of the ring! On the last time, Deanna
hops back into the ring as the lights return to normal. The camera then gets a
good shot the ring where one half of the ring has two chainlink panels of the
steel cage up and chains extend from ringpost to ringpost with weapons
attached.
Sharper:
“Deanna Frost won the SCW Adrenaline Championship against Dexter Grant at
Shattered Reality. And immediately tonight has a unique defense.”
Kayl:
“Hope she’s ready for whatever is coming out. Who’s her partner?”
The
lights around the arena begin to flicker in red, white, and blue as
"Fortunate Son" by CCR starts to play over the arena. "All
Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the
ramp, flanked by his All-Star Security of Jack and Karl Barker. As he stands in
place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.
Sharper:
“Oh no…”
Phillips:
“Her partner, accompanied by her All-Star Secret Service, from Liberty,
Pennsylvania, he is the All-Star, Gavin Taylor!”
Some folks are born made to wave the flag
Hoo, they're red, white and blue
And when the band plays "Hail to the chief"
Ooh, they point the cannon at you, Lord
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no senator's son, son
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no furtunate one, no
Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger, shaking hands of the men,
kissing the hands of the women, and even patting a few kids on the head. He
smirks as he gets to the ring, pulling himself to the apron. He hangs out off
the ring while holding onto the top rope.
The song continues...
Some folks are born silver spoon in hand
Lord, don't they help themselves, Lord?
But when the taxman come to the door
Lord, the house lookin' like a rummage sale, yeah
Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the
opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off
his shoulders as he stretches his arms out.
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no millionaire's son, no, no
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate one, no
Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes and then goes over to Deanna. He
starts to talk to Deanna as Deanna just walks around the ring, away from him.
Sharper:
“Gavin Taylor now, after what we’ve heard, guess there’s no steal. And he could
be Adrenaline Champion after this!”
Kayl:
“You’re right. If it’s a tag match, I assume whoever gets the fall gets the win
and the title.”
Sharper:
“That’s exactly how it is. So there’s also competition between partners!”
All the
lights in the arena suddenly cut out, leaving the fans gasping and roaring in
surprise. After a moment, blue lighting overtakes the arena, almost making it
look like the entire place is underwater. On the stage, we can see what looks
like water raining down right in front of the entryway, a silhouette of a woman
visible behind it as she's flipping her hair and looks to be getting “dressed”
for battle. “Tongue Twister” then hits and after a few seconds, we see Gina
Glimmer (we assume) walk through the water, motioning as though she were
parting a curtain, sashaying in a way that draws all eyes to her hips as she
grins knowing full well what she's doing. Once she's fully visible she flaps
her arms at her sides almost like she's flying, and as she does we see a second
pair of arms flapping in the opposite motion appear from behind her, almost
making her look like one of those multi-armed Hindu gods. After a few flaps she
leans to one side as we see her twin Gia Glimmer (again, we assume) suddenly
appear from behind her and lean the opposite way, perfectly mirroring one
another. Both wear their SCW World Tag Team Championship belts.
Phillips:
“Their opponents, first, accompanied by Gina Glimmer, from Cirque du Sins, one
half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, Gia Glimmer!”
They
join hands and look as though they're about to break into a ballroom dance, but
Gina simply uses this to flip Gia over her back, and the moment she lands on
her feet in time with the bass dropping the lighting immediately changes to a
vibrant display of pinks and yellows. At this, the two begin to dance their way
down to the ring, again a perfect mirror of one another as their sensual
motions hypnotize the audience. The mirror routine breaks at a few points when
they stop dancing to briefly interact with fans, Gina scoffing at some guy not
worth her time in the front row desperately trying to get her number while Gia
teases potentially flashing her side of the crowd only to stick her tongue out
and tell them to “blame SCW” for the let down. Once they reach ringside they
dance their way over to the hard cam side of the ring before pulling themselves
onto the apron facing away from each other, where they press their butts
together and slowly rise as they stick their tongues out and suggestively lick
each finger, drawing excited cheers from all interested parties that clash with
the boos they're otherwise getting from those that either aren't interested in
them or see through the act. Once they're both fully upright, they mirror one
another again as they lean back against the ropes, pushing out their chests for
the fans' enjoyment before hooking their arms around the top rope and
backflipping into the ring in sync. Once they're back in the ring the lighting
returns to the underwater hues as they dance around the ring one more time,
mirroring one another again, before meeting in the middle of the ring as a
spotlight shines down on them. They sensually embrace, each lifting a leg up in
a way that makes it seem like they're trying to wrap it around the other's body
as they flip their hair before motioning for the camera to get a close-up of
them as they grin and wink to the fans at home. The lights then completely cut
out again for a brief moment before coming back on as normal, the Glimmer
Sisters separating and moving to their corner as they wait for the bell with a
hungry look in their eyes.
Sharper:
“So it’s Gia Glimmer in this match. Gina having won the Trios Tournament. So we
have seen the Glimmer Sisters with some personal success.”
Kayl:
“So which one is it? Both are in the ring!”
A rush
of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out.
The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and
Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of
flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp.
Phillips:
“And her partner, accompanied by Chris Hollywood, from Hollywood, this is Ryan
Hollywood!”
They
respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the
ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as
their music fades.
Sharper:
“Well a unique mish-mash. Hollywood and the Glimmers have faced one another,
but now they have to work together-
Kayl:
“Why bother? Treat this like a fatal four way. You get the pin. You get the
title. And it’s a House of Fun match. Gia, use Gina!”
The
official, Steve Hollinsworth looks around, before calling for the bell. The
bell sounds. Suddenly the lights in the arena go out completely as the sounds
of sirens and explosions going off slowly start to echo throughout the entire
arena for a few seconds, slowly and steadily building up into a crescendo as
the sounds of combat explodes into a powerful baseline as the video walls
explode into a video package of the former “One Man Crime Spree” as “Indestructible”
by Disturbed begins to play. Gavin turns to the entrance way as we see him next
to Chris Hollywood, hand out, seemingly trying to come up with a deal.
<Song>
Another mission, the powers have called me away
Another time to carry the colors again
My motivation, an oath I've sworn to defend
To win the honor of coming back home again
At that point the lights in the arena flare back to life as the “Blackheart”
Wil Pierce steps out onto the entrance way with a broad grin on his face before
a moment later as the man himself, Reno Dumont, comes walking out slowly onto
the entrance way, he points to the crowds to either side of the arena before he
suddenly throws his arms out to his sides and his head back as the crowds
explodes with a larger and louder pop.
Sharper: “We wondered what Reno Dumont may be doing. And it looks like he’s
just going to snatch this match from this situation.”
Kayl: “Fatal
Fortunes – he doesn’t care!”
Sharper:
“And Gavin Taylor just realized that he may have drawn something else. Dumont
came to collect!”
<Song>
No explanation will matter after we begin
Unlock the dark destroyer that's buried within
My true vocation, and now my unfortunate friend
You will discover a war you're unable to win
Reno then brings his hands up and forward into finger guns for a moment,
pointing at Gavin, before he “pulls the trigger.” He then steps forward as
Gavin turns to Karl and Jack. They run around the ring and run over to meet
Pierce and Reno but they run forward and drill each with clotheslines. The Japanese
crowd looks on as Gavin looks around. Reno then runs to the ring and rolls in.
Gavin rolls out of the ring and to the floor, falling over. Reno rolls over to
that side as Gavin runs to the barricade. He goes to climb over and falls over
before looking up as Reno stalks him, stepping over the barricade. He then
nails Gavin with a hard right. Gavin staggers through the crowd as Pierce stomps
Karl and Jack. We then cut to the ring where both Gina and Gia run at Deanna
and both nail her with a hard right. They then hammer away as Deanna falls into
the corner.
Sharper: “Pierce dealing with the ASSS. Reno nails Gavin again!”
Kayl: “While
the Glimmers, they know it. Two on one. And they can get away with it!”
Sharper:
“Isn’t Ryan Hollywood in there?”
Ryan looks
around as Chris Hollywood moves to him. Ryan then reveals a card in his hand,
one with Gavin’s face on it. We cut back to show Reno nailing Gavin with a hard
right. Chris and Ryan keep talking as Gia and Gina kick away on Deanna in the
corner. She covers up as the crowd looks on. Some boo, some cheer. Gavin tries
to get through the crowd, trying to literally walk through one of the rows, but
Reno grabs him and spins him around, nailing him with a hard right. He rolls
over and Gavin gets up and Reno blasts him again. Back in the ring, Gia, we
assume, grabs a kendo stick from the chains and looks around. She then looks as
Gina pulls Deanna up and drags her up, holding her arms. She drags Deanna forward.
Gia then swings and nails Deanna in the ribs. She grits her teeth and falls to
a knee. Gina, we assume, pulls her back up. Gia then looks at the stick and
lifts it up again, before Ryan, her partner, stops her.
Sharper:
“And Ryan Hollywood just stopped one of the Glimmers from attacking Deanna
Frost!”
Kayl: “Gavin
had some deal with him. Was working something out before Reno Dumont came in!”
We see
Dumont throwing Gavin into the seats. Gavin falls over and down. The Japanese crowd
looks on, many backing away as security keeps them back.
Sharper:
“But as you said, it’s also practically a four way!”
Ryan
pulls the kendo stick back and then spins it around and swings. Gia ducks. Gina
then catches it and hooks it under her arm. Ryan then looks around as Gia kicks
him in the ribs. Gia kicks him again and again. Gina drops the kendo stick and
runs over and grabs him too. The Glimmers work over Ryan. Chris runs around the
chainlink panel and rolls into the ring. He then runs over as Gia and Gina
throw Ryan into the chainlink panel. Ryan bounces off and falls over as Chris forearms
one Glimmer and then another before spinning around and going to clothesline
both. Just then, Deanna comes up behind who we assume is Gina and throws her
back with a release German suplex. Officials now appear in the entrance way to
stop Pierce from keeping Karl and Jack down. In the crowd, Reno drags Gavin up
and drags him around and then runs him over to the barricade by the entrance
and throws him into it. Gavin winces as he then looks up and Dumont runs over
and boots him in the face. Gavin goes up and over and lands on the concrete.
Sharper:
“And Gavin thrown over the barricade!”
Kayl: “Reno
is just wearing him out. He said he’d come and bring judgment. He is!”
Sharper:
“Deanna with the German suplex! One of the Glimmers is down.”
Kayl: “Is
it the legal one? Do we even know?!”
Chris
grabs the other Glimmer and runs them over to the corner. He forearms her in
the jaw once and then again and again before going to whip her across, but
Glimmer stops and somersaults through. Chris runs forward and Glimmer jumps up
and hits a frankensteiner, snapping Chris face first into the table hanging on
the chains. The table drops to the floor as Chris staggers back and falls to
the mat. The other Glimmer, we assume Gia, gets up and turns as Deanna grabs
her and spins her around and throws her into the steel chainlink. Gia falls
back and down to the mat. Deanna looks around as Ryan Hollywood starts to get
up, a cut opening on his face, from going into the steel. He looks up, almost
in tears, as he looks around before getting up. Deanna then grabs who we assume
is Gina and nails her with a hard right and then another and another. Gina
falls to a knee. She turns around as Ryan Hollywood hits a discus clothesline,
dropping Deanna.
Sharper:
“Oh! Ryan Hollywood with the clothesline!”
Kayl: “And
he’s busted open. Look at him. He’s almost in tears.”
Ryan
touches the cut on his forehead and looks at Deanna as she stirs and Ryan turns
to Gina who suddenly lunges and hits him with a superkick. Ryan goes down. We
then see Reno with Gavin against the stage. Gavin looks up as Reno hammers away
on him with shot after shot after shot. Gavin slinks down to the floor. Reno then
grabs him and drags him up. We cut back to the ring as we see Deanna rolling
over as Gina and Gia run over and stomp away on her again. The crowd looks as
Deanna covers up.
Sharper:
“This is turning into a beating. The Glimmer Sisters may be fan favourites
given their actions and free-spirits, but they also are ruthless when it comes
to their own benefit. They would love to be double champions!”
Kayl: “And
right now, it’s in their control!”
Sharper:
“And Reno Dumont is looking to maybe take Gavin out!”
Reno
drags Gavin up, yelling in his face before he hooks him up and hoists him up,
setting up for the Death Warrant. Just then, we see a balding man, wearing
glasses and a suit, running up from behind Dumont and nailing him in the back with
a chair. Dumont grimaces and drops Gavin. Gavin hits the concrete and rolls
over as Reno turns and look at the man. The man backs up, pleading before we
see officials running over and starting to step between Reno Dumont and the balding
man. The man backs up, looking around. We see Gavin crawling away as Reno turns
and goes back over to Gavin. He stomps him again before officials pull him
back. Reno Dumont seethes as Gavin rolls over. Back in the ring, we see Gina
and Gia Glimmer running at Ryan Hollywood and hitting the Asspocalypse. He goes
down. Gina and Gia look around before we see Gia, we assume, grabbing a steel
chair from the chains. She pulls it off before we see Xander Valentine, rubbing
his chin, storming to the ring.
Sharper:
“Oh my God! It’s Xander Valentine!”
Kayl: “Gavin
saved by SCW security. And now, Xander…no one to stop him!”
Xander
Valentine reaches the ring and pulls himself up. He then steps up and steps in.
Gina runs at Xander and Xander boots her in the face. Gina goes down. Gia then
turns and Xander punches the chair. Gia knocks the chair back and it bounces
off. Gia rolls over, having avoided contact. She starts to get up as Gina gets
up and Xander runs at her and clotheslines her up and over the top rope to the
floor. Gia steps forward, but Deanna grabs her, spins her around and then
hoists her up and hits the Checkmate. Xander stands at Deanna as Deanna covers
Gia.
Sharper:
“Xander eliminating Gina from the match. From getting involved. And Deanna!
Deanna hits the Checkmate!”
Kayl: “And
Xander standing over her. Helping Deanna?! The hatred of the Glimmers must be
that strong!”
1!
2!
3!
Deanna
rolls off and winces and rolls over. Xander then looks at her. Deanna glances
at Xander as Xander then turns and looks at Gia before turning to Gina.
Phillips:
“Here are your winners, via pinfall, Deanna Frost & Gavin Taylor. And still
SCW Adrenaline Champion, Deanna Frost!”
Sharper:
“And the Glimmers take their first loss in SCW! It took this chaos to do it!”
Kayl: “And
took Xander Valentine getting involved!”
Sharper:
“Selena superkicks Xander and Xander responds by costing Gia Glimmer and
helping Deanna Frost!”
Xander
steps through the ropes and drops down to the floor. Deanna slowly gets up, is
handed the Adrenaline Championship. She watches as Xander leaves as the scene
cuts away.
We then
open up to show Cid Turner with a notepad in front of him. He watches the
monitor in the backstage area and can be seen scratching out a few more names.
Sharper:
“And there you see Cid Turner who despite his general condition is expected to
compete. He’s been cleared. World Title will be on the line either tonight or
next week. The question is when and he looks to be keeping track.”
Kayl: “I
think I can see some of his notepad. He’s got a list of the entire roster.”
Sharper:
“That and much more to come and well…time to find out what’s next.”
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing singles match. It then
starts to spin again before showing “Sponsored by KABLAMia!” The crowd roars.
Kayl: “What
does that mean?”
Sharper:
“I don’t know, but KABLAMia has sponsored another match at Fatal Fortunes and
its next!”
The
scene fades out.
COMMERCIALS
Happy
music plays as we see a man walking into a room, smiling, before showing a
woman grabbing a cup of coffee and looking longingly while content. We then see
a dog running through a field of wildflowers before showing friends smiling and
laughing while gathered around a table in a personal residence. We then see a
man laughing with a woman, before showing a woman stepping outside of their
home, bending over, and picking up a package, looking forward, satisfactorily,
and confident. We then see a man taking a deep breath, wearing a suit, and
looking at themselves in a mirror, before turning and kissing their partner on
the cheek and leaving their apartment, grabbing a briefcase on the way. The
partner, presumably the man s wife, smiles, while cupping a cup of coffee in
her hands. She takes a sip as the scene goes opaque.
KABLAMOPRIL
talk to your doctor today to see if KABLAMOPRIL can help.
The
KABLAMOPRIL logo comes up on the screen, followed by the symbol for KABLAM
Labs.
We then
open up backstage where we see Gavin Taylor, exhausted, clearly in pain,
surrounded by his people.
Gavin: “Thank
you Mr. Black.”
The bald
man nods.
Gavin: “The
steal is real. You all saw it. I could’ve been the new US Adrenaline Champion
of the World but not only did Raging Reno stop it. Aloof Alex did nothing to
stop him. It’s all right there. 2026, the truth has come out. And now…I will
expose it all so we can Make America Gavin Again!”
Gavin
falls back, exhausted and in pain. The scene cuts away. We then cut to another
part of the backstage area where we see Reno Dumont, joined by Dante Slayton,
Wil Pierce, David Striker and Alex Belmont. Dean Black and other officials
stand with him.
Reno: “I’m
not going to be liar, Dean. I made that clear. I said I would come for his head
in Saitama…”
Black: “And
we told you that we had this event-“
Reno: “Well
then…be on high alert. Today, I gave him a taste. I will not rest until I put
him in a hospital bed just like he put my son. He will HANG for his crimes!”
Reno
stands right up in Dean Black’s face before he steps back and turns and walks
off. The Shinigami Foundation follows as we cut back to the ring.
“Victorious”
by Skillet begins playing as the lights dim a bit. Slowly, Amelia Nevado makes
her way onto the stage, putting herself front and center as she folds her hands
in front of her, looking like a proper young lady as she looks somewhat
solemnly down towards the ring. After a moment of this, La Pequeńa Luz skips
out from behind Amelia and stands beside her, giving her a pep talk before
planting a quick kiss on her cheek which brings a smile to Amelia’s face. The
two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia’s look
growing more determined and battle-ready as Luz continues her pep talk.
Phillips:
“The following contest is sponsored by KABLAMia and is scheduled for onefall
with a fifteen minute time limit. First, coming to the ring, accompanied by La
Pequena Luz, from Oxford, England, she is Amelia Nevado!”
Once
they reach ringside, Amelia pulls Luz into a brief but passionate kiss before
letting her go as she climbs the ring steps onto the apron, wiping her feet
before stepping through the ropes. As the song goes into the chorus, Amelia
gives a victorious fist pump to the delight of the fans as she takes a moment
to soak in the lyrics before removing her robe and mask and handing them off to
Luz on the outside, Luz taking the opportunity to give some last minute advice
and encouragement.
Sharper:
“Well this could be a unique bounce back opportunity for Amelia Nevado. Came up
just a tad short against Glory Braddock. Not the end to 2025 she wanted.”
Kayl:
“Still that step behind Braddock. Still that step behind that measuring stick
in her mind.”
Sharper:
“And you sometimes just want to get into the ring and go, but this…this could
be unique. I don’t know what to expect here.”
Kayl:
“Is that lube?”
Sharper:
“Yes…KABLAM Labs warming gel lubrication is, uh…available and some of KABLAM
Labs’s latest gadgets.”
Kayl:
“I don’t know if you’re helping them sell much Adam.”
All the
lights in the arena suddenly cut out, leaving the fans gasping and roaring in
Phillips:
“Their opponent, first, accompanied by Gia Glimmer, from Cirque du Sins, one
half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, Gina Glimmer!”
They
join hands and look as though they're about to break into a ballroom dance, but
Gina simply uses this to flip Gia over her back, and the moment she lands on
her feet in time with the bass dropping the lighting immediately changes to a
vibrant display of pinks and yellows.
Sharper:
“Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?”
Kayl:
“Where’s Gavin! This may be the steal!
Sharper:
“Match sponsored by KABLAMia and Gina Glimmer in this match. And look at that
smirk. This is her domain and she knows she’s got an edge and against an
opponent who is probably having some confidence issues too!”
The women on the cloud toss out small, travel-sized bottles of Derek Adonis Heavy
KABLAM Lubricant and folded up travel brochures to the crowd. Some of the
bottles are thrown into the ring, but just then, Amelia Nevado storms over to
who she thinks is Gina Glimmer, but it’s actually Gia. Gina then runs up behind
Nevado and rolls her up. The crowd roars as the bell sounds.

Derek
Adonis and his Tourism Board stop as they set him down and Amelia kicks out.
Amelia turns and drills Gina with a European uppercut. Gia steps up and the
official stops her as Amelia looks at her. Luz hops onto the apron. Gina crawls
over to one of the bottles of lube and grabs it as Amelia turns back and heads
over to Gina, but Gina turns and squirts the lube into the eyes of Amelia.
Sharper:
“And this has started. This is supposed to be well…”
Kayl:
“Whatever it was supposed to be, that’s gone. Amelia Nevado not in the mood for
it. She wants to rebound and Gina Glimmer just squirted some of KABLAM Labs’s
finest into her eyes.”
Amelia
turns and rubs her eyes, trying to get the lube out of her eyes as Gina runs
over and then squirts more all over Amelia. She then runs into the ropes
bouncing off and then runs at Amelia and hits a running dropkick to the head.
Amelia rolls over to the ropes as Luz heads around. Gia watches on the floor as
Gina then heads over to Amelia and pulls her up and hits a forearm shot before
backing up and hitting a shoot kick to the ribs and then another before then
starting to choke her with her boot.

Gina
backs up as Amelia falls through the ropes to the apron. She keeps rubbing her
eyes as Luz runs over with a bottle of water and starts to pour it into her
eyes. Amelia keeps trying to get it out as Luz keeps pouring the water. Gina
then grabs a bag on the apron, left by the KABLAMia Tourism Board. She starts
to look through it. Amelia starts to get up, waving Luz off.
Sharper:
“And Luz helping Amelia flush out her eyes.”
Kayl:
“Hopefully that was the water-based stuff!”
Sharper:
“While Gina Glimmer happy to be involved in this sponsorship. The Glimmer
Sisters and KABLAMia are in a synergistic relationship right now.”
Kayl: “You
see some of the pictures from Montreal? Wendell did earlier!”
Gina
heads over and holding a KABLAMia vibrator. She smirks and twists it before
turnig to Amelia.
Gina:
“Do you consent to my using this on you-“
Amelia
ignores her as Gina heads over and Amelia then grabs her and hits a European
uppercut. Gina falls back, dropping the toy. She gets up and Amelia enters as
Luz looks a bit stunned before Amelia hooks Gina up and hits a bridging Saito
suplex.

2!
Gina
kicks out. Both get up and Amelia then hooks Gina up again and then hits a side
belly to belly suplex. She then goes for the arm and pulls on it. Gina starts
to move her lower half, getting her feet to the bottom rope.

2!
Amelia
lets go and then Gina rolls to the apron. Amelia then turns and heads over and
Gina buries her shoulder into the ribs of Amelia. Amelia staggers back as Gina
flips into the ring over the top rope and then hits a spinning heel kick.
Sharper:
“And Amelia a bit more aggressive there. Gina, however, calmly countering.”
Kayl:
“And this is just turning into a standard match. I hope KABLAMia is willing to
look the other way!”
Gina
gets up as Amelia rolls over to her hands and knees and Gina flexes and hits a
split-legged leg drop to the back of Amelia’s head. She rolls over and rolls
Amelia over, covering her.
1!
2!
Amelia
kicks out. Gina rolls over and grabs Amelia, dragging her up. She then runs her
into the corner. Gina turns to Derek and apologizes before kicking Amelia in
the ribs once and then again before going to whip her across, but Amelia ducks
under and spins around Gina and grabs her in a waistlock, hitting a release
German suplex. Gina rolls over and to the ropes. She starts to roll to the
apron. Amelia runs over and grabs her as Gia starts to move closer. Amelia
drags Gina away from the ropes before then hooking up her head and neck and
hitting Cutting Ties. Gina winces in pain and Amelia hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Gina
kicks out.
Sharper:
“Nearfall as Amelia again, decisive. Clearly wanting to get this win. The
Cutting Ties gets two.”
Kayl:
“And Gina hasn’t had too many singles matches. Again, the Glimmers have been a
team.”
Gia
looks on as Amelia turns and grabs Gina. She pulls her up and forearms her in
the jaw once and then again before hitting a European uppercut. Gina staggers.
Amelia then whips her across the ring. Gina bounces off and Amelia hits a
clothesline. Gina rolls over and starts to get up, moving to the ropes. Amelia
then grabs Gina and pulls back on her top. Amelia falls back as Gina’s top rips,
revealing her black bra underneath. The crowd roars. Amelia turns, stunned
before Gina grabs her and pulls her back with a school boy.

3!
The
crowd roars as the bell sounds. Amelia looks up stunned as Gina rolls to the
floor. She then smiles.
Phillips:
“Here is your winner, via pinfall, Gina Glimmer!”
Sharper:
“And Amelia Nevado…oh no…Gina Glimmer’s top went.”
Kayl: “I
don’t think that was an accident. And instead of skill, Amelia gets beaten by
the tricks of the Glimmer Sisters!”
Sharper:
“That’s not going to be much solace!”
Gia Glimmer
holds Gina’s arm as Amelia looks down, trying to hold back her emotions. She
then looks around as Luz enters the ring. Derek Adonis looks on, showing some
concern for Amelia. Derek extends what looks like a party pack in a bag, but Sweet
Sangria shakes her head no as the scene cuts away.
Cameras
turn to the big screen over the entrance as we see a spinning wheel going round
and round and round before coming to a stop, revealing a singles match, before
then spinning one more time before then stopping on “Tables, Ladders &
Chairs match.” The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“And in our main event tonight, Tables, Ladders, and Chairs!”
Kayl:
“Who drew this chaos?”
Sharper:
“We’ll find out next!”
The
scene fades out.
COMMERCIALS
We open
up to see a shot of a briefcase hanging above the ring.
Phillips:
“Fans, the following contest is a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match and is your
main event of the evening!”
The
opening rifts to “You know my name” by Chris Cornell kicks in over the PA
system, the arena all jumping to their feet in unison. After a few moment, the
curtain parts, and Shaun Cruze steps through it, and onto the stage
Phillips: “First, currently on his way to the ring, hailing from Los Angeles,
California, he is the Impact Player, Shaun Cruze!”
Shaun steps forwards and to the top of the ramp, looking out over his adoring
fans, lifting his hands and applauding them as he also nods his gratitude. With
a final smile, he starts to walk down to the ring, high fiving with the fans at
ringside, and shaking hands. He passes a couple of ladders that have been set
up including some tables laying next to the barricade. He runs and slides under
the bottom rope. He walks to the middle of the ring, and holds out his arms,
the noise level absolutely off the chart. He then walks to his corner, and
turns, waiting for the start of the match.
Sharper:
“Talk about being thrown into the fire. He made his return, successfully, at
Shattered Reality and now to start 2026, he ends a TLC match and with an
unknown opponent!”
Kayl:
“At least he’s back in the main events. I’m sure that will make Clyde Sutter
happy!”
The
lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound akin to a heartbeat
plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer.
LEXY CHAPEL PRESENTS
The heartbeat gets faster before “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system.
After a few moments Syren comes through the curtain, accompanied by Lexy
Chapel. Syren pauses on the stage, looking out at the fans cheering, as Lexy
waves her arms, trying to get them to cheer even louder for her client.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY
Syren walks down the ramp, walking past the ladders as Lexy now notices them
before then snapping back into manager mode. She jumps up onto the apron before
climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans
fired up. As the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before
pointing out at the fans. The camera switches to Lexy who yells about her
client and the ‘Lexy Nation’ appreciating them.
Phillips: “Introducing, being accompanied by Lexy Chapel and representing LexyCorp
International, hailing from Los Angeles, California, this is SYREN!”
Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope, dropping to her knees in the
ring, posing with both her arms outstretched, palms facing up. Lexy rolls into
the ring and stands over her, pointing down at her client. She offers both her
hands to Syren, pulling her up. Syren takes off her ring jacket and hands that
to Lexy before taking back the title. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing
for a moment and then jumping back down and standing in her corner with Lexy,
as her music fades out. The Japanese crowd roars as Syren and Cruze look across
at one another.
Kayl:
“Well then!”
Sharper:
“This is a huge match. Syren and Shaun Cruze, TLC, here for Fatal Fortunes!”
Kayl:
“Think of the risk of injury. Syren said she’d be ready for anything. She looks
it now, but you can see some of Lexy’s concern.”
The
bell sounds. Syren looks up as does Cruze. At this point though, we then see
Lexy Chapel running over to the entrance way and grabbing one of the ladders
that have been set up and folds it up. She turns and slides it into the ring.
Syren then runs over to it, but Cruze steps on it. He then forearms her in the
jaw and then a chops her. He kicks her in the ribs and whips her into the
ropes. Syren bounces off and Cruze lifts her up and goes for a back drop. Syren
spins through and lands behind him. Cruze turns around and Syren forearms him
in the jaw once and then again and again before then hitting a dropkick. Cruze
falls through the ropes to the floor. Syren turns back to the ladder and lifts
it up. She extends the braces and then places it in the middle of the ring.
Syren then starts to climb up, but Cruze slides back in. He runs over and grabs
Syren by the leg and pulls her off. She lands on her feet and Cruze hits a
dropkick, knocking her down. Lexy moves around the ring.
Sharper:
“And Cruze back in. Syren looking to end it fast.”
Kayl:
“One way to avoid the worst!”
Sharper:
“Cruze takes down Syren. Lexy Chapel moving around the ring. Moving furniture.”
Lexy goes
over to one of the tables leaning against the barricade and glances back. She
shakes her head as Cruze glances at her. Syren starts to get up in the corner.
Cruze turns back to her and hits a back elbow. He then whips her across the
ring. Syren flips up and over to the apron. Cruze runs after and Syren blocks a
right hand and then forearms him before slingshotting into the ring with a
jawbreaker. Cruze staggers back. Lexy then picks up the table and lifts it up
and slides it into the ring. Syren looks at her. Lexy just backs up.
Lexy:
“What?! I’m making sure the match is what it is!”
Syren
shakes her head as she takes the table and places it up in the corner. She then
turns around and Cruze steps up and chops her. The crowd woos. He chops her
again. More woos. He then grabs her and spins her around, throwing her to the
apron.
Sharper:
“Cruze back up and Lexy Chapel still working around the ring.”
Kayl:
“And we still have the ladder up in the middle of the ring. Now a table!”
Cruze
then kicks her in the ribs. Syren holds on, hanging off the apron, grabbing the
middle rope. Shaun turns and starts to climb up the ladder. The crowd roars as
he goes up a few rungs. Syren then enters the ring and runs over and grabs
Cruze by the leg and pulls him down. He drops down and Syren kicks him in the
ribs. She jumps up for the Total Makeover, but Cruze shoves her off. She falls
to a knee. She then gets up and Cruze goes for the Morality. Syren ducks and
Cruze misses, moving into the corner. Syren then jumps to the middle rope and
jumps off with a back kick. Cruze falls to a knee.
Sharper:
“And quickly both trying to take the other out. Maybe knocking them out.”
Kayl:
“They can’t stop you if they’re unconscious. Both thinking the same thing. But
no dice. But Syren got a nice kick there. Right to the jaw.”
Syren
then grabs the ladder and folds it back up. She then turns and swings the end
of it into the ribs of Cruze. The crowd ohs. Syren lifts it up and throws it at
Cruze. Cruze goes down. Syren walks around the ring and drops down, rolling to
the floor. She then goes over to the barricade and grabs a steel chair. She
turns back and rolls back into the ring. She then unfolds it and places it next
to Cruze. Syren walks around the ring again before getting a bit of a run and
jumping off the seat of the chair into a leg lariat, knocking Cruze back down.
The crowd ohs.
Sharper:
“Syren throwing herself at Cruze, using the chair as a springboard.”
Kayl:
“And she’s thinking about doing it again. Just keep it on Cruze. Keep him down
and then just walk up and grab the briefcase.”
Syren
then walks around the ring again as Cruze starts to pull himself up and Syren
runs at the chair and jumps off of it, but Cruze takes the ladder that was next
to him and throws it into Syren. Syren hits the mat as the crowd ohs. Cruze
walks out and grabs the steel chair. He then folds it up as Syren starts to get
up and Cruze then turns and drives the edge of the chair into the ribs. Syren
bends over and Cruze lifts the chair up and slams it into the back of Syren.
Syren just drops to her hands and knees. Cruze looks down at her as the crowd
ohs from the impact of the chair. He then grabs Syren and starts to lift her up
before placing the chair against Syren’s back only to then scoop her up and
slam her down, driving her and the chair into the mat. Syren grimaces in pain
and rolls over.
Sharper:
“The chair with the added damage. Syren’s got a history of neck issues and I
don’t know if Cruze is targeting that.”
Kayl:
“I think he’s just trying to keep her down. Both Cruze and Syren are
competitors. And they both have integrity.”
Syren
rolls over as Cruze sees the table in the corner. He then grabs Syren and pulls
her up. He glances behind him and the chair down in the ring. He then hooks
Syren up and hits a snap suplex onto the chair. Syren rolls through in pain.
Syren then starts to get up and Cruze steps up and nails her with a hard right
and then another. Cruze then grabs her by the head and goes to run her to the
table. Syren stops herself. She turns around and Cruze runs at her and Syren
moves out of the way. She spins around as Cruze stops himself. Syren then runs
at him and jumps up and hits a leg lariat, driving Cruze through the table as
Syren rides him down. The crowd ohs. Syren rolls over and out of the broken
table and away from Cruze. We then see Chapel has set up a table at ringside
and she has a second ladder. She slides it onto the apron. She starts to get up
Syren’s attention.
Sharper:
“Syren getting out of the table. Chapel has been busy.”
Kayl:
“And you wonder if she’s trying to get ahead of it. Just being overzealous.
She’s trying to get Syren’s attention.”
Syren
crawls over to the ladder Chapel slid onto the apron. Syren grabs it and
unfolds it and places it in the middle of the ring. Chapel then grabs another
table and sets it up next to the ring as Syren starts to climb up the ladder.
The crowd looks on as she climbs up, step by step, before the crowd roars as
Cruze gets up. Lexy yells out to her and Syren turns and tries to kick at
Cruze, but Cruze blocks it and reaches up and clubs her in the back. He then
turns and steps under her. The crowd roars as Cruze then lifts her up and then
steps forward and hits a sitout powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Cruze falls back.
Sharper:
“And Cruze with a huge powerbomb. Syren planted.”
Kayl:
“And saving this match for the Impact Player.”
Cruze
rolls over and to the floor. He then grabs one of the tables Chapel had set up
and turns it over before folding the legs in. He then turns and lifts it up and
pushes it into the ring. He then rolls in and gets up and takes the table and
sets it up in the ring. Cruze then turns as Syren crawls to the corner. Cruze
kicks her in the ribs once and then again and again before he grabs the second
ladder. He looks at it and then turns and runs and spears it into Syren. Syren
drops down to the mat. The crowd ohs. Cruze looks around and then grabs Syren.
Chapel looks on, concerned, as Cruze drags Syren over and places her on the
table he brought in. He then clubs her a couple of times before exiting to the
apron. The crowd roars as he climbs up to the top rope. Cruze looks over at
Syren. Chapel yells at Syren to get up and Cruze steadies himself. He then
dives off with a swanton bomb, but Syren rolls off and out of the way. Cruze
goes through the table. The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“Cruze went big! No one home. Through the table!”
Kayl:
“And Syren just got herself a huge opening!”
Syren
rolls over as she looks around. Cruze remains down in the table. Syren then
crawls over to the ropes. She then looks around before seeing Cruze down.
Chapel points at her to climb and she grabs the ropes, pulling herself up to
her feet. She staggers over to the ladder and grabs it. She sets it up in the
middle of the ring. She then starts to climb up the ladder. The Japanese crowd
looks on as she goes up, rung by rung and gets closer and closer. She touches
the briefcase before then we see Cruze, having fought back up. He then falls
into the ladder and pushes it over. Syren falls off and lands stomach first on
the top rope and flips over the top and onto the apron. The crowd ohs.
Sharper:
“And Syren…oh she nearly went to the floor!”
Kayl:
“I don’t know if she got a better landing. Ribs first. Stomach first. Knock the
air out of her!”
Cruze
leans on the toppled ladder and looks around. He then grabs it and starts to
pull it back up so it is upright. Cruze looks around and then crawls over to
the rungs and uses them to start to climb up the ladder. The crowd looks on as
Cruze now starts to ascend the ladder, rung by rung. Chapel frantically tries
to will Syren up as Cruze keeps climbing up, one rung at a time. He gets up
about halfway before Syren pulls herself up to her feet. She looks over and
then springboards to the top rope and dives off with a dropkick, knocking Cruze
off the ladder. Cruze lands chest first into the mat as Syren crashes to the
mat too.
Sharper:
“Syren with the springboard. Dropkick takes down Cruze.”
Kayl:
“And he may have landed on his shoulder. He landed hard and his feet knocked
out from under him by Syren.”
Syren
rolls over and looks around before Cruze starts to pull himself up. Syren grabs
the chair brought in and turns and hits a dropkick, kicking the chair into
Shaun’s head. Syren then turns and grabs Shaun and drags him over towards the
corner. She grabs the chair again and hits the jumping Blonde Satisfaction,
driving the chair into the face of Cruze. She then turns and grabs the chair
and places it into the chest of Cruze. She stomps him in the face once and then
again before exiting the apron. She then grabs the ropes and thinks about a
springboard but shakes her head before starting to climb up to the top rope.
She gets to the top rope and steadies herself before Cruze turns and just
throws the chair at Syren. It catches her in the head and she drops down to a
seated position. Cruze then fights up to his feet and exits to the apron. The
crowd roars as he glances back. We see another of Chapel’s tables and Cruze
nails Syren with a hard right and then another. Syren fights back with a couple
of hard rights before Cruze hits a European uppercut. Cruze then climbs up to
the middle rope and grabs Syren. He glances back again and hooks Syren up
before hitting a superplex off the middle rope and through the table on the
floor!
Sharper:
“Oh! Oh! OH!”
Kayl:
“Both off the ropes!”
Sharper:
“Cruze suplexing Syren! Both partially go through the table and then the thud
to the mats below!”
Cruze
grimaces in pain as Syren turns to her side. Chapel looks on concerned. Cruze
slowly rolls over, kicking at the mats, trying to hide the pain on his face. He
then slowly starts to pull himself up. The crowd roars as he crawls for the
ring. He grabs it and then starts to use the ring skirt to pull himself up to
his feet. He rolls into the ring. Cruze looks over and grabs the ladder. He
sets it up and looks up at the briefcase.
Sharper:
“Shaun Cruze could immediately make a statement here upon returning. Two
matches back and may be able to defeat the number one contender to the SCW World
Championship!”
Kayl: “And
that’s what this is for – bragging rights. Nothing on the line but that. But Syren
and Cruze have not held back one inch!”
Cruze
then takes a moment and starts to climb up the ladder, one rung over the other,
slowly. The Japanese crowd looks on and cheers as he gets up closer and closer to
the top. Syren however crawls to the ropes as Lexy tries to will her up with
her mind. Syren however grabs at the ring skirt and uses it to pull herself up.
Cruze gets up to the top of the ladder and reaches up. He starts to touch the
briefcase. Syren then slides in and gets up as Cruze reaches up to unhook it,
but Syren grabs the ladder. She then starts to push it. Cruze falls forward and
lands on the top rope and then goes up and over the ropes to the floor. Lexy
points up to the heavens as Syren pulls the ladder back to its feet. She then
starts to climb up, wincing in pain, trying to fight through the pain. The
crowd looks on as she gets up closer and closer. Shaun Cruze rolls over on the
floor, grimacing in pain as he then reaches up before Syren gets to the top of
the ladder. She then grabs the briefcase and reaches up, unclipping it before
bringing it down. The crowd roars as the bell sounds.
Phillips:
“Here is your winner, Syren!”
Sharper:
“Syren gets the briefcase. Syren manages to get through this.”
Kayl: “Surviving
this, but you know…you can say was this worth it? She just sent a message. She
will do anything to get where she wants to be and that’s to be the SCW World
Champion!”
Sharper:
“And next week, we know that title will be on the line!”
Syren drops
down and lands on the mat. She rolls over, wincing in pain. Cruze rolls into
the ring slowly. Syren slowly gets up as Cruze does the same. Cruze looks at Syren.
The two lock eyes before Lexy Chapel enters the ring and she raises Syren’s
arm. The crowd roars.
Sharper:
“Thank you for joining us in Japan for week one of Fatal Fortunes. We’ll see
you next week from London, Ontario, Canada!”
The
scene fades to black…
