“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

The scene opens inside the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The crowd cheers as spotlights circle the arena.

Phillips: “Fans, please welcome at this time…YOUR SCW World Champion, and one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions…Amelia Nevado!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction as “Victorious” by Skillet plays. A few moments pass before we see Amelia Nevado walk out from the back, dressed in a fine pantsuit. The SCW World Championship is over her shoulder.

Sharper: “Hello everyone and welcome to Breakdown. We are live in Houston, Texas, and as you can see Amelia Nevado is still the World Tag Team Champion.”

Knots: “And that is what a champion should look like!”

Amelia Nevado looks across the Houston crowd, microphone in her hand. She then slowly brings it up to her mouth. The music fades out as the crowd continues to give a mixed reaction. A faint “sell out!” chant begins, but Nevado ignores it.

Nevado: “The farce is over and despite the attempt to humiliate and get in my head, it not only failed, but it proved that I am exactly where I need to be mentally and physically to be the champion I know I was destined to be!”

Amelia Nevado looks out at the crowd.

Nevado: “While some of you out there enjoyed the show we got at Taking Hold of the Flame, two things were proved after the Glimmer Sisters tried to make a joke of everything. The first is that they are no longer under any definition the best tag team in SCW.”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction to this.

Nevado: “And they will never get close to the SCW World Championship if they continue as they have.”

Nevado then looks at the title.

Nevado: “But I am the World Champion…and I am weeks away from the crowning moment I have waited for so long. Wrestlers dream of going to the biggest event of their promotion and headlining. They know they will live on in immortality. And all I need was an opportunity. An opportunity I received in my home country. In London, England. At Retribution…I just needed someone to give me that chance. And thank you Mr. Delatosso for it.”

The crowd boos.

Nevado: “And now I am just a handful of weeks away from defending the SCW World Championship at Rise to Greatness…”

Nevado pauses for a moment.

Nevado: “But against who…that actually may be in doubt.”

Nevado looks down, shaking her head.

Nevado: “I don’t even know how to understand what you’re going through Deanna. I thought we were friends. But we’ve drifted apart and that happens. I don’t even know what to think if my partner took something I worked hard for and threw it away. At Taking Hold of the Flame, my partner helped me keep what she knows is what I value, professionally, more than anything. It’s why we’re a good team.”

Nevado pauses.

Nevado: “But I know you hoped for your own hail mary pass. I heard that you made an arrangement. A safety plan if I failed. The House of Frost to face the Glimmers…too bad we didn’t get it. But unlike Selena, I didn’t fail. But I’ve heard the rumours. We’re all talking backstage. Are you going to give it all up for Selena? Are you going to show that you will always be in her shadow?”

Nevado just smiles as the crowd buzzes.

Nevado: “Well, whomever it is…Deanna, or if you give it up to Selena, I will happily face whomever is in front of me. If it’s your Deanna, I will take the privilege of facing a friend…last year, we helped you through your mental health struggles…and I will happily face you one year on and I hope one year stronger…or I will face Selena Frost and just I did at Hubris, I will choke her out one more time. And either way, I will walk out the World Champion.”

The crowd roars.

Nevado: “I have waited for this moment for years. I have an opportunity to give me the Rise to Greatness moment I deserve. And I will take it!”

Amelia brings the microphone down as “Victorious” by Skillet starts to play. She scans the crowd and proudly holds her SCW World Championship as the scene fades out.

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.

Maybe I'm just paranoid

Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie

Can't stop this screamin' voice

Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Asher Hayes hitting Dust to Dust on an opponent, before showing the Glimmer Sisters posing in the ring. Glory Braddock is next shown posing, before we see David Striker diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chris Dumont, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo.

This is the face

I hate the other side of me

Out of this cage

He breaks to take the life from me

Tell me, tell me, tell me

I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the Phantom Troupe standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head

I'm closer to the edge

Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery

Insane

These voices in my brain

Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor Lariat on an opponent is next, before we see the Glimmer Sisters making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Light in the Darkness hitting Wisteria Waltz against an opponent. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Polly Playtime posing follows before we see James Evans powerbombing La Pequena Luz off the top rope.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Deanna Frost, Ryan LeCavalier, Colleen MacDonald, Xander Valentine, and Amelia Nevado are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena, and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “As we start off hearing from our World Champion, we are on the Road to Rise to Greatness, and have rolled into Houston, Texas for Breakdown!”

The cameras continue to pan throughout the crowd before settling at ringside where we see Adam Sharper joined by Jonathan Knots.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. Adam Sharper here with Jonathan Knots to call the action tonight.”

Knots: “How was that?”

Sharper: “What?”

Knots: “We start off SCW Breakdown with the symbol of excellence, the SCW World Championship and SCW World Champion. How it should be and with a champion we can be proud of.”

Sharper: “I can’t argue with that, but we will also hear from Amelia Nevado’s potential opponent, Deanna Frost. We understand Selena Frost is here too. And a lot of people are going to be watching what Deanna does tonight.”

Knots: “Maybe make the biggest mistake of her life.”

Sharper: “Plenty more to come tonight including a huge Underground rules match – Kimberly Williams to face David Striker after they were one and two in the Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Knots: “Good! Good! Let them kill each other!”

Sharper: “You’re in favour?”

Knots: “Sure, why not!”

Sharper: “Given your commentary at Taking Hold of the Flame-“

“Taking Care of Business” by Bachmann-Turner Overdrive starts to play.

Knots: “Shhhh! Something important is happening!”

The crowd boos as we see Frank Delatosso walks out from the back joined by the European Fiery Nation. Dean Black also walks out with him, standing right next to Delatosso. Kemal Yilmaz, Oskar Theron, Federico Gasperoni, Ludvig Eriksson, Dakon Theron, and Ginny Raab all walk to the ring.

Sharper: “Well now joining us our CEO and COO, he named himself a couple of weeks ago, coming to the ring and surrounded by enough backup. The European Fiery Nation happy to apparently serve increasingly as security.”

Knots: “When you’re dictating change, people aren’t going to like it and you need to be prepared. Delatosso is prepared!”

Delatosso reaches the ring and walks up the steel steps. He enters the ring. Dean Black follows him. The European Fiery Nation enters into the ring as Delatosso goes to the corner where a microphone is handed to him. Delatosso turns back to the middle of the ring.

Delatosso: “Thank you Houston…wasn’t it wonderful to hear from our World Champion! And yes, a champion to be proud of!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction, some booing Delatosso, some cheering Amelia while others boo her.

Delatosso: “Opportunity goes to those who earn it. And as we’ve seen, that can have some interesting results, and in others, some people tried to run before they could walk when they shouldn’t do either. And I hope that those individuals understand where they actually slot into a promotion the caliber of Supreme Championship Wrestling. I focus on the term wrestling…and whatever else they wish to do, they can do that on their own time.”

The crowd boos as Delatosso looks around.

Delatosso: “But that’s in the past. The skill of Amelia, and her partner, Luz, are second to no one. Taking Hold of the Flame proved that. Even against a stacked deck. And now, we move forward…in one moment.”

Delatosso pauses.

Delatosso: “I first want to take some time to recognize the actions of a member of SCW’s officials. Could I please have Lucas Knight join us here in the middle of the ring?”

Sharper: “What is this about?”

Knots: “Hey! He’s trying to show people he respects their work. More than we ever got with CHBK!”

The crowd buzzes as Delatosso smiles.

Delatosso: “Lucas! If you could!”

Out go the lights with a flick of a switch as all eyes focus onto the stage, just then the screen lights up as the opening to Alpha King by Rev Theory begins to play over the P.A system. Then and only then we see a series of words in italic writing phase in and out on the big screen...

.Infamous.

.British.

.Legendary.

Spotlights all start to focus on the stage entrance now changing colours, shades of red, white and blue and during that time a silhouette of a man can be seen walking out onto the stage with a familiar aura of confidence. Just then the final words explode onto the tron causing the crowd to react accordingly as the music hit's into full swing...

.LUCAS KNIGHT.

A few moments pass before we see Lucas Knight wearing a suit. He looks at the ring, confused, before starting to walk down to the ring. Delatosso smiles and applauds as Lucas Knight continues to look around before heading to the ring. He stops but Dean Black walks over and sits on the middle rope. Lucas looks up at Dean before then Dean motions him into the ring. Lucas reluctantly walks up the steel steps and then enters the ring.

Knots: “I don’t know what Lucas isn’t that trusting!”

Sharper: “This is all just odd. May I remind you that Dean Black passed along an ultimatum – do your job or be fired.”

Knots: “Has he not done his job?!”

Sharper: “To have this spotlight, something doesn’t sit right.”

Lucas steps up and we see Delatosso step up and shake Lucas’s hand before Lucas turns and we see the EFN members doing the same. Knight looks around, his eyes darting around as he shakes hands with each member of the EFN.

Delatosso: “Lucas, I appreciate you coming out here. You’ve been part of SCW and its ecosystem for over a decade and a half. And you’ve always carried yourself with integrity.”

Delatosso stops.

Delatosso: “But I have a question for you…I never said to hand delivers picks. And my surprise when I see a few people who frankly have proven they don’t deserve the opportunity in the Taking Hold of the Flame….”

Knight just looks at Delatosso as Knight leans over to the microphone.

Knight: “Perhaps it’s a magic trick, mate.”

Delatosso: “I’m not that stupid!”

Federico Gasperoni pulls Lucas away from Delatosso. Knight turns and nails him with a hard right and hits a back elbow on Ludvig Eriksson before Dakon Theron kicks Knight in the ribs. Knight staggers back and Oskar Theron nails him with a hard right and then another before Knight hits a shot to the ribs before Kemal Yilmaz pulls back on Lucas’s arm and tries to lock in a chickenwing, only for Dakon and Oskar kick at him. Knight goes down to the mat. Yilmaz lets go as the crowd boos as and Oskar, Dakon, Kemal and Federico stomp away on Lucas. The crowd boos louder as Dean Black stands by Delatosso, just looking down. Eriksson exits to the apron as Dakon, Oskar and Federico force Lucas up. Kemal barks some orders as Dakon places his head between Lucas’s legs and lifts him up.

Sharper: “This is a mugging! This is an assault! And the EFN have Lucas Knight up! The hall of famer!”

Knots: “Consequences taking over!”

Delatosso and Black stand back as Dakon moves forward and Eriksson stands on the top rope before diving off, completing the European Fiery Destroyer on Knight. The crowd ohs as Knight hits the mat.

Delatosso: “Get him out of the ring!”

Knight rolls over as Kemal then stomps at him over and over and then pushes him out of the ring. Lucas lands on the floor with a thud.

Delatosso: “Lucas…thank you for your service. But if I can’t trust my officials, they shouldn’t be here. Good bye, you’re fired!”

The crowd boos as Lucas rolls over.

Sharper: “Just dumping him out of the ring. The man’s a hall of famer. A former World Champion!”

Knots: “And now he’s unemployed!”

Delatosso walks over to the ropes and looks at Knight before turning to Black. Black then exits the ring and starts to talk to crew members at ringside. Black motions to the back as we see security guards starting to come down to the ring.

Delatosso: “We’ll allow staff to take care of this…now that that is dealt with. You can now move away from the past and into the present and future. And SCW’s future is bright. Look at the talent that is finally no longer smothered by claims of equality and opportunity – the European Fiery Nation.”

The crowd boos. The EFN members smile as we cut to the floor as we see Black and security starting to lead Lucas Knight away from ringside. Knight looks up, annoyed, and roughed up. The crowd continues to boo before we cut back to the ring.

Delatosso: “Individuals like Polly Playtime!”

More boos come from the crowd.

Delatosso: “Gavin Taylor!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction.

Delatosso: “Dawn Lohan!”

More boos.

Delatosso: “Amelia Nevado!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Lucas Knight is brought to the top of the stage.

Delatosso: “And I am proud to announce, after a long time away where she continued to grow her family and someone who represents the quality of star we should promote…the Cl-asset, Bree Lancaster!”

But instead of Bree Lancaster coming out, Syren runs out from the back and then steps up as Dean Black goes to stop her. Knight yells at her to stop, but Syren instead shoves Black back. Black staggers back and spins around. Syren then turns to Knight as Knight again tells Syren to stop. We cut then inside the tunnel to see Bree Lancaster having been knocked down, and slowly getting up, more stunned, trying to make sense of what happened. Back on the stage, Syren then turns to the guards and then points to the ring.

Delatosso: “Get her out of here! This is not your moment, Syren. Your moments are ending! Fans want something new! Something fresh!”

While Delatosso says this, a “Syren!” chant start to break out.

Sharper: “Doesn’t sound like it! These fans in Houston behind Syren!”

Knots: “Pumped in chants!”

Sharper: “Delatosso is running the show!”

Knots: “Come on! Bree! Bree! Bree!”

Sharper: “Stop it!”

Syren then steps up and moves a few steps forward.

Syren: “You have a problem with me? Take it up with me!”

Syren yells at the ring. Delatosso turns to the stage.

Delatosso: “Syren…you need to realize you’re not as privileged as you were under CHBK. I don’t have any emotion toward you. But as Meghan Strader found out, you don’t call the shots and SCW may no longer be welcoming to you!”

Syren steps forward as we see Black stop her. We see two more guards running out as Lucas tries to resist himself and another guard runs out to help contain him. Security then heads over as Black just nods to them. Syren then turns as the security guards start to handcuff Syren. Syren turns back, looking around. Delatosso smiles. Syren resists a bit before the three manage to force her down to the stage. Syren keeps fighting. We then see Oskar Theron and Kemal Yilmaz running up the rampway. Oskar runs over and goes to Lucas and punches him in the ribs. Kemal starts to help Black and the guards with Syren.

Sharper: “They’re arresting Syren! They’re handcuffing her!”

Knots: “Good! Clearly spent too much time talking to Meghan Strader! Criminals the lot of them!”

Syren continues to resist as the guards now are joined by two others who run out to assist. Syren looks around as Lucas kicks at them to try and stop them. Oskar punches him again. Black then motions for them to get her up. A “Syren!” chant begins to break out again as Delatosso looks around. Syren yells at Black as Kemal and Oskar escort the guards and Black. The Syren chants continue.

Sharper: “Syren is being led out with Lucas Knight! This powerplay keeps on.”

Knots: “Hey! You better be careful. I can get Delatosso Jim Dawson’s number!”

Sharper: “This power trip…continuing…”

We then see Bree Lancaster walk out from the back. This leads to a roar and some boos from the crowd as Bree glares at Syren.

Delatosso: “Bree! Please! Come down to the ring. Ignore her. She’s not worth your time! You…meanwhile…this was supposed to be your moment!”

Bree Lancaster steps forward, glancing back again as Syren looks at her and then the ring. Lucas keeps fighting, but the two are dragged to the back. “Natural” by Imagine Dragons then starts to play as the crowd boos as Bree Lancaster walks down the rampway.

Knots: “Now! What we came to see! The return of Bree Lancaster!”

Sharper: "Sounds like some of the crowd disagree with you."

Lancaster walks down to the ring and over to the steel steps. She then walks up them and steps through the ropes. She then steps forward as Delatosso walks over and can be seen apologizing to her. Delatosso then notices a scuff on her pants. Delatosso and Lancaster talk a bit as Lancaster take the microphone. The music fades out as the crowd boos.

Lancaster: “First off…thank you for finally dealing with her.”

The crowd roars and then boos.

Lancaster: “Someone who felt they were better than us, operated under a different set of rules…she’s never changed and now…she’ll be dealt with.”

Delatosso nods.

Lancaster: “Good. At least some good comes out of that…I won’t hold it against you…or any of you…”

Lancaster looks at the European Fiery Nation.

Lancaster: “…for the desperate actions of a falling star.”

Lancaster shakes her head.

Lancaster: “I wasn't planning on doing this. I was having a perfectly fine time at home with my children and husband... yes, I said husband. But then I got a phone call. Mr. Delatosso was someone I'd never met but knew who he was. At first I didn't want to hear his pitch. But after weeks of negotiations, he convinced me that while the people here who agree with his vision for this company are smart and talented assets... he still needed that one Premier Asset. And that Premier Asset is me.”

Knots: “Yes it is!”

Sharper: “Sounds like she has an extra syllable in there.”

Lancaster: “There was only option for my return. Taking Hold of the Flame. The coveted Number Forty. Now that I am here, shiny new contract and all... I want to make one thing crystal clear. I fully endorse the vision that Mr. Delatosso has put forward. Professional wrestling at its finest. And now that I'm here, dare I say it... nothing but class.”

Lancaster smiles as more boos are heard.

Lancaster: “To see the talent he mentioned – from Amelia Nevado…to Polly Playtime…to the European Fiery Nation…people with goals. People with dreams. People who just needed a chance. Just as I just needed it years ago…and then at other times, made my own opportunity and I stand here as a successful professional, a woman who people dream of being in this sport!”

Lancaster looks around as the crowd boos. She then turns to Delatosso.

Lancaster: “And make moves that get rid of those who don't have and never had class…”

The crowd boos.

Lancaster: “I look forward to competing and reminding the world of what I am capable of as we lead SCW into a new golden age! As the premier asset who is one of the only people on this roster who knows what class truly is...  I am simply... The Classet."

“Natural” by Imagine Dragons plays again as Bree Lancaster brings the microphone down.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster back in SCW. Returning at Taking Hold of the Flame and clearly someone Frank Delatosso worked hard to bring back.”

Knots: “The New Order has so many that support it. It’s refreshing. To believe…to Bree-lieve!”

Sharper: “Good God…”

Knots: “And The Classet just rolls off the tongue, doesn't it?”

Bree Lancaster turns back to talk to Delatosso as we cut backstage to see Syren and Lucas Knight being taken over to a waiting police car. The guards hand off Lucas to one of the cops. They bring him over and open the back door.

Officer: “Watch your head.”

Syren: “Tell Frank…I said I’d stand up for what’s right when I held the title-“

Black: “You’re not holding the title…my suggestion…keep your head down. Unless you want to be like Meghan Strader.”

Knight: “The New Order…”

Knight sits down in the car as Syren is dragged over to the other officer.

Officer 2: “Same as him.”

Syren: “Yeah, yeah…”

Syren is sat down in the squad car, next to Knight. The officers close the doors and walk over to the front of the car, getting in the driver’s and passenger’s seats respectively. They then start to drive off as Dean Black watches, running his hand across his face and then turning and heading back in.

Knots: “I feel safer already!”

Sharper: “And you’re okay with this?!”

Knots: “Why wouldn’t I be? Think of the opportunity!”

The cameras focus on the squad car driving off as Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Bree Lancaster walking with Frank Delatosso backstage into his office. Delatosso nods at Gavin Taylor who is standing outside of his office, on the phone, with his All-Star Secret Service, and Religious Wright. Gavin waves at Delatosso as he and Bree walk past.

Bree: “I can’t believe she scuffed this-“

Delatosso: “As I said out in the ring, we’ll replace it. Time to treat of stars as stars around here and our problems as problems.”

Bree: “Good.”

They enter the office as Gavin paces a bit.

Gavin: “Oh good, you’re back. What is going on at Club Ga-BLAM?”

Gavin is confused, hearing the person on the other end.

Gavin: “What do you mean it’s all green?! Don’t you clean it every night. Just…figure it out!”

Gavin hangs up.

Wright: “Do I need to go up there and bless something-“

Gavin: “No…just…they’ll take care of it. It’s all…so many people with the steal. Sleazy Syren is at least gone for a night. Frank helping out there, but we have many more.”

Karl: “I’m happy to talk to the Glimmers…”

Jack and Wright look at Karl.

Wright: “I think I should…they just need the LAWRD in their life.”

Gavin: “That may be the case, but we need to be careful. After the Glimmers, and then Crazy Chris…and Anonymous Anansi…too many problems. Too many people gunning for us…we need to be smart here. You know what we need?”

Gavin looks around.

Gavin: “We need a distraction!”

Karl and Jack nod as Wright smiles.

Wright: “Brilliant!”

Gavin: “Something to distract everyone from the problems in Making SCW Gavin Again while we recalibrate and deal with all of these people trying to stop us!”

Jack: “Don’t forget the French!”

Gavin: “Don’t remind me. MV almost ruined everything! Come on!”

Gavin goes to walk off before Karl stops him.

Karl: “Wait? Should we tell Jenni?”

Gavin: “She needs to be protected from this. This one is all Gavin!”

Gavin walks off with Karl, Jack, and Wright following before we cut away.

Marquis Dawson vs. Chase Upshaw

We open up at ringside to see Chase Upshaw already in the ring. He’s berating a member of the front row, presumably correcting them on their Texan geography.

Sharper: “Well how about this – some wrestling! For a man talking about wrestling-“

Knots: “Hey! Sometimes you need to build up to it. My anticipation is at an all time high!”

Shiesty Enterprises Presents…

That Mr. Hot Sauce Dappin’, Back Hand Slapping ’, Swagged Out Happening ’, Much Needed Seasoning,

Marquis Dawson

“DNA” by Kendrick Lamar begins to play as Pookie Williams steps out on the stage in his black adidas track suit as hypes up Marquis Dawson by yelling idle warnings at everyone. Marquis Dawson finally strolls out in a black Mink fur Vest and black leather pants and some old school Jordans. He stops slowly pans around the crow before flashing his bright white vaneers.

Phillips: “The opening contest tonight on Breakdown is scheduled for onefall with a ten minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, accompanied by Pookie Williams, he hails from Chicago, Illinois, he is Marquis Dawson!”

He nods his head feeling himself in the moment. He then begins to strut toward the ring. He looks around to the crowd mouthing it is bout time to stack dem bands before jumping up on the apron, dusting off his Jordans and flipping over the top rope. He poses for a moment with his arms thrown outward before shimmying the mink fur vest off and handing it to Pookie Williams as he heads over to the corner.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from Durham, North Carolina, Chase Upshaw!”

Sharper: “Marquis Dawson about to make his SCW debut here tonight in Houston.”

Knots: “And he’ll get a free geography lesson with it. He’ll forever remember Houston!”

The bell sounds. Jennifer Cassidy is the assigned official for the match. Upshaw steps up and walks over to Marquis Dawson and shakes his head.

Upshaw: “Don’t you dare try to think you can outsmart me. You probably don’t even know that Allen’s Landing is the real birthplace of this city-“

Dawson just smacks Upshaw. The crowd ohs. Dawson then hits a back chop and then an overhead chop to the jaw before chopping him again and Upshaw hits the mat, holding his chest in pain. Dawson then grabs him and pulls him up and whips him into the ropes. Upshaw bounces off and Dawson drills him with a clothesline. Upshaw pops up and Dawson hits an enziguri kick to the head. Upshaw then falls forward and through the ropes to the floor.

Sharper: “And how about that for a start. Upshaw just discombobulated!”

Knots: “He was just trying to teach you!”

Sharper: “It’s a wrestling match, Jon, not a geography course.”

Knots: “Why not both?! We can help the kids!”

Upshaw rolls over on the floor. (1) He starts to slowly get up. (2) Marquis Dawson walks over to the ropes and exits to the floor. (1) Upshaw starts to run away. (2) Marquis Dawson sighs before running after his opponent. (3) Upshaw slides in and Marquis slide in after. Upshaw dives onto him with a fall forward elbow. He gets up and elbows Marquis again. He then grabs him and pulls him up before hitting a North American suplex. He goes for the pin.

1!

Marquis kicks out. Upshaw gets up and hits an elbow drop before getting up and grabbing Marquis and pulling him up and moving him into the corner. Upshaw nails him in the ribs with a shot and then another before going to fire him across. Marquis spins through and sends Upshaw in. Upshaw hits chest first and Marquis grabs him and hits a snap German suplex. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Upshaw suplexed over. German style. Right onto the back of his head!”

Knots: “Not there. He needs that for his lessons!”

Sharper: “Right now, he found out where the center of the ring is!”

Upshaw staggers up to his feet and Marquis hits the ropes and spins into a roaring elbow. Upshaw hits the mat. Marquis Dawson looks around as the crowd roars. Upshaw reaches out, trying to get up. He slowly crawls to the ropes. Dawson looks at him and waits for him. Upshaw then gets up and turns and runs at Dawson and goes for a tackle. Dawson blocks it and then throws him back. Upshaw rolls through and Dawson nails him with a hard elbow and then another before finishing off the Seasoning with a spinning back hand. Upshaw staggers as Dawson then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting the OG Kick!

Sharper: “Marquis Dawson. Off the ropes! The OG Kick, that’s what he calls that.”

Knots: “Right into the OG…Original Geographer of SCW!”

Marquis Dawson gets up as Pookie Williams continues to encourage him. Dawson grabs Chase Upshaw and pulls him up before bending him over. He then double underhooks him before hoisting him up and hitting the Stackin’ Dem Bands! The crowd ohs. He then folds up Upshaw.

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds. The crowd roars. Marquis Dawson gets up as Pookie Williams claps his hands happily and pulls himself up the steel steps and then steps through the ropes into the ring.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Marquis Dawson!”

Sharper: “Marquis Dawson successful in his debut here tonight.”

Knots: “He keeps dropping people like he did Upshaw, he’s going to have more successes, that’s for sure.”

Sharper: “And Jessica Winters is going to get some thoughts from this newcomer! Jessica?”

Marquis Dawson has his arm raised as Pookie Williams steps up. Jessica Winters enters the ring and walks over to Dawson, microphone in hand.

Jessica: “Thank you Adam. Marquis Dawson, congratulations on your debut victory here in SCW!”

Pookie: “Many more where that came from. Marquis…tell em!”

Marquis: “That’s what it’s like to get some flavour around here. To get some fresh taste. I heard the boss rambling on earlier…you don’t need to look too far for what your future looks like and it tastes so sweet!”

Marquis looks at the camera.

Marquis: “I know people are talking about them new kinds…What? Soar and Crash….some Xavier kid. I saw another Cruze kid trotted out. Some Blaze chick. Flash…take some more facepaint and cover your losing ass up some more. You give them their spot in the Taking Hold of the Flame. Well, cast em aside, because I’m where you put your money while I whoop everyone’s ass!…BET!”

Marquis steps back as “D.N.A.” plays throughout the arena.

Sharper: “Marquis Dawson off his first win and with a message. We’ll be watching closely. Can you back it up?”

Knots: “Hear that Soren Cross? Xavier Holloway? Flash? Bunch of you in the battle royal! He’s calling you all out!”

Sharper: “Calling out all of SCW!”

Marquis Dawson looks around the arena before turning to Pookie Williams. The two then exit the ring and head to the back.

Backstage, we see the two guards Frank Delatosso has hired to protect Polly Playtime. They’re talking outside of a room, one with a cup of coffee int their hand, taking a sip. We then see Shaun Cruze walking down the hallway and stopping. He then turns and heads over to them. Immediately, the two guards step up.

Guard 1: “Whoa…Shaun. You think you’re going to do this?”

Guard 2: “You’re not going to jump Polly-“

Cruze: “No, I’m not here for Polly. I’m here for you too. I know what you’re paid. Remember, you used to technically work for me.”

Guard 1: “We don’t anymore. You made that clear.”

Cruze: “Because I fight my own battles. I don’t need special treatment. And I didn’t need the so-called protection you offered.”

Guard 1: “So you’re going to run us down?”

Cruze: “No…just asking if this is what you’re happy doing?”

The door then opens as Polly Playtime steps up. She sees Cruze and immediately gets up in his face.

Polly: “Waiting to attack-“

Cruze: “Polly…”

The two guards step in front of her. Polly stands behind them.

Polly: “Why should I believe you? We have this masked person running around. And you’ve been known to take shortcuts when it serves you. Just like everyone else. So…”

Cruze: “You know what, Polly. I’m was talking to them. But you know what, since you’re angling for a fight…let’s just make this the way it should be. You want to try against me again. You think you got screwed last time. I’ll head out there. I’ll be ready to go. We can settle it.”

Polly: “You know what…sure…I have bigger things than worrying about you at Rise to Greatness. See you out there.”

Cruze: “Great.”

Cruze holds his hand up and walks off as Polly watches him go.

Sharper: “An impromptu Hubris rematch, tonight?”

The scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we open up in the SCW interview area where we see Destiny Page waiting.

Page: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Destiny Page here and allow me to welcome one of the newest signings to SCW. He made his debut at Taking Hold of the Flame. His name is Flash!”

Flash comes into the scene, wearing his sparkly robe, in his facepaint, and in his wrestling tights. He looks around and turns to Destiny.

Flash: “Destiny! Oh yeah…Flash in here and he’s ready to go!”

Page: “You had a heck of a debut; a hard fought match against Glory Braddock. You were in the Taking Hold of the Flame and then Marquis Dawson just mentioned you earlier tonight.”

Flash nods.

Flash: “Seems I’m getting a bit of attention, but-“

Jack Barker runs into the room and Flash blocks a hard right and nails him with one before hitting a back chop on Karl Barker before Gavin Taylor runs in and blasts him with a lariat. Flash falls back into the set. Destiny Page moves out of the way. Religious Wright then runs in and kicks Flash in the ribs. Gavin then gets a couple of shots in before backing up. Karl and Jack then step up and start to kick at Flash. Flash slides down and Wright and the Barkers stomps away on Flash.

Sharper: “What in the world? Why is Gavin Taylor attacking Flash?!”

Knots: “Brilliant! A distraction. Yeah! Gavin Taylor making SCW Gavin Again!”

Sharper: “How does this make sense?!”

Gavin looks on as Karl, Jack and Wright get a few more shots in. Officials then run in as Flash grimaces. Wright then stomps Flash in the head for good measure.

Wright: “That was to Make SCW Gavin Again….and for the LAWRD!”

Gavin smiles.

Gavin: “Perfect!”

Gavin then turns as Karl and Jack back up. Wright is pulled back by officials as the camera cuts to Flash, down on the ground, grimacing in pain.

Suddenly there is some static bursts and the screen cuts to somewhere else in the Toyota Center where we see nothing but a dark room that is only partially illuminated by a single bulb hanging somewhere just out of sight of the camera when suddenly David Belmont steps into the middle of the room, with the lanky form of Alex to his left and the sinister looking form of the Rabbit behind the both of them.

Knots: “The damn rabbit!”

Belmont: “Hello SCW. I must say that my time here in SCW, while short, was highly enjoyable to say the least. I mean yes, the sheer audacity and arrogance is truly running rampant here… but the violence, ooooh the violence, now la violence était tout simplement fantastique!!”

Belmont then does a chef's kiss with that wicked smile on his face before he looks deeply into the camera.

Belmont: “So needless that while most people come here to do one shots, such as appearing for your little “Flame War” rumble the other week, that simply is not enough for my clan and I, and as such you can expect to be seeing more of us, won't they Alex?”

Alex: “Just like how I tried to explain to dear old little Davey-boy Striker earlier this week, he and his little Troupe have been nothing if ill prepared for the sheer level of audacity and violence, just like Big Boss Belmont here just said of SCW. But we Mavericks, we're more than ready for war… more than ready to highlight that maybe what SCW doesn't need is some pack well conditioned and skilled lions who are more than happy to be caged like the Phantom Troupe, to be allowed out to perform merely for the kiddos.

No. To handle the talentless whores like the Glimmer Sisters who despite their arrogance, confuse clownish stupidity for killer instinct, or the foppish Gavin Taylor who confuses sheer brilliance with child-like innocence, or the Cowgirls who lay claim to understanding what freedom and fury is when they lack the true… *vision*... to see what either of those two truly are. Well I guess we don’t need to worry about the Cowgirls.

No, there is no one shots here, the Mavericks are not going anywhere… not until our bellies are full of our chosen meat, that being championship gold and the ravaged remains of our opponents.”

Alex briefly pauses as David takes over.

Belmont: “As my counterpart so wonderfully explained, you will be seeing a lot more of us in the coming future, SCW. Consider tonight's festivities… a polite view of things to come….Oh, and least I forget, Jonathon Knots… the Rabbit wishes you to know that it's always watching.

Alex: “Cheers.”

The screen then does a couple of static bursts before we cut back to the ring.

Knots: “What the hell!?”

Chris Lawler vs. Colleen MacDonald

SCW Television Championship

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SCW Television Championship!”

The Television Title logo flashes across the screen. The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation.

From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits.

Phillips: “Introducing first, the challenger, hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, he is... Chris Lawler!”

As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination.

Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. Tonight, he will leave everything in the ring, his spirit unbroken, his resolve unyielding, as he prepares to face whatever challenges come his way.

Knots: “Your next Television Champion is here!”

Sharper: “That remains to be seen, Jon, but there's no denying that ever since Chris Lawler joined forces with Frank Delatosso and his New Order, we've seen a far more aggressive and dangerous side of him, including the role he played in putting CHBK out of commission.”

Knots: “Which is exactly why Colleen should be kissing the TV Title goodbye before she walks out here! Tonight is Chris's night and Colleen's only going to get herself hurt trying to stop it!”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling. But before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched can even begin, Colleen steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing her normal all-black ring gear and having the SCW Television Title belt around her waist. Colleen does a cutthroat signal. The music turns off as she stands still and waits until the beginning of “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play. Colleen nods once before beginning to slowly head down the entrance ramp. The crowd does keep their eyes on her as she looks straight down at the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Orderville, Utah, she is the SCW Television Champion... Colleen MacDonald!”

She keeps going until she arrives down at the ring. Not quickening her pace, she steps up the steel ring steps and climbs over the top rope to get into the ring. Once inside she does look around the arena. She simply approves of her surroundings before she turns to the business at hand, removing the title from around her waist and handing it to referee Steve Hollinsworth to hold up as she begins warming up before the bell rings.

Sharper: “Colleen has been Television Champion since Fatal Fortunes back in January, putting together a very impressive run for herself along the way.”

Knots: “She's also on the chopping block to be punished tonight. Not just because she and that idiot Striker failed to stop the Glimmers during the Fan's Choice Breakdown weeks ago to try and stop the travesty we saw at Taking Hold of the Flame, but because Striker also eliminated Lawler from the battle royal and someone has to pay for that!”

Sharper: “Don't underestimate Colleen, Jon. She's proven herself to be a fighting champion in every sense of the word and no one's been able to take the Television Title from her yet.”

Knots: “Right, fighting champion... pretty sure she's actually defended the title less often than any champion before her, including both Lawler and Polly!”

Hollinsworth signals for the bell and Lawler wastes no time charging at Colleen! She ducks his clothesline attempt, however, and as he turns, she starts unloading into him with a barrage of right hands! The fans cheer her on as Colleen backs Lawler into the corner and keeps hammering away on him, even as Hollinsworth calls for a break. Colleen complies and backs off, but once the referee gives her space, she lunges in with a corner clothesline! She grabs Lawler’s head and smashes it into the top turnbuckle, which sends him stumbling away as Colleen follows after him. She connects with a few elbow strikes to the side of Lawler’s head before he pushes her back and rolls out to the floor for a moment to recover.

Sharper: “Lawler tried to get the jump on Colleen right as the bell rang, but she’s managed to turn the tables on him pretty quickly and dominate the opening moments of this match.”

Knots: “Come on Chris! Get your head in the game! Amelia can’t be doing all the heavy lifting in bringing gold into the New Order!”

Lawler paces around at ringside for a moment as Colleen watches him carefully. (1) Lawler stops and turns to some fans in the front row who are booing him, both for being one of Delatosso’s followers and for stalling the match. (2) He kicks at the barricade in frustration, causing it to move back a few inches and making some fans back away as a precaution. (3) Colleen leans through the ropes, yelling at Lawler to leave the fans alone and get his ass in the ring. This causes Hollinsworth to pause his count and get her to back away from the ropes. She reluctantly does, and Lawler chooses this moment to pull himself onto the apron and slowly step back into the ring. Hollinsworth backs away once he sees Lawler’s back in, and Colleen wastes no time in moving towards him, but the right hand she throws is blocked before Lawler responds with one of his own! Colleen throws another right hand, but Lawler blocks this one as well before burying his knee right into her gut! He wraps his arms around her before planting her with a side belly-to-belly suplex! Lawler floats into a cover, hooking the leg.

Colleen throws her shoulder up right as Hollinsworth’s hand hits the mat for the two count!

Knots: “That a way, Chris! Make Colleen pay for every wrong she’s committed since coming here!”

Sharper: “Lawler getting himself a break and taking advantage of-”

Knots: “Make her realize Polly’s much better off without her and was a far better Television Champion than she could ever hope to be!”

We hear Sharper grunt a bit at Knots’s passionate commentary cutting him off as Lawler grabs Colleen by the head and pulls her back to her feet. He hammers her with another right hand to stun her before he irish whips her into the ropes. Colleen rebounds and Lawler plants her into the mat with a thunderous spinebuster! The fans boo as Lawler goes for another cover, hooking the leg once more.

1!

2!

Colleen kicks out again! Lawler looks up at Hollinsworth, annoyed, as the referee reiterates his two count. He pulls Colleen back up but keeps her doubled over before he just clubs away at her back, the force dropping her to her knees. Lawler lets Colleen try to get back up before he drops her again with another huge clubbing blow across the spine. Colleen tries to get back to her feet again, but this time Lawler grabs her in a front facelock, perhaps thinking DDT. Colleen starts throwing shot after shot into his ribs, trying to break his grip, and she manages to succeed as she slips her head free! She keeps peppering Lawler’s ribs with body shots, but Lawler shoves her back before surprising her with a dropkick! A few fans cheer the impressive athleticism, but most continue to boo Lawler as he measures a slow-rising Colleen. Once she’s up enough, he runs off the ropes and launches himself for a running crossbody, but Colleen manages to throw herself into a huge spear that cuts him down in midair!

Sharper: “What a spear! Colleen catching Lawler as he went airborne and she desperately needed that to turn the tide of this contest!”

Knots: “Come on Chris, you can’t be making these rookie mistakes anymore! You’re better than this, Mr. Delatosso wouldn’t have brought you aboard otherwise!”

Lawler rolls over to the ropes and uses them to help himself back to his feet, coughing and clutching at his ribs. Colleen slowly pulls herself to her feet as well and lands another right hand that sends Lawler stumbling into the corner, where Colleen once again begins unloading on him with a barrage of punches! Hollinsworth warns her to give some space and she backs off, but as Lawler starts to pull himself out of the corner, she drives him right back in with another spear! Lawler sinks to a seated position, clutching at his midsection as Colleen takes a moment to position his head against the turnbuckle before she runs to the other side of the ring. While she’s looking for The Facewarmer, though, she doesn’t see Lawler suddenly pull himself back to his feet and follow right behind her, so when she hits the opposite corner, ready to pinball back towards him with all the momentum in the world, she’s instead met with a Blitz Kick that nearly takes her head off!

Sharper: “Colleen was lining up The Facewarmer, but Lawler with those veteran instincts able to catch her mid-sprint with that hellacious Blitz Kick!”

Knots: “Colleen should at least be thankful that Mr. Delatosso proudly advocates for dental coverage for all SCW stars, because she’ll probably need it to dislodge those teeth from her throat!”

Colleen stays against the turnbuckles, clearly dazed after the Blitz Kick, while Lawler steps back, still clutching at his ribs as his sudden burst did them no favors. He grits his teeth as he pulls Colleen out of the corner and into position before he lifts her high, looking for the Impact Driver. Colleen, however, desperately rains down punches and elbow strikes between Lawler’s eyes, trying to block this. She tries shifting her weight as well, maybe looking to drop Lawler into The Collapser if she can stun him enough, but Lawler instead just tosses her off behind himself. Colleen lands on her feet, but Lawler suddenly turns and clips her leg with a chop block! Colleen buckles to the mat, and Lawler takes a moment to catch his breath before he grabs her ankle and applies the Lockdown Hold!

Sharper: “Colleen managed to avoid the Impact Driver, but Lawler has the Lockdown Hold applied now!”

Knots: “Just give up now Colleen! You’ve clearly lost this match, and at least you’ll still be able to walk after the fact!”

Colleen grits her teeth and refuses when Hollinsworth asks if she wants to submit as Lawler wrenches on her ankle. She starts crawling towards the ropes, the fans cheering her on, but just as her fingertips brush the bottom rope, Lawler drags her back a few steps! As he readjusts his grip, Colleen manages to get her hands underneath herself before tucking into a forward roll, the momentum throwing Lawler facefirst into the middle turnbuckle! The fans are on their feet as Lawler tries to get his bearings in the corner as Colleen pulls herself up, but she manages to get enough of a burst of momentum to throw herself into The Facewarmer! Lawler goes limp as Colleen grabs his legs and uses all her strength to drag him back towards the center of the ring. She just glares down at him as she steps into position before connecting with The Collapser! Colleen remains seated on Lawler’s face as she reaches back and hooks a leg.

Hollinsworth calls for the bell as "How Far I'll Go" by Auli'i Cravalho hits the speakers again. Colleen pulls herself back to her feet, staggering a bit from the lingering effects of the Lockdown Hold, but she accepts the Television Title belt from Hollinsworth as he raises her arm and she raises the title high.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, and STILL SCW Television Champion… Colleen MacDonald!”

Sharper: “Lawler brought the fight tonight, but Colleen was able to weather the onslaught and earn another successful defense for this incredible Television Title reign!”

Knots: “Come on Chris! Mr. Delatosso is opening every door he can for you, you can’t be dropping the ball now!”

Colleen climbs out of the ring and starts heading to the back, resting the Television Title over her shoulder as she nods to herself, clearly pleased with the fight she showed tonight. We can see Lawler slowly starting to come to in the ring behind her, hearing her music and looking furious as he starts to get up, his glare focused entirely on the referee. The fans, however, begin cheering loudly, and we see why as Chris Dumont runs down the ramp, Colleen stepping aside and watching him as he barrels towards the ring and slides in. Lawler turns his attention to Dumont just in time to be leveled with a Code Zero! Colleen’s music cuts and the fans are on their feet as Dumont stomps away at Lawler before pulling him up to his feet to lay into him with even more strikes!

Knots: “What the hell is this moron doing!? Where the hell is security? The EFN? Dean, get off your ass back there and do something!”

Sharper: “Chris Dumont is beating the living hell out of Chris Lawler!”

Dumont keeps pounding away at Lawler before he finally kicks him in the gut to double him over before hooking his arms. Dumont turns to the hard cam and flashes a grin before he lifts Lawler up and plants him with the Nightrider! Dumont rolls towards the ropes and out to the floor as officials begin to run out from the back, some moving to join Hollinsworth in checking on Lawler while others move to make sure Dumont doesn’t turn around and try to continue. He seems content, though, as he turns and gets right up into the camera.

Dumont: “Just like that, Gavin and tell you New Order freaks too… I’m not done with you!”

Dumont starts to head to the back, with officials following him to make sure he doesn’t change his mind as Lawler remains down in the ring.

Backstage, we see Jessica Winters standing with La Pequena Luz in the SCW interview area. The crowd cheers seeing her.

Winters: “Welcome backstage. Jessica Winters here and I’m with La Pequena Luz, one half of the new SCW World Tag Team Champions and Luz, I would love to talk about that, but there’s a lot of people wondering about how things left at Taking Hold of the Flame. Not only did you walk out with both World Tag Team Titles…but you also then competed in the battle royal and as Adam Sharper highlighting on commentary, this was personal…and you came oh so close.”

Luz: “I don’t think it would be hard for anyone to argue hat Amelia and I have been a bit separate in our aims professionally. Amelia…she just wanted that opportunity so bad and we’ve been told for years that at some point our natural competitive spirit could tear us apart. I hope Taking Hold of the Flame put that to rest. But that’s not to say that Amelia’s…Amelia’s seeing things the way I think she should be.”

Luz sighs.

Luz: “There’s an edge to her that I…I worry about. And even seeing her earlier tonight, while the competitive drive is, those are words not of a champion, but someone who is looking to prove more than they may be able to handle. And don’t get me wrong – Deanna Frost…or if Selena is against her…Amelia is going to throw everything at them. But there’s also burning too bright, too fast, too hard, because you feel you need to and I worry. I worry that our CEO has convinced her of something else. And I had hoped to win Taking Hold of the Flame myself…just we have in the past, to face off in the ring, and through the beauty and athleticism of professional wrestling allow her to realize she is going down the wrong path. One only needs to see what this New Order did to people like CHBK who only tried to be fair and tried to even help us at points.”

Luz sighs.

Winters: “So then what’s next?”

Luz: “What’s next…I will have every faith Amelia will defend that title. But next is to do what I can to help her. And that still to me is seeing her face to face in that ring where she has to come to terms with what she’s becoming. We may be World Tag Team Champions. We may be partners outside of this ring…but I need to reach her. One way or another. Taking Hold of the Flame showed me Amelia is still there and aware. It’s about pulling her back from the brink…”

Luz scoffs.

Luz: “To be honest….to prevent her from turning into another Selena. I’ll figure out something. I have to.”

Luz turns to Winters.

Winters: “Thanks for your time and your insight. And Luz…good luck.”

Luz nods and walks off.

Winters: “Breakdown returns after this.”

The scene fades out to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

We see a collection of computer generated screens spinning around, showing shots from Rise to Greatness in past years, including a shot of Steve Griffin hitting CHBK with the Decimator off the top rope at the first Rise to Greatness, before cutting to show Cid Turner last year holding the SCW World Championship, and then showing James Exeter going for a shooting star press only to be caught by Shawn Winters.

“This is your Rise to Greatness Rewind.”

We then cut to 2014 to see Christian Savior facing Thirteen. Savior motions to Thirteen to get up again and Thirteen slowly does and Savior runs at him and again hits a spear, again, not fully, thanks to the shoulder injury. Savior rolls over, holding his shoulder and arm in pain as he gets up again. Thirteen rolls over, holding his ribs. Savior grabs at the ropes and looks over at the official, who still isn’t fully recovered, only starting to move, slowly get up. Savior pulls himself up as he then stumbles over to the corner with the table in it and squats down again. Thirteen starts to stir as the crowd roars as another “Spear!” chant begins. Savior motions for Thirteen to get up again.

Sharper: “He’s going to go for the third spear now!”

Knots: “Come on!”

Sharper: “Savior’s arm may fall off, but he doesn’t care! He wants to keep Thirteen down for good!”

Thirteen rolls over and slowly pulls himself up. Savior starts to nod as the chants continue and he runs at Thirteen, but Thirteen manages to hook the arm of Savior and spin through before locking in the Last Breath. The crowd roars and boos as Thirteen uses the momentum to force Savior back and Savior is ripped back, landing on his arm again before Thirteen pulls back. Savior struggles to reach out as he can. The referee slowly gets up as Thirteen pulls back on the arm of Savior. The crowd roars and boos as Savior’s arm starts to fade and he continues to try, but moment by moment, Savior’s movements clearly start to fade. Thirteen doesn’t relieve the pressure at all, just continuing to keep the hold on.

Sharper: “Last Breath! Thirteen at the last moment managed to counter into the Last Breath!”

Knots: “He tried for too much. Savior wanted to keep Thirteen down, but Thirteen may get him here!”

Thirteen keeps pulling back as Savior fades entirely. The crowd starts to chant for “Savior!” Thirteen however keeps pulling. The official stumbles over and comes over to Savior and Thirteen. He notices Savior is out as Thirteen keeps with the hold. The official checks on Savior, moving his arm, but getting no reaction. He then gets up and calls for the bell before falling over, holding his ribs. Thirteen lets go of Savior and rolls over, holding his ribs. Thirteen’s entrance music starts to play.

Sharper: “Unbelieveable. Thirteen manages to get the Last Breath and chokes out Savior again. But Thirteen…his ribs…he’s holding them. Savior took a lot out of him.”

Knots: “A war to say the least, but tonight, Savior couldn’t get it. The arm, the spears….the chokeout!”

The Rise to Greatness XXIII logo then comes up on the screen.

The opening rifts to “You Know My Name” by Chris Cornell kicks in over the PA system, the arena all jumping to their feet in unison as a ‘Cruze’ chant starts to roll around the arena. After a few moment, the curtain parts, and Shaun Cruze steps through it, and onto the stage.

Sharper: “Folks, this is a bit of a surprise and a bonus for you. Shaun Cruze, you see him in his gear. He and Polly Playtime had a run-in earlier. And they challenged each other to face each other tonight.”

Knots: “Amazing! People want to fight and they do. And they want to prove each other. No need to weapons. No need to tantrums. Don’t need to attack officials or engage in subterfuge, although Cruze, being the shifty man he is, trying to undermine Polly’s security. You had you chance, Shaun!”

Shaun steps forwards and to the top of the ramp, looking out over his adoring fans, lifting his hands and applauding them as he also nods his gratitude. With a final smile, he starts to walk down to the ring, high fiving with the fans at ringside, and shaking hands. He runs and slides under the bottom rope. He walks to the middle of the ring, and holds out his arms, the noise level absolutely off the chart. He then walks to his corner, and turns, waiting for the start of the match.

Sharper: “Shaun Cruze ready to compete. Fans loving him here in Houston, Texas.”

Knots: “Yeah, yeah, yeah. It’s time for him to realize what Polly can do to him!”

Cruze looks around before turning to the timekeeper and points to the ring.

Cruze: “Hey! Where’s the referee?”

Cruze then turns to Jason Phillips and talks to him. Phillips looks around. Cruze looks a bit more confused before suddenly, we hear a thumping bass line start to echo throughout the arena as we then see the entrance set monitors turn off before being taken over by white lights as Dies Irae (Gregorian Chant) starts to echo throughout the arena. Cruze turns to the entrance way a bit confused. He looks at the stage as the chants grow louder. The crowd then makes some noise as we cut back to the middle of the ring and we see a man in a hoodie grabbing Cruze from behind and deadlifting him up and then German suplexing him over. The crowd ohs as Cruze rolls over, holding his head. We cut back to the ring as the house lights come back on and we see the man get up, throwing his hoodie off revealing it to be Alistaire Allocco! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “My God! That’s Alistaire Allocco!”

Knots: “The German suplex was a thing of beauty!”

Sharper: “Dropped Cruze right on his head!”

Alistaire then turns to Phillips and steps over to him and grabs the microphone out of his hand. He then turns to Cruze as Cruze rolls over, holding his head.

Alistaire: “Shaun…Polly won’t be joining us tonight out here.”

The crowd boos as Shaun grimaces in pain.

Alistaire: “Mr. Delatosso decided she has more important matters to tend you than to worry about you. But he asked me to step in and remind you not to bite the hand that feeds you, Shaun!”

Shaun looks up and then starts to get up but Alistaire then nails him with the Sins of the Father, catching Shaun in the jaw, and Shaun drops to the mat. Alistaire walks around the ring. The crowd boos as Alistaire looks around before then walking over to Shaun and squatting next to him.

Alistaire: “Because Shaun, you turned out to be a big disappointment and while I’ve heard through the grapevine that some of your past mistakes have been fixed, this is one that the consequences will continue to need to be paid out in full until you get the hint. The Impact Player could’ve made a big Impact, but instead, you will need to be humbled by SCW’s Number One Draft Pick!”

The crowd boos.

Knots: “Hell yeah!”

Alistaire: “Shaun…you came back to test yourself. To get back to the World Title. Well I’m here to establish your ceiling…and to establish my floor!”

Alistare stands up and turns, handing the microphone back to Jason Phillips. Phillips looks stunned as Alistaire looks around. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Alistaire Allocco…he called himself the Number One Draft Pick and sent by our CEO!”

Knots: “Wonderful! Just amazing! Cruze! I hope you’re happy!”

"Lux Aeterna" by Skyder, DRONSON then starts to play. Alistaire looks around as the boos continue. He then calmly steps through the ropes and down to the floor. Cruze remains down, holding his jaw in pain. Allocco walks up the rampway to the back as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Marie Jones being walked over to the office of Frank Delatosso, joined by Dean Black. Marie just turns to him.

Marie: “I don’t get why this is happening.”

Black: “Just listen to him. It’s for the best.”

Marie shakes her head.

Marie: “Given what I saw at Taking Hold of the Flame and what he thinks about Kim-“

The door then opens as Frank Delatosso steps out beaming. He then extends his hand.

Delatosso: “Marie…wonderful to meet you. It’s nice to meet a member of your family that is respectful of the legacy of what the Jones name means.”

Marie: “With all due respect-“

Delatosso: “Please, Marie…let’s not let my thoughts on your sister mean anything more. I know you just want a fair shake around here. You’ve wanted to come back, challenge for some titles, maybe become a World Champion here. I know that glisten. And I can help you get that opportunity.”

Marie: “I’m not going to get conned here, Mr. Delatosso. I’ve had big promises made and-“

Delatosso: “I know. Infamous. CHBK. Same old there. They’re gone. I’m not offering you anything but any opportunity. But…it will need something from you.”

Marie: “What’s that?”

Delatosso: “The penguin business at Taking Hold of the Flame…it’s all ha ha and cute. But you’re more than just a joke. All I want from you….wrestle. Show me the Jones Family legacy is alive. And we’ll be fine. Simple as that.”

Marie: “Simple as that. While you go after Kim…”

Delatosso: “I offer her the same. We’re done catering to the lowest common denominator. We’re a sport. We’re some of the best athletes in the world. Time for those who are showing that. Not those who maim for fun…those who strip down and try to pander…or those who ride legacies with nothing to back it up. I’ll see what you can do next week, Marie. Look forward to it.”

Delatosso smiles and heads back into his office. The door closes as Dean Black looks at Marie. Marie just looks at the door and then Black before turning and walking off as the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, we see Destiny Page taking a deep breath as Breakdown returns.

Page: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Destiny Page and please welcome in, Gia and Gina, the Glimmer Sisters.”

Gia and Gina walk into the frame as Destiny looks at them. Gia, we assume, just smirks, while Gina, we think, walks to the opposite side of Destiny, surrounding the blonde.

Gia: “Relax, Destiny. We no longer can force you enter the ring. Although…you and Wendell are a cute couple. We could help you with a few things to get him to relax.”

Page: “Th-that’s okay. We’re fine. But you two-“

Gina: “Yeah, we didn’t win. Amelia and Luz proved themselves. They managed to outduel us. They’re now the best tag team or so Amelia will say. Luz will say they’re fine. I say we just had round one.”

Gia: “Sure, we blew our load on a unique match, but we had fun. Lots of fun.”

Gina: “Plenty of fun. And isn’t the world talking about that? You should tell you buddy’s minder there. I think we blew up on Instagram and X….”

Gia: “And Pornhub…”

Gia smirks as does Gina.

Gina: “Relax. Too many people are uptight around here. Part of why we blew off some steam later in the battle royal. Had a bit of a fun. Threw a wrench into some people’s plans.”

Gia: “And even though we’re not main eventing Rise to Greatness…oh fun that would’ve been against Deanna or should we say Selena….we more than got our monies worth.”

Gina: “And we can make sure we cash in again…”

Page: “Your rematch…”

Gia: “Bingo…see, you’re a smart one.”

Gina then motions to Gia as Gia and Gina look off camera. The camera turns as we see Karl and Jack Barker talking to one another, trying to seemingly get the other to instigate whatever they’re thinking.

Gina: “Well look at this…’

Gia: “Two boys a bit too nervous.”

Gina: “They did go pretty limp at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Karl: “We did not! We just…don’t hit girls!”

Jack: “Yeah!”

Gia: “Awww…how chivalrous.”

Jack: “Plus…uh….we’re here with a truce.”

Gina: “Oh, a truce.”

Karl: “We’re just wondering what you’d look like in a button up blouse.”

Jack: “And blonde.”

Karl: “Oh of course.”

Jack: “And are those real?”

Gia: “Should we give them a taste?”

Gina: “We should-“

Gina then grabs Jack’s hand pulls it in and places it on her right breast.

Gina: “How’s that?”

Jack: “Uh…well-“

Gina: “How about we Make SCW Glimmer Again.”

Karl: “Jack! No! NO!”

Karl pulls Jack away. Jack however holds on a bit more, helped by Gina holding his wrist and Jack snaps out of it and pulls back. Gia smirks.

Gia: “Want to compare?”

Gia smiles as Jack turns and Karl stops him.

Karl: “No…he can’t turn his back on Gavin. Never!”

Gina and Gia smirk as Karl pulls Jack away and the scene cuts away.

Kirsten Scott vs. Oskar Theron

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall!”

Ride The Lightning by Metallica plays over the sound system as Oskar walks through the curtain, holding up his Norwegian flag, wearing Norway flame lightning bolt flag trousers with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his trousers, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans. He stands on the ramp, using the lightning bolt signals.

Phillips: “Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Ginny Raab, from Oslo, Norway, he is... Oskar Theron!”

He walks to the ring before sliding under the ropes before holding them open for Ginny to get in, and he goes on the turnbuckle to do his lightning bolt sign, with Ginny applauding Oskar before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite end of the corner, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “While none of them were in the battle royal, the European Fiery Nation still found themselves involved in a fight at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Knots: “They did the right thing helping to make sure that criminal Meghan Strader was rightfully arrested and hauled away by police!”

Sharper: “That was excessive and unnecessary in my professional opinion, but regardless, Oskar is out here tonight to face off with a returning face to the SCW roster.”

The arena lights abruptly plunge into a stark, cold darkness, and the crowd begins to buzz as the melancholic, clean guitar intro of "Tears Don't Fall" by Bullet For My Valentine echoes through the sound system. On the jumbo tron, a minimalist, aggressive new graphic replaces her old imagery: a pitch-black background violently cracks open with a spraypainted wall and the letters KS1 illuminating the arena.

As the whispered vocals drift over the speakers, a dim red spotlight cuts through the heavy fog rolling across the entry stage. A suffocating layer of tension builds as the drum roll hits its peak, and the music suddenly drops into a split second of absolute, dead silence.

“LET’S GO!”

Exactly on the word "GO!", a blinding wall of white-hot stage pyro and deafening concussion mortars blast upward from the stage floor while the arena lights erupt into a frantic, strobe-heavy crimson and white. As the smoke clears, Kirsten Scott and Hailey Brooks are revealed standing side-by-side at the top of the ramp, their wrists heavily wrapped in thick, black tactical tape.

Hailey looks intense and protective as the ultimate shield, while Kirsten embodies the apex-predator threat assessment of "The One," her head tilted at a cold, analytical angle and her eyes locked onto the ring. Without waiting or playing to the crowd, they march down the ramp together with a fast, mechanical purpose to the driving heavy metal rhythm.

Phillips: “His opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Hailey Brooks, hailing from Your Worst Personal Nightmare, she is The One... Kirsten Scott!”

Hailey stays half a step behind Kirsten's flank, scanning the ringside area as they bypass the perimeter completely. Kirsten grabs the apron and aggressively pulls herself through the middle ropes, while Hailey slides under the bottom rope to instantly claim their corner.

Stepping to the center of the ring, Kirsten turns to the hard camera, slowly raising her right hand with her fist clenched tight before violently snapping it down into a low, coiled, feral fighting stance just as the song hits its driving chorus. Hailey steps onto the bottom rope, leaning over the turnbuckle to glare down the ramp, while Kirsten breaks her stance to pace the canvas like a caged animal, breathing in shallow, controlled bursts as she awaits the opening bell.

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott one of many surprise returns we saw in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal this year, and the fact that she's here tonight makes it clear she's here to stay.”

Knots: “She looked great in the battle royal and it's good to see her back... unfortunately, the landscape has changed dramatically and she's about to get a taste of the New Order.”

Referee Jennifer Cassidy signals for the bell as Kirsten and Oskar circle each other. They move in to lock up, but Oskar manages to slip behind Kirsten and tries to lift her for a german suplex. Kirsten kicks her leg to force Oskar to put her back down before she catches him in the jaw with a back elbow. A second one loosens his grip enough for her to do a standing switch before she’s the one who takes Oskar over for a german suplex! She floats over and applies a front facelock, flattening herself out and grinding away at Oskar to keep him from getting back to his feet.

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott quickly proving there may be no ring rust and Taking Hold of the Flame wasn’t a fluke.”

Knots: “It’s still early in the match, Adam, and Oskar’s just as hungry as the rest of the EFN and the New Order for positive results!”

Oskar manages to get his feet under him and starts trying to get back up, but Kirsten maintains the facelock and even delivers a few knees to Oskar’s chest to keep him from trying to turn the tables on her. She proceeds to hook one of the arms before taking him over with a single underhook suplex! Oskar tries to get back to his feet again, but Kirsten runs off the ropes and catches him in the face with a sliding kick before he gets too far! She quickly dives onto him for a cover.

2!

Oskar kicks out! Kirsten is undeterred, though, as she pulls Oskar to his feet and irish whips him across the ring into the corner. She charges in after him, but Oskar manages to jump and catch her with a backflip kick! The momentum causes Oskar to backflip over the top rope and onto the apron as Kirsten staggers back, clutching her chin and jaw. She turns as Oskar spingboards off the top rope and catches her with a lariat! He rolls through and runs into the ropes, twisting into a european uppercut that clocks Kirsten as soon as she gets back to her feet!

Sharper: “Oskar managing to turn the tables and this is what Scott needed to avoid, because Oskar’s starting to pick up the tempo.”

Knots: “She had a solid gameplan at the start, trying to just wrestle Oskar down and be aggressive in punishing him, but the European Fiery Nation is a whole different beast now with Mr. Delatosso guiding them!”

Oskar grabs Kirsten and pulls her to her feet, hooking her before he takes her over with a suplex! He floats over into the cover, hooking the leg.

1!

2!

The One kicks out! Oskar doesn’t waste any time as he mounts her and starts raining down right hands, delivering shot after shot between the eyes. We see Hailey Brooks climb up onto the apron, almost looking ready to get involved to protect Kirsten, but Jennifer Cassidy goes from watching Oskar carefully to warning her to get down and not get involved. While she’s distracted, we see Ginny suddenly slide the Norwegian flag into the ring for Oskar. He goes to grab it, measuring Kirsten as she starts to get up, but it’s at this point that Hailey finally gets down from the apron and Jennifer Cassidy turns to see Oskar wielding the weapon. She immediately steps between him and Kirsten, warning him about the weapon and demanding that he hand it over.

Knots: “Come on, ref! You can turn a blind eye this one time, can’t you?”

Sharper: “Oskar and Ginny hoping to take advantage of Kirsten’s friend maybe getting a little too concerned and overprotective, but Jennifer Cassidy on the ball to make sure this match doesn’t devolve into the lack of rules we know the EFN prefer whenever possible.”

Oskar tries to sidestep Jennifer Cassidy, but she keeps herself in front of him and reaches for the flag to take it away. Ginny pulls herself onto the apron at this point, drawing the referee’s attention. She tries to talk Ginny down while also still attempting to take the flag away from Oskar, but she’s unable to stop him from moving away from her and taking a swing. Unfortunately, too much time was wasted because Kirsten ducks it, and when Oskar turns around, she catches him with a stiff boot right in the mouth! Oskar stumbles back, dropping the flag, as Kirsten boots him in the gut before taking him over with a big gutwrench suplex! She goes for the cover, but Ginny still has the referee distracted… that is, until Hailey starts to move around the ring towards her, and Ginny immediately climbs down and backs off. Kirsten maintains her focus, forgetting about the cover and instead transitioning into a sleeper hold!

Sharper: “Jennifer Cassidy doing her best to keep this match fair, and Oskar wasted too much time looking for that cheap shot and now it’s costing him!”

Knots: “I hope she remembers who signs her checks, because I could definitely see a pay dock in her near future.”

Sharper: “For doing her job?”

Knots tries to keep arguing, but he just sputters a bit before trailing off. In the ring, Jennifer Cassidy has slid the Norwegian flag back out and Ginny has since collected it again as she checks in with Oskar, who’s still trapped deep in the sleeper hold The One has applied. He refuses to submit when asked as he manages to get to his knees, reaching out towards the ropes but finding himself a little too far away. Instead, he buries an elbow into Kirsten’s ribs, followed by a second one. Kirsten releases the sleeper, but only to club Oskar across the back in response! She lifts him up for a back suplex before moving to sit him on the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd. She climbs up to the second turnbuckle, but whatever she was planning stalls as Oskar catches her with a back elbow to the face! He manages to turn around enough to connect with a european uppercut that causes Kirsten to hop off the turnbuckles, landing on her feet. She staggers around for a moment as Oskar repositions himself, glancing back to make sure Kirsten is in position before he just throws himself off the top in a backwards diving senton, barreling into Kirsten and taking her to the mat!

Sharper: “Oskar! Throwing caution to the wind and catching Scott with that senton-like maneuver!”

Knots: “That almost looked like a trust fall, and Oskar trusted The One would be in position to bear the brunt of the landing!”

Oskar pulls himself to his feet as he throws up his lightning bolt signals to the booing fans. Kirsten slowly pulls herself to her feet, but Oskar runs past her and springboards off the middle rope and back into the Lightning Bolt Shocker! He rolls Kirsten over and goes for the cover, getting a deep hook on the leg.

1!

2!

Kirsten Scott gets a shoulder up! The fans cheer for this as Oskar looks frustrated, running a hand through his hair before demanding that Jennifer Cassidy change her mind and declare that a three count, but the referee doesn’t budge on the count she made.

Sharper: “Oskar getting two off the Lightning Bolt Shocker, and right now he’s wasting a lot of time arguing with the referee instead of following up.”

Knots: “He wouldn’t have to argue if she’d gotten the count correct! Crooked Cassidy, that’s what I’m sure Gavin would call her in this situation!”

Oskar huffs before Ginny pounds on the mat to get his attention. She points out that Kirsten is slowly getting back to her feet, so Oskar moves to control her as she brings her upright and tries to hook her for the Lightning Bolt Zap. The One, however, manages to shift the position so that she can instead take him over with a suplex! She pops her hips and rolls them back to their feet before taking him over with a second suplex! Kirsten pops her hips one more time, rolling them both back to their feet again as the fans cheer her on, and this time when Kirsten lifts Oskar up for a suplex, she twists into a falcon arrow to finish the One Off! She keeps the landing position, reaching down to hook one of Oskar’s legs for the pin.

1!

2!

Oskar Theron kicks out! Kirsten just nods to herself as she looks out at the cheering fans for a moment before rolling back to her feet. She pulls Oskar up and starts to hook his arms, but Ginny climbs up onto the apron once more and gets the attention of Jennifer Cassidy! She moves to demand that Ginny get down as she looks to almost try to throw the flagpole with Oskar’s Norwegian flag on it at The One like a javelin, but Hailey moves around the ring and pulls Ginny off before clocking her across the face! The fans cheer for this as Hailey glares down at Ginny before looking in the ring, where Kirsten nods to her.

Sharper: “Hailey Brooks just cleaned Ginny’s clock!”

Knots: “Where the hell’s Dean Black to restore order and keep people like this away from ringside!?”

Kirsten goes to lift Oskar, but because of how much time Ginny bought him, Oskar manages to spin out of Kirsten’s grip and stuns her with a european uppercut! He tries to hook her for the Lightning Bolt Zap again, but Kirsten connects with a few elbows to the side of his head to create some space! Oskar staggers away, but then uses it as momentum to springboard off the middle rope, looking for a second Lightning Bolt Shocker, but this time Kirsten catches him in the back of the head with the System Failure! Oskar crumples to the mat and Kirsten goes for the cover, getting a deep hook on the leg as Hailey and the fans count along with the referee.

Jennifer Cassidy calls for the bell as "Tears Don't Fall" by Bullet For My Valentine hits the speakers again. Kirsten rises to a stand and happily has her arm raised in victory by the referee.

Phillips: “Here is your winner… Kirsten Scott!”

Sharper: “The One with a successful return to singles action here tonight, and coupled with her impressive return in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal, her future may be looking brighter than ever!”

Knots: “We’ll see if Mr. Delatosso agrees, because I doubt he’s too happy with Jennifer Cassidy’s crooked officiating-”

Sharper: “Oh, will you knock it off, Knots?”

Hailey rolls into the ring and takes over raising Kirsten’s arm as Oskar rolls out to the floor, Jennifer Cassidy climbing out to check on both him and Ginny. Kirsten smiles, nodding to herself as she and Hailey converse, the emotion clear on her face that she’s happy to be back in the squared circle.

Backstage, we see Karl and Jack Barker talking to one another.

Jack: “Look…they weren’t fake. Trust me.”

Karl: “Trust you…you almost sold yourself out.”

Jack: “Well, I tried to get them to join-“

???: “Simply pathetic.”

The crowd boos as we see Dexter Grant, holding the SCW United States Championship over his shoulder, walking by.

Jack: “Oh! Dexter! Delatosso wants to talk to you-“

Grant: “Why? Because I now am a champion. I saw what happened when I beat Meghan. If you think that’s going to win me over when he probably pumped that moment and the stunt at Taking Hold of the Flame for likes.”

Karl: “Well, uh…”

Jack: “Do we tell him?”

Karl: “No one is supposed to know.”

Jack just smiles and turns to Dexter.

Jack: “If you only knew how much Delatosso wanted you to be US Champion…”

Grant looks at Jack and Karl and just pauses. Jack just has a smug look on his face.

Grant: “I’m sure. Either way, wash your damn hands. Don’t grovel to them. You’re just another clickbait for the Glimmers.”

Jack and Karl look stunned as Dexter stops again, clearly thinking about what Karl and Jack said before walking off.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Jessica Winters standing with Simon Lyman backstage.

Winters: “Back here in Houston for Breakdown and I’m here with Simon Lyman. And Simon, you gave it a good go at Taking Hold of the Flame, but sadly, you didn’t walk out Underground Champion and you didn’t walk out the winner of the Flame.”

Lyman: “Can’t blame me for trying. And I put forward my best. Sure, I’m disappointed. I won’t probably get another shot to be in the Flame. My body is deteriorating. And the Underground Division…we beat the hell out of each other, Asher. I thank you for a hell of a fight. I can’t be upset there. But don’t think I’m going to just rest on my laurels.”

Lyman pauses.

Lyman: “Still have a few things left on my list, left in my tank, and next up is Rise to Greatness. I even once retired at this show. Well, this time, I think I’m going to just try and do something else memorable. Why? Going to make it harder for all of you to forget me and for me to forget in the end. I still want to hold gold one more time before I leave. So…well, I’ll leave it there. Because as an old hand, I know a few ways to at least get where I need to be. It’s more whether this body can take me there!”

The crowd roars.

Winters: “Thanks Simon and I look forward to what’s next!”

Lyman nods.

Winters: “Back to ringside-“

The cameras suddenly then cut to the backstage area where Alex and a few other people wearing Maverick t-shirts are viciously attacking the members of the Phantom Troupe with a very savage ferocity with Alex being particularly vicious to Kevin Slayton with Alex raining down blow after blow hard into the head of Kevin.

Sharper: “My God! Another assault and this…”

Knots: “Those Mavericks. The hell?!”

Sharper: “And they’re going after the Troupe!”

Marik manages to break free from the people attacking him when suddenly a very large boot comes out of nowhere from off camera and we see the towering form of Eric Gibson stepping into view, towering over the eldest member of the Troupe.

Gibson: “The hell are you doing with these losers, Marik!? When GCW threw you out like you were nothing, we gave you a home… we gave you a *purpose*... and instead you side with these people?! Do you not see the reason why I accepted the offer to join the Mavericks??”

Suddenly Alex Belmont breaks away from the people jumping him and slams a folding chair over the back of Gibson when the tallest of the Mavericks brutally kicks the former Shinigami hard in the stomach and then powerbombs him right into wall *hard* before a Japanese man in a black striped white suit holds up a hand to stop Gibson's actions.

Japanese Man: “Alright, that's enough. I think that they got the message, don't you?”

Gibson: “Yeah.. I believe so.”

The Mavericks then leave the room, while another Japanese man starts laughing like crazy as the camera cuts back to ringside.

We return to a live shot inside the arena, the camera panning across the crowd.

Phillips: “Please welcome at this time…the winner of the 2026 Taking Hold of the Flame…Deanna Frost!”

The crowd roars, although some boos trickle out. The chords of “People Like Us” by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out steps Deanna Frost, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship. The leaves continue their display as Deanna Frost just looks around, clearly a lot on her mind. She then starts to walk down to the ring.

Knots: “Does that look like someone happy they won?”

Sharper: “A lot on that young woman’s mind. We’ve talked about the issues with Selena. Amelia Nevado even alluded to them earlier tonight. She’s also the Adrenaline Champion.”

Knots: “Amelia’s a double champion. She’s figuring it out!”

Making her way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches the ring. Sliding under the ring, the redhead jumps to her feet, making her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd. She does the same to the other sides of the ring. She then hops down and looks around before going over to the corner, grabbing a microphone waiting for her. She takes it and walks back over to the middle of the ring. A “Deanna!” chant begins to break out as Deanna looks around. She nods and can be seen mouthing thank you.

Deanna: “Thank you…thank you, Houston. It means a lot.”

Deanna pauses.

Deanna: “And if you had told me I would standing here the first show after Taking Hold of the Flame as the winner of the Flame…I don’t even know if I would believe you. I’m standing here as the SCW Adrenaline Champion...”

Deanna pauses as the crowd cheers.

Deanna: “And the winner of the Flame…I have the spot that so many would do so much for!”

The crowd cheers a bit, while some boo.

Deanna: “But I’m not sure how I feel. I think it’s fair I let you in a little bit to what’s been going on in my head. I know some people don’t understand why I’ve reacted to things the way I did. People tell me…our own announcers, Adam, Jon, Devon before he was unceremoniously fired…even Kimberly Williams, who has been more of a friend to me the last few months than most…all wondering why I care so much about Selena.”

The crowd boos.

Deanna: “I know, I know. She took that title shot I won at Shot of Adrenaline. She forged my signature. She went beyond the pale.”

Deanna shakes her head.

Deanna: “She is still the mother of my children. She is my ex-wife. And I know exactly what she’s been through these last few years. I realize she’s been…what she’s been. But there is a relationship there none of you can understand.”

The crowd boos as Deanna looks around.

Deanna: “And I know some of you aren’t going to be happy about that. But…”

Deanna looks down, pausing for a moment.

Deanna: “I never thought I would be in this spot. I was just trying to get her what she’s wanted as the price for it has been more than any of you will ever know. Some like Xander saw it. It’s consumed her. And…I am proud to be the SCW Adrenaline Champion. I should be defending this title more and I will be happy to do so next week on this show as SCW has already announced!”

Deanna then looks at the crowd.

Deanna: “But…and for reasons I will keep to myself…Selena…you should be main eventing Rise to Greatness!”

The crowd boos. Shouts of “No!” can be heard.

Knots: “Happy to be her shadow!”

Sharper: “Oh Deanna…you earned it…”

Deanna: “Selena, I know you’re here…Please-“

BELIEVE IT... OR NOT!

"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos. The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back, walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost. She looks at her ex-wife and stops, looking down.

Shzrper: “And here is Selena Frost…but there’s no smile there.”

Knots: “You’d think she’d be beaming. She’s got Deanna wrapped around her finger.”

Selena Frost then starts to quietly walk down to the ring. The boos continue to come from the crowd. Deanna Frost has a warm smile on her face as Selena Frost walks to the ring, and up the steel steps. She then steps into the ring as a loud “bullshit!” chant begins to break out. Deanna looks at Selena as Selena walks across to the corner and asks for a microphone. Phillips reluctantly hands her one and Selena turns and walks back to the middle of the ring.

Deanna: “Selena…”

The “Bullshit!” chants continue as Selena just holds her hand up. Deanna looks at her before turning to the crowd.

Deanna: “Please…I need to do this. I understand-“

Selena: “Deanna…”

Deanna: “Selena, this is yours-“

Selena: “Deanna, no it’s not. It’s yours.”

The crowd roars a bit, while some still boo.

Selena: “I can’t…I can’t take this shot from you-“

Deanna: “Selena…this is what you’ve wanted. This is what you need. I know how badly. As I told you privately, I would’ve given you the other shot. I’m giving you this shot here. I know you need it.”

Selena: “Deanna…”

Selena looks down, stopping herself.

Sharper: “Deanna is pushing Selena to take this shot.”

Knots: “She turned it down. Do it again. This should be easy. Selena’s not trying to do the right thing. She’s trying to stop herself from doing what she wants!”

Sharper: “Selena…”

Selena sighs and looks up as the pause continues. Deanna looks at her before leaning forward. Selena backs up and looks up. She shakes her head.

Selena: “Deanna-“

Just then, Ryan LeCavalier storms out from the back, microphone in her hand.

LeCavalier: “She says yes!”

Selena turns as Deanna looks over. LeCavaleir storms down to the ring.

LeCavalier: “Come on Selena. This is easy! This is what you do. You want to be World Champion. Take from her again! Who cares about her?!”

LeCavalier hops onto the apron. Selena turn sand looks at her.

LeCavalier: “You’ve taken what you want. Do it again! Or do you need me to do what you’ve done for me…rejuvenate me. Remind me who I was. What I can do. Come on Selena!”

Selena shakes her head as Deanna steps up as LeCavalier enters the ring.

LeCavalier: “Selena!”

Sharper: “LeCavalier out here and she’s been protecting and boosting Selena for months.”

Knots: “Has this idea in her head since Fatal Fortunes.”

Sharper: “Selena helped her this year; They had a classic last year and she’s been supporting and protecting and saying she’ll do things for her. To get Selena back to the World Title.”

The crowd shouts at the ring as Selena and LeCavalier are face to face, talking. Selena tells her to leave as Selena turns to Deanna before telling her to do the same, before LeCavalier then nails Selena in the back of the head with the microphone. The crowd ohs. Some cheer. Selena falls into Deanna, knocking her over. Selena falls to her hands and knees. LeCavalier then bends over.

LeCavalier: “You won’t listen to me?! Take from her again, god damn it!”

Selena looks up and LeCavalier grabs her and locks in the BODY/PRISON. The crowd roars as Selena struggles. LeCavalier pulls back as Deanna stirs in the background.

Sharper: “LeCavalier attacking Selena! And now has the Body/Prison locked in on Selena Frost!”

Knots: “Going to make her submit into saying yes!”

Ryan LeCavalier keeps pulling back, yelling at her to say yes as Selena grabs at LeCavalier’s arm, trying to break free, but struggling to do so. LeCavalier keeps pulling back before Deanna Frost gets up and runs over and stomps Ryan in the head. She stomps her again and again and again. Ryan lets go and rolls out of the ring. Deanna then runs over and kicks at the ropes as LeCavalier staggers back, holding her face in pain. Deanna looks at her before turning back to Selena who writhes in pain, trying to catch her breath and holding her arm. Ryan LeCavalier backs away as Deanna turns back to LeCavalier and then turning back to check on Selena.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost saving Selena.”

Selena then pulls away and rolls over and to the ropes. Deanna looks at her and runs her hands through her hair.

Knots: “Looks like Selena’s not happy about it. Deanna put her on the spot!”

Officials come down to stop Ryan LeCavalier from attacking again. She looks at Selena as Selena looks out at the crowd. Deanna keeps watching Selena before we then see Dawn Lohan hopping onto the apron behind Deanna. Dawn had run down with the officials. She then springboards to the top rope and hits the WONDERFUL forearm to the back of Deanna’s head. Deanna rolls over as the crowd ohs and boos. Dawn rolls through. She then looks at her and smiles as Selena turns. She then gets up and lunges at Dawn as Dawn rolls out of the ring. She looks at Selena as Selena stands next to Deanna. Selena then turns and shakes her head, looking up. Dawn looks at Deanna and smiles.

Dawn: “My title next week, Deanna!”

Dawn walks around the ring as Deanna rolls over, holding her head in pain. Selena looks back at Ryan LeCavalier as she’s forced to the back.

Sharper: “Dawn Lohan attacks Deanna Frost from behind!”

Knots: “A bit of New Order support right there! The Adrenaline Champion better refocus there!”

Sharper: “And Selena Frost…I thought she’d help Deanna, but now, she’s focusing on Ryan LeCavalier.”

Knots: “Again, this should be easy and she’s conflicted…yeah…some relationship!”

Deanna remains down in the ring as Breakdown cuts away.

“Psycho in my Head” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a still for Kimberly Williams before showing one for David Striker. Then we see both.

Sharper: “Folks, it’s main event time. It’s going to be violent. The Underground Division to cap us off here tonight. Kimberly Williams and David Striker one on one…next!”

The scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

EARLIER TONIGHT:

Breakdown returns as we see a still from backstage earlier tonight.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. We started tonight hot, and with a stunning turn of events. Lucas Knight walked out and fired. Syren arrested.”

Knots: “It was great. Let’s see this again!”

We see Syren and Lucas Knight being taken over to a waiting police car.

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We return to a live shot inside the arena.

Sharper: “That was earlier. We understand that Syren called into the arena earlier tonight from jail.”

Knots: “What? She used her one call here.”

Sharper: “She did. Our production team recorded the call. You’ll hear Syren, but then another voice. That’s our director, Jean Valois. And just listen to this.”

We then start to hear the recording, beginning in mid-sentence.

Syren: “…be careful. If this is how he’s going to go after me, for standing up for what I think is right, he’s going to have a big problem.”

Valois: “Zoe…why are you calling us? Call your lawyer. This is serious-“

Syren: “Jean…I have Lexy Chapel as my manager. I have Ravyn Taylor as my wife. Ravyn has already figured out how I’m getting out of here while Lexy has already probably gotten a hearing with the state Supreme Court. I’m going to be out by tomorrow morning and it’s been a long time since I was this angry and this pissed off. I may not be scheming like its Infamous days, but I can take care of myself. And if Delatosso has a problem, well, he can take it up with me next week at Breakdown!”

The crowd cheers hearing this. The recording ends.

Knots: “How is that a rational response? She got involved in something that didn’t involve her and got violence. She’s lucky she’s not been fired.”

Sharper: “Either way, Syren will be here next week. I believe her when I hear her say that.”

Knots: “And God help whoever is dealing with Lexy Chapel!”

Kimberly Williams vs. David Striker

Underground Rules

The opening chords of AFI's "I Hope You Suffer" starts to play as the video wall blazes to life with the violent and epic SCW history of David Striker, all of his epic highlights thus far in the company from his wars with Kimberly Williams to his fall from the top of the scaffold at RTG and then his insane return on Breakdown is shown as the man himself slowly walks out onto the entrance way.

Phillips: “The following contest is schedule for onefall with a thirty minute time limit and is contested under Underground Rules! First,  currently residing in South Town, Florida, he is The Dark Horse... David Striker!”

I got two letters from you
Last words of the runaway
Your love was written so true
And now I can't speak your name

I faced destruction and you
Just killed me and walked away
I gave my heart to the cruel
Now it will not beat again

As the song enters its first chorus David Striker heads down to the ring, brandishing a barbed wire wrapped bat! David Striker continues to head to the ring, stoically focusing on the task ahead of him. Once he gets there, he wipes his feet off on the ring apron and slips into the ring.

No one will ever know you
Deny the last one who cares
Intoxicate with the new
Pretend I'm no longer there
I opened my heart to you
You lied just to reach inside
Now with the faith you removed
Our hope for forgiveness dies

David thumps his chest twice before raising it to the sky before quickly throwing his ring coat off. He then walks around the ring, awaiting his opponent. He smirks as he swings the bat, ready to fight.

Knots: “Oh God…he hasn’t learned! He’s got a damn bat and its wrapped in barbed wire!”

Sharper: “He’s going to embrace this. Kim and David went at it at Taking Hold of the Flame. And tonight, they’re going to go even farther!”

Knots: “Maiming each other for what?!”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. David Striker smiles. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight. But then she stops and returns to the back.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”

We then wait a few moments before we see Kimberly Williams pulling out a rolling garbage bin, filled with various weapons. The crowd roars. Kimberly Williams smiles as she then runs it down to the ring. The rolling cart makes it way to the bottom of the ramp. Williams nearly tips it over as it gets to the mats. She then pushes it forward and to the ringside area and onto the mats.

Sharper: “And Kimberly Williams bringing a whole host of weapons. She’s coming for war!”

Knots: “Well fine…let them maim each other. Maybe they’ll find out that’s it not worth it!”

Sharper: “I don’t know about that. Both have designs on getting into Underground Championship contention. Asher Hayes may be watching this one closely!”

Kim then reaches into the garbage bin and grabs WASLEY, dressed up in a hazmat suit and places him in the corner. She then grabs a chair and throws it into the ring. Striker watches as Kim then grabs a second one and throws it into the ring. She then looks around and grabs a bat of her own, this one without barbed wire, and rolls in. The crowd roars as the bell sounds. She gets up and David steps forward and swings, but Kim uses the bat, grabbing it at both ends to block the shot before kicking him in the ribs. Striker drops the bat and Kim jabs the end of her bat into the stomach of Striker. Striker falls into the corner. Kim then nails him again, this time in the side of the head. Striker falls to a knee. Kim then starts to choke him with the bat.

Sharper: “And Kim using her bat to do some early damage in this one!”

Knots: “Why not!”

Demitra calls for the break as Striker slides down and Kim loses her leverage. She gets up and stomps him in the chest and then again before throwing the bat down. She then grabs Striker and pulls him out. She elbows him in the back of the head and then goes to drive him face first into one of the chairs, but David Striker blocks it. She tries again, but Striker elbows her in the ribs and then again before then getting up and hooking her up and hitting a snap suplex onto the chair. Kim rolls over, holding her back and then starts to get up and Striker steps up and forearms her in the jaw and then a left jab before hitting a kick in the ribs and then dropping her with a shotei. Striker turns as Kim hits the mat. She grabs at the ropes and then Striker grabs one of the chairs. He unfolds it and places it next to Kim before running across the ring. He bounces off and jumps off the seat and dives onto Kim, landing on top of her. Kim falls over.

Sharper: “And Striker using his body as a weapon with the added height, going off the chair.”

Knots: “Kim quickly finding out it goes both ways. Then again, she loves it.”

Sharper: “Striker now watching Kim as Kim rolls over!”

Striker grabs the second chair and takes it and runs into the ropes again. He bounces off and jumps off the chair again before jumping up and driving the chair into the back of Kim as if doing an elbow drop. The crowd ohs. Striker then goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Kim kicks out. Kim slowly rolls over and Striker gets up again. Kim pulls herself up and staggers over to the ropes. Striker then grabs the chair and gets up and runs into the ropes. He bounces off, but Kim then sidesteps Striker and sends him between the ropes, but over them at the same time, causing his head to get caught in the top and middle rope! The chair in Striker’s hand goes flying to the floor, hitting the barricade. Kim sees this and grabs the unfolded chair. She folds it up and rolls to the floor.

Sharper: “Striker is caught in the ropes. He’s in a bad way!”

Knots: “And Kim has a chair. What the…”

Sharper: “She’s going after him like he’s a pinata!”

Kim turns and swings the chair at Striker as he struggles to both defend himself and free himself. Kim nails once and then again and again and again before the official, Aaron Demitra, helps him get free and Striker falls to the mats. He rolls over, coughing a bit and Kim taps him on the shoulder. Striker turns and Kim then throws the chair at his face. Striker falls back as the crowd ohs. Kim then dives onto him for the pin. Demitra exits the ring and counts.

1!

2!

Striker kicks out. He rolls over and stirs as Kim then looks around and then backs up and runs at Striker, but Striker throws her into the steel steps. The crowd ohs as Kim falls over. Striker falls to his knees. He then looks under the ring and starts to reach around before pulling out a table. The crowd roars as he then unfolds the legs and then places it next to the ring. Kim starts to get up and Striker grabs her and then hooks her up and hits a release northern lights suplex on the floor. Kim rolls over and stirs as Striker grabs her and pulls her up and places her on the table. He nails her with a couple of clubbing blows before grabbing the steel chair. He then swings it onto Kim’s chest. The crowd ohs. Striker rolls into the ring and then crawls over to his barbed wire wrapped bat. He smiles before lifting it up. He then steps over to the ropes and then steps through before running along the apron and jumping up, driving the barbed wire down into the face of Kim and driving both through the table. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Through the table! The barbed wire into the face of Kim!”

Knots: “After she beat him with a chair while he was choking out, I guess who cares!”

Striker rolls over as the crowd roars. Striker looks up and smiles as Kim rolls over, she looks up, blood coming down her face. Striker then walks over to her and stands over her, while at ringside. He then places the barbed wire bat against Kim’s forehead and starts to grind it in. The crowd ohs as Kim yells out as Striker keeps grinding it back and forth before running it along. Kim drops down to the mat, holding her face. She then moves to the barricade and Striker looks at her before then shoot kicking her in the chest. The crowd ohs. Striker kicks her again. She tells him to bring it and she kicks her a third time as Kim rolls over. Striker continues to hold the bat in his left hand.

Sharper: “And Striker wearing out Kim with those kicks, but she’s welcoming them.”

Knots: “Because she’s not all there. You don’t want more suffering!”

Sharper: “Kim uses it to fire her up and Striker still has that bat!”

Kim starts to get up and crawls over to the steel steps. Kim walks over and grabs her and starts to play the bat on her forehead again. Kim yells out as Striker keeps trying to pull back and Kim then turns and rolls over, looking up at Striker as Striker pushes the bat into her face and she then kicks him in between the legs. Striker drops down and Kim watches him slide down. Kim then pushes him back and rolls over the steel steps. She staggers over to the garbage bin and then grabs a “No Trespassing” sign.

Knots: “Wait…that’s from backstage?! She’s now vandalizing the place!”

Sharper: “She grabbed anything she could.”

Striker gets up and Kim runs over and nails him in the shoulder with the sign, causing him to fall to a knee. Kim then pulls him over the steel steps. He rolls over and Kim then reaches into the garbage bin and grabs a couple of soda bottles and just throws them at Striker’s head, each bouncing off. Striker swats them away before Kim reaches into the bin again. Striker grabs Kim and goes to pull her out, but instead, Kim pulls out her staple gun and staples Striker in the forehead. The crowd ohs as Strikers turns back, holding his forehead. She then reaches back in and pulls out a pizza cutter. She holds both weapons up as Striker lifts his head and Kim puts the staple gun on the apron before pulling Striker back by the hair. She then runs the pizza cutter along his forehead. The crowd ohs as Striker drops down kicking at the mat. Kim then puts the pizza cutter down and grabs the staple gun. She pulls up Striker again, blood now coming down his face, before then stapling the cut. Striker yells out.

Kim: “Hold still! I’m an amateur surgeon! Dr. Kimmy is on the case!”

Sharper: “Dr. Kimmy?!”

Knots: “Oh no…this can’t be right! Isn’t there a law against impersonating a doctor?!”

Kim pulls Striker up and staples him again in the forehead. He pulls away and moves to the steel steps. Kim then steps up and grabs the pizza cutter and steps up and then starts to go to run it across his forehead again, but Striker blocks it, grabbing Kim’s arm. The crowd roars as Kim keeps trying and Striker holds her off before Striker kicks her in the ribs. He then steps up and throws her back into the garbage bin. Kim grimaces. Striker falls back to the steel steps. He winces and then steps up and Kim then hits a spinning back to the ribs of Striker before then grabbing him and hitting a swinging neckbreaker on the mats. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Hard neckbreaker on the floor. Kim just taking the best option to get Striker down as he was trying to fight back.”

Knots: “Striker will always fight back, but the question is is should he. When you’re in there with Kim, you have to!”

Kim gets up and pulls herself up. She then looks into the garbage bin and pulls out a step ladder. She turns and just throws it onto Striker. The crowd ohs. She then reaches in and grabs a bag and places it on the apron. The crowd roars before then she grabs a steel chair and pulls it out. Striker starts to get up and Kim backs up as Striker leans against the garbage bin and Kim swings, going to nail him, but he moves out of the way. Kim hits the side of the rolling garbage bin. She then turns and swings again, but Striker ducks. Kim misses again and then turns around and Striker lifts her up and drops her chest first on the edge of the garbage bin. She drops the chair and falls over and to the apron. She then leans back against the bin, which now leans forward as Kim sits on the edge. Striker rolls into the ring. He then looks over and smiles.

Knots: “Now this guy is smiling! Why?!”

Sharper: “He’s got some ideas…and I think I know what one of them is!”

Striker gets up and runs into the far side. He bounces off and then runs at the ropes and dives over the top rope, flipping forward. Kim moves out of the way and Striker flips right into the garbage bin. The crowd ohs and then jumps to their feet cheering.

Sharper: “Oh my! No one home! Kim moved and Striker into that bin!”

Knots: “Well-“

Sharper: “Don’t say it! For your sake, don’t say it!”

Kim then looks over and smiles before pulling herself up onto the apron. She then looks over at Striker who remains down in the bin. He starts to slowly move around before Kim then climbs up to the middle turnbuckle and then to the top. She glances back and dives off with a rounding splash onto Striker into the bin. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “And Kim from the top! Kim goes high risk!”

Knots: “Why not?! Why not join him in there!”

The crowd continues to cheer as both are in the bin. Demitra runs over and checks on both.

Sharper: “Both are down! Both are in that bin!”

Knots: “I guess neither is covering the other!”

Sharper: “Demitra has a good look…and wait…wait a minute! The hell is Kemal Yilmaz doing out here?!”

Knots: “Maybe Europe is going to show us how it’s done. Just like in the World Cup!”

We see Kemal Yilmaz then running over to the bin and then walking around it. Demitra tells him to leave, but Yilmaz ignores him before turning and going over to WASLEY. He grabs WASLEY And then throws WASLEY into the bin. The crowd boos. Yilmaz then goes over to the end of the bin and starts to push it up the rampway. The crowd buzzes as Demitra follows him up and tells him to stop. Yilmaz swats him and Demitra backs up.

Sharper: “Yilmaz is ferrying Striker and Williams up the rampway to the stage!”

Knots: “Taking out the trash!”

Sharper: “Where the hell is Yilmaz going with these two?”

Yilmaz gets to the stage as the crowd buzzes. Kim and Striker start to stir in the bin before we see Yilmaz turn it and look beyond it. He then smiles as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “No…he’s not-“

Knots: “Told you! He’s going to take out the trash!”

Yilmaz then starts to push the garbage bin forward, but Asher Hayes runs out from the back and nails him with a hard right. The crowd erupts. Hayes nails Yilmaz again with a shot before nailing him again and then running him over and into the stage. Yilmaz staggers off and Hayes turns and looks around before grabbing the Underground Championship which had fallen off his waist in the attack, and he turns and runs at Kemal and decks him with it. The crowd roars. Kemal falls to the steel of the stage as Hayes looks at him and then turns and looks back at the bin. Hayes starts to pull it back as Striker reaches up. Kim recovers enough and sees Hayes with the bin.

Kim: “Oh…this is how it’s going to be, huh?!”

Hayes: “I just saved your ass.”

Kim: “Come on! Join in! Water’s warm!”

Hayes: “The hell is wrong with you.”

Kim: “Come on….do it! Do it!”

Hayes looks at Kim and Striker and shakes his head. He then backs up as Kim looks up at Hayes. Hayes turns.

Kim: “Come on! Take me for a ride, Asher!”

Striker: “Focus on me, not that panty-waste!”

Striker starts to pull himself up as Kim then turns to him and nails him with a hard right. Striker nails her with one. Hayes then turns back and grabs the bin and runs it towards the edge of the stage and shoves it off. The bin hits some tables and cords before toppling over. Kim and Striker roll out, covered by WASLEY, and cardboard in the bottom, including a trash bag that comes out. The crowd looks on and roars.

Sharper: “No! NO! God damn it! Hayes what you have done?!”

Hayes looks at the bin and then lowers his head. We see Demitra run over to check on Kim and David as we see officials running from the back. They run over to check on Kim and David as Hayes backs up and looks out at the crowd. He then shakes his head before running his hand through his hair. He then calmly walks over to the Underground Championship. He then looks at the title and then back at the end of the stage. He starts to head to the back as cameras cut to Kim and Striker on the floor, officials checking on them as Breakdown goes off the air…
